Overview

What is Adease?

Adease is a desktop application — macOS 12 Monterey or later, Apple silicon and Intel, or Windows 10 64-bit or later — published by Adease LTD, a British company. Its maker calls it the agentic marketing manager, and its own FAQ accepts the shorthand Claude for marketers: the agent runs on Anthropic's Claude models, though Adease is an independent product.

What it gathers in one place is unusual. Five ad platforms — Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Pinterest Ads — share a single campaign table and a single conversation, joined by a read-only Shopify product catalogue. The work is organised as organisation, then clients, then connected accounts, each connection walled off inside its client, so the agent working on one client never sees another's.

The claimed difference with an automation rule is investigation. Before proposing anything the agent checks frequency, the landing page, how the same creative behaves on another platform, and reads the client's knowledge cards — short briefs holding the target CPA, the campaigns that must never be paused, forbidden claims and approved landing pages. Every proposal then arrives as a diff: the campaign, the field, the old value, the new one, and the reasoning behind it.

Nothing is applied on its own. There is no autonomous write path to a live ad account: changes wait in an Approvals queue, inside the workspace's spend guardrails, and each applied action records who approved it and what the platform answered. Campaigns the agent builds are always published paused.

Performance caches, knowledge cards and reports are written to your own disk, and access tokens go to the macOS keychain or the Windows Credential Manager. One nuance matters: the privacy policy also describes a Google Cloud / Firebase backend holding the connection tokens and a synced copy of campaign data, which the homepage and the security page do not mention.

Builds are signed, the macOS build notarised, and updates install in the background; the current release is labelled simply Stable, shipped in August 2026. Installing is free and takes no card — the plan is chosen inside the application.

What it does

  • Ask in plain English how every connected account is performing — Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest at once.
  • Read each proposed change as a diff in an Approvals queue, then approve it or refuse it.
  • Move budget from one platform to another in a single approval.
  • Pause ad sets that are not converting and creative that has gone stale.
  • Build an entire campaign from a brief — on Meta right down to the ads — always published paused.
  • Copy a winning campaign to another platform, with the targeting remapped and publication paused.
  • Write the weekly client report from live data and export it as a PDF, with every approved action logged.

When to use Adease / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Adease is the right fit.

When to use Adease

  • Ad agencies and freelancers running paid media for several clients at once, who want every account in one place.
  • Teams whose process requires a human decision before any budget or bid change reaches a live ad account.
  • Advertisers held back by client confidentiality or data-residency constraints that rule out a hosted browser dashboard.
  • Shopify merchants who want the product catalogue sitting beside the ads while campaigns are being built.
  • Agencies tired of being billed per ad account or as a percentage of spend, and looking for flat per-seat pricing.

When not to use Adease

  • Linux users: there is no build for them, and no browser version either.
  • Distributed teams that simply want a dashboard they can open in a browser from anywhere.
  • Anyone hoping for a fully autonomous agent that acts without review — the publisher explicitly rules that out.
  • Advertisers who need Microsoft Advertising, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, Reddit or X, or who expect finished ad creative everywhere: end-to-end ad building exists on Meta only.
  • Agencies that want to hand clients their own login — clients receive reports, they never sign in.
Get started

How to use Adease

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Create an account on adease.io/signup — name, e-mail, a password of at least eight characters — and the download starts straight away, with no card requested.
  2. If you have one, enter a redemption code while creating the account: it applies twelve months of Pro on one seat.
  3. Install the macOS or Windows build and sign in with the same account; there is no second registration.
  4. Connect each ad account through its platform's own OAuth — Facebook, Google, TikTok for Business, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Shopify — choosing the account or store to link, one connection per client.
  5. Let Adease sync the structure (campaigns, ad sets or ad groups, ads, keywords) and the performance data, then keep them up to date.
  6. Write about three knowledge cards per client — target CPA, constraints, campaigns never to touch — before asking the agent for anything.
  7. Ask your question in plain English, or type "/" to reach the commands.
  8. Read every proposal in the Approvals queue and approve or refuse it; a refusal sends nothing to the platform.
  9. Reconnect from Settings > Connections whenever a platform reports "Reconnect required".
  10. Choose your plan, Pro or Max, inside the application — nothing is billed before that — and use Settings > Privacy & legal to export or delete your data.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Five ad platforms plus an e-commerce catalogue in a single interface and a single conversation.
  • Mandatory human approval and no autonomous write path — a genuine trust argument when the money belongs to a client.
  • An audit trail recording who approved what and how the platform answered, usable as it stands in the client relationship.
  • Per-seat pricing with no cap on accounts, clients or campaigns: winning a client does not raise the software bill.
  • Tokens held in the operating system's keychain and revocable from the advertising platforms themselves.
  • A clear, repeated commitment that customer data trains no model, subprocessors named one by one, and Google user data documented scope by scope.
  • An integrations page that states what is not supported rather than omitting it, and free installation with no card, cancellable at any time.

