aiOS
aiOS is an AI operating system for small businesses that texts back finished work rather than drafts: branded carousels, posts, images, video, websites, Meta Ads and email, produced by Claude and ChatGPT under a single subscription.
What is aiOS?
aiOS is an AI operating system aimed at small and mid-size business owners who run marketing, support and sales themselves. Published by AI Genesis LLC, a Delaware company, it presents itself less as a chat assistant than as a digital employee: you describe the job and it hands back finished deliverables instead of drafts. The vendor claims more than 1,200 agentic skills that route themselves per task, with Claude and ChatGPT orchestrated underneath.
The distinctive choice is the control surface. aiOS answers on a real phone number you text like a person, and the same memory follows you across iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, email and a web dashboard. Onboarding starts from one input: paste your website, and the tool scans the business, drafts a competitive analysis and stands up its agents in about sixty seconds, with the full flow of workspace claim, Instagram analysis and integration connections taking five to ten minutes.
Six named agents cover support, sales, ads, content, operations and email. A Creative Studio generates images, animates photos into video, lays out multi-slide carousels, designs platform-specific social posts, builds websites with a live preview URL, and clones a voice from a fifteen-second recording. Meta Ads campaigns are created, tested and rebalanced; leads are sourced, de-duplicated and booked; mail and calendar are handled through OAuth connections to Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, Notion, Shopify, HubSpot, Stripe and others. An optional read-only bank connection through SimpleFIN adds balance, spending and recurring-charge summaries.
Free entry is deliberately frictionless: five anonymous messages with no signup or card, then a permanent free account offering roughly fifteen dashboard chats a day. Paid tiers run from 20 to 200 US dollars a month with rollover allowances and a soft spending ceiling. A separate Enterprise offer, from 2,500 dollars a month, adds multi-seat, white-label, SSO, an SLA and outbound voice, which is withheld from self-serve tiers for TCPA and 10DLC reasons. The product is young: the domain was registered in April 2026 and SOC 2 Type II attestation remains pending.
What it does
- Design branded carousels, social posts and images from a single text message
- Answer customers on iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs and web chat
- Create, test and rebalance Meta Ads campaigns
- Triage, draft and send email from a connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox
- Source, de-duplicate and qualify leads, then book the meetings
- Generate video and stand up live websites from a written description
- Report back with a morning brief and a dashboard of what actually shipped
When to use aiOS / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if aiOS is the right fit.
When to use aiOS
- Small-business owners who personally run their marketing, support and sales, with no in-house team
- Solo founders and freelancers who want branded content shipped rather than merely drafted
- Local service businesses named on the vendor's own vertical pages: dentists, med spas, gyms, salons, restaurants and home services
- Real-estate agents, mortgage brokers and auto dealers who already live in their messaging threads
- Small agencies juggling several client brands and looking to add accounts without hiring
When not to use aiOS
- Teams that need a native iOS or Android application: aiOS runs only through messaging apps and the web
- Developers looking for a documented public API, as none is published despite the Terms advertising API control
- Non-English organisations, since no interface or processing language is declared anywhere on the site
- EU data controllers who require a signed DPA, an Article 27 representative or European hosting
- Buyers who need a completed SOC 2 Type II attestation or a third-party penetration test before signing
How to use aiOS
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Try it anonymously first: five messages from the site, with no signup, no card and no email
- Or run the free Roast audit by pasting your website address or a social handle
- Create a free account, which allows roughly fifteen dashboard chats a day, refreshed each morning
- Paste your website URL so the tool can scan the business and deploy your agents in about a minute
- Finish onboarding by claiming the workspace and running the Instagram analysis, in five to ten minutes
- Connect your tools by OAuth from Dashboard then Integrations: Gmail or Outlook, Calendar, Meta, TikTok, Slack, Notion and Shopify
- Pick a paid tier to unlock execution, meaning posting, rendering, outreach and iMessage
- Text the assistant from iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram or the web to request a piece of work
- Approve the big moves from your phone, as drafts are shown and confirmed before an email is sent
- Set your spending ceiling in Settings then Billing, and switch on the optional hard cap if you want one
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Frictionless entry: five messages with no signup or card, then a permanent free account
- Low paid entry point at 20 US dollars a month covering chat, memory, image generation and voice notes
- Unusually substantiated security posture, with curl probes anyone can run, a security.txt file, Postgres row-level tenant isolation and AES-256-GCM encryption
- Explicit commitment that customer conversations and data never train a foundation model
- Per-service privacy documentation for Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok and SimpleFIN, plus a dedicated data deletion page
- Real spend control: rollover allowances, a soft ceiling, a consent step before overage and an optional hard cap
- Month-to-month with no contract, and a written result guarantee on the Enterprise offer
Cons
- Very young product: the domain was registered in April 2026, the Wayback Machine holds no capture and no company incorporation date is published
- SOC 2 Type II attestation is still pending and the third-party penetration test is only planned
- No native mobile application and no public API documentation, despite the Terms advertising API control
- No declared interface or processing language, and the entire site is in English only
- Hosting and processing in the United States, with no Article 27 EU representative and no published DPA
- Overage is billed at cost plus 40 per cent, and the hard spending cap is off by default
- Several homepage figures and testimonials are labelled illustrative by the vendor itself
Pricing & Plans
A permanent free plan is available: five anonymous messages require no signup and no payment card, and a free account provides approximately fifteen dashboard chats per day, refreshed each morning. The lowest paid entry point is the Basic plan at 20.00 USD per month, billed monthly through Stripe, with usage beyond the monthly bundle metered at cost plus 40 per cent.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how aiOS handles your data.
