Overview

What is AnyBiz?

AnyBiz is an AI sales agent platform built for outbound B2B prospecting. Rather than selling a single feature, it replaces the whole outbound stack: a database of 450 million B2B contacts, the sending infrastructure, and AI agents working three channels at once, namely cold email, LinkedIn and telephone.

The email channel sends up to 5,000 personalised messages a month. AnyBiz creates the sending domains and mailboxes itself, warms them up through Warmy.io, and monitors deliverability with automatic corrections. The LinkedIn channel automates prospecting, messaging and follow-ups, reaches contacts found through Sales Navigator, and publishes posts to keep the account visible. The phone channel places up to 1,000 AI cold calls a month from a dedicated number, using scripts written for the campaign, and follows up automatically afterwards.

Two features sit alongside the channels. AnyBiz generates a personalised landing page for each prospect, and it detects visitors on your own website in real time so that outreach can be triggered on the strength of that visit. Opportunities flow into HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, Intercom, Asana, Calendly or Zapier, and arrive as notifications on WhatsApp, SMS or Slack.

Every subscription includes a dedicated consultant for turnkey onboarding and fine-tuning, plus 24/7 live chat. AnyBiz asks only for your website, your value proposition and your target audience, and states that no copywriting or technical experience is needed. The economic pitch is explicit: the site prices an equivalent human employee at USD 3,600 a month against USD 998 for its recommended tier.

The company behind the product is AnyBiz Ltd., registered in Israel, with a team spread across nine countries and a claimed 325 years of combined email deliverability experience. It publishes no postal address. The platform is also sold white-label, fully rebrandable and with API access, and it shares its warm-up engine and part of its documentation with Warmy.io, a sister product. Access runs through a demo call rather than self-service signup: pricing starts at USD 497 a month, billed quarterly, with no free plan.

When to use AnyBiz / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if AnyBiz is the right fit.

When to use AnyBiz

  • B2B companies that want an outbound pipeline without hiring and managing an SDR team
  • SaaS and business-services firms whose customer lifetime value can absorb a USD 497 monthly fee committed by the quarter
  • Founders and heads of growth still running prospecting themselves in the early stages
  • Existing sales teams that want initial qualification and first-touch outreach handled for them
  • Agencies and resellers looking for a white-label lead generation platform to sell under their own brand

When not to use AnyBiz

  • B2C businesses: AnyBiz states the platform was developed for B2B companies
  • Small budgets, since there is no free plan and entry is USD 497 per month billed quarterly
  • Companies with a low customer lifetime value, a limit AnyBiz's own ROI calculator warns about
  • Buyers who want to try before committing: the pricing page offers no trial and every plan routes to a demo
  • Organisations that require a signed DPA, a named EU representative or contractual EU hosting, none of which is published

How to use AnyBiz

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Book a demo on the AnyBiz website; the call is run by a member of the team, not by the AI
  2. Use the demo to cover the value of AI outreach, how AnyBiz compares to alternatives, a live product tour and onboarding expectations
  3. Choose a tier between Starter, Recommended and Scale, keeping in mind that billing is quarterly
  4. Supply the three inputs AnyBiz asks for: your website, your value proposition and your target audience
  5. Let the dedicated consultant handle turnkey onboarding and fine-tuning
  6. Let the platform create and warm up your sending domains and mailboxes automatically
  7. Connect your mailbox through Google OAuth, granting the gmail.send and gmail.readonly scopes
  8. Build the prospect list from the 450-million-contact database, your own import, or a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search
  9. Connect your CRM and choose where opportunity notifications should land: WhatsApp, SMS or Slack
  10. Let the agents run across email, LinkedIn and phone, and pick up the meetings booked in your calendar

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • The whole stack in one subscription: contact database, sending infrastructure and outreach, with no third-party tools to buy
  • Three channels genuinely orchestrated together, email, LinkedIn and phone, where most tools cover only one
  • Deliverability handled end to end, from domain creation to Warmy.io warm-up and automatic corrections
  • A dedicated consultant on every tier plus 24/7 live chat, so onboarding is not left to the customer
  • No copywriting or technical skill required: the website, the value proposition and the target audience are enough
  • Volumes published tier by tier (contacts, opportunities, domains, mailboxes), which makes the offer comparable
  • A complete white-label offer for agencies, API access included, and a documented 25% recurring affiliate programme

