CrePal presents itself as the world's first AI video creation agent, published by SIGNOO PTE. LTD. Its pitch is not another generative model but the layer above them: an orchestration engine that decides which model should render which shot. As the features page puts it, you don't choose a model; you describe an outcome.
The mechanism is an agent called the AI Director. You hand it a concept, a pasted script, an uploaded PDF or a description of the ad you want. It breaks that into scenes, writes the shot-by-shot script, and routes each shot to whichever model suits it: a photoreal engine for live-action-style footage, a stylised one for animation, a dedicated lip-sync model for talking heads. The plan is shown before generation starts, so credits are not spent blind. Two working modes cover opposite skill levels. AI Story Mode hands the whole job to the agent and takes changes through chat, which suits creators with no editing background. Director Mode keeps the same engine but exposes shot-by-shot editing, per-scene model overrides and direct control over camera motion, pacing and aspect ratio. GDPR overview
GDPR coverage is thin and confined to a single document. The only mention on the whole site sits in the Data Deletion Policy, effective 15 July 2026: deletion requests are handled "in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA". In practice you email support@crepal.ai from your account address, receive an acknowledgement within three business days, and deletion is processed within thirty days after an identity check. Beyond that one right, nothing: no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list, no stated hosting country or region, no Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer, even though SIGNOO PTE. LTD. sits outside the European Union. The privacy policy, effective 8 January 2025, never names the GDPR at all.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms you keep ownership of everything you upload or generate. In exchange, SIGNOO PTE. LTD. takes a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence over your content, to operate, improve and promote the service. The sharper clause sits elsewhere: switching a generated item to public grants the publisher and its affiliates a perpetual worldwide licence covering display, download, distribution, derivative works and related AI research. Feedback you send becomes the publisher's exclusive property. On your side, generated content carries a commercial licence, though free-tier exports may be watermarked and identical outputs may be produced for other users.
Reuse rights
Yes. Subject to the terms, and to an active subscription where one applies, generated content comes with a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and publicly display it for personal and commercial purposes: advertising, marketing, social media and client work. The pricing page confirms commercial use on every plan, the free one included. Two limits apply. Free-tier exports may carry a watermark, and redistributing watermarked output commercially is not permitted. And nothing is exclusive: the terms state plainly that similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users. Clearing outputs against third-party copyright, trademark and likeness rights remains entirely your responsibility, including for resemblances the models produce unprompted.

Hosting summary
CrePal publishes nothing about where user data is stored. Across every page collected, no hosting country, no region and no data centre is named, the site has no trust or security page, and it displays no certification. The one technical hint sits in the privacy policy: uploaded images may be shared with "trusted third-party rendering providers", contractually barred from retaining or misusing them, but none of those providers is named and no subprocessor list exists. Those uploads are described as temporarily stored on CrePal's servers and automatically deleted shortly after the video is generated. The site itself is served behind Cloudflare, which says nothing about where content actually rests. The publisher, SIGNOO PTE. LTD., carries a Singapore corporate form but publishes no address, and no data processing agreement is offered.
