Agito

Agito is an AI-first project management app from Croatian publisher Ladoma d.o.o. It turns voice memos into tasks, plans your day from tasks and calendars, and builds automations from a single sentence, with everything hosted in the EU.

Overview

What is Agito?

Agito is a project management and collaboration platform published by Ladoma d.o.o., a company based in Zagreb, Croatia. Its pitch is AI-first: the intelligence sits in the core product rather than in paid add-ons or a marketplace of plug-ins.

One account covers two quite different habits. A Personal workspace surfaces only Tasks, Calendar and Daily Plan AI, which suits solo to-do keeping. A Shared workspace turns on every module for a family or a team. You can hold several of each and switch from the sidebar, and the type can be changed later.

The underlying modules are conventional and complete: infinitely nested tasks with statuses, priorities, assignees, labels, reminders and recurrence; documents that create a restorable revision on every save; versioned files with SHA-256 deduplication; a calendar with a lightweight Gantt; threaded project messages with mentions and email-out; and automatic check-ins in place of stand-ups.

What sits on top is the differentiator. Daily Plan AI reads your overdue, today and tomorrow tasks together with the day's events, subscribed external calendars included, and returns a time-blocked plan; it is a Plus feature. Voice to task takes a memo of up to sixty seconds, transcribes it with gpt-4o-mini-transcribe and has Claude Sonnet extract title, due date, project and priority, auto-detecting Croatian or English. Meeting recordings of up to ninety minutes yield a summary, decisions and assigned actions. Semantic search runs embeddings over every task, document and message with a Claude rerank, and warns about duplicates. A weekly project-health monitor returns a 0-100 score. Automations are written as a sentence rather than assembled in a node editor. An MCP server of roughly 65 tools, included even on the free plan, lets Claude Code or ChatGPT act on real data.

Heavier instruments follow: Climb hill charts that overlay felt progress on measured progress, a cross-project Lineup timeline, nested Goals and OKRs, task dependencies with automatic unblocking, native time tracking with a billable flag, and public intake forms.

Agito ships as an installable PWA rather than a store app, runs fully in Croatian and English, and hosts everything at Hetzner in Nuremberg.

What it does

  • Dictate a voice memo and get a structured task back, with title, due date, project and priority, in about five seconds
  • Click 'Plan my day' and receive a minute-by-minute schedule built from your tasks, priorities and calendars
  • Describe an automation rule in one sentence and have it built, name-mapped to real IDs and previewed before it runs
  • Record a meeting of up to 90 minutes and pull out a summary, the decisions taken and assigned action items
  • Search every task, document and message in plain language, using embeddings with a Claude rerank on top
  • Connect Claude Code or ChatGPT to the workspace through the MCP server and its roughly 65 tools
  • Export the whole workspace as a tar.gz archive, or open a project read-only through a revocable public link

When to use Agito / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Agito is the right fit.

When to use Agito

  • Small teams that want one app for personal to-dos and shared team work, instead of choosing between a solo tracker and a heavyweight project suite
  • Development teams already working in Claude Code or ChatGPT, since the MCP server and its roughly 65 tools are included even on the free plan
  • Croatian-speaking teams, who get complete Croatian coverage across every screen, email, toast and push notification
  • GDPR-sensitive organisations that need European hosting, with all data kept at Hetzner in Nuremberg
  • Consultants and agencies billing by the hour, thanks to the built-in timer, the billable flag and CSV time reports

When not to use Agito

  • Teams that require a native app distributed through the App Store or Google Play: Agito is a PWA, and the site states plainly that store versions are not offered
  • Anyone who needs to work offline, since only the last cached state can be read while editing and syncing require a connection
  • Buyers whose procurement starts with an audited certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, none of which Agito claims
  • Teams working in a language other than Croatian or English, the only two interface languages
  • Users under 16, who may not use the service without verified parental consent

