GDPR overview

There is no mention of the GDPR anywhere on this site. Across the eleven pages collected, including the privacy policy and the terms, neither the regulation nor the CCPA appears; there is no Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list, no Article 27 EU representative, no designated data protection officer, no stated legal basis for processing and no documented framework for international transfers. What the policy does offer is thinner and non-contractual: account holders can view and update their details, a copy or deletion request can be made by contacting the publisher directly, and a reply is promised within thirty days "in accordance with data protection best practices". The site also declares itself off-limits to children under 13 and provides an Accept/Decline cookie banner. Anyone processing personal data of EU residents should treat this silence as a material gap.

Who owns the data?

The terms split ownership cleanly. Content produced by the free tools belongs to you, and a commissioned Custom Prompt comes with full personal and commercial rights. What stays with the publisher is the platform itself: the tools, their design, code and underlying systems, plus the site's layout, graphics, interfaces and branding, all claimed as the property of ChatPromptGenius. Three uses of a delivered prompt are barred: reselling or redistributing the raw text as a standalone product, claiming authorship of the prompt engineering methodology, and publishing it in forums, marketplaces or directories. On personal data, the privacy policy (updated 6 August 2026) states that information is never sold, rented or traded, and is shared only with service providers such as Stripe under confidentiality agreements, or when the law compels disclosure.

Reuse rights

Reuse is broad and requires no further permission. A delivered Custom Prompt may be used for personal projects, internal business work or client work; it may be modified and adapted freely; and the output it generates may be exploited commercially without restriction. The three limits are on the prompt as an artefact rather than on what you do with it: no resale or redistribution of the raw prompt, no claim over the methodology, no public posting in forums, marketplaces or directories. Content from the free tools is likewise yours. Two caveats are written into the terms: the tools carry no warranty and no guarantee that any prompt will produce a given result on a third-party AI platform, and you remain responsible for reviewing and validating every AI-generated output before putting it to professional use.

Hosting summary

The site discloses nothing about where user data is held. Across the eleven pages collected there is no hosting country, no region, no international transfer clause, no standard contractual clauses and no list of subprocessors. The domain resolves to 104.21.19.252, an anycast address in Cloudflare's AS13335 network geolocated to San Francisco; that identifies a content delivery node, not a place of storage, and says nothing about the underlying infrastructure. Two providers are named in passing rather than declared: Stripe processes payments, with the publisher stating that card details are never stored on its side, and unnamed "analytics tools" are mentioned alongside it. The platform runs on WordPress with WooCommerce, and its assets are served from the domain itself. The registrar, Realtime Register B.V., is Dutch, but that is a fact about the domain registration and carries no implication for hosting. On security the policy claims only HTTPS, password-protected accounts, Stripe payments and reputable third-party plugins - no SOC 2 and no ISO 27001.
