Ainora

Ainora is a Lithuanian-built AI voice agent that answers and places calls 24/7, reads and writes your CRM, calendar and price list, books appointments, qualifies leads and reactivates dormant customers as a fully managed, EU-hosted service.

Overview

What is Ainora?

Ainora is an AI voice agent platform published by AINORA, MB, a Lithuanian small partnership (mazoji bendrija) based in Vilnius and entered in the national register on 07/10/2024 under company code 307006350. The publisher positions it as an AI digital administrator: a system that takes over the phone line and the front-office admin work behind it, rather than a chatbot bolted onto a website.

The central argument is blunt - a voice agent that cannot check anything will make something up. Ainora's agents are therefore wired into the customer's own systems. They read the calendar, the price list and the customer history before answering, then write the result of the call back where it belongs: an appointment, a note, a qualification, a next step.

Commercially the offer splits into four blocks: AI appointment setting (an AI SDR), database and lead reactivation, the voice agent itself, and AI SMS campaigns. Three platform capabilities are highlighted: an AI Receptionist that answers around the clock, an AI Intelligence Suite that transcribes every call, tags intent and value, detects sentiment and scores quality, and an AI Conference Bridge - the claimed differentiator, where the AI stays on a human call, briefs the employee live and fills the CRM while the conversation is still happening.

Delivery is the other half of the product. Ainora is a fully managed service, not a developer tool: the team configures and trains the agent, supplies the phone number, connects the systems and holds a weekly calibration review. Go-live is announced at two to four weeks - discovery in week one, build and testing in week two, then continuous tuning - and the customer still gets a dashboard to replay calls and ask for adjustments.

The publisher claims 100+ agent configurations built, 25+ industries served and a native speech-to-speech architecture rather than the usual speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech chain. It advertises 100+ languages with automatic detection, of which Lithuanian, English, Russian, Polish, German, Spanish and French are named. Governance controls announced include per-employee access rights, human approval on anything that commits money, and a full log of calls and decisions. Ten public demo numbers and a browser voice widget can be tried without signing up.

What it does

  • Answers every inbound call in under a second, 24/7, with no hold queue
  • Books, moves and cancels appointments directly in the connected calendar or CRM
  • Checks live availability, prices and customer history before it answers
  • Writes the outcome back into the systems: appointment, notes, qualification, next step
  • Runs outbound calls: B2B prospecting, dormant customer reactivation, payment follow-ups
  • Qualifies and scores leads by intent and by value
  • Stays on human calls as a conference bridge, briefing the employee and filling the CRM in real time

When to use Ainora / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Ainora is the right fit.

When to use Ainora

  • High-call-volume service SMBs - dental and veterinary clinics, restaurants, hotels, salons, auto workshops, law and accounting firms, estate agencies - that lose bookings every time the phone goes unanswered
  • Sales teams that need advertising leads called back within a minute: the Facebook Lead Ads connector is advertised as triggering a callback in about 30 seconds
  • Debt collection operations, served as a dedicated vertical with FDCPA and TCPA compliance claimed
  • Businesses working in Lithuanian, Baltic and Central-European markets, where native Lithuanian voice handling is the publisher's main claimed edge over US vendors
  • Owners who want a turnkey outcome rather than a tool to configure, and agencies or resellers who can take the same platform white-labelled with sub-accounts, a branded client dashboard, a partner API and webhooks

When not to use Ainora

  • Developer teams looking for a self-serve voice API to build on: the publisher states plainly that Ainora is "a fully managed service, not a developer tool", and no public API documentation exists
  • Buyers who need a published price before a sales conversation: there is no rate card, no range and no floor price anywhere on the site
  • Businesses that must go live within days: the announced timeline is two to four weeks from the first consultation
  • Medical, legal, financial advice and emergency call handling, which section 2 of the terms excludes outright
  • Anyone wanting to trial a configured agent alone before buying, or a complete debt collection management system: Ainora offers public demo numbers rather than trial accounts, and positions itself as the voice layer on top of collections work, not as the collections platform
Get started

How to use Ainora

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Try it before speaking to anyone: call one of the ten public demo numbers or talk to the voice widget on the site, with no signup and no card
  2. Book the free 30-minute consultation through the contact form or the sales line; expect questions on call volume, the systems in place and the real bottleneck
  3. Receive a written scope and a fixed quote, with setup cost and recurring cost stated separately
  4. Week one: Ainora maps your call flows, prices, organisation and escalation rules, and listens to real calls
  5. Hand over access to the systems to connect, by API key or OAuth; a custom integration on any system with an API is announced at three to five working days
  6. Decide on the number: keep your existing one, or take a local number Ainora provides on your market
  7. Week two: the agent is built, connected to the systems and tested against real scenarios
  8. Listen to the test recordings and approve them before anything goes live
  9. Go live, typically two to four weeks after the first consultation
  10. Keep the weekly transcript review with the account manager - that is where the agent is recalibrated

