Overview

What is AgentZee?

AgentZee is a software-as-a-service platform that packages several specialised AI agents into one workspace. It is published by Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and the site has been online since September 2025. The home page promises agents that work like a team, and the catalogue is presented as six of them: a Text Agent, a Voice Agent, an Analytics Agent, a Media Agent, plus a 3D Avatar Agent and a Testing Agent that both carry a Coming Soon notice on their product pages.

The Text Agent is the centrepiece. One agent is deployed across a website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Slack and Discord, with a memory unified across channels. It qualifies leads through sentiment and context analysis, books meetings on Google Calendar, reads knowledge bases in read-only mode, opens tickets in Jira, ClickUp or Linear, and hands over to a human when the conversation calls for it.

The Voice Agent works in both directions. Inbound, it acts as a virtual receptionist, answers support questions, explains products and takes appointments. Outbound, it runs cold-calling campaigns from an imported CSV of prospects, schedules calls with time-zone awareness, and returns sentiment analysis, intent detection and call summaries formatted for the CRM. A call-back form on the home page lets a visitor hear the agent without an account.

The Analytics Agent connects to Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, databases and custom sources, then auto-generates dashboards covering ROAS, creative fatigue and drop-off points. The Media Agent produces logos, icons, infographics, social posters, AI influencers and short videos sized natively for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn carousels and posts, Meta Ads and Messenger.

Around the agents sits a built-in CRM documented on docs.agentzee.ai — pipeline, stages, custom attributes, leads, notes, reminders, labels and analytics — plus bulk WhatsApp campaigns with personalised follow-ups and MCP integrations in the admin panel. Installing the website chatbot requires no code: a script is pasted into the site, and the knowledge base is fed from a URL, a sitemap or uploaded documents. AgentZee positions itself against support suites, arguing that Intercom was built for support, but Agentzee is built for growth.

What it does

  • Deploy an AI chatbot on your website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
  • Run automated outbound calls and answer inbound ones with an AI voice agent
  • Qualify and track leads in the built-in CRM — pipeline, stages, notes, reminders and labels
  • Book meetings automatically on Google Calendar during a chat or a call
  • Generate images, short videos, logos, infographics and social posts in native platform formats
  • Analyse Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns and receive optimisation recommendations
  • Escalate a conversation to a human by chat, voice call or video, with the full context attached

When to use AgentZee / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if AgentZee is the right fit.

When to use AgentZee

  • Small and mid-sized businesses that want inbound and outbound automation — chat, calls, CRM and advertising — under one subscription rather than four separate tools
  • Online retailers in apparel, food and beverage, jewellery, electronics, home decor or baby and kids, for whom the publisher maintains dedicated industry pages
  • Local service businesses — hospitals, gyms, restaurants, coaching institutes, real estate agencies, event organisers, skincare clinics — that need round-the-clock lead qualification and appointment booking
  • Marketing teams with no data analyst, since the Analytics Agent builds dashboards and campaign recommendations without dependency on BI teams
  • Small teams with no in-house designer, as the Media Agent generates social creatives, logos and short videos without hiring a designer

When not to use AgentZee

  • Teams that need to build on a public API: the site publishes no API documentation, and none appears in any of the six sub-sitemaps
  • Buyers who require formal compliance evidence — no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification is displayed, and no data processing agreement is published or offered
  • Organisations bound by data residency obligations, since no hosting country and no hosting region are disclosed anywhere on the site
  • Anyone who needs the 3D Avatar Agent or the Testing Agent today: both product pages are marked Coming Soon, the second one with a waiting list
  • Users under 18, excluded by the terms of service, and anyone expecting a native mobile app — there is none, everything runs in the browser
Get started

How to use AgentZee

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Try the agents before signing up: enter a phone number on the home page or the voice agent page for an immediate call back, or test the text agent through the Website and WhatsApp forms
  2. Create an account at app.agentzee.ai/sign-up — no credit card required, with a 14-day free trial
  3. Name your chatbot, describe what it should do, and choose the Website platform
  4. Provide your site URL and enrich the knowledge base with a sitemap, uploaded documents or existing databases
  5. Customise the widget: appearance, colours, position and behaviour
  6. Copy the script AgentZee generates and paste it into your website code — the bot then goes live
  7. For outbound voice, open the campaign builder, import prospects by CSV or enter them manually, and schedule the calls
  8. For advertising insights, connect your data sources in the Analytics Agent and let the dashboards generate themselves
  9. Produce visuals and short videos from the Media Agent section of the dashboard
  10. Consult the user documentation on docs.agentzee.ai, or book a slot through Schedule Demo for a sales walkthrough

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Unusually broad coverage for a single subscription — chat, voice, CRM, advertising analytics and content generation — at a price well below the support suites it compares itself with
  • 14-day free trial with no credit card required
  • Demos playable without an account: a real phone call back from the voice agent, and a text trial for website and WhatsApp
  • Website chatbot installed by pasting one script, with no development work
  • Quotas spelled out numerically for every tier: chatbots, pages, conversations, calls per day, reports, images and videos
  • A public credit calculator detailing the cost of each type of action
  • Public product documentation on docs.agentzee.ai, and third-party providers named in the privacy policy (Google Analytics, GitHub, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, Meta)