Cons

  • No Linux build and no browser version; end-to-end ad creation on Meta only, elsewhere structure and targeting alone.
  • Microsoft Advertising, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, Reddit and X are not connected, and Shopify is limited to the catalogue — no orders, no customer data.
  • No permanent free plan: the entry ticket is 50 USD per seat per month, and agent features are throttled once the plan's token allowance is used up.
  • An unresolved contradiction between the homepage promise that your clients' data never leaves your machine and the privacy policy, which describes a Google Cloud / Firebase backend holding the connection tokens and a synced copy of campaign data.
  • Terms of service that describe themselves as a starting draft, leaving refunds, trial length and price-change notice in brackets, and a security page still carrying an editorial instruction never removed before publication.
  • No security certification claimed (no SOC 2, no ISO 27001), no published DPA, no Article 27 GDPR representative, and no uptime commitment.
  • Almost no public signal about the publisher — no social links, no about page, no team — and a single e-mail support channel with no help centre or public documentation.
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

Adease is free to install and asks for no card: nothing is billed until a plan is chosen inside the application. There is, however, no permanent free plan — both published plans are paid. The entry price is 50 USD per seat per month with Pro, rising to 200 USD per seat per month with Max. Billing is monthly in advance, per seat, renewing automatically until cancellation, and prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes. Cancellation is handled from the billing settings, with access retained until the end of the period already paid for. The refund policy and any trial period are not published: the terms explicitly leave those details to be confirmed.

Pro — 50 USD per seat per month
  • unlimited ad accounts
  • unlimited clients and campaigns
  • Meta
  • Google
  • TikTok

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Adease handles your data.

GDPR overview

The acronym GDPR appears nowhere on the site: compliance is never claimed in so many words. The privacy policy is nonetheless built on the regulation's own concepts. A data controller is named (Adease LTD), the legal bases are spelled out — performance of a contract for the account and billing, legitimate interests for diagnostics, legal obligation for invoices and tax records — and the rights are listed: access and a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and a complaint to your data protection regulator. Two of them are self-service in the app, under Settings > Privacy & legal: a JSON export and account deletion. What is missing is just as clear: no Article 27 representative, no named DPO, no published data processing agreement. The company is British, the governing law that of England and Wales, and every request goes to one address, support@adease.io. Policy effective 26 August 2026.

Who owns the data?

The terms are unambiguous on the point that matters most: you keep all rights in your data, and the publisher claims no ownership of your campaigns, creative, reports or knowledge base. Adease LTD nevertheless declares itself data controller for the personal data described in its privacy policy, and you remain responsible for holding permission to manage every ad account you connect. OAuth tokens are stored server-side, never inside the application and never exposed to other users. Everything can be taken back or wiped from Settings > Privacy & legal, where an export returns your data as JSON and "Delete account" removes the profile, the workspaces, the tokens and the synced data.

Reuse rights

Advertising data is processed to make the application work: displaying campaigns, answering the agent, suggesting keywords, and creating or editing campaigns once a change has been approved. It is never sold and never shared with advertisers or data brokers, and the policy states plainly that it is never used to train machine learning models, the publisher's or anyone else's, with no setting that turns this on. Agent requests go to a hosted model operated by Anthropic and/or Hugging Face for the sole purpose of producing the answer; credentials and OAuth tokens are never included in what is sent. Google user data is confined to a limited use consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy: no aggregation across customers, no use for Adease's own advertising, and no human at Adease reading it unless you authorise support, or for security, abuse or legal reasons. On the website alone, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta measure visits, downloads and conversions, with a click identifier kept for 90 days and e-mail addresses hashed before any matching. On your side, nothing restricts reuse: the data stays yours, the JSON export is self-service, and the terms put no condition on what you do with your campaigns, reports or knowledge cards.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
OAuth tokens are kept while the connection is live and deleted immediately when you disconnect the integration, delete the project or delete your Adease account. Synced campaign data and metrics follow the same rule: kept while the connection is active, removed with the workspace or the account. Agent conversations and reports referencing Google Ads data are kept until you delete them or close the account, and these rules apply identically to every connected platform. Account details are kept while the account is open and deleted after closure; billing records are kept as long as tax law requires; diagnostics are kept for a limited period, then deleted. On the website, an advertising click identifier is kept for 90 days. Anything living only on your machine disappears when you delete it. Google access can be revoked at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Policy effective 26 August 2026.

Hosting summary

Two accounts of where the data lives coexist on this site, and they do not agree. The product pages say campaign data is pulled straight onto your machine, with performance caches, knowledge cards and reports written to your own disk and access tokens kept in the macOS keychain or the Windows Credential Manager; the security page adds that there is no central warehouse of customer campaign data. The privacy policy says something else: a Google Cloud / Firebase backend holds the connection tokens plus a synced copy of campaign data, agent conversations, reports and knowledge cards, partitioned by workspace, encrypted in transit over TLS and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure. Agent requests are processed by a hosted model operated by Anthropic and/or Hugging Face. No hosting country or region is ever named, which is why those fields are empty here; the governing law is that of England and Wales. Internal access is least-privilege, protected by MFA, with sensitive operations logged. Treat the privacy policy as the binding description and ask the publisher to reconcile the two.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Adease.

