Coldi
Coldi is a fully managed AI voice agent service for inbound calls, outbound campaigns and customer support. Coldi builds, integrates and tunes each agent, so call centres, insurers, clinics and agencies need no in-house technical resources.
What is Coldi?
Coldi is an AI voice agent platform sold as a managed service. The company frames it as a process rather than a product: clients do not configure the agents themselves, Coldi's team selects the voice, wires up the API integrations, writes and tests the call scenarios, then keeps tuning them once the agents are live.
Six offers make up the catalogue: Outbound Calling, Inbound Calling, AI Agent Development, AI Customer Service, AI for Quality Control and a global VoIP phone service. On inbound calls the agents recognise intent, route by context, aim to resolve at first contact and remove IVR menus altogether. On outbound, the client imports a contact list or connects a CRM, the agents place the calls, detect intent, then either transfer live to a salesperson or book a meeting. A quality control layer audits 100% of interactions automatically, and one dashboard tracks clients, campaigns, calls and what Coldi calls VoiceAI pods. Custom agent development covers scoping, flow design, deployment, maintenance and iterative tuning.
On telephony, Coldi says it operates across 50+ countries with localised calling infrastructure and enterprise-grade routing, and lets clients bring their own carrier (Twilio, RingCentral, Aircall) or use its managed network. The site claims 30+ languages on its inbound and outbound pages without naming a single one, and publishes 15 listenable voices with American, British and Canadian accents.
The documented verticals are all phone-heavy: call centres and BPO, forex and trading, debt collection, insurance, healthcare, real estate, technical support, HVAC and residential services, plus an agro-industry case study built around an agent named Sara that qualifies industrial leads in poultry, pig farming and grain storage.
The commercial frame matters as much as the technology. The product is hosted software accessed remotely, and the terms grant no right to install anything on-premise. The publisher is Coldi AI Ltd., an Israeli private company, with Israeli law and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa governing the contract. Everything is sold through a quote or a demo: two of the six offers show an entry price, the rest are custom-quoted, and there is no self-service sign-up.

When to use Coldi / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Coldi is the right fit.
When to use Coldi
- High-volume call centres and BPO operators that need thousands of concurrent calls answered around the clock
- Outbound sales and business development teams looking to qualify leads, book meetings and hand warm prospects to a human closer
- Customer support and CX teams saturated by repetitive calls such as order status, rescheduling and ticket creation
- Phone-driven regulated sectors documented by Coldi: insurance quotes and policy questions, debt collection reminders and instalment plans, healthcare appointment booking and prescription refills
- Small and mid-sized firms and real estate agencies with no in-house IT team, since Coldi handles setup, integrations and routing logic
When not to use Coldi
- Individuals, freelancers and personal projects: every contract is a B2B master services agreement and inbound pricing starts at USD 500 per agent
- Teams that want to sign up, test and iterate on their own: nothing is self-service, each offer runs through a quote request or a demo booking
- Buyers who require an advertised free plan or trial before committing, since the pricing page shows neither
- Developers looking for a public API and developer documentation: none is published, APIs appear only as an integration capability, and there is no mobile app or browser extension
- Organisations that expect the vendor to guarantee call compliance: Coldi states it does not monitor, control or verify the client's compliance, so script and consent risk stays with the buyer
How to use Coldi
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Book a demo on Coldi's calendar page, or submit the call request form with your phone number and sector
- Scope the use case with the Coldi team and obtain a quote, since no offer can be bought self-service
- Choose a brand voice among the 15 samples published on the voices page
- Step 01, infrastructure integration: connect your existing VoIP provider or Coldi's managed network
- Sync your CRM so the agents have customer context on every call
- Step 02, script and workflow design: Coldi's experts build the dynamic scripts and the business logic
- For outbound work, import your contact list or let the agents pull records from the connected CRM
- Step 03, launch and continuous optimisation: go live, then have every interaction monitored and the scripts tuned
- Send qualified calls to a live transfer or a calendar booking, and let tickets be created automatically
- Follow clients, campaigns, calls and pods from the single dashboard, with no internal technical resource required
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Implementation is fully managed, so no technical team is required on the client side
- Complete and dated legal documentation: master services agreement, privacy policy and DPA, all downloadable as PDFs
- Explicit commitment not to train models on customers' personal data
- Telephony flexibility: keep your existing carrier (Twilio, RingCentral, Aircall) or use Coldi's network, with claimed coverage of 50+ countries and 30+ languages
- Entry prices published for two of the six offers, which remains uncommon in this market
- Named and visible integrations: Twilio, HubSpot, Zapier, N8N, Slack, Calendly, Google Sheets, SendGrid, Zendesk, Salesforce
- Favourable transfer position: Israel is covered by an EU adequacy decision and recognised as adequate by the UK
Cons
- No postal address is published anywhere: the terms leave the registered office as an empty placeholder
- Two legal names coexist, Coldi AI Ltd. in the terms and Coldi Labs Ltd. in the privacy policy and in the footer link to the CSA STAR Registry
- No free plan or free trial is advertised, and four of the six offers carry no public price
- Nothing is self-service: every offer goes through a quote request or a demo, and no public API documentation exists
- No availability commitment: the terms state Coldi does not guarantee any minimum uptime, availability level, response time, performance metric or service credit outside a separate SLA
- Subscriptions, packages, prepaid bundles and minute allocations are non-cancellable and non-refundable, and fall due from the start of the term
- The named sub-processor list is available on request only, no training opt-out is documented, the product page counters are empty placeholders in the HTML and the news page returns no items
Pricing & Plans
Coldi's pricing page advertises neither a free plan nor a free trial. The lowest published entry point is the Outbound Calling Service, from USD 0.40 per minute; the Inbound Calling Service starts at USD 500 per agent. Custom AI Development and Quality Control (QC) AI are quoted on request, the global VoIP infrastructure is priced by region and volume, and managed implementation is presented as included in managed plans. All prices are displayed in US dollars, and every button on the page leads to a quote request. The master services agreement states that subscriptions, packages, prepaid bundles and minute allocations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Coldi handles your data.
GDPR overview
Coldi publishes a dedicated Data Processing Addendum as a PDF, last updated 22 March 2026, also attached as Annex A to its master services agreement. Definitions track Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and applicable law is stated as the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The client acts as controller, Coldi as processor on documented instructions only. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission adequacy decision for Israel and UK recognition, EU standard contractual clauses, the UK IDTA and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework with its UK extension. The DPA covers breach notification with the content required by Articles 33 and 34, assistance with data subject requests and DPIAs, audits on reasonable written notice, and general authorisation of sub-processors with a right to object. No Article 27 EU representative is named anywhere; the stated privacy contact is legal@coldi.ai.
Who owns the data?
Under Coldi's master services agreement the client keeps all right, title and interest in Client Content, including scripts, prompts and call flows built with Coldi's technical help. The client grants Coldi a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence, sub-licensable only to sub-processors, limited to operating, supporting, securing and improving the service. Coldi keeps its platform, technology and models: nothing transfers to the client, and client feedback is irrevocably assigned to Coldi. Under the GDPR the client is controller and Coldi processor for call data. Coldi commits not to train on customers' personal data, but may use aggregated, anonymised call data to improve its models.
Reuse rights
Clients can reuse their own content freely: ownership never passes to Coldi, and at the end of the engagement personal data is deleted or returned at the client's choice. What the client receives in exchange is only an access licence to the hosted service, described as limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and not sub-licensable. There is no right to install, host, copy or run the technology outside Coldi's platform. The agreement also bans reverse engineering, competitive analysis and resale, and expressly prohibits using the service, its outputs or call data to train, fine-tune, benchmark, validate or develop any AI system, voice system, dataset or competing product. After termination Coldi may delete, anonymise or de-identify client content once a commercially reasonable retention period has elapsed.

