Bond
An AI agent for B2B outbound that turns a plain-language description of your ideal customer into a verified prospect list, researches each contact against live buying signals, then drafts personalized emails, LinkedIn messages and call scripts for your sequencer.
What is Bond?
Bond is an AI agent for business-to-business outbound, published by the American company Outbond Inc. and marketed under the tagline "Your Personal GTM Engineer". Its premise is that the sophisticated, signal-based campaigns top go-to-market teams assemble by hand should not require hiring someone to assemble them. You describe your ideal customer profile in a chat interface, name the buying signals you care about, and the agent handles the rest.
The site presents the work in three steps. You describe; Bond builds the list, verifies every contact and researches each prospect against live signals; then you send. Those signals are concrete events — a closed funding round, a decision-maker changing jobs, a company suddenly posting ten roles, a new sales hire — used both to select who belongs on the list and to give each message a reason to exist. Enrichment runs as a waterfall across more than 50 data providers, public and private, with results cross-referenced and emails verified rather than configured provider by provider.
The agent then writes the outreach itself: emails, LinkedIn messages and call scripts, drafted from the research it has just done and from your own value propositions. Nothing is automatic in the sense of unsupervised — the vendor describes a human-in-the-loop approach where the execution plan, targeting criteria, lead list and copy are all visible and editable before anything leaves the platform.
One boundary matters. Bond does not send email. It hands finished campaigns to your own sequencer through native integrations with Instantly for email and HeyReach for LinkedIn, which means you still need sending domains and warmed-up inboxes of your own; native sending is described as being on the roadmap. Positioning is explicit against Clay, presented as powerful but demanding a dedicated engineer and weeks of setup, and against Apollo, whose per-seat pricing Bond answers with unlimited users on every plan. ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator are framed as data sources rather than campaign platforms.
Billing runs on credits, one credit per successful action per lead, with nothing charged for lookups that return no result. Five self-serve tiers run from a permanent free plan to 599 USD per month, alongside an Enterprise tier and a fully managed service, Bond VIP, available by application only. The product is web-only; there is no mobile app.
What it does
- Build a qualified B2B prospect list from an ideal customer profile described in plain language
- Filter and prioritize that list on live buying signals: funding rounds, job changes, hiring, intent
- Enrich contacts through a waterfall of more than 50 data providers, verifying emails and cross-checking sources
- Run custom research agents on each prospect and each account, then score every lead automatically
- Write personalized emails, LinkedIn messages and call scripts from the research and your own positioning
- Propose a campaign strategy, targeting angles and a full execution plan before anything is built
- Export to CSV or push the finished campaign to Instantly or HeyReach in one click
When to use Bond / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Bond is the right fit.
When to use Bond
- B2B sales teams and SDR managers who want signal-based outbound without hiring a GTM engineer
- Founders and small teams running outbound themselves, with no ops headcount to spare
- Revenue leaders replacing a stack of list-building, enrichment, research and AI-copywriting tools
- GTM and lead-generation agencies running campaigns for several clients at once
- Teams that already own a warmed-up email sequencer such as Instantly or HeyReach and only need the campaign built
When not to use Bond
- Teams with no email sequencer, sending domains or warmed-up inboxes: Bond does not send anything itself
- Developers who need a public API, since none is documented and webhooks start only on the Pro plan
- Organizations that require a CRM integration on a lower plan, as CRM connectors are Enterprise-only
- Operators who want to control every enrichment step column by column, which is exactly the work Bond removes
- Anyone handling protected health information or consumer-facing outreach, both explicitly out of scope
How to use Bond
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on the web app: the free plan asks for no credit card
- Describe your ideal customer profile to the agent in plain language, in the chat interface
- Name the buying signals that matter to you, such as funding, job changes or hiring intent
- Review the campaign strategy and targeting angles the agent suggests
- Approve the execution plan, with its personas, campaign description and next steps
- Let Bond assemble the list from public and private databases and run waterfall enrichment
- Check the automatic qualification and lead scoring, then refine the list by adding or removing prospects
- Read and edit the generated copy: emails, LinkedIn messages and call scripts
- Export to CSV, or push the campaign to Instantly or HeyReach in one click
- Run the sending, deliverability and follow-up from your own sequencer
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Replaces a stack — list builder, enrichment tools, research layer and AI copywriter — with one conversation
- No technical skill and no workflow building required, which is the whole argument against Clay
- Unlimited users on every plan, including the free one, instead of per-seat pricing
- Permanent free plan of 500 credits a month, with no credit card requested
- Failed lookups cost nothing, a difference the vendor states explicitly against credit-based competitors
- Credit economics are documented with real numbers in the FAQ, at three to ten credits per lead
- Human-in-the-loop by design: plan, list and copy are all editable before anything is exported
Cons
- No terms of service, privacy policy or cookie policy is published: all three footer links are dead
- The only legal texts available are Wayback archives from November 2025, under the previous brand
- Bond does not send: an external sequencer, sending domains and warmed-up inboxes remain your problem
- Native integrations are limited to two products, and CRM connectors are Enterprise-only
- No public API or API documentation, and webhooks start only at the Pro plan
- The company and the product are very new — the domain was registered in January 2026
- No published security certification, no DPA and no subprocessor list
Pricing & Plans
A permanent free plan is available at no cost, providing 500 credits per month for up to 50 prospects and one campaign, with no credit card required. The lowest paid entry point is the Starter plan at 99.00 USD per month for 2,500 monthly credits. Annual billing reduces the cost by approximately 10 percent across all paid tiers and releases the full year's credits upfront.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Bond handles your data.
