Overview

What is Circleboom?

Circleboom is not one product but two, sold and subscribed separately under a single brand. Circleboom Publish is the multi-network side. It connects Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, TikTok and Bluesky, with Threads named on the homepage, and turns them into one publishing desk. Posts are written by hand or produced by an AI content generator the site describes as powered by Open AI, with a Chat GPT-4o integration listed in the pricing grid. Visuals are handled by an integrated Canva design tool, auto-tailored post templates sized for each platform, image curation from Unsplash and Giphy, and a Google Photos connection. Content is then scheduled one by one, queued through simple or advanced queue settings, set to recur, or fed automatically from RSS feeds and blogs. Instagram gets unusual depth: carousels, Reels and Stories with music, 3x3 and 3x4 grids and puzzle feeds, panoramic posting and a hashtag generator. Teams, permissions and paid extra seats sit on the higher tiers.

Circleboom Twitter Management is the second product, and the reason many users arrive. It works followers and followings in bulk, following, unfollowing, removing, blocking or adding accounts to lists, and surfaces inactive, fake, spam and non-reciprocating accounts. Around it sit account and post analytics, a smart search across bios, tweets and profiles, an X post planner with an AI writer, a monitoring module offering real-time search, sentiment and emotion analysis and side-by-side account comparison, and outreach automation. Bulk deletion services cover tweets, retweets and likes. Circleboom displays an Official Enterprise Developer badge from X on every page and links to the X enterprise customer directory.

A free toolkit rounds out the offer, with tweet screenshots, a Tweepcred calculator, AI tweet and horoscope generators, a quote maker, a giveaway picker and an account comparison tool. Both products run in the browser, with an iOS, iPadOS and macOS companion app for the X side. Circleboom, LLC operates from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and says on its careers page that it started in 2019.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Two complementary products: broad multi-network publishing plus a depth on X that few competitors match
  • A permanent free plan on both products
  • AI copywriting and Canva design are included, so there is no third-party tool to pay for separately
  • Official Enterprise Developer status with X, verifiable in the public X enterprise directory
  • Generous annual terms: two months free on Publish, up to six months free on Twitter Management
  • A 30% nonprofit discount that also applies to renewals
  • A wide ladder from Free to Enterprise, with a-la-carte add-ons for AI tokens and extra team seats

Cons

  • The GDPR is never mentioned anywhere on the site; the privacy policy covers only the CCPA and COPPA
  • No Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list and no stated hosting country
  • No data retention period is published
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and explicitly non-refundable, and no free trial is advertised
  • The legal documents lag the product: terms dated September 2021 and a disclaimer from 2020, both written around Twitter alone
  • Prices are absent from the HTML of the pricing pages and load through JavaScript, so they are invisible without a browser
  • Two products mean two subscriptions and two sign-ups, and there is neither a public API nor an Android app

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Circleboom handles your data.

GDPR overview

There is no GDPR implementation to report. The word GDPR does not appear once across the fourteen pages collected, neither in the text nor in the archived HTML. No Article 27 EU representative is designated, no data protection officer is named, no Data Processing Agreement is offered, no subprocessor list is published, and no legal basis or transfer mechanism is described. The framework Circleboom does address is entirely American: the California Consumer Privacy Act and COPPA. Under the CCPA it grants deletion, copy and right-to-know requests covering the past twelve months, accepts a designated agent, honours California's Shine-the-Light disclosure, promises non-discrimination and states that it does not sell personal information. Requests go to info@circleboom.com. The policy was last revised on 5 June 2024.

Who owns the data?

Circleboom claims no intellectual property rights over the material users supply, a point the terms make twice, so accounts keep ownership of their content. Everything Circleboom builds itself, from interfaces and code to templates and visual design, remains its own property. Two clauses cut the other way: feedback sent to the company is granted back under a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence, and an account terminated by Circleboom forfeits all of its content. Data pulled from the X API serves the product; Circleboom may republish public account information such as influence rankings, but never private information. It states that it does not sell personal information, email addresses or Twitter handles.

Reuse rights

Because Circleboom asserts no ownership over user material, users may reuse, republish and export their own content freely, without asking permission; the X side even ships dedicated export functions for engaging accounts and retweeters. The limits sit on Circleboom's side of the line: its design, code, HTML and CSS may not be duplicated without written consent, and no part of the service may be reproduced, resold or otherwise exploited. Feedback submitted to the company becomes freely exploitable by it, with no compensation. Use of the service is also bound by X's own rules, which the terms incorporate by reference, and content can be lost outright if Circleboom terminates an account.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Circleboom publishes no retention period. Neither the privacy policy nor the terms say how long any category of data is kept, and no anonymisation or automatic purge is described. What exists is deletion on request: under the CCPA users may ask for their personal information to be deleted, and the policy separately invites users to ask for information cached from third-party services to be removed from the system. Both requests go to info@circleboom.com from the account email address, which is used to verify identity. Access to the X API can be revoked at any time from X's own settings. Termination cuts two ways: if Circleboom terminates an account, the terms provide for deactivation or deletion and the forfeiture of all content in it; if the user cancels, the account is downgraded to a freemium plan at the end of the paid cycle, with no deletion announced.

