Overview

What is Team-AI?

Team-AI is a product from Irish company Anadue that puts a group of artificial-intelligence agents on top of the data an operator's back-office systems already produce. It is aimed squarely at shared mobility: e-scooters, bikes and e-bikes, mopeds, car sharing and ride hail, whether docked, free-floating or hybrid. Rather than adding another dashboard, Team-AI is designed to be asked questions in ordinary language, and to answer, predict, alert and act on them.

The product is modular and organised around five named agents, each with its own remit. Ana is the generalist, covering strategy and planning across fleet, journeys and customers. George handles passenger insight, including customer journeys, trip patterns and CO2 savings. Sven looks after customer satisfaction, revenue and retention. Marco takes fleet utilisation, availability, maintenance and rebalancing. Dani works on dynamic pricing, adjusting fares to maximise revenue while balancing supply and demand.

Underneath sits an agentic framework mixing open-source and proprietary components, built with LangChain and LangGraph and calling large language models such as OpenAI and Llama. The vendor presents this as an abstraction layer: models can be swapped in and out depending on the skill required, and Ana can be split into narrower specialists such as an operations manager, a revenue analyst or a customer care assistant. Access is deliberately partitioned by role, so an operations agent sees vehicle status, trips and tasks but not revenue figures, while a customer care agent can examine a rider's trips and charges without touching operations data.

Beyond answering, the agents are given tools that act: changing a vehicle's status, alerting a supervisor, creating tasks for field teams, or compiling and sending a weekly performance report. Anadue claims round-the-clock operation and describes the result as a virtual workforce whose members do not physically exist, each measuring the outcome of its actions to improve next time.

Team-AI is positioned as the counterpart to Anadue's Pathfinder platform: where Pathfinder automates routine processes, Team-AI is meant for the unexpected, the question asked once, and problems that cut across several data domains.

What it does

  • Answer ad-hoc questions about fleet, trips, customers and revenue asked in everyday language
  • Predict future revenue and demand from recent operating history
  • Detect significant anomalies and raise an alert to the right person
  • Create and assign operational tasks, such as collecting vehicles parked in restricted zones
  • Adjust ride pricing to balance supply and demand and lift revenue per trip
  • Generate and send recurring fleet performance reports
  • Contact identified customer segments, for example after a poor-rated trip

When to use Team-AI / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Team-AI is the right fit.

When to use Team-AI

  • Shared mobility operators running e-scooters, bikes, e-bikes, mopeds, car sharing or ride hail who want answers from their own operating data
  • Small operations teams that need recurring analysis on fleet utilisation, retention and pricing without hiring more analysts
  • Managers who prefer asking a question in plain language to learning yet another reporting interface
  • Operators facing one-off or cross-domain questions that combine vehicle, trip, revenue and customer data at once
  • Businesses already running a mobility platform that can export vehicle and trip data, and that do not want to replace it

When not to use Team-AI

  • Operators looking for a replacement fleet management platform, since Team-AI connects to the existing one rather than superseding it
  • Teams that need raw MDS or GBFS feeds for city authorities, which the vendor states come from the mobility platform and not from Anadue
  • Use cases requiring named, person-level customer data, since Anadue asks not to receive personal data and discards it when sent
  • Buyers who want to trial a product on their own before speaking to anyone, as there is neither a free plan nor a free trial
  • Anyone expecting a mobile app or a product API to build on, neither of which the vendor publishes

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Contact Anadue through the demo request or contact form, as there is no self-service sign-up
  2. Take the free consultation the vendor offers to scope which modules match your requirements
  3. Confirm that your mobility platform can export vehicle and trip data, which is the technical precondition
  4. Agree the commercial terms, normally a revenue-share arrangement, and any one-off integration fee
  5. Let Anadue connect to your existing platform over a secure connection using that platform's API
  6. Allow roughly one to two days if your platform is already supported, or about a month if it is bespoke or new to Anadue
  7. Choose which agents and modules you want to start with, and extend or drop them later
  8. Open the service in any standard web browser, with no extra software or hardware to buy
  9. Ask questions in plain language about fleet, trips, customers, revenue or pricing
  10. Set high-level objectives and let the agents translate them into tasks, alerts and reports

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Agents can carry out actions, not merely return answers
  • Questions are asked in everyday language, removing the need to master a reporting tool
  • Data access is partitioned by agent role, and the vendor describes the boundaries precisely
  • The multi-model framework lets language models be swapped as needs change
  • Modules can be added or removed, and the platform is open to customer-built reports and actions
  • Solutions are hosted in Germany by default, with a local data centre possible where regulation demands it
  • The monthly fee is stated to cover software licences, cloud processing and storage, and customer support

