FengMyShui

FengMyShui is a done-for-you architectural visualization studio rather than self-serve software. Architects, developers and firms send images they already own (3D renders, mockups, sketches) and get photorealistic visuals back within 24 hours, on a single $4,900/month subscription.

Overview

What is FengMyShui?

FengMyShui is an architectural visualization studio sold as a monthly subscription. It describes itself as a transformation studio, not a design studio: it does not draw floor plans, architectural sketches or 3D models, and it does not shoot on location. The raw material comes from the client. You send images you already have, and the studio sends back photorealistic visuals.

Six transformations are shown on the site, each illustrated with a before and after. 3D to Photo turns sterile renders into cinematic scenes. Renovation Vision projects an active construction site as a finished, decorated interior. Resolution Boost lifts low-resolution files into high-definition assets. Scene Staging populates empty spaces with realistic human presence. Noise Removal strips out unwanted people and distractions. Sketch to Reality converts rough drawings into photorealistic views. The same view can also be restyled into several moods, from Golden Hour to Twilight Moment, Evening Soiree and Arabian Luxe. The commercial argument throughout is that better visuals sell properties faster.

How the work is actually produced is not documented anywhere by the publisher. The site never claims artificial intelligence, machine learning or any automated technique. It presents a human studio with a dedicated designer and art director, invites you to just send the images while it does the magic, and the terms refer only to proprietary techniques, workflows and underlying technology without ever naming them. The nature of the technology used is therefore undisclosed, and nothing here should be read as a claim about it.

There is one offer, called The Studio, with no tiers: unlimited visual requests, 24-hour turnaround per project, a dedicated designer and art director, transformation of renders and the addition of details such as people, animals and objects. Work is sequential, one project at a time, with the rest queued; related images of the same room or property can be grouped into a single project. Everything runs through a private client dashboard where you create projects, upload images, follow progress, message the team and download deliverables. A video add-on generating motion from your images is quoted on request.

The company footprint is thin: a one-page site plus two legal pages, no legal entity suffix, no postal address, no named director, and no mobile app, API or extension.

  • Restyle a single view into several moods: Original, Twilight Moment, Arabian Luxe, Evening Soiree, Golden Hour

When to use FengMyShui / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if FengMyShui is the right fit.

When to use FengMyShui

  • Architecture firms that already run a 3D rendering pipeline and want the finishing pass outsourced instead of hiring for it
  • Property developers marketing off-plan or unfinished units, who need images that sell a building before it exists
  • Real estate agencies and brokers looking for listing visuals that shorten time on market
  • Design and marketing teams with recurring monthly visual volume, where a flat subscription beats quoting image by image
  • Clients comfortable with a 24-hour turnaround and a sequential queue, one project handled at a time

When not to use FengMyShui

  • Anyone who needs work created from scratch: the studio produces no floor plans, no architectural sketches and no 3D models
  • Projects that require on-site photography, which the studio states it does not do
  • Individuals, students and solo freelancers, for whom $4,900 per month is out of reach
  • One-off needs: a single visual does not justify a monthly subscription, and there is no per-image rate
  • Teams that need several projects processed in parallel, or an API or mobile app to automate the flow, none of which exist

How to use FengMyShui

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Subscribe through the Subscribe Now button, which goes straight to Stripe checkout, or book a 15-minute call first if you want to talk before committing
  2. Onboarding is handled the same business day: the studio sends you the credentials for your private client dashboard

  4. Group related images (different angles of the same room or property) into one project, and keep unrelated images in separate projects
  5. Choose your art direction: let the team style the work on its own creative judgment, or attach precise instructions such as warm lighting, modern furniture or Christmas decorations
  6. Follow the project status and exchange with the dedicated team from inside the dashboard