Hosting summary
Coldi does not publish where it hosts data, only the jurisdictions involved. The privacy policy states that data is processed outside the user's own country, including Israel and locations where Coldi or its service providers operate. The DPA is more specific: processing takes place outside the EEA, including in Israel, where Coldi is established, and in the United States and other jurisdictions where its sub-processors operate, including the voice AI provider that handles call audio. Transfers rely on Israel's adequacy decision, EU standard contractual clauses, the UK IDTA and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework with its UK extension. Announced safeguards are encryption, access controls and secure data centres. Sub-processors are given by category, cloud hosting, telephony carriers, voice AI model providers, speech-to-text and text-to-speech, analytics and infrastructure, with names available on request. No provider, region or data centre is named. The footer links to a CSA STAR Registry entry under the name Coldi Labs Ltd.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Coldi.
- Automated calling is a regulatory exposure: Coldi designates the client as the initiator of the call, so consent, do-not-call lists and call-recording notices are the client's liability
- Coldi states it does not monitor, control or verify the client's compliance, so there is no vendor-side safety net on what the agents say
- Every call is recorded and transcribed: voice recordings are sensitive personal data, and the notices and consents rest entirely with the client
- Synthetic voices can drift into deception or misuse of someone's likeness, and the client warrants it holds the rights to the voices and content used
- Processing happens outside the EEA, in Israel and the United States, with sub-processors named only on request, which makes due diligence impossible without a formal request
- Operational dependency: no availability commitment, non-refundable subscriptions and possible suspension 14 days after an unpaid invoice
- Human cost: routing collections or healthcare calls to a voice agent can dehumanise sensitive conversations and erode in-house listening skills, and the empty marketing counters on the site are no basis for a business case
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low on the client side, by design. Coldi states that no in-house IT resources or technical expertise are needed to launch an automated contact centre: its team handles configuration, the CRM, help desk and telephony integrations and the routing logic, in a three-step process, with a claimed go-live in days rather than months. The client supplies CRM and telephony access, business scripts, sign-off on scripts and templates before deployment, and regulatory compliance. The real barrier is commercial rather than technical: with no self-service path, every project starts with a demo and a quote.

Should you pick Coldi?
Coldi sells AI voice agents the way an agency sells campaigns: the buyer describes the use case, and Coldi's team builds, integrates, tests and keeps tuning the agents. For a company with phone volume and no engineering capacity, that is the main attraction. For anyone who wants to prototype alone it is the main obstacle, because there is no self-service sign-up, no public API documentation and no advertised free plan.
The legal groundwork is unusually complete for such a young vendor. A master services agreement, a privacy policy and a GDPR data processing addendum are published as dated PDFs, the client is named controller and Coldi processor, and transfers rely on Israel's EU adequacy decision alongside standard contractual clauses, the UK IDTA and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Coldi also commits not to train on customers' personal data, with the caveat that aggregated and anonymised call data may still feed its models.
Several gaps deserve a question before signing. No postal address is published: the terms leave the registered office blank. Two legal names circulate, Coldi AI Ltd. in the terms and Coldi Labs Ltd. in the privacy policy. Sub-processors are described by category but named only on request. Commercially, the terms exclude any uptime or performance commitment outside a separate SLA and make subscriptions non-cancellable and non-refundable, while public entry prices cover only two of six offers.
The domain was registered in June 2025 and first archived in August 2025. Treat the marketing counters with care, since several are empty placeholders in the page source, and ask for the address, the entity name, the sub-processor list and an SLA in writing.
