Drippi
Drippi is an AI outbound assistant for Twitter/X. It scrapes and filters leads, writes personalized DMs, runs follow-up sequences, sorts replies and reports campaign analytics. Built for outbound agencies and founders, from USD 100 per month.
What is Drippi?
Drippi is a SaaS platform for cold outreach through Twitter/X direct messages, published by Drippi Labs Inc. Its own documentation defines it as an AI-powered tool designed to automate and personalize your Twitter direct message (DM) outreach, built on three blocks: finding leads, writing tailored messages and measuring what campaigns produce. Sourcing starts from any public X account: Drippi scrapes its followers or the accounts it follows, then narrows the list with filters on follower count, following count, number of tweets, bio content and bio exclusions. A lookalike lead database advertised at more than 120 million profiles, plus CSV import, covers the cases where no obvious source account exists. Personalization goes beyond a first-name merge tag: the AI reads the prospect's profile, recent tweets and website before drafting, and the tool checks that a lead is active before sending. Three automations are documented, cold DM, auto DM on tweet interactions and auto DM to new followers, alongside automatic follow-up sequences such as a reminder three days later, and automated likes, comments and retweets. Replies land in a unified inbox with filters, folders, auto-classification and AI sorting, while analytics report messages sent and queued, reply rates, reply categories and credit usage. Everything runs on credits, in three kinds: AI, Lead and Message. A public API with an x-api-key header and webhooks opens the same actions to developers, and the homepage advertises support for the official X API with customer-supplied keys. Two boundaries matter in practice. The channel is Twitter/X and nothing else, with no email or LinkedIn sending. And an X account must be connected, with Twitter Premium, which the official FAQ presents as the condition for reaching people who do not already follow you. A companion product, Drippi Navigator, enriches an existing CSV of cold email or LinkedIn leads with matching X handles from a database announced at 250 million profiles; it is still sold through a waitlist, with a launch targeted for mid-February 2026. The stated audience is outbound agencies, GTM engineers, founders and creators who already run a pipeline elsewhere.
What it does

When to use Drippi / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Drippi is the right fit.
When to use Drippi
- Outbound agencies running DM campaigns across several client X accounts, since the plans cover 3 to 30 accounts and Enterprise handles rollouts of 25 or more
- GTM engineers who already run a cold email or LinkedIn pipeline and want to enrich those lists with matching Twitter/X handles
- Founders and solo operators selling to an audience that is genuinely active on Twitter/X
- Creator and influencer outreach teams, the use case behind the case study claiming a 30% reply rate
- Freelancers and consultants who prospect their own clients directly on X
When not to use Drippi
- Solo beginners with no existing outbound motion and no revenue, a profile the site excludes by name on its Navigator page
- Teams whose prospects are reached by email, LinkedIn, phone or any channel other than Twitter/X, since Drippi sends nowhere else
- Organizations that require EU data residency, a signed DPA or an Article 27 representative, none of which exist here
- Buyers who need a refund guarantee or pro-rata billing, as no amount is refundable and credits do not roll over
- Anyone unwilling to accept the risk of an X account suspension tied to automation, or a budget below USD 100 per month plus Twitter Premium
How to use Drippi
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create a Drippi account and connect one or more Twitter/X accounts to the workspace
- Subscribe to Twitter Premium on each connected account: the official FAQ warns that X otherwise blocks DMs to people who do not already follow you
- Optionally bring your own official X API keys instead of the default connection
- Build a lead list by scraping the followers or following of a source X account, drawing from the lookalike database, or importing a CSV
- Apply filters on follower count, following count, number of tweets, bio content and bio exclusions
- Let the AI analyze each profile and draft a personalized message from the profile, recent tweets and the prospect's website
- Set up the follow-up sequence, for example a reminder three days after the first message
- Launch the campaign and let Drippi check that each lead is active before sending
- Work the unified inbox: filters, folders, auto-classification and AI sorting of replies
- Read campaign analytics and, for developers, create an API key in the dashboard settings, call the API with the x-api-key header and subscribe to webhooks
Pros & Cons
Pros
- The whole outbound chain sits in one tool: sourcing, filtering, AI copywriting, sending, follow-ups, reply sorting and analytics
- Deliberate focus on Twitter/X, a channel far less crowded than the email inbox
- Personalization documented on three inputs, profile, recent tweets and prospect website, rather than a first-name merge tag
- Documented public API and webhooks, with sending and enrichment API access on the agency plans, plus support for the official X API and customer-supplied keys
