GobbleCube
GobbleCube is an AI growth agent for consumer brands selling on quick commerce and marketplaces. Its four modules diagnose digital shelf performance, automate ad campaigns, track availability from depot to dark store, and surface micro-category opportunities.
What is GobbleCube?
GobbleCube is an AI growth agent for brands selling through digital commerce, published by CFOP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED in Gurugram, India. The company describes it as an AI-powered growth agent that helps brands scale revenue by spotting leaks, market opportunities, and automating growth across digital commerce, under the tagline Growth Agent for Brands and the promise "You set the growth goal. GobbleCube delivers." Its founders are three former Blinkit operators who spent most of the last decade building what they call India's biggest quick commerce platform; they frame the problem as "Too much data. Too many platforms. Not enough time." and position the product as not just a tool but a teammate.
The product is organised in four modules. Gobbs Edge diagnoses the digital shelf, with cross-platform insight on pricing, visibility and availability, so a team can see what is really driving or dragging sales. Gobbs Boost handles advertising, running goal-based campaigns that auto-adapt to stock, competition and performance in real time. Gobbs Flow tracks the entire availability lifecycle from company depot to dark store, to spot gaps fast and act on them faster. Gobbs Discover watches micro-category trends and competitor moves to launch winning products sooner. A Platform Integrations section presents the whole as a "Command Centre to Rule Them All", syncing every platform on one canvas.
Day to day, the tool is used through a web application, backed by iOS and Android apps that add GobbsIQ, an AI chatbot answering questions on your own data, plus insight cards and WatchTower analytics. Access does not begin with a sign-up form: prospects request a demo, then get a 15-day free trial before moving onto one of three paid tiers.
The publisher claims more than 600 brands, says they "unlocked 2-3x revenue growth", and displays ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. The natural market is Indian quick commerce, with the Global tier extending to MENA and LATAM. Worth noting is what the site does not claim: no public API, no permanent free plan and no self-service way in.
What it does
- Diagnose the root cause of a sales drop across several commerce platforms at once
- Run goal-based ad campaigns that adapt automatically to stock, competition and performance
- Track availability across the whole lifecycle, from the company depot down to the dark store
- Compare competitor pricing, discounts and offers in real time
- Find opportunity keywords and follow share of voice keyword by keyword
- Trigger automated rules from shelf metrics such as rank, stock and price
- Prioritise purchase orders and plan production from demand signals and forecasts
When to use GobbleCube / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if GobbleCube is the right fit.
When to use GobbleCube
- Consumer goods brands selling through quick commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Emerging brands managing a focused catalogue of up to 50 SKUs, the stated target of the entry plan
- Established brands running an extensive SKU portfolio across several platforms at once
- Brand and sales teams losing time to a separate dashboard for every platform
- Brands expanding into MENA, LATAM and other international markets, addressed by the Global tier
When not to use GobbleCube
- Teams on a small budget: there is no permanent free plan and the entry tier starts at 75,000 INR per month
- Developers who need to plug the tool into their own stack: no public API and no API documentation exist
- Buyers who want to sign up and start alone: every route runs through a sales demo request
- European buyers with strict procurement rules: the site never mentions the GDPR, publishes no DPA and names no EU representative
- Businesses outside digital commerce and retail media: the whole product is built around the digital shelf
How to use GobbleCube
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Request a demo from the contact page: there is no self-service sign-up on the website
- Fill in the form (first name, last name, email, phone, company, brand) to reach a product specialist
- Discuss scope and pricing with the sales team, since only the entry tier has a public price
- Start the 15-day free trial, which requires no credit card and no payment setup
- Open the web application at app.gobblecube.ai and work from the dashboard
- Connect your commerce platforms by granting Google OAuth access so the tool can read platform report emails
- Use the dashboard for real-time analytics, campaign insights and automated reports during the trial
- Install the iOS (15.1 or later) or Android app for insight cards, WatchTower analytics and the GobbsIQ chatbot
- Revoke any integration at any time from the GobbleCube dashboard
- Move onto a paid monthly plan, changing tier whenever you need, with prorated upgrades
Pros & Cons
Pros
- The twelve listed features are included from the entry tier, not reserved for the higher plans
- 15-day free trial with no credit card and no payment setup required
- Monthly billing with no lock-in, cancellation at any time, prorated upgrades and optional annual plans with additional savings