Cons

  • High entry point at USD 497 per month billed quarterly, with no free plan and no trial shown on the pricing page
  • No refunds, no credits and no pro rata, even when a subscription is cancelled mid-period
  • Legal documents dated 4 May 2023 contradict the current offer: they describe monthly or annual billing where the pricing page bills quarterly, and mention a 7-day trial that appears nowhere else
  • Three different price grids coexist on the site: the pricing page at USD 497 and USD 998, the ROI calculator at USD 949 and USD 1,745, and the white-label quote
  • No postal address is published anywhere, and the domain WHOIS record is masked by a privacy proxy
  • No DPA, no security certification, no Article 27 EU representative, and no hosting country named beyond AWS servers
  • The product requests the gmail.readonly scope, so it reads the messages in the connected mailbox and does not merely send from it

Pricing & Plans

AnyBiz offers no free plan. The lowest published price point is USD 497 per month for the Starter tier, billed quarterly, covering 1,000 contacts a month on the email channel alone. The Recommended tier is USD 998 per month, also billed quarterly, and adds the phone and LinkedIn channels. The Scale tier and the white-label offer are quoted on request, the latter typically combining a setup fee, a monthly subscription and usage-based charges under a minimum contract term. All subscriptions are non-refundable, with no credit or pro rata on mid-period cancellation, and any price change is notified at least 30 days in advance. Prospective buyers should note that the ROI calculator hosted on the same site quotes tiers at USD 949 and USD 1,745 per month that do not appear on the pricing page.

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how AnyBiz handles your data.

GDPR overview

AnyBiz never claims GDPR compliance in so many words; the only occurrence of the term anywhere on the site is the name of its WordPress consent plugin. The privacy policy, last revised on 4 May 2023, nonetheless addresses EU users directly. It sets out the lawful bases relied on (consent, performance of a contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interest subject to a balancing test) and the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, restriction and complaint to a supervisory authority. Data protection questions go to privacy@anybiz.io, and a Privacy Manager is designated, though no DPO is named. Two gaps stand out: no Article 27 EU representative, and no data processing agreement, published or on request. The transfer section also still relies in part on the Privacy Shield, invalidated in July 2020.

Who owns the data?

AnyBiz's terms state that all User Data you provide remains your sole and exclusive property, and that the agreement gives the company no rights over it beyond the limited right needed to deliver the service. That exception is broad in practice: you grant AnyBiz a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide licence to host, reproduce, store, distribute and modify your data, solely in connection with providing the service. AnyBiz may also aggregate your data with other customers' content, in a form that does not identify you, to develop and improve its services. Payment card details are never stored on its servers, and access, correction or deletion requests go to support@anybiz.io.

Reuse rights

You keep control of your own data and may export, correct or delete it without asking permission, either inside the product or by emailing support@anybiz.io; deleting a record in AnyBiz does not remove it from the third-party account it was synced from. AnyBiz uses the data to operate the service, administer accounts, provide support, personalise the interface, prevent fraud, take payment and track email opens. Connecting a mailbox grants the Google scopes gmail.send and gmail.readonly, so AnyBiz sends on your behalf and also reads messages and settings to detect replies. The terms further allow AnyBiz to name your organisation, logo included, as a reference customer in its sales and marketing material.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
AnyBiz publishes no retention period in months or years. Its privacy policy says personal data is kept for as long as the company is satisfied it is accurate and can be relied on, and that data no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for is deleted unless there is a valid legal reason to keep it, such as a dispute or a legal obligation. Some information considered essential to the service may survive account closure in anonymised form. The terms are more concrete: an account left unpaid for more than seven days may be deleted permanently along with all its data, an account with no login for twelve months or more may be treated as inactive and deleted the same way, and cancellation may trigger permanent deletion of the account and its emails. Deletion requests go to support@anybiz.io.

Hosting summary

AnyBiz states that personal data is hosted on AWS servers, but names no country and no region. Its privacy policy warns that information may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside the user's own jurisdiction, in countries that local law may not regard as offering an adequate level of protection. For transfers out of the EEA it says it relies on countries recognised as adequate by the European Commission, Israel being the example given, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and on the Privacy Shield, a mechanism invalidated in July 2020. The policy names the vendors that handle data: AWS for hosting, Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, VK Analytics, Yandex Metrica, Hotjar and Clicky for analytics, SendGrid for email, Google for social login and PayPal for payments. It never uses the word subprocessor, and no data processing agreement is offered. The IP address behind the domain resolves to an AWS anycast node in the United States, which reflects the content delivery network and says nothing about where customer data is actually stored.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting AnyBiz.

