Overview

What is Flezr?

Flezr is a no-code website builder that turns a dataset into a live, data-driven site. It supports two sources: a Google Sheets spreadsheet, available on every plan, and a Supabase project — the open-source Postgres alternative to Firebase — reserved for the Pro tier. The publisher describes it as a tool for building powerful data-driven dynamic websites from data you already hold. Work happens in a drag-and-drop Studio: you assemble a page from pre-built sections and blocks, or drop in custom HTML blocks when you want finer control. The distinctive piece is variable mapping. You create a variable inside any element — a heading, a button, a price — and bind it to a column of your source. One dynamic template then generates a page per row, which is how a spreadsheet of a few thousand lines becomes a few thousand indexable pages. Listing sections are built from dynamic cards, composed visually from text, buttons, separators and links, with a configurable number of cards per row and an element order that can differ on desktop, tablet and mobile. Visitors navigate with classic search, search-as-you-type, tags and ready-made multi-select filters. Styling runs through granular visual CSS controls — spacing, fonts, colours, styles — with no HTML or CSS knowledge required, plus imported CSS, external JavaScript, per-page scripts and HTML injected from a spreadsheet column for anyone who does want to go further. SEO controls cover per-page title, description and favicon, head tags, robots.txt, sitemap, manifest, ads.txt and a service worker. Flezr also provides hosting and deployment for the published site, a custom domain, built-in caching and no stated bandwidth or traffic limit. Native integrations cover Zapier, Mailchimp, MailerLite and ConvertKit, alongside embeds for Google Analytics, Drift, Crisp, Calendly, Whereby, SnipCart and MemberStack; pages can themselves be embedded into WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Squarespace. Claimed limits are worth noting: membership and gated content are not native and need a third-party tool, and Supabase requires the Pro plan. White-label resale is available on request, and public GitBook documentation offers around twenty-eight how-to guides and eight FAQ entries.

What it does

  • Generate thousands of dynamic pages from a single template mapped to a dataset
  • Connect a Google Sheets spreadsheet or a Supabase project as the live data source
  • Assemble pages by dragging pre-built sections and blocks, with no code
  • Design dynamic cards visually and bind variables to data-source columns
  • Add built-in search, search-as-you-type, tags and multi-select filters
  • Publish to a Flezr subdomain or a custom domain, with hosting and caching included
  • Embed a Flezr page or section inside an external website

When to use Flezr / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Flezr is the right fit.

When to use Flezr

  • Directory and listing publishers whose catalogue already lives in a spreadsheet: app and tool catalogues, scholarship resources, course listings, coworking data, local business guides, restaurant guides or tourism directories.
  • SEO and growth marketers running programmatic SEO, who need thousands of templated pages generated from one structured dataset rather than written one by one.
  • Real estate agents, brokers, leasing consultants and property managers publishing searchable property listings without hiring a developer.
  • Recruiters and employer-brand teams launching a job board, and event planners publishing schedules, speakers or venue listings.
  • Agencies and freelancers building client sites at volume, who want a template library, client sites connected to Google Sheets or Supabase, and white-label resale under an Agency plan.

When not to use Flezr

  • Teams that need an API: no API reference appears anywhere in Flezr's documentation index of more than seventy pages, so site creation and updates cannot be automated outside the interface.
  • Anyone whose data lives outside Google Sheets or Supabase — Airtable, a headless CMS or a third-party database are not supported connectors, and Supabase itself is restricted to the Pro plan.
  • Buyers working through a procurement or compliance checklist: no terms of service, no DPA, no subprocessor list, no GDPR statement, no declared hosting jurisdiction and no registered company address are published.
  • Products that need a native members' area or paywall: gated content only works through a third-party service such as MemberSpace or Outseta injected as external JavaScript.
  • Users expecting a native mobile app, or a site whose Google Sheets figures must be strictly real time, since Flezr caches that source for one to fifteen minutes.

