Algomo
Algomo is a B2B platform that identifies anonymous website visitors, personalises every page for their account, and runs an AI agent that qualifies leads and books meetings, alongside one-to-one LinkedIn ads and outbound landing pages.
What is Algomo?
Algomo is a business-to-business platform built to turn existing website traffic into sales pipeline rather than simply attract more of it. Its opening argument is blunt: companies spend heavily on advertising, email, search and social, then send every visitor to the same generic pages. Algomo answers by grouping four capabilities that are normally bought separately.
Website Deanonymization identifies who is browsing. Instead of waiting for form fills, it draws on a network of partner sites offering free utilities, such as speed tests and IP lookup tools, in exchange for opt-in consent to tracking. Coverage is deliberately uneven: full individual identification in 14 countries, opt-in identification in 159, and company-level identification only in 223, which includes the whole of the EU and EEA.
Website Personalization then rewrites the experience. What separates it from landing-page tools is scope, since the claim is not a microsite but the customer's actual website, every page, as the visitor navigates. Teams work at three granularities: one-to-one for named accounts, one-to-few by industry, persona or deal stage, and one-to-many by rule across an ideal customer profile. Copy is generated by AI, edited conversationally in plain English, governed by conditional logic, and held across visits through sticky sessions.
The AI Inbound Agent is presented as an AI sales development representative. It knows the visitor's identity and the campaign that brought them in, holds a product-level conversation, asks discovery questions, hands the lead to the right seller with full context, and books the meeting, including at night and at weekends.
LinkedIn Ads and Outbound Prospecting close the loop. The platform generates ad copy, images and video for each account or segment and pushes campaigns to LinkedIn Campaign Manager in one click, while producing a unique landing page per contact whose trackable link drops into Apollo, Outreach or any sequencer.
The stated logic is circular: advertisements inform the website, the website informs the agent, the agent informs outreach. Algomo reports more than 30% additional qualified pipeline from unchanged traffic and a 33% gain in seller efficiency, though no methodology is published, and the HubSpot, Brex and Notion pages are demonstration scenarios rather than named customers.
What it does
- Identify anonymous website visitors, with company details and, where legally permitted, names and contact information
- Personalise every page of an existing website in real time for a named account, a segment or a rule-based audience
- Deploy an AI agent that engages visitors, qualifies them, routes them to the right seller and books meetings around the clock
- Generate one-to-one LinkedIn ad copy, images and video, then sync campaigns to LinkedIn Campaign Manager in a single click
- Produce a unique landing page for every outbound prospect and share trackable links through any email sequencer
- Follow campaign context from the advertisement through to the website and the conversation, using UTM parameters
- Track engagement and report which campaigns produce qualified conversations rather than clicks alone
When to use Algomo / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Algomo is the right fit.
When to use Algomo
- B2B marketing teams that already pay for traffic through LinkedIn ads, Google ads, email or SEO and want more pipeline from the same volume
- Account-based marketing teams running named-account, segment and ideal-customer-profile campaigns side by side
- Small marketing teams asked to deliver one-to-one campaigns without extra headcount, since the platform claims 100 personalised accounts in an afternoon
- Sales development and inbound teams that need visitors qualified and meetings booked outside office hours
- Outbound teams working in Apollo, Outreach or any email sequencer who want a dedicated landing page behind every message
When not to use Algomo
- Consumer or e-commerce websites: every capability, example and use case on the site is business-to-business
- Low-traffic sites, which give the identification and personalisation engine too little material to work with
- Teams whose market is the EU or the EEA and who need named individual visitors, since only company-level identification is offered there
- Small budgets, as pricing starts at USD 200 per month and both tiers are quoted only after a sales call
- Engineering teams wanting to build on an API, since no developer documentation is published
How to use Algomo
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Book a discovery call from the site, since both pricing tiers are quoted rather than sold self-service
- Try the public landing page generator first, which previews one-to-one personalisation on ready-made templates or on your own site
- Install the Algomo script on your website, which the company presents as the only technical prerequisite
- Bring in your account data by uploading a CSV, connecting your CRM or using the built-in contact search
- Define your targeting granularity, choosing one-to-one for named accounts, one-to-few by segment or one-to-many by rule
- Generate personalised website content with AI prompts, then refine it in the conversational editor in plain English
- Set conditional rules so the page adapts to company size, region or competitor context
- Generate LinkedIn ad copy, images and video, review them, then sync the campaigns to LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Create a landing page per outbound contact and paste its trackable link into Apollo, Outreach or your sequencer
- Deploy the AI Inbound Agent, connect Slack for live alerts and HubSpot so conversations and meetings sync automatically
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Consolidates four capabilities usually sold as separate products into a single contract
- Personalisation covers the whole website rather than an isolated landing page, which is the genuine differentiator
- No per-seat pricing, so opening the tool to the whole team carries no extra cost
- Set-up requires no developer and no visual builder, with editing done in plain language
- Campaign context is carried from the advertisement through to the website and the conversation
- The AI agent answers at any hour, including nights and weekends
- A 99% monthly availability commitment with service credits is written into the contract for paid plans
Cons
- Pricing is incomplete: only the USD 200 per month floor is public, and both tiers require a sales call
- No free plan and no free trial are advertised, and the preview page is password protected
- No public API, no developer documentation and no sitemap, which rules out custom integration
- In the EU and EEA only company-level identification is available, so the named-visitor promise does not apply there
- No data processing agreement and no subprocessor list are published, despite the product processing visitor data
- The data hosting location is never stated, and the FAQ question about it is answered only client-side
- The HubSpot, Brex and Notion pages are hypothetical scenarios, and no real customer is named anywhere on the site
Pricing & Plans
Pricing begins at USD 200 per month and the vendor states that it does not charge per seat. No permanent free plan and no free trial are advertised, and neither of the two tiers displays a figure: both invite the prospect to book a call, so the entry price is the only public data point. Fees are quoted in United States dollars and exclusive of tax, invoiced in advance or as set out in the order form, and payable within thirty days. Subscriptions renew automatically unless notice is given thirty days before expiry, or sixty days on the Enterprise tier.
- Growth — price on request. Includes one-to-one personalised LinkedIn ads
- AI-generated ad copy
- website personalisation
- CRM integration and email support.
- Enterprise — price on request. Everything in Growth
- plus unlimited campaigns
- custom integrations
- a dedicated success manager
- priority support and advanced analytics.
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Algomo handles your data.
GDPR overview
Algomo states that it is based in England and complies with the UK GDPR and other applicable UK data protection laws, rather than with the European GDPR. Users are told they may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing, and may exercise those rights by writing to hello@newmode.ai; complaints can be taken to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Transfers outside the United Kingdom rely on UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy decisions, and the lawful bases cited are contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation. On the product side, the company says it has invested more than USD 500,000 in compliance work across GDPR, CCPA, LGPD and PIPL, and that in the EU and EEA it identifies companies only, never individuals. No Article 27 representative is named, and no data processing agreement or subprocessor list is published.
Who owns the data?
The terms are explicit that the customer keeps ownership: as between the parties, the customer owns all right, title and interest in its Customer Data. Algomo receives only a licence to host, copy, process, transmit, display and back up that data as needed to run the service, and it extends that licence to its subcontractors. Algomo describes itself as a data processor under the UK GDPR, acting on the customer's documented instructions. The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data and for collecting any consent it requires. Data can be exported on request during the subscription, and for thirty days after it ends.
Reuse rights
Customers may use their own data freely, since they never transfer ownership of it; Algomo's rights are limited to what running the service requires, and the company positions itself as a processor rather than a controller for that material. One reservation deserves attention: the terms allow Algomo to use aggregated, de-identified data derived from Customer Data, called Usage Data, for its own business purposes such as improving the service, provided no customer or individual can be identified. Nothing on the site states whether that improvement includes training AI models, so the question remains open. For visitor data collected through the product, the customer is the controller and answers for consent; Algomo states that it does not sell personal information.