GDPR overview
The live site says nothing about the GDPR and publishes no privacy policy at all: the footer links for Terms, Privacy and Cookie Policy all point to a dead anchor. Concrete provisions exist only in the archived policy of 6 November 2025, effective 3 July 2025. That text carries a dedicated European section listing access, correction, portability, objection to legitimate-interest processing, erasure, restriction, withdrawal of consent and the right to complain to a supervisory authority, with privacy@outbond.io as the contact. Legal bases are stated purpose by purpose, and international transfers are said to rely on contractual clauses or adequacy decisions. Nowhere, however, is compliance actually claimed. No Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer are named, no DPA is offered and no subprocessor list is published.
Who owns the data?
No terms of service are currently published on the site, so the only available text is the archived version of the vendor's terms captured on 6 November 2025 and last updated on 4 July 2025. Under it, you keep ownership of your user content — data, files, lists and prompts — while granting Outbond Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, process, modify and display it, solely to run and improve the service. The vendor claims no ownership and does not make content public except on your instruction or by legal obligation, but reserves aggregated and anonymized data for analytics. Feedback you send is assigned outright. The same archived policy declares the company a registered data broker.
Reuse rights
Within the product, reuse is broad: every paid plan includes CSV export, campaigns can be pushed to an external sequencer at no credit cost, and the vendor states that your data is yours to export at any time. Outside the product, the archived terms draw two firm limits: credits are personal and non-transferable, and data obtained through the platform may not be resold or redistributed without a separate commercial data licence. Accounts and credits cannot be transferred without written consent. Compliance for the outreach itself stays with you — the archived terms make lawful use, including anti-spam and data-protection rules, an explicit customer obligation — and forbid uploading card numbers, government IDs or biometric data without written permission. Note that these clauses are no longer published anywhere on the live site.

Hosting summary
Nothing about hosting is published on the live site. The archived privacy policy of 6 November 2025 states plainly that the services are hosted in the United States, and that using them implies consent to the transfer of personal data to the US and other jurisdictions. The vendor says it applies appropriate safeguards for those transfers, citing contractual clauses and adequacy decisions, but names no specific region, provider or data centre. Payment data is stored by Stripe, Inc. Cookies come from Cloudflare for strictly necessary functions, Google Analytics and Clearbit for analytics, and LinkedIn for advertising, the latter two off by default. Separately, DNS resolution for the marketing site points to Cloudflare anycast infrastructure exiting in the United States, which describes the public website rather than where customer data actually lives. No European hosting option is offered or mentioned.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Bond.
- You subscribe without accessible terms or privacy policy: nothing on the live site tells you what the vendor may do with your data
- Every legal fact known about this tool comes from a November 2025 archive of a previous brand, and may have changed without notice
- The publisher described itself as a registered data broker: prospecting with such data puts the GDPR burden — legal basis, notice, right to object — on you
- Data is hosted in the United States with international transfer, according to the archived policy
- Automating outreach at volume risks spam complaints and domain reputation damage, and the archived terms assign anti-spam compliance squarely to the customer
- Copy is generated from automated research: a factual error about a prospect goes out verbatim unless a human reads it
- Delegating prospect research wholesale can erode a sales team's own market knowledge and judgement over time
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Setting up the tool itself is deliberately trivial: sign up, describe your ideal customer, and the agent proposes strategies and starts building the first campaign, with no onboarding call and no workflow to configure. The real technical requirement sits outside the product — you must supply an email sequencer such as Instantly or HeyReach, sending domains and warmed-up inboxes, and manage deliverability yourself. Advanced options, namely your own API keys and webhooks, appear only from the Pro plan. Teams unwilling to handle sending infrastructure can hand it to the managed Bond VIP service instead.

Should you pick Bond?
Bond makes a clear and unusually well-argued promise: the sophistication of a Clay-style enrichment stack, without the go-to-market engineer needed to operate one. On the product side the case holds up. The chain from ideal customer profile to ready-to-send campaign is genuinely covered, the credit economics are documented with real numbers rather than slogans, failed lookups cost nothing, and unlimited users on every tier — free plan included — makes the entry cost low for a small team. The human-in-the-loop design is more than a phrase: plan, list and copy are all editable before anything leaves the platform.
Two reservations deserve weight. The first is operational: Bond stops at the sequencer. Sending domains, warmed-up inboxes and deliverability remain entirely yours, so a team without that infrastructure is buying half a solution — which is precisely what the managed Bond VIP service exists to sell. The second is more serious. At the time of this review the site published no terms of service, no privacy policy and no cookie policy at all: the three footer links point to an empty anchor, and the former legal pages redirect to the homepage. Everything this record states about data ownership, retention, hosting and European rights comes from Wayback archives captured in November 2025, under the company's previous brand. Those texts also declared the publisher a registered data broker — a point European buyers should weigh carefully.
Bond suits a B2B team that already runs a sequencer and wants the ops work removed. Anyone with a procurement or compliance review to pass should ask the vendor to republish its legal pages first.