- ISO 27001 certification maintained and SOC 2 Type II claimed on the homepage
- Explicit ban on training machine learning or AI models on email content, with Gmail access limited to a read-only scope and an allowlist of sender domains
- OAuth tokens encrypted with AES-256, TLS 1.2 or above in transit, tokens never logged and audit logs deleted after 90 days
- Integrations can be revoked from the dashboard without support, and a named grievance officer answers within 15 days
Cons
- The site never mentions the GDPR: the only legal framework invoked is Indian law
- No data processing agreement is published or announced as available on request, and no Article 27 EU representative is named, even though data may be processed in the European Union
- No public API: no documentation, no docs or api subdomain, and no API route in the application bundle
- High entry price of 75,000 INR per month, capped at 50 SKUs, while the two higher tiers are quote-only with no public figure
- No permanent free plan and no self-service sign-up: everything goes through a sales demo request
- The marketplaces actually connected are not listed anywhere on the site; only Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho are named, and only inside the Gmail clause of the privacy policy
- Thin published transparency elsewhere: the sub-processor list stops at AWS and covers only the Gmail integration, no interface languages are listed, and the pricing, privacy and terms pages are missing from the declared sitemap
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan. The lowest published price point is GobbsEdge Basic at 75,000 INR per month, covering up to 50 SKUs. The two higher tiers, GobbsEdge Pro and GobbsEdge Global, are quoted on request and display no public amount. A 15-day free trial is offered, with no credit card and no payment setup required. Billing is monthly by default, and annual plans are available with additional savings. Under the terms of service, fees are charged in advance for each cycle and are non-refundable except where law or contract provides otherwise, amounts are exclusive of taxes with TDS deductible by the subscriber, and any charge must be disputed within 14 days.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how GobbleCube handles your data.
GDPR overview
GobbleCube's website never mentions the GDPR. A full-text search across the site, privacy policy and terms of service included, returns no occurrence of "GDPR" or "General Data Protection Regulation". The framework invoked is Indian: the company presents itself as registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in India and handles Personal Information and SPDI (Sensitive Personal Data or Information) "in accordance with applicable Indian law". A named Grievance Officer, Mr. Satyam Krishna, can be reached at grievance@gobblecube.ai or at the Gurugram office on weekdays, with requests resolved within 15 days. Consent is described as express and informed, with no pre-ticked boxes and withdrawal possible at any time, and users may decline non-essential collection. Data may be transferred to India, the United States, the European Union or other jurisdictions. No Article 27 EU representative is designated.
Who owns the data?
The terms split ownership in two. The publisher retains all rights, title and interest in the Services, the platform, the software and the related intellectual property, and grants the subscriber only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. The customer side keeps its own material: clause 7.2 makes the subscriber responsible for holding the rights to the Performance Data it supplies, meaning its performance, advertising and marketplace data. Clause 7.3 limits the provider to using that data solely to deliver the Services, and adds that it does not intentionally process end-consumer personal data. Customers can request complete deletion of their integration data and audit logs, answered within 30 days.
Reuse rights
The publisher says it processes business performance and operational data, not personal correspondence and not consumer-side personal data unless a service genuinely requires it. Log data is collected as well: IP address, browser version, pages visited, date and time, and time spent. Cookies can be accepted or refused, with refusal limiting parts of the service. The Gmail integration runs on Google OAuth with a read-only scope and an allowlist of sender domains such as Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho, so only emails coming from supported commerce platforms are read; permitted uses are business analytics, performance reporting, integration sync and automated report generation. Selling or sharing data with third parties, advertising, profiling, behavioural tracking and "Training machine learning or AI models on user email content" are listed as prohibited. Personal correspondence, non-platform emails, contacts, calendar and other Google Workspace data are explicitly out of scope. Third-party companies engaged to help deliver the service get no right to use the data for their own purposes, and AWS is the only sub-processor named. Nothing in the published terms restricts what a subscriber may do with the reports and insights produced from its own Performance Data; the reservation of rights covers the platform and the software, not the customer's outputs.

