What is FlowHunt?
FlowHunt is a no-code platform for building and running AI agents, published by AiMingle, s.r.o. in Prague and born out of QualityUnit, the company behind LiveAgent and PostAffiliatePro. Its pitch is blunt: it was made for marketers, not developers, and the homepage claims more than 12,400 marketing teams already run agents on it.
Everything is assembled from four primitives. Agents are single autonomous workers with a name, a goal, a model and a tool belt. Tools are what they call on: search, the web, code, APIs, your documents, your CRM. Teams of agents stack into hierarchies where a supervisor plans, specialists execute and you approve. Triggers and memory wake an agent on a schedule, a webhook or an event, and give it short, long and shared memory plus an episodic log of what shipped and what flopped.
You either hire from a library of more than 120 pre-built agents, such as a Shopify Product SEO Optimizer, a WordPress Content Engine, a HubSpot Outbound SDR or a GitHub PR Reviewer, or compose your own in the visual builder from dozens of adjustable blocks. Any agent can be routed to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, Mistral, AWS Bedrock and others, with a switchable default and support for your own provider keys; the pricing comparison mentions up to 50 language and image models.
Several products sit around that core. AI Projects lets you set a goal while a supervisor assembles the team and tasks move across a live kanban. Photomatic trains a model on your own photos, generates images in over 100 styles and animates them with Sora, Veo or Wan. A catalogue of MCP servers can be plugged in, hosted or built to order, and FlowHunt Desktop handles batch work. Knowledge sources ingest documents, websites and YouTube or MP3 transcripts.
The enterprise layer is substantial: single sign-on through Okta, Entra ID, Google or OneLogin with SAML 2.0, OIDC and SCIM provisioning, four-role access control, live spend monitoring with a workspace cap, and deployment on FlowHunt Cloud, Kubernetes or Docker. The site advertises a SOC 2 audit and GDPR compliance.

GDPR overview
FlowHunt claims GDPR compliance in as many words on a dedicated page, and backs the claim with unusually concrete detail. A Data Protection Officer is appointed alongside an internal team, and GDPR questions go to support@flowhunt.io. A Data Processing Agreement template can be downloaded in DocX and PDF, and the vendor states it signs a DPA with every subprocessor; that list is published, naming each entity, its country and its role. Users may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object to profiling, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Identity verification is required, the response deadline is one month, and deletion requests are said to be carried out immediately. Transfers to Google and Meta rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No Article 27 representative is designated, consistent with a publisher established in Prague. Privacy policy and terms were last updated on 30 May 2025.
Who owns the data?
Files you upload stay yours: FlowHunt states it does not access, view or use them for anything beyond making them available on the platform, and workspace data is isolated per workspace. The terms are far broader for user-generated content, taking a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, adapt and display it in connection with the service and its promotion. Signing up also grants the right to use your logo, name and brand in marketing material unless you object in writing to support@flowhunt.io. Note that the privacy policy names QualityUnit, s.r.o. as data controller, while the terms are signed with AiMingle, s.r.o.
Reuse rights
Workspace data, meaning flows, inputs, outputs and usage, is used only to run and improve the service. FlowHunt states it is never used for targeted advertising and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Conversations and prompts are stored so you can resume a session or debug a flow, and the vendor states they are not used for training, analytics or any secondary purpose; model providers are not permitted to use them either, with OpenAI running under a zero data retention policy. You may reuse and publish the AI-generated content you produce without asking permission, but the terms make you solely responsible for that content and for the consequences of posting it. Registration emails are hashed with SHA-256 and passed to Google and Meta for conversion measurement alone.

Hosting summary
The public FlowHunt service hosts data primarily in the European Union, in Frankfurt data centres, with AWS eu-central-1 named as the infrastructure subprocessor for servers and GCP eu-west-1 for the embedding service, which is not user-configurable. The GDPR page adds that data belonging to EU customers sits in European data centres in Germany, the United Kingdom and Slovakia, hosted by AWS. Production systems are described as being in co-location facilities in the United States and Europe; an account is created in the region where the customer is located and its data stays there unless otherwise agreed. Private clouds can be built in the United States, Europe or Asia, and customers can ask for US-only or Europe-only residency. Facilities are said to be Tier III+ or IV and compliant with PCI DSS, SSAE-16, SOC 1, SOC 2 or ISO 27001. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit over TLS, behind redundant firewalls with intrusion detection and DDoS mitigation, with full audit logs. Backups are kept on Amazon S3 for 30 days.

Low for the intended audience. The visual builder needs no code, and the shortest path is hiring one of the 120+ pre-built agents in a click, or starting from one of the 100+ flow templates. Apps are connected once per workspace and shared by every agent afterwards. The real effort goes into choosing a model, setting a sensible trigger and attaching the right knowledge sources. Difficulty rises sharply for advanced work: custom API integration, webhooks, custom components, external S3 storage and Kubernetes or Docker deployment all require an engineer. FlowHunt is one of the more complete agent platforms aimed squarely at people who do not write code. The four primitives it builds on, agents, tools, teams and triggers with memory, are coherent rather than a bag of features, and the surrounding products, AI Projects, Photomatic, the MCP catalogue and a desktop client, extend the same idea instead of competing with it. Model independence is real: you can switch provider per task and bring your own keys, which is worth more than it sounds when pricing and model quality shift every few months.
What sets it apart from most tools in this category is the paperwork. The GDPR, subprocessors and security pages name entities, countries and roles, a DPA template is there to download rather than to request, and the vendor states outright that it never trains on customer data. EU hosting by default, selectable residency and on-premise Kubernetes or Docker make it a credible option for a buyer with a procurement checklist. The publisher, QualityUnit, has been shipping LiveAgent and PostAffiliatePro since 2004, which is not nothing in a field of eighteen-month-old startups.
Two reservations deserve to be weighed before signing. Credit-based billing is genuinely hard to forecast, since a single credit may stretch across 1 to 100 tasks and nothing is refundable, so the only honest way to size a plan is to run your real workflows on the trial. And the SOC 2 audited badge on the homepage is not backed by any report, audit number or trust page, while the declared data controller in the privacy policy is not the entity that signs the terms.
