What is Getfloorplan?
Getfloorplan, also branded AI Getfloorplan, is an online real estate visualization service that automates the production of property visuals. The homepage describes three steps: upload a layout in one minute, let the AI create 2D plans, 3D plans, renders, a 3D model and a 360 tour, then receive a full bundle of visuals. The input is one floor plan file in JPG, PNG, DWG or PDF containing a single apartment or a single house floor. The output depends on the set purchased: a color-coded 2D plan, a furnished 3D plan, photorealistic renders, a 360 tour and an editable 3D model. Delivery takes 24 hours, and the company justifies that delay by human review: a Quality Assurance team checks every floor plan after the AI rendering to make sure the result matches the original. Five sets are catalogued: Basic (2D and 3D), Plus (adds a 360 tour), Pro (adds white label), Max Render (adds renders) and Multi Set Pro (three styles in one order). Extras are sold on top: an interior style built from references, a house exterior with garden and pool, a real view through the window with more than 200 options, and an editable 3D model in FBX or GLB. An automated GLTF export is announced in 3, 6 or 12 hours, optimized for Blender, Unity and Unreal. The product is web-only: no mobile app and no software to install.

The amount is multiplied by the number of floor levels contained in the plan, and a promo code may be applied at checkout. GDPR overview
The acronym GDPR appears nowhere on the site. The privacy policy, last updated in August 2022, only states that Getfloorplan is a data controller for the purposes of EU data protection laws. It grants access, correction and deletion on request to support, while allowing a fee for access and the refusal of excessive or impracticable requests. It recognizes the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing and profiling, yet profiling is assumed for eligibility checks and access restriction. There is no Article 27 EU representative, no named DPO, no DPA offered, no published sub-processor list and no mention of standard contractual clauses or framed transfers outside the EU. The minimum age is 16. Support is the only contact channel, and the terms place the contract under Dutch law with exclusive jurisdiction in Rotterdam.
Who owns the data?
The terms keep ownership of Getfloorplan, its databases, its websites and its content with Getfloorplan.com and its suppliers, while user designs are explicitly excluded from that reservation. In return, the user grants Getfloorplan.com a perpetual, non-exclusive and transferable license to publish, change, amend and use any floor plan created under the free use subscription, including the right to sublicense those designs. That license is written for free use only: other conditions are said to apply to paid services but are never published, so the regime covering paid orders is undocumented. For personal data, Getfloorplan is the named data controller and deletion can be requested from support at any time.
Reuse rights
Getfloorplan collects name, phone, address, industry, company and email at sign-up and at purchase, plus automatically collected data: referring URL, IP address, browser type and version, device brand and model, a unique identifier and usage habits. Data received from third parties may be combined with it, and the IP address is also used to identify the user and to derive broad location and demographic information. The declared purposes are service delivery and personalization, improvement, information about similar products, transactions, fraud prevention, support and legal obligations. Card details are never handled directly: one or more third-party providers process payments. Data is shared with processors, with partners and resellers, on legal request, and in the event of bankruptcy, reorganization, merger or asset sale. Aggregated and anonymized data is shared for marketing purposes, and the policy reserves the right to disclose to third parties algorithms developed from analytics and machine learning conducted on user information collected in aggregated form, presented as containing no identifiable personal information. Google Analytics is used with remarketing, demographic and location targeting and affinity and in-market audiences, alongside Facebook and advertising cookies. The service states that it does not collect special-category data. Direct marketing relies on legitimate interest; unsubscribing is possible and may take up to ten working days.

Hosting summary
The site makes no hosting declaration at all: no country, no region and no provider are named for the storage of customer data. What can be observed is a network measurement, not a commitment from the publisher: the public IP address of getfloorplan.com resolves in Moscow, Russia, on AS200350 Yandex.Cloud LLC, without anycast. That measurement only says where the web front end answers from; it does not establish where personal data or delivered files are stored, and the publisher never presents it as the data jurisdiction. Two technical hosts appear in the front-end code, a back office at backend.estate.hart-digital.com and error monitoring at sentry.hart-digital.com, but neither is documented as a data location. No sub-processor is named apart from Google Analytics and Facebook. The privacy policy also limits any guarantee: it states that no public internet transmission or encryption method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, that the security of the information provided cannot be ensured or warranted, and that the user transmits information at their own risk. A buyer with a hosting or transfer requirement must therefore obtain that information contractually.

The human quality control claimed on every plan explains the delay and separates the service from a pure generator: what arrives has been checked against the original layout rather than shipped straight from the model. The commercial track record is real, with public reviews on Trustpilot and G2, 2025 volume figures published by the company and a Russian-language twin brand running on the same engine. The weakness is legal, not functional.
