Bitsgap
Bitsgap is a crypto trading platform that links 17 exchanges through API keys and runs seven automated bots (GRID, DCA, BTD, LOOP, QFL, DCA Futures, COMBO) alongside an AI Assistant, a unified terminal and risk-free demo trading.
What is Bitsgap?
Bitsgap is a cloud platform that sits on top of cryptocurrency exchanges rather than replacing them. You never deposit funds with Bitsgap: you link your existing exchange accounts with API keys, and Bitsgap transmits orders on your behalf. Any key carrying withdrawal permission is rejected automatically, so the platform can trade but cannot move money off the exchange.
The core of the product is a set of seven automated bots. GRID works sideways markets, DCA averages into volatility, BTD buys dips, LOOP earns in base and quote currencies while reinvesting profits, and QFL is a long-only multi-pair spot strategy; DCA Futures and COMBO extend the same logic to leveraged futures. Bots run in Bitsgap's cloud around the clock and can be modified while live.
Around them sits a unified terminal covering 17 exchanges — Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, OKX, Bitget, KuCoin, HTX, Gate, Crypto.com, Gemini, Bitfinex, Poloniex, WhiteBit, BitMart, Aster, Evedex and Hyperliquid among them — with spot and futures markets, limit, market, TWAP, scaled, stop market and stop limit orders, OCO and trailing take-profit and stop-loss, a technical-analysis widget and a consolidated portfolio view showing ROI, 24-hour change and exportable history.
Added in 2024, the AI Assistant analyses the market and proposes a tailored portfolio of bots based on the amount you want to invest and your risk tolerance, with Smart Take Profit and, on the Pro plan, an AI Portfolio Mode. Bitsgap claims it lifts returns by up to 20% against manual trading — a vendor figure published without methodology.
A full demo mode gives $100,000 in virtual funds at live prices, with GRID, DCA and COMBO bots available, and needs no KYC, card or exchange account. Backtesting covers 30 to 365 days with real exchange fees depending on the plan.
The publisher is BITSGAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS – FZCO, based in Dubai Silicon Oasis, with a team of more than 100. The project began in 2016 and the platform launched in 2017; the company reports 800,000 traders, 4.7 million bots launched and no security breach since launch. Bitsgap takes no trading commission — you pay your exchange's fees and the subscription, nothing more.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Bitsgap handles your data.
GDPR overview
Bitsgap never mentions the GDPR. The word appears nowhere across the thirteen pages collected, nor in their archived HTML. There is no Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list, no Article 27 EU representative and no named Data Protection Officer. The privacy policy is an Emirati document: the controller is BITSGAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS – FZCO in Dubai, and the terms are governed by UAE law and UAE courts. That said, the policy does set out rights that mirror the GDPR — access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent — with a one-month response target, and it states its lawful bases: contract performance, legitimate interest and legal obligation, with consent reserved for third-party marketing. Privacy questions go to support@bitsgap.com. The version in force is dated 8 October 2025.
Who owns the data?
Bitsgap's terms split data into three categories. Public Data is market information gathered from exchanges. Client Data is your own transaction, balance and account history, pulled from the exchanges through your API keys. Processed Data is public data that Bitsgap has analysed and, in its own words, owns. You are granted no stated ownership over Processed Data, and you grant Bitsgap the right to access, process and use your Client Data — both to serve it back to you and to deliver it to other customers in non-identifiable form. Site content, applications and branding belong to Bitsgap. Personal data is never sold, but it may be disclosed to contractors, to authorities, or to a successor entity after a merger or sale of assets.
Reuse rights
The licence Bitsgap grants is revocable, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable, and it covers personal use only. You may not copy, republish, translate, transmit or distribute the platform's content for any commercial enterprise without express written consent, and downloadable material may be used for personal, non-commercial information only — never reposted on a network or broadcast in any medium. Reverse engineering and tracing other users are explicitly forbidden. What you can reuse freely is your own data: the portfolio dashboard exports historical data, and the privacy policy grants a portability right, delivering your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Bitsgap's terms are explicit on jurisdiction: any personal data collected while providing the service is transferred to and stored in data centres located in the United Arab Emirates. The privacy policy widens that slightly, stating that data is stored and processed in the UAE and possibly in other countries through third parties used to operate the service — and it treats your use of the site as consent to those transfers, including to countries whose privacy laws differ from your own. No third country is named, no subprocessor list is published and no Data Processing Agreement is offered. Access is limited to authorised employees and to contractors bound by service agreements. The stated safeguards are 2048-bit encryption, servers behind firewalls, pseudonymisation, backups, staff training and a breach-notification procedure. Separately, Bitsgap says its trading servers sit close to the major exchanges to keep order execution fast — that concerns latency, not where your personal data lives. The controller is BITSGAP SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS – FZCO in Dubai Silicon Oasis, and the terms are governed by UAE law.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Bitsgap.
- Real money is at stake: the bots place live orders, and Bitsgap explicitly disclaims all liability for their results
- Futures bots use leverage — the site itself frames COMBO as high reward and high risk
- Headline performance figures come with no published methodology and are claims, not promises
- Automating trades 24/7 can quietly erode your own reading of the market and your habit of checking it
- Crypto trading is fertile ground for compulsive behaviour, and gamified elements such as tournaments and affiliate competitions do not help
- An API key without withdrawal rights can still place orders, so a compromised key still does damage — your own security hygiene matters
- Your data sits in the UAE with no DPA or subprocessor list, and you agree upfront that your Client Data may be redistributed to other customers in non-identifiable form
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low. Registration takes an email address and about thirty seconds, with no card. Demo mode is a single toggle in your profile — no KYC, no exchange account. The only genuinely technical step for live trading is creating an API key on your exchange with withdrawal disabled and pasting it into Bitsgap, and the help centre walks through it. Nothing is installed and no code is written: the bots run in Bitsgap's cloud, and the site advertises launching one in three clicks. The real learning curve is understanding grid, DCA, futures and leverage — not operating the tool.

Should you pick Bitsgap?
Bitsgap is not an exchange and does not try to be one: it is an automation layer sitting above seventeen of them, driving your accounts through API keys while your funds stay where they are. That architecture is the platform's strongest argument, and it is reinforced by keys with withdrawal rights being rejected outright.
The product has depth. Seven bots cover sideways, falling and volatile markets in both spot and futures; the terminal carries the order types an experienced trader expects; backtesting runs on real exchange fees; and the AI Assistant lowers the barrier for anyone unwilling to configure a grid by hand. Nine years of operation, a team of more than a hundred and 800,000 claimed users give it more substance than most tools in this category.
The trial arrangement deserves particular credit. Demo mode hands you $100,000 in virtual funds with no KYC, no card and no exchange account, and the seven-day PRO trial needs no payment details — you can judge the platform properly before spending anything.
The reservations are real, though. Nothing on the site mentions the GDPR: no DPA, no subprocessor list, no EU representative, and personal data hosted in the United Arab Emirates. European users have little documented recourse. Pricing is a genuine commitment at $23 to $119 a month, and the headline figures assume annual billing. Refund terms are narrow, and cryptocurrency payments are never refunded.
Finally, treat the performance figures as marketing. Twenty percent better than manual trading, eleven percent thirty-day returns, $203 million in cumulative profit — none of it comes with a published methodology, and Bitsgap explicitly disclaims all liability for what its bots do. Automated crypto trading can lose money quickly, and the subscription is a cost you carry either way.