GDPR overview
aiOS displays a GDPR Ready badge and devotes a dedicated section of its privacy policy to users in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. The commitments are concrete: legal bases of contractual necessity, legitimate interest and consent for optional features such as voice recording; transfer of data to United States servers under Standard Contractual Clauses where required; privacy@ai-genesis.ai as the GDPR contact; and an explicit reminder of the right to complain to a local supervisory authority. Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent are all listed, with a thirty-day response commitment, and the security page advertises data export, deletion and correction endpoints. Two elements are missing: no Article 27 EU representative is designated, and no data processing agreement is published or offered.
Who owns the data?
Under the Terms of Service, you own the content aiOS generates for your account, subject to the usage policies of the underlying model providers. AI Genesis LLC keeps ownership of the Service itself, including its design, code, proprietary models and documentation, along with the aiOS name and logo. The vendor states that conversations, emails and customer data are never used to train a foundation model, its own or anyone else's, and that personal information is not sold. Data is shared only with the named subprocessors, limited to what each needs to deliver its service, while anonymised aggregate usage data may be used to improve the product. Enterprise contracts add a vendor-handoff clause returning your code and data on request.
Reuse rights
You may reuse whatever the assistant produces for your account without asking aiOS for further permission, since the Terms assign ownership of generated content to you. Two reservations apply: the usage policies of the underlying image, video and audio model providers still govern those outputs, and you remain responsible for reviewing and approving every result before it goes out, as AI-generated content is supplied as-is with no accuracy warranty. Acceptable-use limits also bind you, ruling out spam, phishing and deceptive content, impersonation, and any AI voice or likeness imitating a real person without their consent. Your data can be exported in a portable format at any time. The aiOS name and logo may not be used without prior written consent.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
aiOS processes and stores data in the United States, where the privacy policy states its servers are located, and transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required. The API runs on DigitalOcean App Platform with auto-scaling between two and twenty instances, backed by managed PostgreSQL with a read replica and automated backups, while Cloudflare sits in front of every production domain for DDoS protection and WAF. Three hosting subprocessors are named: Supabase for authentication and the encrypted database, DigitalOcean for compute, and Vercel for the web application and OAuth callback routes. Tenant separation combines PostgreSQL row-level security with application-layer checks on every query, described as having no bypass policies in production. Personal data is encrypted at field level with AES-256-GCM using versioned keys, and OAuth tokens sit in a KEK-based envelope vault whose keys live only in environment variables. Isolated compute environments per customer are an Enterprise feature. No European hosting region is offered.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting aiOS.
- Broad delegation: the assistant publishes, emails and answers customers in your name, so a mistake goes out under your brand
- The Terms make you responsible for reviewing and approving every generated output, and disclaim any warranty of accuracy
- Skill erosion: outsourcing copywriting, design and customer contact can quietly hollow out in-house know-how
- Wide OAuth scope covering mail, calendar, social accounts, Shopify and Stripe means one compromised account exposes the whole connected estate
- Voice calls may be recorded by default for quality assurance and kept for 90 days, while compliance with local recording-consent law remains yours
- A voice cloned from fifteen seconds of audio can be misused, and the ban on impersonation is contractual rather than technical
- Usage-based billing with the hard cap off by default means real spend can drift above the headline subscription
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Setup is deliberately undemanding. You can test the assistant without installing anything and without an account, then start for real by pasting a website address: the vendor claims agents are deployed in about sixty seconds and full onboarding in five to ten minutes. Tools are connected through OAuth from the dashboard, with no API keys to handle, and there is nothing to code or install, since everything runs through messaging apps and a browser. The only real decisions are which business accounts to authorise and where to set the spending ceiling. Enterprise deployments are wired by the vendor's team.

Should you pick aiOS?
aiOS makes a clear bet: one subscription, one thread, and finished work instead of another dashboard to learn. For a small-business owner personally running marketing, support and sales, the argument holds together. Claude and ChatGPT are bundled with image, video, carousel, website and Meta Ads generation, the whole thing is driven from the messaging app already open on the phone, and the entry ramp is genuinely free, with five anonymous messages followed by a permanent free account.
Two things stand out favourably. The pricing is unusually honest about usage: monthly bundles roll over up to three times, a soft ceiling asks for consent before overage begins, and an optional hard cap exists for those who want one. The security page is also more substantiated than most, publishing curl commands anyone can run, a security.txt file, row-level tenant isolation and AES-256-GCM encryption, alongside a firm statement that customer data never trains a foundation model.
The reservations concern maturity and paperwork. The domain was registered in April 2026 and the Wayback Machine holds no capture at all, so this describes a product barely six months old. SOC 2 Type II readiness is declared in progress, with independent attestation pending, and the third-party penetration test is only planned. There is no native mobile app and no public API documentation, even though the Terms advertise API control. For a European buyer, hosting and processing sit in the United States, no Article 27 representative is designated and no DPA is published. Several homepage figures are labelled illustrative by the vendor itself.
It is worth trying, since finding out costs nothing. But a business about to route its inbox, ad account and online store through it should ask for the compliance documents first.
