CreatorsJet

CreatorsJet is a media kit platform for content creators, influencers, athletes and artists. It turns a social handle into one public page whose Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter stats refresh every 24 hours, instead of a static PDF.

Overview

What is CreatorsJet?

CreatorsJet is a media kit platform published by ROCHEGRUP SOFTWARES for content creators who sell their audience to brands. The starting point is a profile URL or an @handle on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Twitter: the service detects the platform and publishes a page at cjet.me/handle or creatorsjet.com/jet/handle. Statistics then refresh automatically every 24 hours through what the publisher calls social media listening technology, so no password and no account connection are required.

A media kit gathers a bio and contact details, audience demographics, engagement rate, likes and views, past collaborations and rates. Around it, the publisher positions a wider business platform: a customisable link-in-bio page, tracked shortlinks, a Deals section that follows each partnership from first contact to delivery with stages, deliverables and deadlines, verified campaign reports and influencer analytics. A brand inquiry form is embedded in the media kit itself, and a separate Find Sponsors module surfaces brands that already sponsor creators, with evidence and a pipeline, sold at a 349 USD per year launch price.

For agencies and talent managers, the /for-businesses section positions the same engine as an influencer CRM: creator rosters, generated pitch decks, one media kit per talent and creator profiles. Pricing for that tier is quoted on request only.

Developers get a documented Public API V1 at api.creatorsjet.com with an OpenAPI 3.1 contract, plus a CreatorsJet MCP server, both reserved for eligible creator and agency accounts.

The publisher claims 16,521 creators, more than 11.6K live media kits, a 4.9/5 rating and up to 4x higher conversion when pitching brands; none of these figures comes with a published methodology. The site and the dashboard are available in English, French, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

CreatorsJet positions itself explicitly against generic tools, naming Canva, Notion, PDF exports, Linktree, Bitly, Trello, Adobe Express, Beacons and Visme, on the argument that one subscription replaces several. What it does not do is produce content: it presents and updates statistics, it does not create posts, and it hosts neither a paid matchmaking marketplace nor contract negotiation.

What it does

  • Refresh audience statistics automatically every 24 hours
  • Track brand deals on a stage-by-stage pipeline, with deliverables and deadlines
  • Publish a link-in-bio page and follow its clicks
  • Create tracked, branded shortlinks (up to 50 on the Pro plan)
  • Generate verified campaign reports and export the media kit as a PDF regenerated daily
  • Manage a creator roster and generate pitch decks on the agency offer

When to use CreatorsJet / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if CreatorsJet is the right fit.

When to use CreatorsJet

  • Content creators, influencers, streamers and UGC makers who pitch brands regularly and need an up-to-date media kit on hand
  • Athletes, artists, musicians and models whose audience figures move week to week and whose pitch has to reflect them
  • Creators who currently rebuild their media kit by hand, with screenshots and a fresh PDF export for every pitch
  • Talent managers and agencies looking for a centralised roster, generated pitch decks and one media kit per talent
  • Brands and in-house social teams that need to follow campaign deliverables and results with the creators they work with

When not to use CreatorsJet

  • Teams looking for content production: CreatorsJet presents and updates statistics, it does not create posts, videos or images
  • Creators expecting a paid matchmaking marketplace or built-in contract negotiation with brands
  • Organisations with a formal vendor review process, since the site publishes no GDPR statement, no data processing agreement, no sub-processor list and no hosting country
  • Users who want a native mobile application, as no App Store or Google Play listing exists
  • Anyone planning to stay on the free plan while needing daily statistics or more than one connected social account

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how CreatorsJet handles your data.

GDPR overview

No page collected on the site contains the word GDPR: the regulation is neither claimed nor denied. There is no EU representative under Article 27, no named data protection officer, no published data processing agreement and no list of sub-processors. The privacy policy, dated 27 September 2023, grants one concrete right, namely opting out of promotional messages through an unsubscribe link or the Settings section, while administrative emails continue. It documents no access, rectification, erasure or portability procedure, no legal basis and no retention period. Minors are addressed instead: the service is not directed to anyone under 13, and data collected from a child is deleted once reported to contact@creatorsjet.com. The announced security measures are encryption, firewalls, SSL and an account password. The terms of service are governed by the law of the State of Delaware.

Who owns the data?

Under the terms of service dated 28 August 2025, the customer owns all right, title and interest in its Customer Data, including data based on or derived from it and provided back as part of the service (clause 3.2). The publisher retains ownership of the service, its software, improvements and the related intellectual property. Clause 3.3 lets the publisher collect and analyse usage data, but states that it may disclose such data only in aggregated or de-identified form. On the product side, CreatorsJet states that it never stores social network passwords, since a creator enters a handle rather than connecting an account, and that it does not sell user data to brands or third-party data companies.

Reuse rights

The customer keeps its own data and may reuse it freely; nothing in the terms restricts what a creator does with the media kit, the statistics or the reports produced for it. The privacy policy dated 27 September 2023 separates Non-Personal Information (anonymous usage, referrer, browser, device, cookies) from Personal Information (email, first name, last name, country); an email address and a name are enough to activate the service. The publisher states that it does not sell, rent or trade personal information for marketing purposes without consent, and that it shares it with service providers such as email vendors acting on its instructions, or with authorities on legal request, for fraud prevention or to protect its rights. Non-Personal Information is treated differently: the policy explicitly reserves the right to use and disclose it to partners, advertisers and other third parties at the publisher's discretion. Personal data may also be transferred in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Through the Google and YouTube APIs, the service reads the channel ID, thumbnails, username, subscriber count, video count, view count, demographics, gender information and the 20 most recent videos. Nothing on the site addresses the use of customer data to train AI models.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Neither the privacy policy nor the terms of service states how long data is kept: no retention period is quantified anywhere. What is documented concerns cookies, with persistent cookies remaining after the browser is closed until they are deleted manually, and session cookies expiring when the browser closes. The terms add two time limits of their own: confidentiality obligations end five years after disclosure (clause 3.1), and a customer pays through the last day of service, with survival clauses applying afterwards (clause 5.2). Data collected from a child under 13 is deleted as soon as the publisher becomes aware of it. No erasure-on-request procedure is described for an adult user, and no anonymisation timetable is published.

