Chattitude
Chattitude builds no-code conversational AI agents that answer support questions, qualify inbound leads and unlock internal knowledge around the clock, deploying on any website or app through a copy-paste snippet in roughly fifteen minutes.
What is Chattitude?
Chattitude is a conversational AI platform from Gold Lasso, Inc. that lets a company run several purpose-built agents from one place instead of bolting a generic chatbot onto its website. The catalogue is organised around three jobs: Customer Service AI for support conversations, Sales Development AI for qualifying inbound leads, and AI Assistants for opening internal knowledge to employees. Four vertical markets are addressed by name, namely software providers, healthcare suppliers, industrial suppliers and managed service providers, and a separate private-label offer lets partners resell the platform under their own brand.
The pitch aims squarely at companies of five to two hundred employees in SaaS, healthcare and manufacturing. Setup is presented as a five-step sequence that needs no developer: configure the agent's tone and branding, write its instructions from a template library or from scratch, train it on your own material such as your website and past support tickets, connect your CRM, helpdesk and calendar, then deploy by pasting a snippet of code into any site or app. Chattitude puts this at fifteen to twenty minutes, both figures appearing on the same page, and offers a two-week trial with no credit card.
Underneath, the company says it runs on AWS infrastructure and draws on OpenAI, Anthropic and privately hosted language models, and that it can accept data from any API and execute API functions through those models. Agents qualify leads, book demos by calendar sync, push data into downstream tools, handle order status and reorders, suggest follow-up questions and escalate to a human when a conversation exceeds them.
The numbers on the site are the vendor's own claims rather than measured results: up to seventy percent fewer internal enquiries, support costs down by twenty to seventy percent, response times cut by eighty percent, and capacity from fifty to five thousand simultaneous customers. Two caveats deserve to travel with any evaluation. Pricing is not visible in the sources available for this review, and although CRM, helpdesk and calendar integrations are promised as categories, no third-party product is ever named.

When to use Chattitude / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Chattitude is the right fit.
When to use Chattitude
- Small and mid-sized support teams, five to two hundred employees, fielding the same questions all day and all night
- Sales development teams that need inbound leads qualified and demos booked without adding headcount
- Software providers and managed service providers whose customers expect instant technical answers
- Healthcare and industrial suppliers handling order status checks and repeat reorder requests
- Agencies and resellers looking for a white-label conversational AI they can put their own brand on
When not to use Chattitude
- Buyers who need a published price list before they will even start a trial
- Regulated organisations that require SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA attestations on paper
- European controllers who must keep processing inside the European Union
- Teams that need a written guarantee their data will never train a model
- Consumer audiences and anyone under sixteen, whom the service explicitly excludes
How to use Chattitude
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Start the two-week free trial; no credit card is requested
- Configure your agent so its tone, voice and branding match your company
- Write its instructions, from the template library or from scratch, including how to treat awkward enquiries
- Train it on your own material: your website and your existing support tickets
- Connect your CRM, helpdesk and calendar so the agent reads and writes where your team already works
- Deploy by pasting the generated snippet into your website or application
- Test the escalation path and confirm that conversations the agent cannot handle reach a human
Pros & Cons
Pros
- No-code setup the vendor puts at fifteen to twenty minutes, deployed with a copy-paste snippet
- Two-week trial with no credit card, so the platform can be judged before any commitment
- Three distinct agent types and four named verticals rather than one generic chatbot
- A Data Processing Addendum is published, alongside EU-U.S., Swiss-U.S. and UK Data Privacy Framework certification
- Runs on AWS with a choice between OpenAI, Anthropic and privately hosted models
- A white-label option is available for agencies and resellers
- The founding team is named and described, which is uncommon at this size
Cons
- No verifiable price: the pricing page could not be read and no first-party figure appears in our sources
- Not a single integration is named; CRM, helpdesk and calendar appear only as categories
- No SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA certification, although healthcare suppliers are a target market
- No published retention period, no subprocessor list and no model-training opt-out
- Processing is United States only, with no EU region, EU address or Article 27 representative
- Visible carelessness on the site: typographical errors, setup steps numbered out of order, and social metadata pointing at the site root instead of an image
- No mobile application and no support email; the only written channel is a web form
Pricing & Plans
Chattitude advertises a two-week free trial that requires no credit card, and a pricing page exists and is linked throughout the site. That page could not be read for this review and no first-party figure for any paid plan was obtainable, so no amount, currency or billing unit is stated here. Whether a permanent free tier exists is likewise unconfirmed. The about page mentions beta pricing without attaching a number to it. Anyone comparing costs should read the vendor's own pricing page rather than rely on third-party listings, which contradicted each other when checked.
- two weeks
- no credit card required
- listed as a separate offer for resellers
- with no published price
- Paid plans exist
- but no tier
- amount or billing unit could be verified from the vendor
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Chattitude handles your data.
