GDPR overview
There is no mention of the GDPR anywhere on the site — this was checked across every collected page, in the rendered text and in the archived HTML. The privacy notice, last updated on 8 October 2024, is built around Canadian consent rules and five US state laws: California (CCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA) and Utah (UCPA). Who owns the data?
The agreement is signed between Patera, Inc., trading as Constructable, and the customer company. It is built on the Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement Standard Terms v2.1, incorporated by reference, under which project material uploaded by the customer is treated as Customer Content and remains the customer's. On the personal-data side, the privacy notice covers names, email addresses, job titles, usernames and passwords, plus sensitive material such as email content and documents pulled in through enabled integrations. Constructable states it has neither sold nor shared personal information with third parties in the preceding twelve months and commits not to. Account holders can review, correct, delete their data or close the account at any time.
Reuse rights