  8. Queue the next project: uploads are unlimited in number, but processing is sequential, one project at a time

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • A very legible scope: six named transformations, each illustrated with a before and after
  • A short turnaround, published up front and contractual at 24 hours per project
  • One single plan with no tier grid to decode, and requests unlimited in volume
  • A named team assigned to the account, with a dedicated designer and art director
  • No technical skill and no installation on the client side, with onboarding the same day
  • Cancel at any time without justification, plus a published safety net of 75% back if you are unhappy in the first week
  • Public pricing, rare in bespoke visualization work, and terms that explicitly leave ownership of supplied materials with the client

Cons

  • A high entry ticket: $4,900 per month, and $7,000 per month outside the current promotion
  • No free plan, no free trial and no per-image rate, so there is no low-cost way to test the output first
  • Unlimited needs qualifying: only one project is processed at a time, everything else waits in a queue
  • The refund is capped at 75%, never 100%, and limited to the first week; the homepage promises it with no questions asked while the terms make refunds discretionary
  • The client gets only a license to use the deliverables, and by default the studio may show that work in its portfolio unless excluded in writing
  • No identifiable legal entity, no postal address and no named director, which makes recourse difficult to assess
  • Minimal privacy documentation, no API, no mobile app and no third-party integration; liability is capped at 12 months of fees and services are provided as is

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how FengMyShui handles your data.

GDPR overview

The words GDPR and CCPA appear nowhere on the site, in neither the privacy policy, the terms nor any other page. The privacy policy does acknowledge rights of access, correction, deletion and portability, exercised by emailing studio@fengmyshui.com, but it frames them conditionally, as depending on where the person is located, and never names the regulation that would grant them. Everything a GDPR program normally publishes is missing: no Article 27 EU representative, no named DPO, no data processing agreement offered, no list of sub-processors, no legal basis cited, no retention period. Security is described generically as appropriate technical and organizational measures, with no certification claimed, neither SOC 2 nor ISO 27001. For a service whose stated audience includes European firms, that is a documentation gap rather than a stated position.

Who owns the data?

The terms split ownership three ways. Clients keep ownership of everything they supply: photos, floor plans, specifications and other source materials. Deliverables work differently. On full payment the client receives a license to use the final files for their intended purpose, not ownership of them. FengMyShui keeps its proprietary techniques, workflows and underlying technology. It also reserves the right to feature completed work in its own portfolio unless the client agrees otherwise in writing, so confidential property projects need that exclusion negotiated up front. Nothing in the terms addresses whether client images feed any use beyond the commissioned work and that portfolio clause.

Reuse rights

The privacy policy, effective 14 August 2026, covers personal data rather than project images. FengMyShui collects name, email address, phone number, company name and billing information when you get in touch or subscribe, plus usage data gathered automatically: IP address, browser type, operating system, access times and pages viewed. The stated purposes are providing, operating and maintaining the service, processing transactions, communicating about projects, updates and promotional offers, improving the site and services, and complying with legal obligations. The policy states that personal information is not sold, traded or otherwise transferred to third parties without consent, except where necessary to provide the service (payment processing is the example given) or where the law requires it. Cookies and similar tracking technologies may be used, controlled through browser settings. On the client side, reuse of the delivered visuals is bounded by the license granted in the terms, which covers the intended purpose of the commission rather than unlimited reuse. Neither the policy nor the terms says whether client images are used to train models, in either direction.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting FengMyShui.