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • The agent checks real data - calendar, prices, customer history - before answering, then writes the outcome back, instead of reciting a script
  • Fully managed delivery: setup, training, phone number, integrations and weekly calibration all sit on the publisher's side, with no technical work for the customer
  • EU hosting claimed and a detailed GDPR / EU AI Act posture, including AI disclosure on every call, a DPA on offer and named subprocessors
  • Unusual language depth: native Lithuanian plus Baltic, Slavic and Central-European languages that few US-based competitors cover
  • The AI Conference Bridge assists a human live rather than simply transferring the call
  • An unusually specific vertical integration catalogue: ClinicCards, Alteg, Open Dental, Denticon, Guesty, Breezeway, ServiceTitan, Shopmonkey, Medatixx and others
  • Evaluation without friction: ten public phone numbers and a browser widget with no account and no card, alongside around forty published comparison pages, including unfavourable ones

Cons

  • No public pricing at all: no rate card, no range, no floor price - everything runs through a quote after a discovery call
  • No self-service: an agent cannot be built alone, a sales consultation is the only entry point, and there is no public API documentation and no mobile app
  • Two to four weeks between the consultation and go-live
  • First-party contradiction on training: the privacy policy announces analysis of call recordings to improve the models, while the security page states that no customer data ever trains the models
  • Second contradiction on data locality: the security page states that no data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, while the FAQ offers a deployment on US infrastructure
  • No independent certification (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS, PCI DSS) is claimed or published - only technical measures such as TLS 1.3 and AES-256
  • A very young and very small company - legal entity registered in October 2024, bootstrapped, no outside capital - with no verifiable customer results published, no postal address on the site and a single generic email address with no dedicated support contact
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

No price is published. The pricing page carries no amount, no range and no plan, and the site's own llms.txt repeats that there is no pricing published. Ainora quotes per project after a free 30-minute consultation, and describes the quote as fixed, with setup cost and recurring cost stated separately: "We quote per project, so you pay for what your business actually needs, not a bloated SaaS tier designed for Fortune 500s." Six factors are said to determine the figure: monthly call volume, sector complexity, number of integrations, languages, compliance requirements and optimisation cadence. The standard scope included in a quote is described as discovery and scripting for one main use case, one to two CRM or calendar integrations, Lithuanian, English and Russian with automatic detection, weekly calibration reviews, basic GDPR compliance, and recordings and transcripts in the dashboard. Complex workflows and branching logic, multi-system integrations with middleware, additional languages, a dedicated success manager, specialised regulatory reviews and advanced analytics are billed as add-ons. The publisher advertises flexible terms, no hidden fees and a fixed quote after discovery. There is no permanent free plan and no trial account; what is free is the initial consultation, the ten public demo numbers and the browser voice widget. Since nothing is published, no price level or order of magnitude can be stated here - a quote is the only way to obtain one.

No priced tiers are published
  • the site shows no plan names
  • no levels and no amounts
  • only a per-project quote issued after a consultation.
Priced as add-ons
  • complex workflows and branching logic
  • multi-system integrations with middleware
  • additional languages from the claimed 100+ catalogue
  • a dedicated success manager
  • specialised regulatory reviews (medical
  • financial
  • debt collection)
  • and advanced analytics or custom dashboards.
Plan 4
A separate white-label and partner offer exists, with sub-accounts, a branded client dashboard, a custom domain and a partner API
  • also without published rates.
Special offers — No promotion, discount, coupon or launch offer is published, and no student, non-profit or reduced-rate scheme is mentioned anywhere on the site. · What costs nothing is the initial consultation, plus the ten public demo numbers and the browser voice widget, which need no signup. A white-label and partner programme also exists, with no financial terms published.
Prices and plans listed above may evolve. Always check the official pricing page before subscribing.
Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Ainora handles your data.

GDPR overview

GDPR implementation is documented in concrete terms. The privacy policy, effective February 2026, states that Ainora processes personal data "in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Lithuanian data protection laws", and lists rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent, answered within 30 days. The supervisory authority named is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI, vdai.lrv.lt); requests go to info@ainora.lt. A separate data processing agreement can be signed with the customer, and Ainora says DPAs are maintained with every subprocessor and infrastructure provider. The security page claims EU AI Act readiness in the limited-risk tier with article 50 transparency: each caller is told they are speaking to an AI and can be handed to a human at any point. Being established in Lithuania, the publisher needs no article 27 EU representative.

