FrostLogic Explore is a building analytics and predictive maintenance platform built by FrostLogic AB, a Swedish company based in Malmö. The vendor files it under a category of its own making, Sensor Intelligence, and the product's premise is that most commercial buildings are already instrumented well enough to reveal what they are wasting, if only something read the data properly.

GDPR overview

FrostLogic AB is established in Sweden, so no Article 27 representative applies and none is named. The privacy policy, last updated in February 2026, covers the website rather than the platform, and lists the full set of GDPR rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent. Requests go to privacy@frostlogic.se with a stated 30-day response, and the policy names the Swedish supervisory authority, IMY, for complaints. The security page adds that data processing agreements are available, that the lawful basis is legitimate interest for operational telemetry, and that there is no cross-border transfer of customer data. The vendor repeatedly describes the product as "GDPR-native by design", though it never uses the word compliant.

Who owns the data?