GDPR overview
Concrete but partial. The privacy statement is properly dated, posted on 1 January 2025 and effective on 31 January 2025 with no prior version, and Chattitude states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension, certified with the U.S. Department of Commerce and subject to FTC jurisdiction. A dedicated UK and EU GDPR Supplemental Notice is announced and a Data Processing Addendum is published. Data subject rights are spelled out: access and portability, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and freedom from discrimination, with identity verification and authorised agents accepted. The gaps matter too. There is no Article 27 representative in the European Union, no data protection officer, no retention period, no subprocessor list and no security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Processing is declared in the United States.
Who owns the data?
The publisher is Gold Lasso, Inc., trading as Chattitude, and it presents itself as the controller of everything gathered through its sites and services. This review could only read the privacy statement: the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Addendum are both published but neither was retrievable, so ownership of customer content and of agent output remains unverified. The statement does permit sharing with service providers, resellers, referral and integration partners, account teammates, third-party applications acting on the account holder's instruction, prospective acquirers and public authorities. Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft and TikTok are named for advertising and analytics. Anything posted in a public area of the sites is treated as public.
Reuse rights
Nothing conclusive can be reported. The document that would settle the question, the customer Terms of Service, sits on the company's legal hub but could not be opened, so no clause about reusing agent output or exported conversations has actually been read. The privacy statement covers only the personal data Chattitude itself collects and never addresses rights over generated content. Two points are on the record: anything a user posts in a public area of the sites is treated as public and falls outside that statement's protections, and Chattitude reserves the right to aggregate or anonymise information and reuse the result for statistical and other purposes. Treat reuse rights as unconfirmed until the Terms of Service have been read.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Chattitude says it is built on AWS. Its privacy statement is explicit about jurisdiction: information collected through the sites is transferred to and processed in the United States, and in any other country where Chattitude, its affiliates, subsidiaries or third-party providers keep facilities or personnel. Transfers are covered by certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the UK Extension, filed with the U.S. Department of Commerce. For data generated by using the services rather than the website, the statement defers to a Services Supplemental Notice that could not be retrieved. The homepage adds encrypted APIs and privately hosted language models. No European region is offered, no region can be chosen and no subprocessor list is published. One technical caution: the domain resolves to a Cloudflare anycast address, which is a content-delivery point of presence and says nothing about where data is stored. The vendor's own statement, not the IP address, is the reliable indicator here.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Chattitude.
- The performance figures on the site, seventy percent fewer internal enquiries and eighty percent faster responses among them, are vendor claims with no methodology or named case behind them
- An agent trained on your tickets and your website will answer confidently even when it is wrong, which matters most on the sensitive questions
- Healthcare suppliers are courted without any HIPAA or SOC 2 attestation on offer
- Processing is United States only, a real consideration for a European controller
- Nothing in writing excludes your data from model training, and no retention period is published
- The privacy statement claims automated decision-making based on usage and purchase history
- Replacing human support can quietly degrade service for complex cases and for vulnerable callers
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low, by design. Chattitude markets itself as needing no code and no consultants, and puts a working agent at fifteen to twenty minutes across five steps. The only genuinely technical act is pasting a generated snippet into a website or application; CRM, helpdesk and calendar connections are described as a matter of a few clicks. The real effort sits elsewhere. Training quality depends on having clean material available, meaning an organised website and usable support tickets, and on writing instructions that handle awkward cases well. A non-developer can complete the setup; a thoughtful owner is what makes the agent good.

Should you pick Chattitude?
Chattitude occupies a clear and unusually narrow position: conversational agents for companies of five to two hundred employees, sold into four named business-to-business verticals rather than to everyone at once. The operational promise is coherent, with three agent types, a five-step no-code setup the vendor puts at fifteen to twenty minutes, a two-week trial without a credit card, and a technical base it describes openly as AWS with OpenAI, Anthropic or privately hosted models. For a company of this size the legal groundwork is better than average: a Data Processing Addendum is published, Data Privacy Framework certification is claimed, data subject rights are enumerated and a minimum age of sixteen is stated.
Three reservations should temper that. Pricing could not be verified at all, and the third-party listings that claim to know it contradicted one another, so cost has to be established directly with the vendor. Not one integration is named anywhere, a real gap for a product whose value rests on writing into a CRM and a helpdesk. And no security certification is offered, neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001 nor HIPAA, even though healthcare suppliers are an explicitly targeted market.
Signs of youth are visible: a copyright beginning in 2024, a privacy statement effective in January 2025 with no prior version, beta pricing, and typographical errors on the homepage itself. None of that disqualifies an early platform, but together they argue for a careful trial rather than a quick commitment.
One caveat belongs to this review rather than to the product. The site instructs AI crawlers not to read it, that instruction was respected, and these findings therefore rest on a single archived capture from January 2026. Verify anything time-sensitive, pricing above all, against the live site.
