B2B Rocket
B2B Rocket runs AI agents that prospect, write, send and reply across email, LinkedIn, phone and SMS, drawing on a four-billion-datapoint contact database, then book qualified meetings and push deals into a built-in CRM.
What is B2B Rocket?
B2B Rocket is a B2B sales automation platform built around AI agents that take on the outbound work a sales development team would otherwise do by hand. The product rests on three pillars the vendor presents side by side on its homepage: the agents, a contact database, and multichannel outreach.
The agent side centers on a BDR agent. You define audience criteria, a pitch and a persona; the agent then identifies prospects, opens conversations, gauges interest, qualifies responses and books one-to-one meetings on its own. Around it sit an AI auto-reply that answers inbound messages, AI copywriting, outbound AI voice agents metered in minutes per month, and an AI knowledge base sized in pages per plan. An AI Copilot is announced as coming soon.
The data side is a contact database the vendor puts at more than four billion data points, with unlimited searches, real-time refreshes and filters for industry, company size, location and job title. Buying-intent topics, website visitor identification, list enrichment, email validation and AI-driven data cleanup are sold alongside it.
The outreach side covers unlimited email sending, mailbox warm-up, custom domain tracking, A/B variations and a global blocklist, plus LinkedIn outreach at scale, cold calling with supplied scripts, and SMS and WhatsApp among the listed channels. Replies land in a unified inbox, meetings appear in a unified calendar, and deals move through pipelines in a built-in CRM. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Zapier are named connectors, and webhooks with API access open from the Growth plan upward.
Senders stay responsible for their own domains and mailboxes, or can buy a done-for-you setup in which B2B Rocket purchases and configures them. Everything runs in a web application; there is no mobile app.
The vendor claims recognition from G2, Product Hunt and the SaaS Awards, and quotes both 500 and 10,000 customer teams in different places on the same homepage, so those numbers are best read as claims rather than measurements. B2B Rocket belongs to the Blackpearl group alongside Pearl Diver, Bebop, Black Pearl Mail and New Old Stamp, and names its executive team publicly.