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Starts from a spreadsheet the team already knows, so there is no database to model before publishing
  • A single dynamic template produces thousands of pages, which is the whole argument for programmatic SEO
  • Hosting, deployment, custom domain and caching are part of the subscription, with no bandwidth or traffic limit
  • Fine visual control over design without touching HTML or CSS, and CSS import available for those who want more
  • A permanent Free plan, with no card required, lets you evaluate the product properly (Flezr branding applies)
  • Low paid entry point at 29 USD per month, 49 USD for Supabase and a 5,000-page quota, with two months free on annual billing
  • White-label and Agency options open resale, and public documentation is unusually detailed for a product this size

Cons

  • No terms of service are published: the contractual relationship is undocumented, and the only legal text is a roughly 350-word privacy policy dating from 2022
  • No full legal name, no postal address and no declared country of establishment for the publisher
  • No GDPR mention, no DPA, no subprocessor list and no declared hosting country or region for the data
  • No API, so creating or updating sites cannot be automated outside the interface
  • Only two data sources, Google Sheets and Supabase, and Supabase is reserved for the Pro plan
  • No native members' area: gated content requires a third-party tool injected as external JavaScript, and there is no mobile app
  • Maintenance cadence is hard to judge: the site copyright is frozen at 2024, help pages are marked as last updated two to three years ago, no public social accounts exist, and the product appears to be run by one person with no announced funding

Trust & Privacy

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Flezr handles your data.

GDPR overview

Flezr makes no GDPR claim of any kind: the word GDPR appears on none of the twenty-two pages collected, privacy policy included. There is no named Article 27 EU representative, no data protection officer, no data processing agreement on offer, no published subprocessor list, and no declared hosting country or region. The only right the policy implies is the freedom to refuse a request for personal information, at the cost of some services. No registered company name or postal address is published, so no legal entity is identified to address a request to; the single contact channel is hello@flezr.com. The policy has been in force since 15 March 2022 and shows no sign of revision. This is an absence of published information, not evidence of non-compliance.

Who owns the data?

Flezr publishes no terms of service, so no contractual intellectual-property clause states ownership. In practice the tool sits on top of a data source you already control: the business records stay in your own Google Sheets account or your own Supabase project, and Flezr reads from them. The vendor states plainly that you own your data, and that building on top of your source is what keeps you in control of it. Separately, the personal data collected by the flezr.com site itself falls under a short privacy policy in force since 15 March 2022, under which the company undertakes to request personal information only where that information is genuinely necessary to deliver a service.

Reuse rights

No terms of service are published, so nothing contractual restricts what you do with the content and datasets you bring to Flezr: the records remain in your own Google Sheets or Supabase account and can be exported, reused or repurposed there without asking the vendor. What Flezr does document is its handling of personal data, through a privacy policy effective 15 March 2022. The commitments there are that information is gathered fairly and lawfully, only where genuinely necessary to deliver a service, with the user aware of it and consenting, and that the reason for collecting it and the use made of it are disclosed at that moment. Flezr also undertakes not to share personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, other than where the law requires it, and disclaims responsibility for the practices of the external sites it links to. Training AI models on customer data is mentioned nowhere in the pages collected, neither to claim it nor to rule it out. The site's robots.txt carries a Cloudflare Content-Signal declaration allowing search indexing and reference use while refusing AI training, but that signal covers the marketing site itself, not the data you connect to it.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
No retention period is published in figures. The privacy policy, effective 15 March 2022, states only a principle: collected information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service you requested. For whatever it does store, Flezr says it applies commercially acceptable means to guard against loss, theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use and modification. No account deletion procedure, no export procedure and no anonymisation practice is documented on the site or in the help centre. Technically, Google Sheets responses are cached by Flezr for one to fifteen minutes and can be uncached on request, while Supabase is read live and not cached. Your business records themselves stay in your own Google Sheets or Supabase account, under your own retention rules.

Hosting summary

Flezr hosts and deploys the published website itself: the company states that it offers a complete solution and provides hosting and deployment of your web app, with a custom domain, built-in caching and no bandwidth or traffic limit. What it does not state is where. No hosting country, no region and no infrastructure provider is disclosed for customer data in any page collected, and the privacy policy is silent on the point. The business data itself is not held by Flezr in the first place: it stays in the customer's own Google Sheets account or in the customer's own Supabase project, and Flezr reads from those sources, caching Google Sheets responses for one to fifteen minutes while Supabase is read live. One point is an observation, not a declaration: flezr.com resolves to 172.67.213.15, a Cloudflare anycast address in AS13335 that geolocates to the United States. That describes the front end of the vendor's own site, not where customer sites or customer data are stored, and an anycast address locates nothing reliably.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Flezr.