Who owns the data?

Section 4 of the terms leaves ownership with the customer: "You retain ownership of all data and content you provide to us for the purpose of configuring and operating your AI assistant. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer records, or proprietary information." The platform side - software, models, algorithms and trademarks - stays with AINORA, MB or its licensors. Section 7 casts Ainora as a data processor acting on the customer's instructions, while the customer remains responsible for the legal basis on which its own callers' data is shared. The security page adds that customer conversation data is never sold, shared or made available to third parties.

Reuse rights

The privacy policy declares five purposes: delivering the service, improving it, analytics, communication and legal compliance. Under Service Improvement it says Ainora will "analyze call recordings and interaction data to improve our AI models, voice recognition accuracy, and overall service quality". The security page states the opposite: "Your customers' voice data and conversation content are never used to train AI models. This is a firm policy, not a toggle." Both statements are first-party, neither is withdrawn, and no opt-out mechanism is documented either way - which is why the training status is recorded here as unclear and should be settled in writing before signing. The data covered includes call recordings, contact details, CRM records (appointments, history, logs) and web usage data; callers are told at the start of a call that the conversation may be recorded. The named subprocessors are OpenAI for language and voice processing, Telnyx for telephony and Google Analytics. Ainora says processing is real-time and minimised, with only the agreed outputs - a summary, the appointment details - kept after the call.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Ainora says data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Call recordings are kept for the period agreed with the business customer and then deleted, and retention is described as configurable by the business owner, from immediate deletion to a custom duration. Minimisation is claimed: after a call, only the agreed outputs - the summary, the appointment details - are retained. Erasure requests are answered within 30 days. On termination, the terms provide a copy of the data in a standard format on request, then "We will delete your data within 90 days of termination, unless retention is required by law". One gap to note: no default retention period is quantified anywhere, so the periods you are said to control have to be turned into an actual number in the contract.

Hosting summary

Ainora presents EU data residency as a pillar of its security page: "All customer data is processed and stored on servers located within the European Union. No data is transferred outside the EU/EEA." The privacy policy repeats that data is stored on servers located in the EU, in line with GDPR residency requirements. No hosting country is named and the infrastructure providers are described only as vetted providers, so neither the datacentre locations nor their operators are disclosed. Redundancy with automatic failover, automated backups and geographic redundancy are claimed without further detail. One qualification matters: the home-page FAQ offers to run a deployment on US infrastructure where US data locality is a requirement, which contradicts the no-transfer statement above, and the applicable regime therefore has to be established with the publisher contract by contract. Independently of those statements, the website's own IP address resolves to Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland - an observation about the site itself, not a declaration by the publisher about where customer data is held, and no substitute for one.

Country-level availability.

Not available in

No country or region is excluded: the site publishes no geographic restriction. Lithuania, the European Union and the United States are named as served markets an open list, not a limitation alongside localised pages in Lithuanian, German, French, Polish, Spanish and Italian and a UK market page, with local phone numbers provided on the customer's market.
Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Ainora.

  • First-party contradiction on model training: the privacy policy announces the analysis of call recordings to improve the AI models, while the security page states that customer voice data is never used to train models, "a firm policy, not a toggle". No opt-out is documented either way; the point has to be settled with the publisher.
  • Second contradiction, on data locality: the security page states that no data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, while the home-page FAQ offers to run the deployment on US infrastructure where US data locality is required. Which one applies to a given contract is not published.
  • No independent certification is claimed anywhere - ISO 27001, SOC 2, HDS and PCI DSS are absent from every page. AES-256 and TLS 1.3 are technical measures, not certificates, and should not be read as third-party assurance.
  • The founding dates disagree: the site's structured data says 2025, the Lithuanian register records the legal entity on 07/10/2024, and the ainora.lt domain was only registered on 14/03/2025. The register date is the one retained here.
  • No postal address is published anywhere on the site despite a registered office existing in the Lithuanian register, the only published email is a generic one with no dedicated support address, and the LinkedIn link in the footer points to a personal profile rather than the company page.
  • The publisher declares an ecosystem of several domains - tryainora.com, getainora.com, calleadsai.com, atsiliepsiu.lt, helloainora.com, callhush.com - presented as several sites on one platform, so different brand names can lead to the same product. A separate and unrelated ainora.ai exists in Dubai, which the publisher itself flags.
  • The figures on the about page - 100+ agent configurations built, 25+ industries, ten live demo numbers - are publisher claims that cannot be verified, no quantified customer result is published, and calls to the public demo numbers are themselves recorded for quality purposes.
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Very low on the customer's side. Ainora configures, trains and runs the agent as a managed service, so no development skills are required and nothing to build yourself; it is explicitly not a self-serve tool. The customer supplies access to the systems to connect, by API key or OAuth, and approves test recordings before go-live. Calendar time is the real cost: two to four weeks from consultation to production, plus three to five working days for a custom integration on any system with an API. The residual effort afterwards is a weekly transcript review with the account manager.

