Content Maxima
Content Maxima is a web-based AI marketing suite of nine modules that map content authority, dissect industry language, build buyer personas and generate posts, so brands stay legible to search, social and AI algorithms.
What is Content Maxima?
Content Maxima is a web-based AI marketing suite built around a single premise, which the site states bluntly: 99.69% of online content is ignored. Of roughly 130 trillion pieces of content, some 400 billion get indexed and under 1% actually lands. The company's answer is to optimise content for machine comprehension before an algorithm ranks, recommends or rejects it, a positioning it wraps in the slogan Before Algorithms Decide.
The suite is organised into nine modules. Analysis builds an authority map of a subject as nodes and edges, showing where content connections are strongest and where the holes are. Matrix applies more than 60 linguistic analysis types to dissect a topic and extract trigger words, the term clusters the site says platforms expect to see grouped together. Personas generates buyer profiles and surfaces segments a marketer was not targeting; Pathways scripts what to say at each stage of the customer journey; Perspectives produces fresh angles and hooks; Signatures reverse-engineers the tone, syntax and cadence of an industry. Socials turns one existing article into social posts, PPC angles, email drips and landing pages. Video Intelligence, still in beta, reads a clip of ten minutes or less frame by frame for labels, shots, objects, people, faces, logos, speech, on-screen text and explicit-content flags, and exports the result as JSON. Train AI converts the other modules' reports into graph-structured training files for CustomGPTs, agents, fine-tuning runs and RAG indexes.
One practical condition shapes everything: the tool runs on the customer's own OpenAI API key, on a Tier 2+ account carrying at least USD 5 of credit, so inference is billed by OpenAI rather than bundled into the subscription. Access is monthly at three levels, and the terms restrict the service to business and professional use by a single authorised user per seat.
The publisher is unusual in being two entities: the terms name Rolling Seven LLC for marketing and partnerships and Beyond Measure Marketing LLC for platform development and AI integration, operating from New York. The site names its founders, Edward A. Baker and Rob Beal, and its structured data gives a 2022 founding date. The terms themselves describe the technology as highly experimental.
What it does

When to use Content Maxima / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Content Maxima is the right fit.
When to use Content Maxima
- Marketing agencies and in-house teams publishing content at volume across SEO, social and paid channels
- Solo entrepreneurs and freelance marketers who need strategy, personas and copy angles without hiring extra writers
- SEO and content strategists after entity maps, trigger-word lists and semantic gap analysis rather than raw text generation
- Teams building CustomGPTs, AI agents or RAG knowledge bases that need structured, export-ready training files
- Video-first creators who want to see the labels, objects and transcripts an algorithm extracts from a clip before publishing
When not to use Content Maxima
- Anyone under 18, and anyone wanting personal or recreational use: the terms restrict the service to business and professional use
- Users unwilling to open and fund their own OpenAI API key, mandatory at Tier 2+ with at least USD 5 of credit
- Developers looking for a product API: Content Maxima publishes no API and no developer documentation
- Teams that need to share one seat: each subscription is limited to a single authorised user, with sharing and reselling prohibited
- Buyers who need a refund path or a service guarantee: refunds are excluded outside a documented outage of more than 72 consecutive hours
How to use Content Maxima
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Pick one of the three plans on the pricing page: Analyze, Optimize or Maximize
- Create an OpenAI API key at platform.openai.com on a Tier 2+ account and load at least USD 5 of credit
- Follow the setup page, which walks through installing that key in the tool
- Sign in to the web app; the site also points to a members portal holding the training material
- Run Analysis first to obtain the authority map of your topic and see where the content holes are
- Feed the same subject into Matrix for the linguistic breakdown and the trigger-word lists
- Add Personas, Pathways, Perspectives and Signatures to define the audience, the journey messaging and the industry voice
- Use Socials to convert an existing article into posts, ad angles, email sequences and landing pages
- Upload a clip of ten minutes or less to Video Intelligence and export the frame-by-frame reading as JSON
- Press Train AI to export the reports as training files and upload them to your CustomGPT, agent or vector index
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Nine modules for one subscription, covering strategy, language analysis, audience, messaging, production and video
- Unlimited reports on the modules included in each tier
- Entry point at USD 27 per month, low for a suite of this breadth
- Annual billing advertised as two months free on all three tiers
- A genuinely unusual angle: linguistic and entity analysis rather than another text generator
- Output built to travel, with JSON video exports and training files for CustomGPTs, RAG and fine-tuning
- Terms state plainly that searches are not monitored, reports are not permanently stored and proprietary content is not used
Cons
- The subscription is not the full cost: an OpenAI API key at Tier 2+ is mandatory and its usage is billed separately
- No free plan and no free trial are advertised on the pricing page
- Refunds are excluded outside a documented outage of more than 72 consecutive hours, and chargebacks can end the account
- Liability is capped at USD 50 or two months of fees, whichever is lower, with mandatory arbitration and a class-action waiver
- The publisher reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time, without notice or compensation
- No product API, no native mobile app, and Video Intelligence is still in beta with a ten-minute cap per clip
- Thin legal coverage for EU buyers: no standalone privacy policy, no DPA, no subprocessor list, no Article 27 representative
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan and no free trial advertised. The lowest paid entry point is the Analyze plan at USD 27.00 per month, followed by Optimize at USD 57.00 and Maximize at USD 97.00 per month; annual billing is presented as two months free. An OpenAI API key on a Tier 2+ account, carrying at least USD 5.00 of credit, is required in addition and is billed separately by OpenAI.
- unlimited Analysis reports
- adjustable research depth
- and data-science reverse engineering of any subject or niche into a blueprint of nodes and edges
- everything in Analyze plus unlimited Matrix reports
- more than 60 linguistic analysis types and trigger-word list generation
- everything in Optimize plus unlimited access to all new AI tools (Perspectives
- Personas
- Pathways
- Signatures
- Socials)
- bonuses 1
- 2 and 3
- and future releases
- Annual billing available on all three tiers
- advertised as two months free
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Content Maxima handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR is addressed directly but briefly, in section 11.2 of the terms rather than in a standalone privacy policy. EU users are told they may access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of and port their data, with requests sent to support@contentmaxima.com, and international transfers are said to follow GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses. Section 11.4 asks users to consent explicitly to transfers to the United States, and section 11.3 adds separate CCPA rights for California. Section 15.4 makes each customer responsible for their own regulatory compliance. What is absent matters for European controllers: no Article 27 EU representative is named, no Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, and no subprocessor list exists. The terms carry a 06/04/2025 last-updated date.
Who owns the data?
Under section 12 of the terms you keep ownership of everything you type into Content Maxima. The publisher receives only a limited licence to process that input in order to deliver the service, and states that it claims no ownership of and makes no use of your proprietary content. Ownership of AI-generated output is left deliberately open: the publisher makes no claim over it, while warning that such material may not be copyrightable and that you use it at your own risk, carrying any third-party claim yourself. The platform's own technology, algorithms and methods remain the exclusive property of the two publishing entities, Rolling Seven LLC and Beyond Measure Marketing LLC.
Reuse rights
You may reuse what the platform produces without asking permission. The publisher claims no ownership of AI-generated content and puts no editorial licence on your reports, which are described as export-ready for your own tools, fine-tuning routines and prompt loops. Two limits apply: you must hold the rights to whatever you feed in, and you carry any third-party intellectual-property claim arising from the output. On the publisher's side, section 11 states that customer information is collected minimally for billing and account management, that user searches and generated content are not monitored, and that generated reports are not permanently stored. Because processing runs through your own OpenAI API key, the publisher says it cannot access content handled by that external service, which is instead governed by the AI provider's policies. Account usage, IP addresses and device identifiers are monitored, but only to detect account-sharing violations.

