Flowcart
Flowcart turns WhatsApp into a selling channel for e-commerce brands: shoppers browse, add to cart and pay inside the chat, while AI agents recover abandoned carts, convert ad clicks and win lapsed buyers back.
What is Flowcart?
Flowcart is a WhatsApp commerce platform for online retailers, published by 10Agrow Technologies Limited in Nairobi, Kenya. It grew out of Sukhiba, the company's earlier brand, a lineage still visible on the site: the free-trial link and the Shopify listing both point to Sukhiba addresses.
The premise is that the browser is where sales die. Rather than push a shopper from a chat to a checkout page, Flowcart keeps the whole purchase inside the conversation. Customers browse a synced catalogue, add items to a cart and pay without leaving WhatsApp, through more than fifty payment gateways covering African, Indian and global markets.
The product is organised in three layers. Acquisition brings people into the channel: Click-to-WhatsApp ads whose AI agent is trained on the store's own catalogue of products, prices, stock and policies; opt-in pop-ups and a site widget that turn anonymous visitors into reachable contacts; a first-time-visitor discount. Conversion closes the sale: in-chat checkout, a Lite Checkout that falls back to Shopify's own checkout, real-time inventory checks, and a Buy for Customer function letting support staff assemble a cart and hand it over ready to pay. Retention keeps buyers coming back through a set of agents, namely Winback for lapsed customers, Upsell attached to order confirmations, Predictive Reorder for consumables, Subscription for recurring orders and Review for post-purchase feedback. A custom agent builder sits on top, drawing on more than a hundred customer events captured from the store.
Around these run segmented broadcasts, a loyalty scheme with QR codes for physical shops, gamified mechanics such as spin-the-wheel and scratch cards, a multi-agent shared inbox with an FAQ bot and tickets, and an analytics dashboard.
Integration is with Shopify, through a plugin sold on the Shopify App Store, and with Meta, whose Business Solution Provider status Flowcart claims. The company also claims SOC 2 Type II certification, more than 500 customer brands, over 100 million dollars in gross merchandise value and a 27% cart-recovery rate, figures it publishes itself and that are not independently audited.

When to use Flowcart / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Flowcart is the right fit.
When to use Flowcart
- Shopify merchants on a Basic, Shopify, Advanced or Plus plan who want a second storefront inside WhatsApp
- Direct-to-consumer brands in markets where WhatsApp is the dominant channel, such as Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, India and the UAE
- Stores losing a large share of revenue to cart abandonment and looking beyond email reminders
- Meta advertisers running Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns who need the conversation to end in a payment
- Brands selling consumables, where predictive reorder and subscription agents can automate the repeat purchase
When not to use Flowcart
- Merchants on any platform other than Shopify: no other e-commerce integration is documented
- Shopify stores below the Basic tier, where the install button is not even shown in the App Store
- Teams that need a public API or developer documentation to build on top of the platform
- Buyers who require a contractual data-hosting location, since no country or region is published
- Individual consumers: the agreement is strictly business-to-business, between a Software Provider and a Client
How to use Flowcart
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Check that the store runs on a Basic, Shopify, Advanced or Plus plan, since the install button does not appear in the App Store below those tiers
- Open the Shopify App Store, search for Flowcart and select the Flowcart Whatsapp Chat+AI+CRM plugin
- Review the permissions the app requests, then confirm the installation from a Shopify administrator account
- Let the trial account be created automatically: it runs for three days and the merchant's number is added as an administrator
- Click Update Number, then Proceed to Meta Onboarding, and attach the WhatsApp Business number, which also extends the trial to seven days
- Have the Meta Business Suite and WhatsApp Business Account credentials ready, as an already verified Business Manager speeds up API approval
- In Settings, enable the WhatsApp widget on the storefront and sync the Shopify customer list
- Configure the first flows: abandoned-cart reminders, order update notifications and the first-time-visitor discount pop-over
- Launch Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns and segmented broadcasts once the contact list has grown, then activate loyalty rewards
- Follow bot, performance and conversion figures in the Analytics dashboard, adjusting the date range as needed
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Payment completes inside the chat, removing the browser redirect that usually costs the sale
- Unlimited contacts and conversations on every tier, which the vendor calls a no growth tax policy
- No transaction fee below a monthly WhatsApp revenue threshold of 3,000, 5,000 or 10,000 US dollars depending on the tier
- Prices published in five local currencies: US dollars, Indian rupees, Kenyan shillings, Nigerian naira and South African rand
- More than 50 payment gateways covering African and Indian markets that Western suites tend to serve poorly
- Detailed terms with a complete data-protection section and jurisdiction-specific market schedules
- No-code installation from the Shopify App Store, support included on every tier and a dedicated contact on Growth and Pro
Cons
- No public API and no developer documentation anywhere on the site
- Shopify is the only documented e-commerce integration; the demo form mentions WooCommerce but nothing describes such a connection
- No hosting country or region is published, and the sub-processor list is available only on written request
- A GDPR claim with no EU entity, no Article 27 representative and no European market schedule behind it
- A single email address on the whole site, sitting on a third-party domain inherited from the previous brand
- Vendor-published performance figures that disagree between pages, with 500+ customers on the home page and 300+ on the pricing page
- A short trial of three days, seven at best, and a Starter tier mentioned in the support text but absent from the pricing table
Pricing & Plans
Flowcart offers no permanent free plan. Installing the Shopify plugin opens a three-day trial account, extendable to seven days once the merchant's number is connected through Meta. Paid subscriptions start at USD 69.99 per month for the Growth tier, with Pro at USD 139.99 and Advanced at USD 199.99; local pricing is also published in Indian rupees, Kenyan shillings, Nigerian naira and South African rand. Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Flowcart handles your data.