Hosting summary

Circleboom publishes nothing about where its data lives. No country, no region and no hosting provider is named anywhere on the site. The terms acknowledge only that the company relies on third-party vendors and hosting partners for the hardware, software, networking and storage that run the service, without identifying any of them. What can be established from outside is thin and should not be mistaken for a storage location: on 9 August 2026 the domain resolved to 172.66.41.15, a Cloudflare anycast node advertised from San Francisco, which is a content delivery point of presence rather than a data centre holding user records. The domain registrar is Cloudflare as well, in the United States. The publisher itself is American, based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and the terms impose US export law and bar use from US-embargoed countries, so the operative jurisdiction is plainly the United States. Two further points deserve attention: the terms concede that transmissions may travel unencrypted across networks, and the privacy policy states that data is shared with third-party tools, including AI models, without listing them.

Availability

Where Circleboom works

Country-level availability.

Not available in

Circleboom publishes no list of excluded territories. Its terms forbid exporting or re Exporting the licensed application into any US Embargoed country, or to anyone on the US Treasury Department's Specially Designated Nationals List or the US Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List, and users must warrant that neither applies to them. No country is named.
Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Circleboom.

  • Connecting X grants Circleboom full API access to your tweet stream, friends and followers, account settings and account details, everything except direct messages and your password
  • Bulk deletion of tweets, retweets and likes is irreversible: a mistargeted purge cannot be undone
  • Automated mass following and unfollowing can breach X's rules and expose an account to suspension; the terms point to those rules explicitly
  • No GDPR mention, no Data Processing Agreement and no subprocessor list, which is a compliance problem for any European organisation
  • The privacy policy states that data may be shared with third-party tools including AI models, without naming them or documenting any way to opt out, and the terms concede that transmissions may travel unencrypted
  • Circleboom builds aggregate reports for advertisers and partners, works with ad networks, forbids free accounts from blocking ads, and may republish public account information such as influence rankings
  • Handing your editorial voice to an AI generator risks bland or off-brand posts if nothing is reviewed before it goes out, and the X product remains dependent on whatever X decides to charge for API access
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Setup is easy and needs no installation or code. Both products run entirely in the browser and registration goes through an OAuth sign-up form. The only real step is connecting your social accounts and granting API access, which X users can revoke at any time from their own settings. Circleboom claims its products can be used without any training. Two mild frictions remain: Publish and Twitter Management are separate products with separate sign-ups, and RSS connections and advanced queue settings take a little configuration. An iOS app covers the X side on mobile.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which social networks does Circleboom support?
Circleboom Publish connects Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, TikTok and Bluesky. Threads is also named on the homepage and in the RSS feature.
Is there a free plan, and is there a free trial?
There is a permanent free plan on both products. There is no free trial: paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the period purchased.
How much does Circleboom cost?
The cheapest paid entry point is USD 12.99 per month on annual billing, which is the Twitter Management Limited Plan at USD 155.88 per year. On monthly billing, entry begins at USD 29.99 per month. Plans run up to USD 249.99 per month for Publish Enterprise.
Are Publish and Twitter Management the same subscription?
No. They are two separate products with two separate pricing grids and two separate sign-ups. Using both means paying for both.
Does Circleboom use AI?
Yes. Publish includes an AI content generator the site describes as powered by Open AI, and its pricing grid lists a Chat GPT-4o integration. Twitter Management includes an AI writer inside its X post planner. AI tokens can be bought as add-ons, one generated text costing one token.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for the X side: an app called Circleboom For Twitter is published on the App Store by Circleboom LLC, and the terms mention iOS, iPadOS and macOS. No Android app was found.
Does Circleboom offer a public API?
No API documentation is published on the site. Circleboom consumes the X and Google APIs to power its own features but does not expose one to customers.
What does Circleboom say about the GDPR?
Nothing. The word does not appear anywhere on the site. The privacy policy addresses only the California Consumer Privacy Act and COPPA, and no Data Processing Agreement, subprocessor list, EU representative or hosting location is published.
What is the minimum age to use Circleboom?
The terms of service require users to be 18 or older. The privacy policy separately references the COPPA threshold of 13 and states that Circleboom does not collect personal information from consumers known to be under 16.
Are there discounts for nonprofits?
Yes, 30% off every plan, applied to renewals as well. The process is manual: you subscribe first, email Circleboom your Twitter handle and subscription email, and the billing team verifies your status before applying the code and refunding 30% to the card on file.
Conclusion

Should you pick Circleboom?

Circleboom is best understood as two tools wearing one badge. The Publish side is a competent, unpretentious multi-network scheduler with genuinely useful extras, an included AI writer and a Canva design surface that spares users a second subscription. The Twitter Management side is the more distinctive of the two: bulk follower work, audience clean-up, mass deletion, monitoring with sentiment analysis and an outreach module add up to a depth on X that most all-in-one competitors do not attempt. The Official Enterprise Developer badge from X, linked to the public directory, gives that side real credibility. Pricing is legible and unusually broad, from a permanent free plan to Enterprise tiers, with two to six months free on annual billing and a 30% discount for nonprofits.

The reservations are concentrated in one place, and they are serious. Data governance is well behind the product. The GDPR is never mentioned, there is no Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list, no retention period and no stated hosting country, while the privacy policy concedes that data is shared with third-party tools including AI models. The terms date from 2021 and the disclaimer from 2020, both still written as though Twitter were the only network. Commercially, the absence of a free trial paired with non-refundable billing puts the risk on the buyer, and anyone wanting both products pays twice.

For creators, small businesses, agencies and nonprofits whose centre of gravity is X and everyday multi-network posting, Circleboom is a reasonable and affordable choice. For a European organisation with contractual data protection requirements, it is not yet a candidate.