How to use Agito

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Create a workspace at app.tryagito.com/register; the site claims sixty seconds, and no card is asked for
  2. Choose Personal or Shared mode at creation, knowing the type can still be changed later in workspace settings
  3. Start on the automatic 14-day Plus trial, with every Plus feature open from the first day
  4. Bring existing work in from /settings/import, using the Trello, Asana or Basecamp importers or the universal CSV
  5. Switch modules on or off per project, and mute the bell, push and email channels project by project
  6. Paste an iCal URL into settings to subscribe to a Google, iCloud or Outlook calendar; it syncs read-only every thirty minutes
  7. Generate a token in /settings/integrations and paste it into your Claude Code configuration to open the MCP server
  8. Install on mobile straight from the browser: Chrome on Android, or Safari's Share menu then 'Add to Home Screen' on iOS
  9. Request a B2B quote at app.tryagito.com/quote-request if you would rather pay an invoice with VAT and IBAN by bank transfer
  10. After fourteen days, stay on the free plan or subscribe to Plus or Business

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • AI built into the core of the product rather than sold as an add-on module
  • Full MCP access included on the free plan, with no upgrade gate on the integration
  • External calendars can be subscribed to and not merely exported, which the site claims no rival PM tool does
  • A single EU hosting location at Hetzner in Nuremberg, with no analytics, advertising or tracking pixels anywhere
  • Complete tar.gz workspace export and an open schema, so leaving is a documented operation rather than a negotiation
  • Fourteen-day Plus trial with no card, falling back automatically to a permanent free plan
  • Legible per-seat pricing in euros, 17% off on annual billing, and a proper quote-and-bank-transfer route for B2B buyers

Cons

  • No audited security certification is claimed: the security page describes measures, not a third-party audit
  • No customer DPA is published or announced as available on request, which is unusual for a European B2B target
  • PWA only, so nothing in the App Store or Google Play, and Firefox on Android cannot install it at all
  • Offline support is partial: the last cached state can be read, but editing and syncing need a connection
  • The site contradicts itself three times, on backup retention of 30 against 14 days, on contact@ against hello@, and on roughly 65 against 85+ MCP tools
  • API and MCP documentation sits behind the login, so there is nothing public to evaluate before signing up
  • A very young product with no social presence at all: the domain dates from 20 April 2026, the legal documents from 24 April 2026, and there is no LinkedIn, Instagram or YouTube account to gauge traction

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Agito handles your data.

GDPR overview

GDPR compliance is claimed explicitly and backed with concrete detail. Ladoma d.o.o. names itself controller. The privacy policy, effective 24 April 2026, lists the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent; export runs in-app, other rights go through privacy@tryagito.com. Croatia's AZOP is named as supervisory authority, alongside the user's own. Data is stored in the EU at Hetzner in Nuremberg, while Cloudflare and Resend may handle metadata elsewhere under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The minimum age is 16. Four strictly necessary cookies are named with their lifetimes and claimed exempt under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive; no analytics or advertising cookies are set. Material changes are announced by email 30 days ahead. No Article 27 representative is designated, and none is required: the publisher is established in the EU.

Who owns the data?

Section 4 of the terms of service is explicit: you keep all rights to the content you upload. Ladoma d.o.o. takes only a limited licence to store, transmit and display that content as far as running the service requires. Two uses are ruled out by name, with no exception clause attached: your content is never sold, and it is never used to train AI models. Ownership therefore stays with the customer and the publisher's rights remain purely operational. Portability backs this up. A full workspace export in tar.gz format, combining a JSON snapshot with the attachments, can be downloaded at any time and loaded elsewhere. Ladoma d.o.o. names itself controller under the GDPR.