GDPR overview
The privacy policy opens by claiming alignment with the European General Data Protection Regulation. It names lawful bases, being contractual necessity, legitimate interests and withdrawable consent, along with rights of access, rectification, restriction and erasure, exercised through connect@sukhiba.com. The terms add a full processor framework: documented instructions, personnel confidentiality, sub-processor obligations, assistance with data-subject requests, breach notification to the client within 48 hours, audits once a year and deletion or return at the end of the contract. The gap is institutional. No EU entity, no Article 27 representative and no data protection officer is named anywhere, and Exhibit B carries market schedules for Kenya, South Africa, India and the United States but none for the European Union, so cross-border transfers point to a schedule that European clients do not have.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms, the client keeps ownership of its own content. Section 13.1 casts the client as Controller and Flowcart, named the Software Provider, as Processor for the personal data held in Client Content, and section 12.1 treats that content as the client's confidential information. Flowcart receives only a limited licence to copy, store and transmit it as far as running the service requires, and section 16.2 extends the same status to anything typed into, or produced by, the AI features. Flowcart retains all rights to its own software, documentation and deliverables. On exit, section 13.10 lets the client choose between deletion and return.
Reuse rights
The client instructs and Flowcart executes: section 13.2 restricts processing to the client's documented instructions, and section 13.5 authorises sub-processors, naming Meta, cloud hosting providers and messaging infrastructure providers as categories bound by materially equivalent obligations. Section 16.5 lets Flowcart pass AI inputs to third-party AI providers, but only as far as delivering the AI features requires. Two carve-outs work the other way: section 14.11 permits anonymous statistical compilation to improve the offering, provided nothing identifies the client or its data, and section 14.9 allows the client's name and logo in Flowcart's marketing unless the client objects in writing. Reuse of end-customer data stays the client's responsibility, including the lawful basis and the consent obtained before any message is sent.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
Flowcart publishes no hosting location. Neither a country nor a region appears anywhere on the site, and the terms refer to cloud hosting providers only as a category of sub-processor, without naming one. Section 13.6 states that where the service transfers personal data outside the client's jurisdiction, the transfer uses whichever mechanism the client's market schedule specifies, and that information about destinations and safeguards is supplied on request rather than published. Since Exhibit B carries market schedules for Kenya, South Africa, India and the United States but none for the European Union, a European client has no named transfer mechanism to point to. Section 13.4 commits to appropriate technical and organisational measures, reviewed as risks change, and the footer claims SOC 2 Type II certification, although no trust page or report is linked. The web front end sits behind Cloudflare, which describes content delivery rather than where customer data is stored. A buyer with data-residency requirements should treat this as an open question and settle it in the commercial terms schedule.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Flowcart.
- Messages land in a private, deeply personal space: a badly calibrated broadcast cadence reads as intrusion rather than marketing, and the unsubscribe reflex on WhatsApp is brutal
- The AI agent answers questions about stock, shipping and returns with no accuracy warranty, and the terms disclaim liability for any error, omission or bias in its output
- Gamified mechanics such as spin-the-wheel, scratch cards and dynamic discounts engineer urgency, and can push impulse buying in audiences that can least afford it
- Messaging obligations fall on the merchant: consent and the applicable TCPA, POPIA or TRAI rules are the client's responsibility, and the terms indemnify Flowcart against messaging claims
- The whole channel depends on Meta's goodwill, so a policy change or an account suspension takes the sales channel with it
- Where data is stored is not disclosed and the sub-processor list must be requested, an awkward position for a business handling customers' phone numbers and purchase history
- Automating the conversation can hollow out the relationship it imitates, since customers believe they are talking to the brand while an agent trained on a catalogue handles the objection
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low, provided the Meta side is in order. Installation is a no-code flow: find the plugin in the Shopify App Store, approve the permissions from an administrator account, and a trial account is created automatically with the merchant's number as admin. The real work is the Meta onboarding, attaching the WhatsApp Business number and clearing WhatsApp Business API approval, which goes faster when the Meta Business Manager is already verified. No development skills, SDK or API integration are needed. Custom ERP connections are the exception and are reserved for the Enterprise tier.

Should you pick Flowcart?
Flowcart makes one clear bet: in markets where WhatsApp is the default way to talk, the browser is a liability rather than a destination. Everything else follows from it, from the in-chat checkout to the fifty-odd local payment gateways and the agents that reopen a thread instead of sending an email. Where the bet holds, the product is coherent and unusually well fitted to African and Indian retail, which larger Western suites tend to serve as an afterthought.
The constraints are just as clear. Flowcart is bolted to two platforms it does not own, Shopify on one side and Meta on the other. The terms are candid about the second: if Meta changes its platform or its policies, Flowcart may change the service in response. There is no public API, no documented alternative to Shopify and no way to build around either dependency.
Transparency is uneven. The terms are genuinely detailed, with a complete data-protection section and separate market schedules for Kenya, South Africa, India and the United States. Yet no hosting country is named, the sub-processor list exists only on request, and a stated GDPR alignment sits beside the absence of any European entity or Article 27 representative. The published metrics, 27% cart recovery, three times email revenue and more than 100 million dollars in gross merchandise value, come from the vendor alone and do not agree between pages.
This is a young operation: the domain was registered in April 2025, first archived in July 2025, and the brand replaced Sukhiba only in mid-2025. For a Shopify merchant selling into a WhatsApp-first market, it is a serious candidate worth a demonstration. For anyone needing hosting guarantees, an API or a platform-independent path, those questions deserve answers before signing.