Frequently asked questions

Who publishes Ainora?
AINORA, MB, a Lithuanian small partnership headquartered in Vilnius, entered in the national register on 07/10/2024 under company code 307006350 and founded by Justas Butkus. The company describes itself as bootstrapped and self-funded, with no venture capital and no debt.
How much does Ainora cost?
No price is published anywhere on the site: no rate card, no range and no floor price. Ainora quotes per project after a free 30-minute consultation, with setup cost and recurring cost stated separately, and names six factors that shape the quote - monthly call volume, sector complexity, number of integrations, languages, compliance requirements and optimisation cadence.
Can I try it before buying?
You can hear the product for free and without signing up: ten public demo numbers can be called and a voice widget runs in the browser. There is no trial account and no free plan, though - testing an agent configured for your own business happens inside the paid build, where you approve test recordings before go-live. Note that the demo calls are recorded for quality purposes.
Is Ainora something I configure myself?
No. The publisher states plainly that Ainora is a fully managed service, not a developer tool: it configures, trains and runs the agent, supplies the number and connects the systems. The customer gets a dashboard to replay calls and request changes, plus a weekly transcript review with an account manager.
Which languages does it handle?
Ainora claims more than 100 languages with automatic detection and mid-call switching, but publishes no full list. The languages named explicitly are Lithuanian, English, Russian, Polish, German, Spanish and French. Lithuanian, English and Russian are described as part of the standard quote, with further languages billed as add-ons.
Where is the data hosted?
On EU infrastructure by default: the security page states that all customer data is processed and stored on servers located within the European Union. No specific country is named. A US deployment is separately offered in the FAQ for customers who require US data locality, which sits awkwardly with the same page's claim that no data is transferred outside the EU/EEA.
Is my data used to train the AI models?
The site contradicts itself. The privacy policy says Ainora analyses call recordings and interaction data to improve its AI models; the security page says customers' voice data and conversation content are never used to train AI models, calling it a firm policy rather than a toggle. No opt-out mechanism is documented either way, so this should be settled in writing before signing.
What is signed, and who else processes the data?
A separate data processing agreement can be concluded with the customer, and Ainora says it maintains DPAs with all subprocessors and infrastructure providers. The privacy policy names OpenAI for language and voice processing, Telnyx for telephony and Google Analytics for website analytics.
How long does it take to go live, and will it connect to my CRM?
Two to four weeks: discovery in week one, build and testing in week two, then continuous calibration. More than 25 systems are named, including HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Google Calendar, ServiceTitan, Guesty and Open Dental, connected by API key or OAuth. A custom integration on any system with an API is announced at three to five working days.
Conclusion

Should you pick Ainora?

Ainora's core proposition is clear and less common than it sounds: the agent reads and writes the customer's own systems - calendar, prices, history, CRM - instead of reciting a script, and the publisher builds and runs the whole thing rather than handing over a builder. For a service SMB with no technical team that is a genuine shortcut. The price of it is dependence on a very small vendor for every change, and a two-to-four-week wait before anything answers the phone.

The European posture is one of the better-documented parts of the file: EU-only hosting claimed, a Lithuanian publisher under Lithuanian law and VDAI supervision, article 50 transparency on every call, a DPA on offer, named subprocessors, configurable retention and deletion within 90 days of termination. The Baltic and Central-European language depth is a real edge in markets where US vendors are thin.

The reservations are just as concrete. Nothing is priced in public, so no comparison is possible before a sales call. AINORA, MB is a legal entity from October 2024, bootstrapped and tiny, with no independent certification - AES-256 and TLS 1.3 are technical measures, not certificates - and no published, verifiable customer results. Two first-party contradictions have to be closed in writing before signing: whether call recordings feed model improvement, since the privacy policy and the security page say opposite things, and whether data really stays in the EU/EEA, since a US deployment is offered alongside a no-transfer claim.

The sensible next step costs nothing: call one of the demo numbers, judge the voice quality yourself, then take the free consultation with those two questions written down.
