GetBotz
GetBotz is a blog automation service from Indian publisher BlogBing that hands the whole cycle to bots: keyword research, writing, cover images, internal links and publishing straight to WordPress, Shopify, Ghost or Webflow, with no manual step in between.
What is GetBotz?
GetBotz sells one narrow promise: your blog runs itself. Published by BlogBing Solution Pvt. Ltd., an Indian company based in Rajkot, Gujarat, it positions itself as a way to replace blog management with AI rather than to help you write faster. The home page target is 50+ SEO-optimised articles published every month with, in its own words, complete automation, on an engine it credits to GPT-4.
Getting started takes three steps. You describe your business, GetBotz proposes three audience personas and you confirm which ones are right, then you connect your blog. After that a seven-stage pipeline runs on its own: it finds the day’s keywords from SEO and Google SERP data, picks a topic while taking your previously published articles into account, pulls recent statistics and news through FreshFeed.io, writes the piece, generates a cover image and fills in meta and alt tags, adds internal links to your own pages and products, and submits the result to Google for indexing through Google’s APIs.
The publisher’s differentiation argument is that it is an SEO data company first. GetKeywords.net is its sister product, and the home page claims 4.6 billion+ keyword data points, 25 million+ Google result pages crawled monthly, 40 million+ web pages scanned monthly and 200 million+ SERP data domains, with 30+ datapoints feeding each article. Cover images come in eight styles and take your brand colour. Twenty-eight languages are listed on the home page, although the site is inconsistent on the point: the same page claims “25+” and the pricing FAQ “40+”.
Publishing goes to WordPress, Shopify, Ghost or Webflow, one connected blog per subscription on all three tiers, at a cadence of one article every two days, one a day, or three a day. Four named testimonials appear on the home page and the publisher claims hundreds of blogs managed every day, while parent company BlogBing claims 20,000+ customers across its whole portfolio. One caveat frames all of the above: on 23 August 2026, the application host behind every sign-up and login button no longer served the product.
What it does
- Finds the day’s keywords from SEO data and Google search results
- Picks the article topic, taking previously published articles into account
- Pulls recent statistics and news around that topic through FreshFeed.io
- Writes the article in a style presented as human
- Optimises readability and SEO: cover image, meta tags, alt tags
- Adds internal links to the site’s own pages, articles and products
- Submits the finished article to Google for indexing through the Google APIs
When to use GetBotz / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if GetBotz is the right fit.
When to use GetBotz
- Early-stage teams that want a blog published on a fixed cadence but have nobody able to commit time to it every day
- Bootstrapped founders who cannot justify the cost of a content agency or an in-house writer
- Web agencies running several client blogs, who can claim the Agency Partner discount of 30% from five blogs upwards
- Software publishers wanting to resell blog automation under their own brand through the Reseller Partner offer
- Owners of WordPress, Shopify, Ghost or Webflow sites who need steady content beyond English, with 28 languages listed
When not to use GetBotz
- Editorial teams that require a human read-through before anything goes live: the pipeline publishes without a mandatory review step
- Organisations running several blogs on one contract, since all three tiers connect a single blog per subscription
- Developers who need a documented public API: none is published, and API access is handled by sales on a quote basis
- Buyers with compliance requirements, as the site states no GDPR position and offers no DPA, no subprocessor list, no retention period and no minimum age
- Anyone who needs certainty that the service is running today: on 23 August 2026 the application host app.getbotz.io no longer served the product
How to use GetBotz
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Try the free sample article from the home page: give an email address and a website URL, and the article is sent back by email
- Open an account at app.getbotz.io/register; no credit card is required for the free trial
- Describe your business in a few basic details so the bots can frame your content needs
- Confirm which of the three audience personas GetBotz proposes actually match your readers
- Pick a tier, which sets the publishing cadence: one article every two days, one a day, or three a day
- Connect your blog on WordPress, Shopify, Ghost or Webflow — one blog per subscription
- Choose a cover-image style among the eight offered and set your brand colour
