The 3D modelling agent turns a typed sentence, such as a spiral staircase of a given diameter with a set number of steps, into an object delivered straight into Rhino or Revit through Grasshopper and Dynamo.
The fifth tool, Alpha Audit Advisor, is the one you can try without talking to anyone. It works in two modes: type a street address and it identifies the area, reads the available map layers and returns buildable floor area, permitted uses, constraints, the likely planning permission route and an economic estimate; or ask a technical question about changes of use, distances, heights or sanitary requirements and it answers with a summary and the regulatory sources. It draws on public instruments such as PGT, PRG, the Geoportale and the land registry. A sixth tool, an ESG check, is announced as coming soon.
The publisher is explicit about the limits: the Advisor is a free beta covering Milan and Rome only, it serves screening and pre-feasibility, and final decisions, design work and permit filing remain with qualified professionals.