Cons

  • No price is published anywhere: there is no pricing page, no figure and no published tier
  • Neither a free trial nor a free plan is offered, so evaluation requires a commercial conversation
  • No terms and conditions page exists, even though the privacy policy explicitly refers to one
  • Nothing is published about whether customer data trains the models, or about any option to opt out
  • No data processing agreement is published or offered, and no postal address or company registration number appears on the site
  • There is no product API and no technical documentation, and no mobile application
  • Only one customer case study is published, and no third-party integration is named
Pricing

Pricing & Plans

There is no free plan and no free trial, and no price is published anywhere on the site: Anadue sells on quotation. The vendor states that its standard pricing is a revenue-share arrangement, so the cost follows the operator's own seasonal revenue swings, and that it has also offered fleet-size-based and bespoke schemes for larger deployments. Once a monthly fee is agreed, it is said to include software licences, cloud processing and storage, and customer support, with no additional software or hardware to purchase. One-off integration fees may apply where a platform is not already supported, and one-off development fees where requested functionality falls far outside existing capabilities; both are stated to be presented up front. Small customisations are usually included in the SaaS agreement. Because no amount is public, the starting price, currency and billing unit are all left empty.

Special offers — Standard introductory offer letting a prospect experience Anadue solutions at very low cost, cancellable without future commitment; no amount or duration is published · Free consultation offered to scope requirements before any commitment · Small customisations to the solutions usually provided free of charge as part of the SaaS agreement
Prices and plans listed above may evolve. Always check the official pricing page before subscribing.
Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Team-AI handles your data.

GDPR overview

GDPR is addressed concretely but unevenly. The privacy policy, effective 8 December 2021, sets out legal bases for EEA residents (contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligation) and lists rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent, plus the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Privacy enquiries go to contact@anadue.com; no data protection officer is named and no Article 27 representative is designated, the publisher being established in Ireland. On the product side the vendor states it asks not to receive personal data and discards it, and designs its customer analytics for anonymised data. Cross-border transfers are contemplated with a general commitment to adequate controls, but no transfer mechanism is named. No certification or audit is claimed anywhere on the site.

Who owns the data?

No public terms and conditions are available on the site, so the contractual position on ownership of an operator's data cannot be verified. The privacy policy covers only the website and Anadue applications, and there Anadue Limited declares itself data controller of visitors' personal data, which it may share with unnamed service providers and transfer in a merger or asset sale. On the product side the vendor states it asks not to be sent personal data and discards any that arrives, and that its customer and revenue analytics are designed to work on anonymised data. Ownership of operating data therefore remains a matter to settle contractually before signing.

Reuse rights

Because no terms and conditions are published, nothing on the site grants or restricts an end user's right to reuse outputs, and that question must be raised directly with the vendor. What the privacy policy does describe is Anadue's own use of website data: providing and maintaining the service, notifying users of changes, enabling interactive features, supplying customer support, producing analysis to improve the service, monitoring usage, and detecting and addressing technical problems. The legal bases invoked are contract performance, consent, legitimate interests and legal obligation. Anadue does not honour Do Not Track signals. Nothing is published about whether operator data feeds model training, in either direction.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Anadue states that personal data is kept only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in its privacy policy, and longer where needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce its agreements and policies. Usage data is retained for internal analysis, generally for a shorter period, except where it is used to strengthen security, improve how the service works, or where the law requires longer retention. No retention period is expressed in days, months or years anywhere on the site, and nothing is published about how long operating data supplied by a mobility operator is kept. Users may ask for their data to be deleted by writing to contact@anadue.com, and Anadue may ask them to verify their identity first.

Hosting summary

Anadue states that all its solutions are deployed in the cloud and connect to the operator's existing mobility platform over a secure connection. The data centre used by default is based in Germany, and where an operator has regulatory requirements that customer data must not cross international borders, Anadue says it can deploy on a data centre local to that operator. The operator's own platform may sit anywhere in the world. The privacy policy separately contemplates transfers of personal data outside the user's jurisdiction, with a general undertaking that adequate controls will be in place, though no specific transfer mechanism is named. A distinct point worth separating: the marketing website itself is hosted by Wix, whose declared place of processing in the cookies policy is the United States, which says nothing about where the mobility solutions run. No hosting certification or audit is claimed.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Team-AI.