Hosting summary

The site names no hosting country and no hosting region anywhere; a targeted search across every page collected returned nothing. The domain is served behind Cloudflare (AS13335) on the anycast address 188.114.96.12, which indicates a content delivery network rather than a storage location, so no jurisdiction can be inferred from it. Assets are served from assets.creatorsjet.com, the documentation from docs.creatorsjet.com and the API from api.creatorsjet.com, all under the same domain. The privacy policy dated 27 September 2023 announces encryption, firewalls and SSL, without describing the underlying infrastructure or the providers involved. The terms of service dated 28 August 2025 are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, which points to a United States contractual framework but says nothing about where data physically resides. No data processing agreement and no hosting commitment are published. An organisation subject to data residency requirements should request this information directly from the publisher before signing.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting CreatorsJet.

  • The privacy policy dated 27 September 2023 is not aligned with the terms of service dated 28 August 2025, so the two documents describe different states of the service
  • The privacy policy names ROCHEGRUP SOFTWARES, LLC while the LEI register records ROCHEGRUP SOFTWARES SLU in Andorra: the legal form of the counterparty should be clarified before signing
  • No postal address is published on the site, and there is no GDPR statement, no data processing agreement, no sub-processor list and no declared hosting country
  • Non-Personal Information is explicitly described as reusable and disclosable to partners and advertisers, and personal data may be transferred in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets
  • Refunds are restrictive and the terms provide for automatic renewal with a 30-day termination notice, so a diary reminder is worth setting
  • The performance figures put forward (up to 4x more replies, 4.9/5) come with no published methodology and should not be used as a basis for pricing a partnership
  • A media kit is a public page carrying audience demographics and rates: publishing it exposes commercial information, and leaning on an automated score can quietly replace the creator's own judgement of what a collaboration is worth
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Very low for a creator: no installation, no technical skill and no social password are required, since pasting a profile URL or typing a handle is enough, and the publisher advertises a live link ready in 60 seconds with no design skills needed. Two elements raise the bar slightly: the white-label custom domain on the Pro plan calls for DNS configuration, and the Public API V1, with its scoped key, server-to-server calls and OAuth-compatible MCP client, is developer work reserved for eligible creator and agency accounts.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does CreatorsJet store my social media passwords?
No. The publisher states that passwords are never stored: you add your social media handle to create the media kit, with no need to connect your accounts.
How often is the media kit updated?
Every day on the Starter and Pro plans. The free plan does not include the daily statistics refresh.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, a Forever Free plan with one media kit, one social account and design customisation, but without the daily statistics refresh.
Which social platforms are covered?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitter/X.
Does CreatorsJet sell user data?
The publisher states that it does not sell user data to brands or third-party data companies. The privacy policy does, however, reserve the right to disclose Non-Personal Information to partners and advertisers.
Can I cancel, and what is the refund policy?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from the My Plan section. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable; annual fees are refundable only if requested within seven days of the initial purchase, excluding payment processing fees.
Can the media kit be exported as a PDF?
Yes, on the paid plans, with a PDF regenerated every day.
Is there an API?
Yes. A Public API V1 is available at api.creatorsjet.com with an OpenAPI 3.1 contract, alongside a CreatorsJet MCP server; the documentation is at docs.creatorsjet.com, for eligible creator and agency accounts.
Is CreatorsJet GDPR compliant?
The site contains no mention of GDPR, publishes no data processing agreement and names no sub-processor. The terms of service are governed by the law of the State of Delaware.
Do I need a large audience to be worth a brand deal?
According to the product FAQ, no: niche, engagement, quality and evidence of past results matter more than raw follower count.
Conclusion

Should you pick CreatorsJet?

CreatorsJet is a specialised tool rather than a generalist one: it solves the precise problem of the media kit that is out of date the day after it is built. By rebuilding the page from a handle and refreshing statistics every 24 hours, it removes the screenshot-and-PDF routine, and the surrounding modules, from link in bio and tracked shortlinks to the deals pipeline and campaign reports, cover a working creator's day-to-day within a single subscription. At 10 USD per month on an annual commitment, the scope-to-price ratio is favourable for a creator working alone, and the permanent free plan lets anyone test the format without a card.

The agency offer is credible on paper, with rosters, generated pitch decks, one media kit per talent, a documented public API and an MCP server, but its pricing is not published, which forces a sales conversation before any comparison can be made.

The clear weak point is compliance documentation. The site never mentions GDPR, publishes no data processing agreement, names no sub-processor and declares no hosting country; the privacy policy still carries a 27 September 2023 date while the terms of service were updated on 28 August 2025, and the publisher, ROCHEGRUP SOFTWARES, gives no postal address on the site. Refund terms are restrictive, and the claimed traction of 16,521 creators and more than 11.6K live media kits comes without a published methodology.

It is therefore a sound choice for individual creators, athletes, artists and small talent teams who want a living media kit and accept a US-law contract with thin privacy documentation. An organisation with a formal vendor review, requiring a signed DPA, a named hosting region and a sub-processor list, should obtain those documents from the publisher before committing.