Cons

  • Two of the six agents — 3D Avatar and Testing — are marked Coming Soon, yet the Enterprise tier lists them among its inclusions
  • Two contradictory price grids for the same tier names: ₹2,100 / ₹4,200 / ₹8,400 on the pricing page, $25 / $50 / $100 in the pricing calculator
  • No public API and no API documentation anywhere on the site or in the six sub-sitemaps
  • No security certification displayed (no SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA), no data processing agreement, and no declared data hosting country or region
  • No retention period is quantified except for Meta tokens, and the site says nothing at all about model training on customer data or any opt-out
  • GDPR compliance is claimed with no Article 27 EU representative, and the privacy policy is short, generic and carries a typo
  • No about page, no features index, no company LinkedIn profile and no mobile app; Slack and Discord are advertised as Text Agent channels but absent from the documentation
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

AgentZee does not offer a permanently free plan. Access is sold as a monthly subscription, preceded by a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card. The dedicated pricing page starts at ₹2,100 per month for the Starter tier, then ₹4,200 for Growth and ₹8,400 for Professional, the Enterprise tier being quoted on request. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each cycle, monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen. Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how AgentZee handles your data.

GDPR overview

The privacy policy, last updated in June 2025, claims full compliance with global data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). It lists rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing, depending on your location. Government requests are honoured only on a valid legal basis — court order, warrant or subpoena — with user notification where the law allows, and periodic transparency reports are promised. Nothing supports the claim beyond that: no Article 27 EU representative is designated, no data protection officer is named, no dedicated privacy or GDPR mailbox exists (only contact@agentzee.ai and support@agentzee.ai), no data processing agreement is published, and no hosting country or region is declared. The publisher is established in India while the terms of service, dated 20 June 2025, apply the law of the State of California.

Who owns the data?

Under the terms of service you retain any and all of your rights to the Content you submit, post or display through the service. By posting it, you grant Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide licence to host, copy, transmit, reproduce, distribute, use and display that Content — a licence limited to what is necessary to provide the service and to the term during which you use it. The publisher also reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and edit user Content. Feedback is treated differently: you keep no intellectual property rights over it. Everything else in the platform belongs to Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd and its licensors.

Reuse rights

AgentZee collects what you provide directly — name, contact details, email, phone number, company information, payment and billing details, account credentials — and what it gathers automatically: device, IP address, browser and version, usage and preferences, logs and analytics. The stated purposes are providing and maintaining the service, processing transactions and payments, personalising the experience and delivering customer support, then analysing usage to improve the service, develop new features and support security and compliance. Sharing is limited to three cases: trusted service providers, legal obligation, and a merger or acquisition; the privacy policy states that personal information is never sold, traded or otherwise transferred to third parties. Because you retain the rights to your own Content, you may reuse what you submit and what the agents produce for you without asking permission. Nothing on the site states whether customer data feeds model training — the question is neither confirmed nor denied. For Meta connections, disconnecting permanently deletes all access tokens, page and Instagram alike, and no other information is stored.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
AgentZee publishes almost no retention rules. No period is given for account data, conversations or call recordings. The only explicit rule concerns Meta connections: when a user disconnects, all access tokens, page and Instagram alike, are permanently deleted, no other information is stored, and the deletion is triggered automatically. For that same scope the policy adds that user data is retained only for as long as needed to operate the chatbot or as required by law. Users are offered rights of erasure, access, rectification, portability, objection and restriction, but no procedure and no deadline are described, and there is no dedicated mailbox to exercise them — only contact@agentzee.ai and support@agentzee.ai. You may stop using the service at any time and the publisher may suspend or terminate an account without notice; nothing states what becomes of the data afterwards.
Subprocessors disclosed
Yes

Hosting summary

AgentZee discloses no hosting jurisdiction. Neither the privacy policy nor the terms of service names a country, a region or a data centre where customer data is stored, and no data residency commitment is offered. The security measures described stay generic: end-to-end encryption for data in transit and at rest, industry-standard protocols and monitoring, strict access controls and regular security audits. The privacy policy names the third parties that may access personal data — Google Analytics, GitHub, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay and Facebook/Instagram (Meta) — without ever calling them sub-processors and without publishing a data processing agreement. Card details are never stored by the publisher: payments go directly to PCI-DSS compliant processors. One technical indication sits outside any statement by the publisher: agentzee.ai resolves to 20.193.130.20, an address belonging to AS8075 Microsoft Corporation and geolocated in Pune, India. That is an observation about the web server, not a declaration about where conversations, call recordings or CRM records are held. Organisations under data residency obligations should obtain a written answer before subscribing.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting AgentZee.