- Multi-account design aimed at agencies: 3 to 30 X accounts, a shared credit pool and a done-with-you rollout beyond 25 accounts on Enterprise
- Unusual legal transparency for this segment: six dated public documents, a named company with postal address and phone number, a named DPO and subprocessors listed by name
- Product, credit and API documentation open to read, seven named video case studies and a published affiliate program paying 25% of lifetime revenue
Cons
- One channel only: Twitter/X, with no email or LinkedIn sending and no named third-party integration, everything else going through the HTTP API
- The terms state that the service involves automation that may violate the terms of Twitter/X, and the publisher disclaims any liability for a suspended or banned account
- No refund under any circumstance, including unused credits and a period already started, with five days' notice required to cancel and a possible cancellation call
- Credits do not roll over between cycles, and lead credits are charged per profile scanned rather than per lead imported, so one million scanned accounts for 20,000 imported leads costs one million credits
- Twitter Premium is required to send, an external cost on top of an entry price of USD 100 per month with no permanent free plan
- United States hosting only, no published DPA and no Article 27 EU representative, while the lawfulness of lead scraping rests entirely on the user
- Liability capped at the greater of USD 100 or twelve months of fees, mandatory arbitration in Maryland, no mobile app or browser extension, and neither a contact page nor an about page
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan. A Start free trial button appears in the site navigation, but no trial duration, quota or condition is published, and the terms state that fees are payable in advance and non-refundable. The paid entry point is the Individual plan at USD 100 per month, followed by Agency from USD 248 per month and Enterprise at USD 2,000 per month. Billing is processed in USD through Stripe on a monthly, quarterly or annual cycle, with automatic renewal and no pro-rata refund. A Twitter Premium subscription must be budgeted separately, as it is required to send messages. The announced Drippi Navigator plans start at USD 149 per month.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Drippi handles your data.
GDPR overview
Drippi never claims to be GDPR compliant, on the site or in its policies, yet the privacy policy dated 27 October 2025 names and applies several GDPR mechanisms. It sets out legal bases, lists data subject rights for the EEA, the UK and California (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) exercised by email at support@drippi.ai, and recalls the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Transfers from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, and breach notification within 72 hours is promised where required by applicable law (such as GDPR). A data protection officer, Jaen, is named with a phone number and postal address. However, no DPA is published or offered and no Article 27 EU representative is designated. On scraped leads, you are the controller and must hold the lawful basis yourself.
Who owns the data?
Section 6.2 of the terms is explicit: As between the parties, you own all right, title, and interest in and to your Customer Data. That data expressly includes leads scraped from public sources, on which you act as controller and Drippi as processor. You grant the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, copy, store, transmit, modify and display the data, but only to provide, maintain and improve the service for you. Feedback you send is assigned to Drippi outright. One exception is severe: section 4.5 states that if you file a chargeback, you agree to transfer ownership of all Customer Data in the account to Drippi.
Reuse rights
Because you own your Customer Data, you can export lead lists, download them and reuse them outside Drippi without asking permission, and you can delete them at any time from account settings. The terms place the legal responsibility for that reuse on you: holding a lawful basis for scraped leads and respecting the rules of Twitter/X. On its own side, Drippi states it uses the data to provide and administer the service, communicate with users, improve the product, ensure security and fraud prevention, meet legal obligations and run its marketing, with contract, legitimate interest, consent and legal obligation as legal bases. Collected items include name, email, user ID, job title, company, contact preferences, payment data handled by Stripe, the connected X account profile and activity, the content and recipients of sent DMs, campaign metrics, plus IP address, browser, device model, operating system, location and pages viewed. Named subprocessors are Stripe, Google Cloud Platform / Firebase, Intercom, Google Analytics and Facebook / Meta, with further sharing possible on a business transfer or a legal obligation. The privacy policy states: We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, and a dedicated Do Not Sell My Personal Information page carries the CCPA opt-out. Marketing opt-out is available at any time. Nothing in the documents says, in either direction, whether customer data is used to train models.

