AgroPredict is the artificial-intelligence layer of AgroMind, a modular farming platform published by AgroMind Solutions S.L. of Zaragoza, Spain. Two sibling modules sit beside it: AgroSense, the IoT sensor units the company designs and manufactures itself, and AgroMonitor, its satellite remote-sensing and per-field NDVI tool. Implementation is concrete and above the usual standard for a company this young. The policy, last updated on 13 February 2026, applies Regulation (EU) 2016/679 together with Spanish law, and it names a legal basis for every purpose rather than gesturing at compliance. Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent are all offered, exercised in writing at legal@agromind.es, and the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos is named as the supervisory authority for complaints.