Hosting summary
The privacy policy names no primary hosting country and no default region. Under International Data Transfers it states that "Data may be processed and stored in India, the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions where our infrastructure providers operate." AWS is the only sub-processor named, cited for storing OAuth tokens for the Gmail integration, and the policy adds that no other third party has access to those tokens or to email data. Tokens are encrypted with AES-256, transport uses TLS 1.2 or above, and email content is not cached beyond the active retrieval session. The publisher describes a security framework aligned with ISO 27001, says the certification is maintained, and claims SOC 2 Type II on the homepage. The company itself is Indian, based in Gurugram, and the terms place disputes under Indian law with arbitration seated there. Note that the website sits behind a Cloudflare anycast network, so the IP address the domain resolves to says nothing about where customer data actually lives.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting GobbleCube.
- The only public price is in Indian rupees and the two upper tiers show no figure at all, so budgeting requires a sales conversation
- The entry plan is capped at 50 SKUs: check the real scope of your catalogue before comparing quotes
- The marketplaces actually connected are not listed on the site, so have them confirmed in writing before buying
- No GDPR mention, no data processing agreement and no EU representative: a possible blocker for a European buyer's legal or procurement review
- The Gmail integration grants read access to a mailbox, restricted by a sender allowlist, and the published sub-processor list (AWS) covers only that integration: worth validating with your security team
- Automated rulesets act on shelf data such as rank, stock and price: keep a human review on the rules so pricing and campaign decisions are not left running unattended
- The mobile apps are linked from no page of the site, so check the publisher (CFOP TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED) before installing; funding figures also come from the press, not from the site
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Low technical difficulty, but not instant. There is no self-service sign-up: access starts with a demo request and a sales conversation. Once opened, the 15-day trial needs no credit card. Connecting commerce platforms means granting Google OAuth consent on a read-only scope, which a business user can handle, and integrations can be revoked from the dashboard without help. No API has to be integrated and no development work is required. Mobile apps are available on both stores. The real friction is procedural rather than technical, since no public technical documentation exists and setup questions go through the vendor.

Should you pick GobbleCube?
GobbleCube is a deliberately vertical product. It is built for digital commerce, quick commerce first and the Indian market before any other, and it makes no attempt to pass for a general analytics platform. Within that scope the functional coverage is unusually complete from the entry tier onwards: shelf diagnostics, competitor benchmarking, goal-based advertising, availability tracking and category discovery all sit in the same twelve-feature bundle rather than being parcelled out across price points. Combined with a 15-day trial that needs no card, monthly billing without lock-in and prorated upgrades, that makes the tool genuinely easy to test on real numbers.
The security posture is presented seriously: ISO 27001 maintained, SOC 2 Type II claimed, AES-256 encrypted tokens, a read-only Gmail scope narrowed by a sender allowlist, and an explicit refusal to train models on email content. Legal transparency for a European buyer is another matter. The site never mentions the GDPR, publishes no data processing agreement and names no Article 27 representative, while stating that data may be stored in the European Union. The recourse route offered is an Indian grievance officer. That gap says nothing about the product's actual practices, but it does leave a European procurement team without the documents it usually asks for.
Two further reservations. The entry price of 75,000 INR per month is high and capped at 50 SKUs, and the two upper tiers show no figure at all, so any serious comparison needs a sales call. The company is young but well funded, with roughly USD 20.4 million raised across three rounds. Worth a look for brands with real quick commerce volume; harder to justify for small catalogues or for buyers who need EU paperwork.