- Request any language missing from the dashboard; the publisher announces activation within 48 hours
- Connect Google Search Console so each published article is submitted for indexing
- Let the pipeline run, bearing in mind that on 23 August 2026 the sign-up host app.getbotz.io no longer served the application, so this sequence could not be completed end to end
Pros & Cons
Pros
- The chain is complete: from keyword to a published, index-submitted article, with no human step in between
- Backed, according to the publisher, by its own SEO dataset (GetKeywords.net) rather than by a language model alone
- Fresh statistics and news are injected through FreshFeed.io, an explicit answer to the staleness of model training data
- Automatic internal linking points readers at the customer’s own pages and products rather than at generic sources
- Low entry point at 12 USD per month on an annual commitment, and a free trial that asks for no credit card
- Connectors for the four most common CMS platforms, and 28 listed languages with a missing one announced within 48 hours
- A free sample article by email before any commitment, plus agency and white-label routes for resellers
Cons
- As of 23 August 2026, app.getbotz.io — the destination of every “Login” and “Start Free Trial” button — no longer served the application: default nginx page over HTTP, 404 over HTTPS behind a Let’s Encrypt certificate issued for an unrelated domain (vipcom1325.uk) and expired on 4 July 2026, while the marketing site answered normally
- Other links are broken too: “Check our Demo Articles” points to demoblog.getbotz.site, a host that no longer resolves, the footer “Contact Us” and agency “Let’s Connect” buttons point at an empty http:// URL, and no robots.txt is published
- No mention anywhere of the GDPR, a data processing agreement, subprocessors, a retention period or a minimum age
- Generic web-hosting terms governed by Nebraska law for an Indian publisher, with no clause specific to AI-generated content, and a privacy policy dated 7 March 2022 that has never been updated
- No documented public API; API access has to be negotiated with sales
- One connected blog per subscription on all three tiers, which rules out multi-site use on a single plan
- Inconsistent language claims — 25+ on the home page, 28 actually listed, 40+ in the pricing FAQ — and a 12 USD headline price that requires an annual commitment, against 24 USD month to month
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan. Access starts with a free trial that requires no credit card, after which three public tiers apply. The lowest paid entry point is Lite at 12.00 USD per month, a rate that assumes an annual commitment; the same tier costs 24.00 USD per month without commitment, the annual toggle being advertised as “50% OFF”. Startup follows at 24.00 USD per month billed annually or 49.00 USD billed monthly, and Growth at 49.00 USD per month billed annually or 99.00 USD billed monthly. Above the public tiers, the Agency Partner programme grants a 30% discount from five blogs upwards, and the Reseller Partner white-label offer starts at 1,500.00 USD per month plus a setup fee; both are quoted individually, as is API access. The terms provide for automatic payment at the start of each monthly or annual period, notice before any price increase, and termination within thirty days. All prices are displayed in US dollars.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how GetBotz handles your data.
GDPR overview
There is no GDPR implementation to report. Across every page retrieved on 23 August 2026 — home, pricing, contact, terms and privacy policy — the words GDPR, CCPA and data processing agreement do not appear once, neither in the visible text nor in the page source. No Article 27 EU representative is named, no data protection officer, no privacy or DPO address. No DPA is published or offered on request, no subprocessor list exists, and no access, rectification or erasure procedure is described. The only privacy channel is the closing line of the policy, “If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or any complaints about how we use your Personal Information, please contact us”, with no dedicated address given. The publisher is established in India and the terms are governed by the law of the State of Nebraska.
Who owns the data?
The terms are explicit about who owns what. Under “Proprietary rights of client”, client content remains “the sole and exclusive property of client, including, without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets”, and nothing in the agreement is to be read as granting the host any ownership right in, or licence to, that content. The mirror clause reserves the publisher’s own software, data, know-how and processes to itself. The privacy policy, in force since 7 March 2022, adds nothing: it is very short, carries no ownership section, and says nothing at all about the articles the bots generate on a customer’s behalf.