  • The homepage states that your clients' data never leaves your machine, while the privacy policy describes a Google Cloud / Firebase backend holding the connection tokens and a synced copy of campaign data. Settle that contradiction with the publisher before connecting a sensitive account.
  • The terms of service call themselves a starting draft and leave refunds, trial length and price-change notice in brackets; the security page still carries an editorial instruction addressed to the publisher. These texts can still change substantially.
  • No security certification is claimed, no DPA is published, no Article 27 GDPR representative is designated, and the acronym GDPR appears nowhere on the site.
  • You remain responsible for everything you approve, including the spend that follows: the publisher excludes liability for advertising spend and caps its total liability at the fees paid over twelve months.
  • The publisher itself admits the agent can be wrong and asks you to read every proposal. Approving diffs mechanically, out of habit or fatigue, is precisely the failure this design exists to prevent.
  • A company incorporated in March 2023, with a single director and a single beneficial owner, is a very small structure to place between an agency and its clients' budgets.
  • Support is one e-mail address with no service level, and token consumption is capped by plan: agent features can be throttled mid-month, in the middle of a campaign.
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low. Adease installs like any signed desktop application — the macOS build is notarised, the Windows installer signed, and the system checks both at first launch — then updates itself in the background. The account is created on the website, the download starts immediately, and the same credentials sign you into the app. Connecting accounts is standard OAuth, one connection per client: no API key, no server, no configuration. Two real prerequisites: holding permission to manage every account you connect, and writing the client's knowledge cards before the first request. You also need macOS 12+ or Windows 10 64-bit.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which AI model does Adease run on?
Anthropic's Claude models. Adease is an independent product, published by Adease LTD.
Which operating systems are supported?
macOS 12 Monterey or later, on Apple silicon and Intel, and Windows 10 64-bit or later. There is no Linux build and no browser version.
Which advertising platforms can be connected?
Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest, plus Shopify as a product catalogue. Microsoft Advertising, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, Reddit and X are not connected.
Can the agent change my campaigns on its own?
No. Every change goes through the Approvals queue as a diff showing the field, the old value, the new one and the reasoning. Refusing it sends nothing to the platform.
What is the difference between Pro and Max?
The same features and the same unlimited accounts, clients and campaigns. Pro costs 50 USD per seat per month with the standard token allowance; Max costs 200 USD per seat per month with five times more.
Where is my data actually stored?
The site answers: on your machine — performance caches, knowledge cards and reports on your disk, tokens in the system keychain. The privacy policy adds a Google Cloud / Firebase backend holding the connection tokens and a synced copy of campaign data, so the two accounts do not fully agree.
Is my data used to train models?
No. The privacy policy states that ad accounts, campaigns, knowledge cards and reports never train machine learning models, and that no setting turns this on.
How do I export or delete everything?
From Settings > Privacy & legal: "Export my data" returns a JSON file, and "Delete account" removes the profile, the workspaces, the tokens and the synced data.
A connection has stopped working. What now?
Platforms expire their access over time. Reconnect the account from Settings > Connections when it shows "Reconnect required".
Can my client log in to see their own workspace?
No. Clients receive the reports; they do not sign in. Cancelling your own subscription is done from the billing settings, and access runs to the end of the period already paid for.
Conclusion

Should you pick Adease?

Adease is unusually legible about its own perimeter: five ad platforms, one product catalogue, one conversation, and no autonomous write path to a live account. That last point is the whole proposition — the agent investigates and proposes, a human approves, and the audit trail records who decided what. For an agency spending someone else's money, that is a defensible way to work.

The commercial model is equally uncommon in a sector that bills per ad account or as a share of spend: a flat 50 or 200 USD per seat per month, with no cap on accounts, clients or campaigns. The data posture is more explicit than most, too — no training on customer data, subprocessors named one by one, Google user data documented scope by scope.

The other side of the ledger is a very young publisher. Adease LTD was incorporated on 20 March 2023, has one director and one beneficial owner, and the site offers no team page, no about page and no social presence at all. The legal documents are, by their own admission, still drafts: the terms say so in writing and leave refunds, trial length and price-change notice in brackets, while the security page still shows an editorial instruction that should never have been published. No security certification, no DPA, and the word GDPR nowhere.

Most importantly, the homepage claim that your clients' data never leaves your machine is not what the privacy policy describes: a Google Cloud / Firebase backend holds the connection tokens and a synced copy of campaign data. That gap deserves a written answer from the publisher before any confidentiality-bound account is connected. For everyone else — on macOS or Windows, Meta-heavy, comfortable with approving every change — the free install costs nothing but the time.
