BrandForge
BrandForge is an AI platform turning a single prompt into a complete brand: name, domain, logo, website, social content and print. It is sold white-label, so hosting providers, registrars and agencies resell it as their own.
What is BrandForge?
BrandForge is an AI brand-creation platform that turns a single written prompt into a complete commercial identity, and it is designed first as a product other companies resell under their own name. It is operated by eCommerce Services B.V., a Dutch company based in Barendrecht.
Work starts with a module called Brand DNA. From a one-sentence description of a business, the system produces a strategy covering positioning, target audience, brand personality, tone of voice, competitive mapping, colour direction and typography pairing. Every later module draws on that foundation, which is what keeps the outputs consistent with one another.
From there the chain runs in six steps. A naming engine proposes brand names and checks domain availability in real time. A logo generator returns vector concepts across styles such as minimal, bold, playful and luxury, exportable as SVG, PNG and PDF with usage guidelines. A website builder generates a multi-page site with real copy, more than a hundred templates, built-in SEO, a blog CMS, custom domain and SSL, all editable through a drag-and-drop interface. A social co-pilot writes captions and visuals adapted to each platform's format and schedules them across thirteen channels. An eCommerce module adds a storefront with catalogue, AI product descriptions, payments, inventory, orders, discount codes and customer accounts. A Web2Print studio produces business cards, stationery, flyers and branded merchandise with integrated fulfilment. Throughout, an AI Copilot lets users refine any element in plain language.
The distribution model is what sets it apart. Hosting providers, domain registrars, agencies, telcos, MSPs and SaaS companies can rebrand the entire platform — admin panel, e-mail templates and customer-facing URLs included — so their own customers never see the BrandForge name. Provisioning modules for WHMCS and Upmind, cPanel plugins and single sign-on through OAuth 2.0, SAML or JWT are supplied. Retail plans run from €9 to €230 per month on a credit system, while resellers buy at 25 to 40 percent below retail with a further regional adjustment. The platform advertises 84 locales, including right-to-left support.
The product is still in early access. An early-adopter programme is open, there is no online sign-up, and every purchase path leads to a contact form.
What it does
- Generate a complete brand strategy — positioning, audience, personality and tone of voice — from a one-sentence description
- Generate brand names and check domain availability in real time, then register the chosen domain
- Generate vector logo concepts in several styles and export them as SVG, PNG and PDF
- Generate and publish a multi-page website with written copy, SEO, a blog CMS, custom domain and SSL
- Write, schedule and publish on-brand social content across thirteen platforms from one dashboard
- Open an online store with catalogue, AI product descriptions, payments, inventory and orders
- Resell the whole platform under your own brand, domain and colours through a reseller agreement
When to use BrandForge / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if BrandForge is the right fit.
When to use BrandForge
- Hosting providers and domain registrars looking to attach a recurring branding product to the domains and hosting they already sell
- Digital agencies that want to deliver more brand projects without adding designers or developers to the team
- Founders of small businesses who need a full brand identity but have no design skills and no agency budget
- Marketing teams launching sub-brands, campaigns or one-off events that each need their own identity
- Telcos, MSPs and SaaS platforms wanting to embed branding tools through an API rather than build them in-house
When not to use BrandForge
- Organisations that need a bespoke identity researched and crafted by a human design studio
- Anyone who needs assurance that a generated name or logo is legally free to use: the vendor states plainly that it performs no trademark search or clearance
- Teams that require their visual identity to be provably unique, since the terms warn that similar prompts may produce similar results for different customers
- Businesses that depend on copyright protection for their identity, as the terms caution that AI-generated material may not be eligible in every jurisdiction
- Buyers who want to sign up, pay and start immediately: the product is in early access and every path leads to a contact form
How to use BrandForge
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Request access through the early-adopter form or book a demo, since there is currently no self-service sign-up
- Describe the business, its values and its target audience in one or two sentences
- Pick a stylistic direction among the offered options such as minimal, bold, playful or luxury
- Let the AI generate the Brand DNA: positioning, audience, personality and tone of voice
- Review the proposed brand names and check domain availability, then secure the chosen domain
- Choose among the generated logo concepts and refine colours, fonts and layout
- Generate the website from the same strategy and logo, then edit it inline and publish it
- Connect the social channels and let the co-pilot draft and schedule the content calendar
- Add the optional modules — online store, print and merchandise — as needed
- Export the asset package: logo files in SVG, PNG and PDF, brand guidelines and published site
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Covers the whole chain — strategy, logo, website, social, print and store — inside a single product
- White-labelling is complete, extending to the admin panel, e-mail notifications and customer-facing URLs
- Pricing is published in full, with five tiers and a reseller discount formula that is spelled out rather than hidden behind a sales call
- Data posture is documented: EU hosting on AWS in Frankfurt, retention listed line by line, and a written commitment that prompts and outputs are not used to train third-party models
- Ownership of generated assets is transferred to the customer under a perpetual licence, with no IP claim by the vendor
- Ready-made provisioning modules for WHMCS and Upmind lower the integration effort for hosting resellers
- A dedicated data-deletion page sets out a concrete procedure with stated deadlines
Cons
- The product is in early access: there is no online sign-up and every "Get started" button leads to a contact form
- The API documentation site linked as "API Docs" serves an empty, broken build, so the advertised REST API cannot be assessed
- The security page is published and linked in the footer but contains no content, and no security certification is claimed anywhere
- The integrations page advertises "22+ integrations" while listing only two, one of which is unedited placeholder text
- Three different pricing structures coexist across the site and cannot be reconciled with one another
- Monthly credits do not roll over, billing is in euros only, and annual billing is described as still in the works
- No trademark clearance is performed, leaving the legal risk of a generated name entirely with the customer
Pricing & Plans
The existence of a permanent free plan could not be established: the site invites visitors to "start for free", and the terms devote a section to a free tier, but they phrase it conditionally and the pricing page lists no free option. The lowest published paid entry point is the Starter plan at €9 per month, which includes 50 AI credits and one workspace; the press kit independently confirms a starting price of €9 per month. All billing is processed in euros, with the other currencies displayed on the pricing page being indicative conversions only. A 14-day free trial is mentioned once, on the contact page, but is not reflected in the pricing page.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how BrandForge handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR compliance is stated in explicit terms and documented in detail. eCommerce Services B.V. acts as data controller for its own customers and as processor for the end users of its white-label partners, under a Data Processing Agreement. Four legal bases are named with their articles: contract performance 6(1)(b), legitimate interest 6(1)(f), consent 6(1)(a) and legal obligation 6(1)(c). Eight data subject rights are listed, with a stated response time of thirty days and possible identity verification. Breaches are to be notified within seventy-two hours. The supervisory authority is named as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, with its postal address. A dedicated erasure page sets out a request process with verification inside forty-eight hours and deletion within thirty days. The minimum age is sixteen. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Who owns the data?