Reuse rights
Because client content stays the customer’s exclusive property, articles produced through the service can be reused, edited, republished or monetised without asking the publisher for permission; the terms grant it no licence over them. On its own side, the publisher states that personal information is used only for registration, billing and improving the site. Log data is collected — IP address, browser type and version, date and time, pages visited, time spent, usage statistics — partly through cookies, which can be refused at browser level at the cost of some functionality. Comments passed to the Akismet anti-spam service are not kept on the servers unless flagged as false positives, in which case they are held for as long as it takes to improve that service. Nothing on the site says customer data is used to train models, and nothing says it is not. The terms also warn that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and offer no absolute security guarantee.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The site says nothing at all about where data is hosted. Neither the privacy policy nor the terms name a country, a region, a cloud provider or a data centre, and there is no section on international transfers, so no jurisdiction can be attributed to customer data on the publisher’s own word. What can be observed is technical rather than declared, and is no substitute for a statement: on 23 August 2026 the marketing domain resolved to 99.83.231.61, an address geolocated in the United States and announced by AS16509 (Amazon.com). That address is an anycast node, so it tells us nothing reliable about where data actually sits. The application host app.getbotz.io resolved to 135.181.198.119, an address in Hetzner’s range. The publisher itself, BlogBing Solution Pvt. Ltd., is established in Rajkot, Gujarat, India, while the terms are governed by the law of the State of Nebraska. Any buyer with a hosting-location requirement will have to obtain the answer directly from the publisher, because it is not on the site.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting GetBotz.
- As of 23 August 2026 the application host app.getbotz.io serves the default nginx page over HTTP and a 404 over HTTPS, behind a Let’s Encrypt certificate issued for CN=vipcom1325.uk and expired on 4 July 2026. Every “Login” and “Start Free Trial” button leads there, while the marketing site answers normally and announces nothing. Confirm the service is actually running before paying anything.
- Other signs of neglect line up with it: the “Check our Demo Articles” link (demoblog.getbotz.site) no longer resolves, the footer “Contact Us” and agency “Let’s Connect” buttons point at an empty http:// URL, the copyright is frozen at 2025, and the legal pages date from 7 March and 11 June 2022.
- Publishing without a mandatory human read-through means a factual error, an invented statistic or an off-brand claim can go live on your own domain. The terms put that squarely on you: “Client assumes sole responsibility for ... the accuracy of materials on the website, including, without limitation, client content, descriptive claims, warranties, guarantees”.
- No GDPR mention at all, although the product is sold in 28 languages including many official languages of the European Union. An EU buyer gets no documented legal basis, no DPA, no subprocessor list and no dedicated privacy contact.
- The terms are governed by Nebraska law for a publisher established in India, and they are a generic web-hosting template with no clause about AI-generated content, the ownership of model outputs, or the takedown of an erroneous article.
- Handing an entire editorial calendar to a bot quietly erodes two in-house habits: writing, and judging whether a piece is worth publishing at all. If the service stops — which the state of the application host suggests it may have — there is no human process left to fall back on.
- Money and data both need care: the 12 USD headline price requires an annual commitment (24 USD month to month), there is no free plan, and no retention period or account deletion procedure is documented anywhere on the site.
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low, as advertised: three steps and no technical skill. You describe your business, confirm which of the three proposed audience personas fit, and connect your blog. Nothing to install, no code, and no credit card at sign-up. Connecting Google Search Console for indexing is the only mildly technical step, and white-label setup is announced as operational within 48 hours. One caveat outweighs all of this: on 23 August 2026 sign-up itself could not be completed, the host app.getbotz.io no longer serving the application.

Should you pick GetBotz?
GetBotz has the merit of a clear and narrow proposition. It does not try to be a writing assistant: it takes a blog over end to end, from keyword to published and index-submitted article, and its differentiation argument — that it is an SEO data company applying its own dataset rather than a text generator wrapped in an interface — is at least coherent with what it shows. The entry point is genuinely low at 12 USD a month on an annual commitment, and the free trial asks for no card. Four CMS connectors and 28 listed languages round out a credible offer for a founder or small agency with no editorial capacity.
The trade-offs are real. Nothing guarantees a human read before publication, and the terms explicitly assign responsibility for the accuracy of content to the customer. One blog per subscription on every tier limits multi-site use. The legal documentation is thin to the point of being a signal in itself: a privacy policy from March 2022, generic web-hosting terms under Nebraska law for an Indian publisher, and not one mention of the GDPR, a DPA, subprocessors, retention or a minimum age.
The decisive reservation is operational. On 23 August 2026 the marketing site answered normally, while app.getbotz.io — the destination of every “Login” and “Start Free Trial” button — served nginx’s default page over HTTP and a 404 over HTTPS, behind a certificate issued for an unrelated domain and expired since 4 July 2026. The publisher announces nothing. That does not prove the service has shut down, but it does mean nobody should subscribe on the strength of the marketing pages alone: confirm with the publisher that the application is running, and will still be running next month, before committing anything.