  • No legal entity is published: no company form, no registration number, no postal address and no country. There is no identifiable director or beneficial owner, which makes any dispute hard to pursue
  • The refund promise is inconsistent: the homepage announces 75% back with no questions asked, while the terms state that refunds are provided at the studio's discretion and in accordance with applicable laws
  • By default the studio keeps the right to show your completed work in its portfolio unless you agree otherwise in writing, which is a problem on confidential property projects, and you receive only a license to use the deliverables, not ownership
  • Nothing is published about how the visuals are produced, nor about whether client images are used to train anything. Silence is not a guarantee, and there is no opt-out to invoke
  • The privacy documentation is generic and recent (14 August 2026): no retention period, no hosting country, no named sub-processor, no DPA and no mention of the GDPR, even though the target audience includes European firms
  • Unlimited requests are bounded by sequential processing, one project at a time, and the displayed price is a 30% promotion pushed with a scarcity claim of two partner slots for August; the reference rate is $7,000 per month
  • The domain was registered on 17/05/2023 while public web archives hold pages from 2018, so it very probably had a previous owner: do not read that 2018 date as the studio's age. Governing law is not designated in the terms, disputes go to an unspecified arbitration and liability is capped at 12 months of fees
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Very low on the technical side. There is nothing to install, no software to learn, no API key and no integration to configure. You subscribe through Stripe checkout, receive login credentials, and the studio handles onboarding within the same business day. From there everything happens in a web dashboard: create a project, upload images, download the results. The real difficulty is not technical but editorial. Getting the output you want means briefing well, either by trusting the studio's creative judgment or by writing precise art direction, and that skill sits with the client.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does FengMyShui create designs or sketches from scratch?
No. It presents itself as a transformation studio rather than a design studio: it does not produce floor plans, architectural sketches or 3D models, and it does not shoot photographs on site. It works only from images you already have.
Can I ask for a specific style?
Yes. You can either let the team style the work on its own creative judgment, or attach detailed instructions to the project, for example warm lighting, modern furniture or Christmas decorations.
How do I send my images?
Through a private client dashboard provided after you subscribe. You create projects there, upload your images, follow progress, message the team and download the finished files.
How many images can I send at once?
Uploads are unlimited in number, but processing is sequential: one project is handled at a time within 24 hours and the others wait in the queue. Related images of the same room or property can be grouped into a single project.
How quickly can I start?
The same day. Onboarding is processed within the business day following payment, and the dashboard credentials are sent then.
How much does it cost?
USD 4,900 per month, displayed against a reference price of USD 7,000 per month under a 30% promotion. There is no free plan and no free trial.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel at any time. If you are not happy within the first week, the homepage states that 75% is refunded with no questions asked. The terms, for their part, describe refunds as provided at the studio's discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
Is there an annual rate?
Yes, a 10% discount for an annual commitment. The amount is not published and has to be requested by email at studio@fengmyshui.com.
Can I see a demo before subscribing?
Yes. You can write to studio@fengmyshui.com or book a 15-minute call through the scheduling link shown under the Schedule a Demo button.
Are my images used to train models?
The site does not say, in either direction. The only secondary use documented is in the terms, which allow the studio to use completed works in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Conclusion

Should you pick FengMyShui?

FengMyShui makes a narrow promise and states it clearly: it transforms images you already own, it does not create them. No floor plans, no sketches, no 3D modeling and no on-site photography, and the site says so before you ask. For an architecture practice or a developer already producing renders every month, that focus is an advantage. The finishing pass is outsourced, the turnaround is a published 24 hours, nothing has to be installed and no one has to learn a tool. Onboarding runs the same day and the subscription can be cancelled at any time.

The counterweight is what the publisher does not say. There is no legal entity, no postal address, no named director and no social presence, so the country of origin can only be inferred from the domain registrar. The privacy policy, dated 14 August 2026, is generic: no retention period, no hosting country, no named sub-processor, no data processing agreement and no mention of the GDPR, even though the stated audience includes European firms. Nothing describes how the visuals are actually produced, and nothing states whether client images are used beyond the commission. For a service handling images of unbuilt or unpublished property projects, that is a real gap.

A few commercial details deserve a second look before signing. Unlimited means one project at a time. The refund is 75%, not 100%, capped at the first week, and the homepage version of it is more generous than the terms. The client gets a license to the deliverables rather than ownership, and the studio may show the work in its portfolio unless excluded in writing.

Convincing on the craft, worth securing contractually before committing at this price.