Hosting summary
The privacy policy states that our Services are hosted by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Firebase in the United States. There is no European data residency option. Transfers of personal data from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland to the United States are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses, which the policy names as the legal basis for the transfer. The announced safeguards are encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and access controls limited to a need-to-know basis. No security certification is claimed anywhere, neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001, and no data processing agreement is published or offered on request. Note that the public website itself resolves to an Amazon anycast address in the United States (52.223.52.2), which is a CDN front end and is distinct from the application hosting declared in the policy.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Drippi.
- The terms state in capitals that the services involve automation that may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms including Twitter/X, and Drippi disclaims all liability for suspension, ban, data loss or loss of access to your X account: the asset you build the outreach on is not yours to protect
- Filing a chargeback triggers account suspension and, under the terms, your agreement to transfer ownership of all Customer Data in the account to Drippi, which turns an ordinary payment dispute into the loss of your lead base
- No amount is refundable in any circumstance, including a mid-cycle cancellation and unused credits, cancellation requires five days' notice before renewal and may involve a cancellation call, so an impulse subscription is paid in full
- Lead credits are counted per profile scanned rather than per lead imported, so a broad scan with tight filters can consume one million credits for 20,000 usable leads, and any credits left at the end of the cycle are simply wiped
- The legal responsibility for scraping and messaging strangers falls entirely on you, lawful basis, the rules of Twitter/X and local anti-spam law included, while the tool makes it effortless to send at a volume no one would ever write by hand
- Delegating every message to the AI can quietly erode the personal voice that makes DM outreach work, and reply-sorting encourages judging real people through a category label rather than reading what they wrote
- Data sits in the United States only, with no DPA and no Article 27 representative, the documents say nothing either way about whether customer data trains models, and the Start free trial button carries no published trial terms at all
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low for the core product. Drippi is a web application with nothing to install, and the Quickstart guide claims a first automated cold DM in under five minutes. The real prerequisites are external: connecting a Twitter/X account and holding a Twitter Premium subscription. CSV import covers existing lists. Two optional paths call for technical skill: bringing your own official X API keys, and the developer route with an API key from the dashboard settings, the x-api-key header, a limit of 30 requests per minute and signature-verified webhooks. Agency and Enterprise plans add guided onboarding and a done-with-you rollout.

Should you pick Drippi?
Drippi is a real, documented product rather than a landing page: a named company with a postal address and phone number, a named data protection officer, six dated legal documents, three public pricing tiers, product and API documentation, a published credit schedule and seven named video case studies. Its scope is narrow and openly so, Twitter/X direct messages and nothing else, but within that scope the chain is complete, from scraping and filtering leads to AI-written DMs, follow-ups, reply sorting and analytics. The difficulty is not technical. Setup takes minutes and the documentation is clear. The weight sits in the contract and in the dependency on a platform Drippi does not control. The terms state that the automation may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms including Twitter/X, and the company disclaims responsibility if an account is suspended or banned. No amount is refundable in any circumstance, credits expire at the end of each cycle, lead credits are counted per profile scanned rather than per lead imported, cancellation requires five days' notice, and a chargeback triggers both suspension and the transfer of Customer Data ownership to Drippi. Twitter Premium adds a mandatory external cost on top of an entry price of USD 100 per month. The data framework is minimal: hosting in the United States only, Standard Contractual Clauses for European transfers, no published DPA, no Article 27 representative and no statement either way about model training. The tool makes sense for outbound agencies, GTM engineers and founders who already run a pipeline, know their unit economics and accept the account risk knowingly. It is a poor fit for beginners with no existing outbound motion, a profile the site itself rules out, and for organizations with strict GDPR requirements or a need for refund guarantees.