  • Automated cold outreach at this scale is regulated very differently from one country to the next, and AnyBiz explicitly declines responsibility for legal or technical damage, domain blacklisting included
  • Connecting a mailbox grants read access to its messages, so anything a colleague or a client sends to that address passes through the platform
  • Handing first contact to an AI agent erodes the prospecting skill of the team that stops doing it, and that reflex is hard to rebuild later
  • Personalisation generated from public signals can misfire and read as intrusive rather than attentive to the prospect on the receiving end
  • The legal documents were last revised in May 2023 and contradict the current offer on billing and on the trial, so the contract signed may not describe what is bought
  • Quarterly billing with no refund and no pro rata means a wrong fit is paid for in full before it can be corrected
  • Volume metrics such as contacts reached and opportunities generated are easy to optimise at the expense of the reputation of the sending domains and of the brand behind them
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low for the customer. AnyBiz says no copywriting or technical experience is needed: you supply your website, your value proposition and your target audience. Sending domains and mailboxes are created and warmed up by the platform, and a dedicated consultant handles onboarding and fine-tuning on every tier, backed by 24/7 live chat. Two steps still require attention: authorising the Google OAuth scopes on the mailbox you connect, and wiring the CRM integration. The main friction is commercial rather than technical, since the normal route to the product runs through a demo call rather than self-service signup.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does AnyBiz actually do?
It runs outbound B2B prospecting on your behalf. AI agents find prospects in a built-in database of 450 million contacts, reach them by cold email, on LinkedIn and by phone, handle the follow-ups and book the meetings.
Is AnyBiz meant for B2B or B2C?
B2B only. AnyBiz states on its pricing page that the platform was developed for B2B companies.
How much does AnyBiz cost?
From USD 497 per month for the Starter tier, billed quarterly, covering 1,000 contacts a month on the email channel. The Recommended tier is USD 998 per month and adds phone and LinkedIn. Scale and white-label are quoted on request, and there is no free plan.
Is there a free trial?
The pricing page does not offer one and every tier routes to a demo. The terms of service, last revised in May 2023, still mention a 7-day trial limited to one mailbox for one person, so the point is worth confirming with the vendor before signing.
Where do the prospects come from?
From the built-in database of 450 million B2B contacts with intent-signal detection, from files you import yourself, or from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search.
Which tools does AnyBiz connect to?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, Intercom, Asana, Calendly and Zapier for CRM and scheduling, with opportunity notifications delivered on WhatsApp, SMS and Slack. Mailboxes are connected through Google.
Does AnyBiz provide an API?
Full API access is advertised as part of the white-label offer, but the API link in the site footer leads to a 404 page and no public documentation is available.
What access does AnyBiz need to my mailbox?
Google OAuth with the gmail.send and gmail.readonly scopes. AnyBiz sends on your behalf and also reads messages and settings in order to detect replies.
Who is behind AnyBiz and where is the data hosted?
AnyBiz Ltd., a company registered in Israel, with disputes governed by Israeli law and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. The privacy policy says personal data is hosted on AWS servers but names no country or region.
Conclusion

Should you pick AnyBiz?

AnyBiz makes an unusual and coherent promise. Instead of a tool your team has to learn, it sells the outbound function itself: a contact database, the sending infrastructure, three channels and a consultant to run them, for less than the loaded cost of one junior sales hire. For a B2B company with a real average deal size and no appetite for building a prospecting team, that proposition holds up, and the volumes published tier by tier make it easier to judge than most competitors allow.

Two caveats deserve weight before signing. The first is economic: USD 497 a month billed quarterly, no free plan, no refunds and no pro rata mean a poor fit is paid for in full. AnyBiz's own ROI calculator says as much, warning that a low customer lifetime value makes the platform a bad match.

The second is the paperwork. The terms and the privacy policy were last revised in May 2023 and have not kept up with the product: they describe monthly or annual billing where the pricing page bills quarterly, mention a 7-day trial the current offer does not show, and still rely in part on the Privacy Shield, invalidated in 2020. No postal address is published, no data processing agreement is offered, no security certification is claimed, and the hosting location is given only as AWS servers. The platform also asks to read the mailbox it connects to, not merely to send from it.

None of this makes AnyBiz a bad product; it makes it a product to buy with eyes open. Ask for the current billing terms in writing, ask where the data is stored and whether a DPA is available, and ask which price grid applies, because the site shows three.