Reuse rights

Customers may reuse their own content freely and without asking permission: the terms grant Ladoma d.o.o. nothing beyond an operational licence, and a complete tar.gz export, JSON snapshot plus attachments, can be pulled at any time and loaded into a competing tool or a private database. On the publisher's side, the privacy policy lists what is collected: account data, everything created in the app, usage data such as login timestamps, IP addresses, user agents and audit-log actions, and strictly necessary cookies. Four purposes are stated with their legal bases, namely providing the service, keeping it secure, sending transactional email and meeting legal obligations. Nothing is sold. Sharing is limited to four named sub-processors: Hetzner Online GmbH for hosting, Cloudflare for CDN, DNS and its network tunnel, Resend for transactional email, and Anthropic PBC only where the customer switches AI features on. No analytics, advertising or tracking pixels are used, and the weekly digest and each individual notification type can be switched off in Settings.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Account data is kept for as long as the account stays active. On deletion, all personal data is erased within 30 days, except where the law requires retention, invoices being the example given. The privacy policy says backups are held 30 days then destroyed, while the security page and homepage FAQ both say 14 days, a discrepancy worth confirming. History depends on the plan: documents are kept 30 days on Free, 90 days on Plus and one year on Business, and the audit log runs 7 days, 30 days and one year respectively. Enterprise offers custom retention. Cookies expire on stated schedules, from ten minutes for the pending two-factor token to one year for language preferences. Voice memo audio is not stored; recorded meeting audio may be kept for replay. A full export is available at any time.

Hosting summary

All customer data is stored in the European Union, in Hetzner's Nuremberg data centre in Germany; Hetzner Online GmbH is named as the hosting sub-processor in the privacy policy. Daily PostgreSQL backups are taken, and traffic is encrypted end to end through a Cloudflare Tunnel, which the security page describes as leaving no origin ports exposed. Three qualifications deserve attention. Cloudflare, which supplies CDN, DNS and the tunnel, and Resend, which delivers transactional email, may process metadata in other jurisdictions under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. AI processing is not local either: calls go to the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs under those providers' own clauses, with Anthropic PBC listed as an optional sub-processor engaged only when the customer turns AI features on. Finally, the IP address the domain resolves to sits on a Cloudflare anycast node in the United States; that is the CDN edge and says nothing about where the application server runs. Backup retention is given as 30 days in the privacy policy but 14 days on the security page.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Agito.