- Enrich, validate and clean existing lead lists before they are used

- Let the agent book meetings, then track them in a unified calendar and the deals in a built-in CRM pipeline
When to use B2B Rocket / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if B2B Rocket is the right fit.
When to use B2B Rocket
- Sales development teams that need to run cold outreach at volume without hiring more SDRs
- Small and mid-market companies with no in-house BDR function, looking to replace a stack of separate data, sending and warm-up tools
- Lead generation and marketing agencies, which the vendor addresses with dedicated solution pages and white-label options on its Custom tiers
- Startups that want a contact database, sequencing and a CRM pipeline in one subscription rather than four
- Teams already running Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho who want prospect data pushed straight into their existing CRM
When not to use B2B Rocket
- Anyone selling to consumers: every feature on the site is built for B2B outbound
- Buyers who need to be able to change their mind, since the terms of service state a strict no-refunds policy covering unused services and dissatisfaction alike
- European buyers with firm contractual requirements, as no data processing agreement, subprocessor list, hosting jurisdiction or Article 27 representative is published
- Developer-led teams wanting to evaluate an integration before buying: API access is sold from the Growth plan but no public documentation exists
- Very small budgets, as the cheapest paid plan is billed annually and the VIP range starts several hundred dollars a month higher
How to use B2B Rocket
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Book a demo through the form, which asks for headcount and monthly revenue, or subscribe to a self-serve plan through the Stripe checkout
- Sign in to the web application at app.b2brocket.ai
- Connect your own sending domains and mailboxes, or order the done-for-you option and let the vendor buy and configure them
- Run mailbox warm-up before pushing any volume, to protect sending reputation
- Define your ideal customer profile and personas, then search the database using the industry, size, location and job title filters
- Validate and enrich the resulting list, and clean out duplicates and dead addresses
- Set up the BDR agent: audience criteria, pitch, tone and product details
- Build the multichannel sequence across email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS, with A/B variations
- Launch the campaign and let the agent converse, qualify and auto-reply to inbound responses
- Follow booked meetings in the unified calendar, deals in the CRM pipeline, and touchpoints and reply rates in the dashboard
Pros & Cons
Pros
- The whole outbound chain in one subscription: data, copy, sending, replies, meeting booking and a CRM
- Unlimited email sending and unlimited database searches are advertised from the first paid tier
- An entry price of USD 59 per month, billed annually, is low for access to a database of this size
- Genuine multichannel reach rather than email alone, with LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp in the same sequence
- The done-for-you option removes the technical chore of buying and configuring sending domains and mailboxes
- Named CRM connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho, plus Zapier and webhook or API access on higher plans
- Compliance is addressed explicitly against four regimes, with an unusually detailed section on Canadian anti-spam law
Cons
- A strict no-refunds policy: subscription payments are final, including partial periods and unused services
- Confusing pricing: two parallel ranges (self-serve at USD 59 to 149, VIP at USD 599 to 1,799), several conflicting discount claims, and a comparison table whose columns do not match the plan cards
- No hosting jurisdiction, no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list and no EU representative are published, and Do-Not-Track signals are ignored
- API access is sold from the Growth plan but no public API documentation exists to evaluate it
- The postal address in the footer, in New Jersey, contradicts the one in the privacy policy, in Wyoming
- The Become a Partner and White Label links in the main menu return a 404 error
- No mobile app, no published list of interface languages, and several features still marked coming soon
Pricing & Plans
A limited free tier is listed in the pricing comparison table, alongside a free trial of the Unlimited plan. The cheapest paid plan is Starter at USD 59 per month, billed annually; the self-serve range continues at USD 99 and USD 149 per month, with an Enterprise tier priced on request. A separate VIP range begins at USD 599 per month billed annually, rising to USD 799 per month when billed quarterly. All prices are quoted in US dollars and payments are taken through Stripe.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how B2B Rocket handles your data.
GDPR overview
The privacy policy states twice, in plain terms, that the company complies with the GDPR alongside the CCPA and CAN-SPAM, and it devotes a full section to Canadian anti-spam law covering consent, sender identification, an unsubscribe mechanism honoured within ten business days, and record-keeping. EEA rights are listed explicitly, including a copy of the data, rectification, erasure and portability, with pointers to the European data protection authorities and to the Swiss federal commissioner. Every outbound message carries an opt-out link. Beyond those statements the contractual layer is thin: no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list, no Article 27 representative in the European Union, and Do-Not-Track signals are explicitly not honoured. Two different addresses are given for privacy enquiries. The policy is dated 11 September 2024.
Who owns the data?
The terms of service assign ownership of all platform content, including AI-generated content, to B2B Rocket or its licensors, and forbid reuse beyond what the agreement permits. Feedback and suggestions sent to the vendor become its property outright, with no compensation or attribution owed. On the prospect side, the privacy policy states that the company works exclusively with publicly available data, does not store the corporate email addresses its models predict, and never shares that data with third parties. Payment data is handled and stored by Stripe. Customer data may nonetheless be transferred as part of a merger, asset sale or acquisition, and every email the agents send carries a disclaimer naming B2B Rocket as the sender on the client's behalf.
Reuse rights
End users get a licence to operate the platform, not a licence to reuse what it contains. The terms restrict use of platform content to what the agreement expressly allows, require lawful use only, and treat a subscription as an indivisible bundle of the BDR agent, the lead database, email verification, sending and AI task credits. Nothing in the terms grants a right to redistribute or commercially exploit generated content outside the platform, and any feedback submitted becomes the vendor's property. Users keep control over their own account data: they can edit or delete their account at any time, withdraw consent, and request access, correction or erasure, which the vendor undertakes to answer within thirty days. Deleting an account deactivates or removes it from active databases, with residual copies retained for legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Hosting summary
No hosting jurisdiction is declared anywhere on the site: neither a country, nor a region, nor a cloud provider is named, and there is no trust or security page. Network lookups place the resolved IP address 198.202.211.1 in the United States on a Cloudflare anycast network, which identifies a content delivery node and says nothing about where data is actually stored. The domain is registered through GoDaddy.com, LLC in the United States. Payment data is handled and stored by Stripe, the only third party named in the privacy policy. Security is described only in general terms, with technical and organizational measures mentioned and no certification claimed, neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001. The company states that it retains only public data and does not store the corporate email addresses its models predict. The terms of service place the agreement under the law of Wyoming with mandatory arbitration, while the footer of every page gives a New Jersey address.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting B2B Rocket.
- Automated cold outreach at scale carries real regulatory and reputational exposure: mishandled consent or sender identification can turn a campaign into a compliance incident, whatever the policy pages claim
- The vendor itself acknowledges an error rate in generated content, put at under one percent, with more than 60 percent of each email personalized; those mistakes go out under your name, not its own
- Handing first contact to an agent erodes a team's own prospecting and qualification skills over time, and that loss is hard to notice until you need the skill back
- The terms assign ownership of AI-generated content to the vendor and turn any feedback you send into its property
- The no-refunds policy makes commitment irreversible, which bites hardest on the VIP tiers at several hundred dollars a month
- With no declared hosting jurisdiction and no subprocessor list, prospect data moves into an unknown location under unknown contracts
- Ignored Do-Not-Track signals and collected geolocation mean visitor tracking is broader than a reader might assume
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Moderate. Nothing is installed, since the product is a web application, but sending domains and mailboxes are the user's responsibility unless the done-for-you option is bought, and mailboxes need warming up before any volume. Defining the ideal customer profile, personas, pitch and sequences is manual work. CRM connections to Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho and Zapier require no code, while webhooks and API access exist without public documentation. Live chat, a help centre and weekly webinars back all plans, with one-to-one video support higher up, though most calls to action lead to a booked demo rather than a self-service signup.

Should you pick B2B Rocket?
B2B Rocket packs an unusual amount of the outbound sales chain into a single subscription: a very large contact database, AI agents that write and send, auto-replies, multichannel sequences that reach beyond email, autonomous meeting booking, and a CRM pipeline to catch what converts. For a small or mid-market team without an in-house SDR function, the entry price of USD 59 per month, billed annually, buys a great deal of surface area, and the done-for-you domain and mailbox setup removes the deliverability plumbing that usually sinks first attempts at cold outreach.
The reservations are mostly about transparency rather than capability. Two parallel price ranges sit on the same page without reconciling, discount claims of 40, 50 and 75 percent appear alongside each other, and the feature comparison columns do not line up with the plan cards. A strict no-refunds policy leaves no room to change your mind. The compliance story is asserted rather than documented: the privacy policy names the GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM and CASL, but there is no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list, no hosting jurisdiction, no EU Article 27 representative, and Do-Not-Track signals are ignored outright. The postal address in the footer contradicts the one in the privacy policy, a main-menu partnership link is broken, and typos are frequent enough on public pages to matter.
Read as a whole, this is a tool for a sales team that wants to test automated outbound quickly and can live with rough edges, rather than for a buyer whose procurement process asks hard questions about where prospect data is stored and under which contract. The backing of a listed parent group gives the company some solidity, but it also means the decision-making centre now sits outside the United States.