Customers keep ownership of everything they put in — prompts, business descriptions, uploaded images and configuration choices — and grant the vendor only a limited licence to process that material in order to run the service. The brand assets the AI produces are assigned to the customer on creation, with a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence covering commercial and personal use. eCommerce Services B.V. explicitly disclaims any intellectual property right over the generated logos, colour palettes and websites. What the vendor retains is the platform itself: its code, design, AI models, algorithms and trademarks. Two reservations are stated: outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, and AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
Reuse rights
Yes. Customers may use, modify, reproduce and distribute the generated brand assets for any lawful commercial or personal purpose without asking further permission, under a licence described as perpetual, worldwide and royalty-free. Assets created on a free plan carry the same ownership terms as paid ones, although the free tier may add a "Powered by BrandForge" mark that paid plans remove. Two duties stay with the customer. First, checking trademarks: the vendor runs no clearance search and places responsibility for infringement squarely on the user. Second, accepting that similar prompts from different customers may yield similar results, since the vendor neither monitors nor prevents this. Reselling access to the platform itself requires a separate Partner Agreement.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The vendor states that BrandForge is operated from the European Union and that its primary infrastructure runs on AWS in the eu-central-1 region in Frankfurt, Germany. Customer websites are published to Frankfurt by default, and specific workloads can be run on-premise on request. Third-party processors are disclosed with their data locations: Stripe and Mollie for payments (EU and US under Standard Contractual Clauses), Zoho CRM in its EU data centre, AWS in the EU, Anthropic and OpenAI in the US for model inference, and an EU transactional e-mail provider. Transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher in transit and AES-256 at rest, with automated encrypted backups. One caveat: the domain resolves to a Cloudflare anycast address geolocated in the United States, which reflects the content delivery network and not where the application or its data are hosted.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting BrandForge.
- The vendor performs no trademark search or clearance, so a generated name or logo may already belong to someone else and the resulting legal exposure falls entirely on you
- Generated outputs are not guaranteed to be unique: another customer starting from a similar prompt may end up with a recognisably similar identity, and the vendor neither monitors nor prevents it
- AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, which can weaken your ability to defend the identity you build on it
- Letting a model define your positioning, audience and tone of voice in seconds is convenient, but it can quietly replace the market thinking a founder benefits from doing personally
- Speed encourages accepting the first plausible result: brands assembled in one sitting are rarely tested against real customers before going live
- The product is in early access with an empty documentation site and an empty security page, so committing a customer base to it before evaluating the sandbox carries operational risk
- Under a white-label deployment your relationship is with the reseller, not with BrandForge, which changes who answers for billing, support and privacy
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
For the end user, effectively none: the flow is guided in four steps, editing is drag-and-drop, and no coding is required. For a reseller, the effort is modest but real — integration runs through a REST API with single sign-on and either white-label iframes or redirect flows, and the vendor puts technical setup at two to four days with its team assisting, or less where the pre-built cPanel, WHMCS and Upmind modules apply. Full go-live is advertised at under fourteen days from signature. The practical obstacle today is not technical: access still runs through a contact form rather than self-service sign-up.

Should you pick BrandForge?
BrandForge makes an unusually clear proposition: the entire brand-creation chain, from strategy to printed business cards, packaged so that hosting providers, registrars and agencies can sell it as their own. That focus on distribution rather than direct competition is coherent, and it is backed by things many rivals keep vague — a fully published price list, a reseller discount formula written out in the open, ready-made WHMCS and Upmind provisioning, and a data posture that names its EU hosting region, lists retention periods category by category, commits in writing to not training third-party models on customer prompts, and hands ownership of generated assets to the customer.
The reservations are about maturity rather than intent. The product is in early access: there is no online sign-up, and every purchase path ends at a contact form. Several pages the site links to are not finished — the security page is empty, the API documentation site serves a broken build, and the integrations page advertises more than twenty integrations while listing two, one of them unedited placeholder text. Three incompatible pricing structures coexist across the site, and the usage figures shown on the homepage sit awkwardly beside a product that is still onboarding its first partners.
Two limits deserve attention regardless of maturity: the vendor performs no trademark clearance and does not guarantee that generated identities are unique, which places real legal exposure on the customer.
For a channel partner, this is worth an evaluation — the sandbox access and pilot programme exist precisely for that. For a business seeking a finished, self-service branding tool today, it is probably early.