  • The site contradicts itself in three places: backup retention is 30 days in the privacy policy but 14 days on the security page and homepage FAQ, the contact page body gives contact@ while its metadata gives hello@, and the MCP toolset is roughly 65 tools everywhere except one meta description claiming 85+
  • No audited certification of any kind: the security page describes real measures such as TOTP two-factor, AES-256-GCM encryption and bcrypt hashing, but attests to no third-party review
  • No customer DPA is published or offered on request, even though the privacy policy confirms Ladoma holds data processing agreements with its own sub-processors
  • AI processing leaves the EU: calls run through the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs under standard contractual clauses, and Cloudflare and Resend may handle metadata elsewhere on the same basis
  • Voice memo audio is not stored, but recorded meeting audio can be kept for replay, which is a different setting worth checking before you record colleagues
  • Handing your task list, documents and calendar to an AI planner invites a quiet dependency: a day planned for you is a day you have not thought through, and a 0-100 health score can quietly replace actually reading the project
  • The imprint's line 'Representative: details available on request' refers to a company representative, not a GDPR Article 27 representative, and the publisher's registered activity in the Croatian court register is wholesale of ICT equipment rather than software publishing
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low for almost everything. Account creation is claimed at sixty seconds with no card, mobile install is a three-step browser flow on Android or iOS, and migrating from Trello, Asana or Basecamp uses ready-made importers. There is no server to install, no plug-in and no marketplace to configure, and automations are written as a sentence rather than assembled in a node editor. Two steps ask slightly more: pasting an iCal URL to subscribe to a calendar, and generating a token for the MCP server. SAML SSO, on Business only, needs an identity administrator.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can I use Agito as a personal to-do app rather than a team tool?
Yes. Choose Personal mode when you create the workspace and only Tasks, Calendar and Daily Plan AI appear, with no messages, docs or files in the way. Voice to task, Daily Plan AI and calendar sync all work in that mode. You can keep several workspaces side by side, one Personal and one Shared for the team, and switch between them from the sidebar; the type can also be changed later in settings.
How does Daily Plan AI actually build my day?
You click 'Plan my day' on the /me dashboard. Claude reads your overdue, today and tomorrow tasks, every event scheduled for the day including any external calendars you have subscribed to, your priorities and your working hours, then returns a minute-by-minute time-blocked plan that honours fixed meetings and leaves room for deep work and lunch. It is a Plus feature, and the model used is configurable in admin settings.
What is the MCP server and what can Claude or ChatGPT do with my data?
MCP is Anthropic's Model Context Protocol. Agito exposes roughly 65 tools through it, covering listing, creating, editing and deleting across every resource, plus bulk operations, AI subtask expansion and thread summaries. You generate a token in /settings/integrations and paste it into your Claude Code configuration. Unusually, full MCP access is included on the free plan and is not gated behind an upgrade.
Where is my data hosted, and is Agito GDPR compliant?
Data is stored in the EU, at Hetzner's data centre in Nuremberg, Germany, with daily PostgreSQL backups. Ladoma d.o.o. names itself GDPR controller and the privacy policy, effective 24 April 2026, sets out access, erasure, portability and objection rights, with AZOP named as the Croatian supervisory authority. Cloudflare and Resend may handle metadata elsewhere, and AI calls go to the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, all under standard contractual clauses.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Section 4 of the terms states that Agito does not use your content to train AI models and does not sell it, and that you retain all rights to what you upload. Note that this is a default position rather than a setting: no opt-out toggle is documented, because there is nothing to opt out of. Anthropic PBC appears in the privacy policy only as an optional sub-processor, engaged when you switch AI features on.
Is there a free plan or a trial, and do I need a card?
Both, and no card is required for either. Every new workspace opens on an automatic 14-day Plus trial with all Plus features unlocked from day one. When the fourteen days end you simply drop to the permanent Free plan, which allows three members, one active project and 100 MB of storage, unless you decide to buy. Plus costs 8 EUR per user per month, Business 16 EUR, with 17% off on annual billing.
Why is there no App Store or Play Store version?
Agito is a Progressive Web App, installed straight from the browser in about thirty seconds through Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS 16.4 and later. Push notifications, full-screen display and the app icon all behave natively, and updates arrive without a store review. The publisher says a Play Store build is not currently offered and would only go on the roadmap if enough customers asked. Firefox on Android cannot install it.
Can I migrate from Trello, Asana, Basecamp, ClickUp or Monday?
Yes. The /settings/import screen offers four importers, covering Trello JSON exports, Asana CSV, Basecamp JSON and a universal CSV for everything else. Projects, lists, tasks, subtasks and labels are carried across, so there is no manual copy-pasting. For anything unusual, the MCP server can be scripted with Claude Code to run a custom migration. The site advertises the whole operation as a five-minute job.
What happens to my data if I close my account?
All personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where the law requires retention, invoices being the example the policy gives. The privacy policy states backups are kept 30 days then destroyed, although the security page and homepage FAQ both say 14 days, so that point is worth confirming. Before deleting anything, you can export the entire workspace as a tar.gz archive containing a JSON snapshot and all attachments.
Conclusion

Should you pick Agito?

Agito is a young product from a very small Croatian publisher, and both halves matter.

What it does well is easy to see. The AI really is part of the core: Daily Plan AI, voice capture, semantic search, the project-health monitor and the automation parser are not upsells. The MCP server, roughly sixty-five tools deep, is open even on the free plan, which is unusual generosity and makes it easy to drive from Claude Code. Subscribing to external calendars rather than only exporting to them fills a real gap in the competition. Data stays at Hetzner in Nuremberg, no analytics or tracking pixels are set, and a complete tar.gz export means leaving is a documented operation rather than a negotiation. Pricing is legible: a permanent free plan, 8 EUR per user per month for Plus, 16 EUR for Business, 17% off annually, and a proper quote-and-bank-transfer path for B2B buyers.

The reservations are equally concrete. Nothing here is externally audited, with no SOC 2, no ISO 27001 and no customer DPA published or offered. The API and MCP documentation sits behind the login, so there is nothing to evaluate before signing up. The site contradicts itself on backup retention, on its own general contact address and on the size of its MCP toolset: small things individually, but they suggest pages written faster than they were reconciled. And the product is very new, with a domain registered in April 2026, legal documents from the same month and no social presence to gauge traction against.

For a small European team, especially a Croatian-speaking or development-heavy one, that wants EU hosting and AI inside the product rather than beside it, Agito is worth the fourteen-day trial. For a procurement process that opens with a certification checklist, it is not ready.