  • No published price means no budgeting without a sales conversation, and revenue-share pricing ties your cost directly to your turnover
  • One-off integration and development fees are possible and their amounts are not public
  • The privacy policy points to terms and conditions that do not exist on the site, so the contractual framework cannot be reviewed in advance
  • Nothing is published about whether operator data trains the models or whether a customer can exclude it
  • Third-party language models are used but the processing location for those calls is not stated, even though solution hosting is announced as German by default
  • Legal documents predate the vendor's own AI expansion and mention neither the language models nor operator data
  • Agents that act autonomously on pricing, vehicle status and staff tasks need human oversight, since an unnoticed wrong inference becomes an operational decision
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low for the customer, provided the mobility platform is already supported: Anadue then describes the work as configuration rather than integration, taking one to two days. Where the operator has built its own platform, or uses one Anadue has not worked with, allow roughly a month, with a detailed schedule once the available APIs are known. Nothing is installed locally, access is through a standard web browser, and the existing platform is not replaced. The main prerequisite is that the platform can export vehicle and trip data.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is Team-AI?
It is a set of five specialised AI agents from Anadue that sit on top of a shared mobility operator's existing data, answering questions asked in plain language, making predictions, flagging anomalies and carrying out actions such as creating tasks or sending reports.
Which vehicles and operating models does it support?
Anadue states that its solutions suit all types of shared mobility, including e-scooters, bikes and e-bikes, mopeds, car sharing and ride hail, and that docked, free-floating and hybrid deployments are all supported.
Do I have to replace my current fleet management platform?
No. The vendor is explicit that Anadue works alongside your existing platform, connecting through that platform's API to collect fleet data and send back information on rebalancing, pricing and similar matters.
How much does it cost?
No price is published. The standard model is a revenue share, so the cost tracks the operator's revenue through the season, and fleet-size or bespoke schemes have been offered for larger deployments. Anadue asks prospects to get in touch for a free consultation.
Is there a free trial?
Generally no. Anadue states it does not usually offer free trials because each deployment carries setup and third-party costs. It does offer a standard introductory arrangement at very low cost, which can be cancelled without future commitment.
Where is the data hosted?
Solutions are deployed in the cloud, and the data centre used by default is based in Germany. Where regulation prevents rider data crossing borders, Anadue says it can deploy on a data centre local to the operator.
How long does integration take?
One to two days if your platform is one Anadue already supports, which the vendor describes as configuration more than integration. Allow roughly a month for a bespoke or unfamiliar platform, with a detailed schedule provided once the available APIs are known.
How does Anadue handle personal data?
Anadue states it specifically asks not to be sent personal data and discards it if included, that most of its solutions need no customer personal details, and that even its customers and revenue analytics is designed to work on anonymised data.
Does Team-AI offer an API I can build on?
No. The site publishes no product API and no technical documentation. The API referred to in Anadue's material is the one belonging to the operator's own mobility platform, which Anadue consumes to collect data.
Is there a mobile app?
No. Access is through any standard web browser, and Anadue states that no additional software or hardware needs to be purchased.
Conclusion

Should you pick Team-AI?

Team-AI is a narrow, deliberately vertical product rather than a general assistant, and that focus is its main strength. The five agents map onto recognisable jobs inside a shared mobility business, the role-based partitioning of data access is described with unusual precision, and the decision to let agents act rather than only report is what separates this from a conversational layer over a dashboard. Hosting in Germany by default, with a local data centre available where regulation demands it, will matter to operators working under data residency constraints, as will the vendor's stated practice of asking not to receive personal data at all.

The reservations are mostly about what is not published. There is no price anywhere, no free trial and no free plan, so no evaluation is possible without a commercial conversation, and the revenue-share model deserves careful modelling against your own seasonality. More awkwardly, the privacy policy refers to terms and conditions that do not exist on the site, so the contractual framework cannot be read before making contact. The privacy policy dates from December 2021 and the cookies policy from January 2023, both predating the AI expansion the company itself dates to 2023, and neither mentions the third-party language models the product description names. Nothing at all is said about whether operator data trains those models, or whether a customer could exclude it.

For an operator already running a compatible mobility platform and looking to get more out of data it already holds, Team-AI is a credible and unusually well-specified proposition. Treat the first conversation as the place to settle pricing, contractual terms, model training and data processing commitments, because the website will not answer those questions for you.
