Coool AI describes itself as a visual prompt search engine and remixable prompt gallery for people who create with AI images and video every day. The publisher's diagnosis is blunt: trend feeds age badly, the best-looking results circulate without usable prompts, and discovery and generation live in separate tabs. Everything runs on credits: browsing and copying prompts costs nothing, generating does. Personal spaces cover Favorites, My Creations and boards that stay private by default, with user generations public-unlisted until explicitly published. GDPR overview
The privacy policy, effective 24/07/2026, is written for global coverage and names its frameworks explicitly: EU and UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Japan's APPI and Korea's PIPA. Legal bases are listed in section 6, namely contract, legitimate interests, consent for non-essential cookies and legal obligation. Data subject rights are listed in section 11: access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Requests go through a single channel, contact@coool.ai, answered within statutory deadlines. International transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, and a cookie banner separates essential from analytics cookies. What is missing is just as concrete: no Article 27 representative, no named data protection officer, no controller postal address, no data processing agreement on offer and no security certification claimed.
Who owns the data?
The terms leave ownership of User Content with the user: prompts, uploads, reference images, generations, notes, submissions and comments, subject to third-party rights and to the model providers' terms that may apply to outputs. In exchange, the user grants Coool AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, distribute and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure and improve the service, which covers moderation, backups and technical delivery. Users warrant they hold the necessary rights. The service itself, its brand, interface, curated gallery presentation and software belong to Coool AI or its licensors, and the source attribution shown on gallery prompts transfers no third-party right to anyone.
Reuse rights
Browsing and copying prompts from the gallery is free, requires no account and needs no permission: they are meant to be remixed. Generations may be used commercially from the Starter plan upwards, while the Free plan is limited to personal use. Two reservations matter. Coool AI states that it does not guarantee outputs are free of third-party intellectual property claims or cleared for commercial use, so checking a visual before publishing or monetising it falls entirely on the user, and outputs may remain subject to the model providers' own terms. Scraping, harvesting, bulk-exporting or reproducing the gallery's prompts and media to build a competing product or dataset is forbidden. Boards stay private on Free and become shareable by link from Starter.

Hosting summary
Service data is stored mainly in the United States, notably on Supabase in the us-east-1 region, and providers may process data in the United States and in other countries where they operate. The privacy policy names its subprocessors: Supabase for database and authentication, Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, security, image delivery and Turnstile, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Sentry for error monitoring, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity for measurement, and WaveSpeed plus, when enabled, fal.ai or Replicate for inference. International transfers are covered, where the law requires it, by standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms, and the publisher warns that destination countries may not offer the same level of protection as the user's own. Its strongest asset is transparency at both ends. Prompts are given in full, attributed to their author and linked back to their source, and the cost of every model, at every resolution, is published before you spend a single credit. For a solo creator or a small creative team, that combination is rare and genuinely useful, and the free tier lets you browse and copy indefinitely.
The weak point is the publisher itself.