  • No terms of service exist anywhere on the site, so the contractual relationship with the publisher is simply undocumented: service level, liability and termination are undefined before you pay
  • The privacy policy runs to roughly 350 words, has been effective since 15 March 2022 and shows no revision since; it mentions no GDPR, no Article 27 representative, no DPA and no subprocessor list
  • No hosting country or region is declared for the data Flezr handles, so data residency cannot be assessed before committing
  • No full legal name, no postal address, no contact page and no legal notice: the footer carries only a copyright line, and hello@flezr.com is the sole channel, obfuscated by Cloudflare across the site
  • Google Sheets data is cached for one to fifteen minutes, so published pages are not strictly real time; plan for that on prices, stock or availability, while Supabase is read live
  • The site copyright is frozen at 2024 and help pages are marked as last updated two to three years ago: check the maintenance cadence before an annual commitment, and allow up to 48 hours of DNS propagation for a custom domain
  • No announced funding and no visible team: the product depends on a single person, and Agency and white-label plans carry no public price, so budgeting requires an email exchange
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low. No coding skill is required, and the publisher claims very little learning curve. The documentation opens with a ten-minute getting-started video, and the shortest path is three steps: pick a template, enter your Google Sheet ID, press Data Sync. Around twenty-eight how-to guides cover the advanced tasks. The only genuinely technical step is the custom domain, which means editing a DNS record and waiting up to forty-eight hours. Supabase needs an existing Postgres project and the Pro plan. Imported CSS, per-page JavaScript, service workers and manifests stay optional, for people who want them.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which data sources can Flezr connect to?
Two. A Google Sheets spreadsheet, available on every plan, and a Supabase project, which requires the Pro plan. No other database, CMS or spreadsheet tool is listed as a connector.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The editor is drag-and-drop and the design is controlled visually. HTML, CSS and JavaScript are optional, and only serve to push a project further than the built-in controls allow.
Who hosts the published website?
Flezr does. Hosting and deployment of the published web app are part of the product, together with a custom domain and no bandwidth or traffic limit. No hosting country or region is disclosed.
Is my data cached?
Google Sheets data is cached for one to fifteen minutes, and a Data Sync button forces a refresh while you are testing. Supabase is read live and is not cached. Caching can be disabled on request by emailing hello@flezr.com.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, a permanent Free plan at no cost. It carries Flezr branding, offers no custom domain, and is capped at one static page, one dynamic page template and ten dynamic pages.
Is a white-label option available?
Yes. Flezr confirms a white-label offer, arranged as a custom plan on request by email. The price is not published.
Are the generated sites responsive?
Yes, on mobile and tablet. The order of the elements inside a dynamic card can also be set separately for each device type.
Can I add a members' area or protected content?
Not natively. Gated content is handled through a third-party service such as MemberSpace or Outseta, injected into the site as external JavaScript.
Can a Flezr page be embedded in an existing website?
Yes. Pages and sections can be embedded into WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace or a site of your own.
Is there an API or a mobile app?
Neither. The full documentation index, covering more than seventy pages, contains no API reference, and no iOS or Android application exists.
Conclusion

Should you pick Flezr?

Flezr occupies a narrow but very legible niche: it takes a spreadsheet or a Supabase table and turns it into a dynamic, searchable, filterable website, without a line of code. For directories, property or job listings, event sites and programmatic SEO, that mapping between rows and pages is exactly the right shape, and one template producing thousands of pages is the whole argument. The feature-to-price ratio is favourable — 29 to 49 USD per month with hosting, custom domain and caching included, no bandwidth or traffic limit, two months free on annual billing — and the permanent Free plan lets you evaluate it without commitment. The weakness is structural, and it sits on the governance side rather than the product side. No terms of service. No legal entity, no registered address, no declared country of establishment. No GDPR mention, no DPA, no subprocessor list, no declared hosting jurisdiction. A regulated buyer, or anyone with a procurement checklist, will not get past that. Maintenance signals are thin too: the site copyright is frozen at 2024, help pages carry last-updated markers of two to three years, and there are no public social accounts to follow the product on. What remains is a competent single-founder micro-SaaS with no announced funding: agile, with support that testimonials describe as direct and responsive, and a real longevity question attached. Flezr suits a freelancer, a small business or an agency that wants a data-driven site online quickly and can absorb publisher risk. It suits far less anyone who needs a contract, an API or a documented compliance posture. Start on the Free plan, and weigh the annual commitment against the maintenance signals.