Hosting summary
Content Maxima publishes no trust or security page and names no hosting provider or region. The only jurisdictional statement is section 11.4 of the terms, where users consent explicitly to international transfers, including transfers from their own jurisdiction to the United States, under standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards. Section 11.5 adds that content is processed by third-party AI services through the customer's own API key, that the publisher says it cannot access that content, and that the AI provider's own policies then govern it. Observed technically rather than declared: the marketing site is served by Squarespace from an anycast node resolving to 198.49.23.145 in the United States, and the application itself is declared in the site's structured data on a content-maxima.web.app address. Both are indications, not commitments. For a European controller this is the weakest part of the documentation, since no Data Processing Agreement, subprocessor list or Article 27 representative comes with the transfer clause.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Content Maxima.
- The running cost is open-ended: because processing goes through your own OpenAI key, a heavy month of reports can cost more than the subscription itself
- Ownership of AI-generated output is explicitly uncertain, and any third-party intellectual-property claim arising from it falls on you
- The publisher describes its outputs as experimental and potentially erroneous, and makes validating them before business use contractually your job
- Leaning on generated personas and angles can quietly replace real customer research, and the fluency of the output makes that easy not to notice
- Optimising every piece for machine legibility can drift into writing for algorithms rather than readers, flattening a brand voice over time
- Recourse is narrow: no refunds outside a 72-hour outage, liability capped at USD 50 or two months of fees, and mandatory arbitration under Nevada law
- The service can be discontinued at any time without notice or compensation, so anything you depend on should be exported and kept locally
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low, with one genuine technical step. There is nothing to install: the product is a browser-based web app, announced as working on desktop, laptop and mobile across operating systems. The one hurdle is supplying your own OpenAI API key, which must sit on a Tier 2+ account with at least USD 5 of credit loaded. A dedicated setup page walks through creating and pasting the key, and a separate page covers OpenAI rate-limit errors. No coding is required, including for the Train AI module, and each module has its own video walkthrough.

Should you pick Content Maxima?
Content Maxima is a genuinely broad suite for a modest entry price. Nine modules cover the whole chain, from mapping a topic's authority structure to dissecting its language, defining the audience, scripting the journey, producing the posts and packaging the result as training data for an AI agent. The angle is unusual and defensible: this is analysis and structuring software aimed at machine legibility, not another text generator, and the export paths (JSON video readings, graph-structured training files for RAG and fine-tuning) show the output is meant to travel.
Two caveats deserve equal weight. The first is economic: the USD 27 entry point does not include inference. The tool runs on your own OpenAI key, so a heavy month costs whatever OpenAI charges on top. The second is contractual, and it is one-sided. Refunds are excluded outside a documented 72-hour outage, liability is capped at USD 50 or two months of fees, arbitration is mandatory under Nevada law, and the publisher may discontinue the service at any time without notice or compensation. The terms also call the technology highly experimental and place the burden of validating every output on the user.
European buyers face a further gap. The privacy commitments themselves read well, with no monitoring of searches, no permanent storage of reports and no use of proprietary content, but they sit inside a single terms document, with no standalone privacy policy, no Data Processing Agreement, no subprocessor list and no Article 27 representative.
The suite fits marketers and agencies producing content at volume who want a structural, language-level view of why it does or does not land, and who can absorb both the API cost and the contract.