Hosting summary
Algomo publishes no hosting location. Neither the privacy policy, the terms nor the product pages name a country, a region or a cloud provider where customer data is stored, and while the homepage FAQ does ask where data is stored, the answer is rendered only in the browser and cannot be read from the page source. The single geographic anchor is jurisdictional rather than technical: the company states that it is based in England and processes personal data under the UK GDPR, and that any transfer outside the United Kingdom is covered by UK International Data Transfer Agreements or by an adequacy decision. The domain resolves to a Cloudflare anycast address, which reflects content delivery and says nothing about where data actually resides. Buyers with data residency obligations should treat hosting as an open question and raise it before signing, since nothing published on the site allows it to be answered.

Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Algomo.
- Identifying named website visitors is legally sensitive, and the customer remains the data controller answerable for consent, not Algomo
- Consent is collected on third-party partner sites in exchange for free utilities, so the people identified never agreed on your website
- No data processing agreement and no subprocessor list are published, which will slow or block procurement in regulated industries
- The hosting location of customer data is never stated, leaving a real question unanswered for buyers with residency requirements
- Performance figures such as 30% more pipeline and 33% seller efficiency are vendor claims with no published methodology
- Personalisation can shade into manipulation if messaging is tailored to a prospect's weaknesses rather than their needs, and the tone should be reviewed by a human
- Liability is capped at the fees paid over the previous twelve months, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low, as presented by the vendor. A single script is added to the website, with no new pages to build, and Algomo states plainly that neither developers nor a visual builder are required. Account data arrives by CSV upload, CRM connection or built-in contact search, personalisation is written through AI prompts and a plain-English conversational editor, and advertising campaigns sync to LinkedIn in one click. Two caveats: onboarding begins with a sales call rather than self-service sign-up, and the site publishes no implementation timescale, so the real effort cannot be verified.

Should you pick Algomo?
Algomo makes a coherent argument. Rather than selling one more point solution, it bundles visitor identification, whole-site personalisation, an AI qualification agent and personalised advertising into a single loop, and its strongest claim is genuinely distinctive: personalisation applies to the customer's entire website, page after page, not to an isolated landing page, and it is driven without a developer or a visual builder. For a small B2B team already spending on LinkedIn advertising and watching most of its traffic leave without filling in a form, that proposition is serious, and the absence of per-seat pricing removes a familiar obstacle to adoption.
The reservations are just as concrete. Only the USD 200 per month floor is public, and both tiers end at a sales call, so budgeting requires a conversation. No free plan or free trial is advertised. There is no API and no developer documentation. Most significantly for European buyers, the named-visitor promise does not hold in the EU or the EEA, where only company-level identification is offered, and the product's legal foundations are thinner than its marketing suggests: no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list, no published hosting location, and no postal address anywhere on the site. The customer, not Algomo, remains the controller responsible for consent.
One detail is worth knowing before evaluating: the product is branded Algomo throughout, but lives on the newmode.ai domain. Performance claims of over 30% more qualified pipeline come without published methodology, and the HubSpot, Brex and Notion pages are demonstrations rather than customers. This is a tool to trial through the demo, with the compliance questions asked in that first call.