  • Two contradictory price grids for the same tier names — ₹2,100/₹4,200/₹8,400 on the pricing pages, $25/$50/$100 in the calculator, with no currency selector in the page: confirm in writing what you will really be billed before subscribing
  • The 3D Avatar Agent and the Testing Agent are marked Coming Soon while the Enterprise tier lists them as included; do not buy on the strength of a capability that has not shipped
  • The platform handles customer conversations and phone numbers, yet no data processing agreement, no certification (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) and no hosting region are declared, and the site is silent on model training and on any opt-out
  • GDPR compliance is claimed with no Article 27 EU representative, no named data protection officer and no dedicated privacy mailbox — only contact@agentzee.ai and support@agentzee.ai exist to exercise your rights
  • The terms of service apply the law of the State of California although the publisher is established in India, which complicates any dispute for a European or Indian customer
  • The privacy policy dates from June 2025 and the terms from 20 June 2025, neither reviewed since, and the privacy text still carries a typo — the sign of documents that are not actively maintained
  • Handing lead qualification and cold calling to an autonomous agent can quietly erode a team's own listening and negotiating practice, and the person on the line is not always told they are speaking to a machine: keep a human escalation path open, tell callers what they are dealing with, and read call summaries rather than trusting them blindly
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low. The website chatbot is a five-step, no-code flow: name the bot, point it at your site URL, enrich the knowledge base with a sitemap or uploaded documents, customise the widget, then paste the supplied script into your pages — the publisher promises deployment in minutes. Outbound voice campaigns need only a CSV import, and the Analytics Agent simply requires connecting Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads or a database. There is no API or SDK to integrate. The one prerequisite is access to your site's code or tag manager, to install the script.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is AgentZee?
AgentZee is an all-in-one AI agent platform built to support sales and marketing teams with several specialised agents. It combines text, voice, messaging, analytics, media and 3D agents in a single system, to automate lead handling, customer engagement, marketing creatives and performance analysis. It is published by Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd, based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
Which agents are actually available today?
Four of the six: the Text Agent, the Voice Agent, the Analytics Agent and the Media Agent. The 3D Avatar Agent and the Testing Agent both display a Coming Soon notice on their product pages, the Testing Agent with a waiting list.
Which channels can the chatbot be deployed on?
The product documentation covers a website widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. The Text Agent page additionally advertises Messenger, Slack and Discord, but the documentation does not cover those channels.
Is there a free trial, and is there a free plan?
There is a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start it. There is no permanently free plan: the pricing grid contains only paid tiers, plus an Enterprise tier quoted on request.
How much does the entry-level plan cost?
The pricing page lists Starter at ₹2,100 per month. The pricing calculator on the same site shows the same tier at $25 per month, a discrepancy the publisher does not explain.
How is the chatbot installed on a website?
By pasting a script supplied by AgentZee into your site's code. No development work is required, although you do need access to the site's code or to its tag manager.
Is there a public API?
No. The site publishes no API documentation, and docs.agentzee.ai covers only the CRM, the chatbots and the campaigns.
Is customer data used to train the models, and where is it hosted?
The site does not say, in either direction: neither the privacy policy nor the terms of service address model training or offer any opt-out. No hosting country or region is disclosed either.
Can I get a refund, and how do I reach support?
The terms of service allow a refund within 14 days of purchase. Support is reachable at support@agentzee.ai, or at contact@agentzee.ai and +91 9095958663, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
Is there a minimum age to use AgentZee?
Yes. The terms of service reserve the service to users aged 18 and over.
Conclusion

Should you pick AgentZee?

AgentZee proposes something genuinely rare at this price: chat, voice, a CRM, advertising analytics and content generation inside a single monthly subscription, where most buyers would otherwise assemble four separate tools. For a small sales or marketing team that wants inbound and outbound automation without hiring a developer, an analyst or a designer, the offer deserves a look.

Two reservations temper it. The catalogue is only partly delivered: two of the six announced agents, the 3D Avatar Agent and the Testing Agent, still display a Coming Soon notice, even though the Enterprise tier lists them among its inclusions. And the pricing is published twice, in two different currencies — ₹2,100, ₹4,200 and ₹8,400 per month on the pricing page, $25, $50 and $100 for the same tier names in the pricing calculator — with nothing on the site explaining which one you will actually be charged.

The legal paperwork is light. There is no data processing agreement, no security certification, no declared hosting country or region, and complete silence on whether customer conversations feed model training. The privacy policy dates from June 2025 and the terms of service from 20 June 2025; GDPR compliance is claimed without an Article 27 EU representative and without a named data protection officer. Buyers with formal compliance requirements should ask before signing.

The company behind the product, Episyche Technologies Pvt Ltd, was incorporated in India in 2021, but this particular product is young: the site has only been archived since September 2025. The good news is that you can judge for yourself before committing — the voice agent calls you back without an account, the text agent can be tested from the site, and the 14-day trial asks for no credit card.
