GoMarble

GoMarble is an AI agent platform for paid media teams and agencies. Its agents watch campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and analytics accounts, explain what changed and queue the next move, but nothing goes live until you approve it.

Overview

What is GoMarble?

GoMarble calls itself one operating system for paid-media analysis, action, and approval. Built by GoMarble Technology Private Limited, an Indian company, it places a fleet of AI agents on top of the ad accounts a performance team already runs, and forces every live change through a human decision.

The layer that makes those agents useful is Brand IQ. It learns from your highest-spending ads, landing pages, customer reviews, personas, performance data and campaign results, then refreshes itself daily without anyone writing a prompt. Because that context already exists, an agent asked why ROAS fell yesterday answers with your winners, your benchmarks and your guardrails in mind rather than with generic advice. Around twenty specialist agents can be assigned to recurring jobs: account audits, creative fatigue monitoring, weekly client reporting, budget pacing. A shared context keeps the creative strategist, the media buyer and the analyst working from the same personas, angles and playbooks.

Action is deliberately fenced in. Agents only touch accounts explicitly authorized through OAuth, and write access is limited to Meta Ads and Google Ads; every other channel stays read-only analysis. Each proposed change lands in an approval queue with a summary, the exact fields being modified, warnings and an estimated impact. You approve it, edit a field first, or let it expire, since the approval window lasts at least two and a half minutes and the operation is cancelled automatically beyond it. Agent governance adds role-based access control, per-account scope, an audit trail and an immediate stop switch.

Around the agents sit creative analytics and competitor research built on a library of more than 1.5 million ads, live dashboards, scheduled reports, a Slack integration and an MCP server at mcp.gomarble.ai that exposes the same tools to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and n8n. GoMarble claims more than 3 billion USD of annualized spend under agent management, 16,500 agentic actions a day and 12,000 connected ad accounts, and open-source paid media skills installable in one command.

The company's own line is the clearest summary of the design: If AI touches real money, "trust me" is not a safety system.

What it does

  • Diagnose a drop in performance and trace it back to a root cause
  • Launch, edit and pause Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns once a human approves the change
  • Shift budget between campaigns and cut spend on losing ads
  • Analyze creative performance: hooks, formats, messaging and ad fatigue
  • Research competitor ads, angles and market openings
  • Brief new creative with scripts, storyboards and ad copy
  • Build live dashboards and send scheduled reports to the team or to clients

When to use GoMarble / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if GoMarble is the right fit.

When to use GoMarble

  • In-house paid media teams managing live budgets across several ad accounts at once
  • Performance agencies running multiple clients from one workspace, with roles, account scopes and approvals mapped per client
  • DTC and e-commerce brands whose Shopify and Klaviyo data sits next to their ad spend
  • Solo growth operators who need the analyst, creative strategist and media buyer they cannot hire
  • Marketing leads who lose hours every week rebuilding the same performance and client reports

When not to use GoMarble

  • Advertisers whose spend sits mainly on TikTok, LinkedIn or Microsoft Ads, where GoMarble reads the data but cannot act on it
  • Anyone looking for a permanently free tool, since the cheapest paid tier is 97 USD per month billed annually
  • Teams that want a hands-off autopilot: every change waits in an approval queue for a human decision
  • Organizations that require EU data residency, or a completed SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 audit before signing
  • Marketers expecting generated creative to be pre-checked against Meta and Google advertising policies

How to use GoMarble

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Create an account on apps.gomarble.ai for a free trial, or book a demo if you want the Flagship path
  2. Connect your ad and data accounts through OAuth: Meta, Google Ads, GA4, TikTok, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo, Search Console, Snowflake
  3. Let Brand IQ build itself from your ads, landing pages, reviews and performance data; brand-aware answers arrive the same day
  4. Ask questions in plain language inside the workspace, or from Slack, or from an MCP client such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or n8n
  5. Connect the MCP server if you work from Claude: Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, then https://mcp.gomarble.ai, then Authorize
  6. Assign agents to recurring jobs such as account audits, creative fatigue monitoring or weekly reporting, and set the accounts each agent may touch
  7. Set governance before the first action: roles, per-account scope and who is allowed to approve
  8. Review the approval queue, where each proposed action shows a summary, the fields being modified, warnings and an estimated impact
  9. Approve the action, edit a field before approving, or let the window expire so the operation is cancelled automatically
  10. Check dashboards and scheduled reports, and use the audit trail or the stop switch if an agent behaves unexpectedly

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Mandatory human approval before any live change, with the exact modified fields, warnings and an estimated impact shown first
  • No training on customer data, stated consistently across the privacy policy, the AI terms and the security page
  • A published subprocessor list, sixteen entries with location and role, and retention periods quantified item by item
  • Unusually precise security documentation, including the OAuth permissions requested platform by platform
  • An AI terms page that is candid about its own failure modes instead of reassuring
  • Multi-channel analysis in one place: Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo and more
  • Access from Slack or from an MCP client, plus business and app verification completed with Google, Meta and Shopify

Cons

  • SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR are all listed as "In progress", and the DPA confirms no third-party certification or audit report is available
  • Agentic actions are limited to Meta Ads and Google Ads; every other connected channel is read-only
  • No automatic rollback: GoMarble cannot undo a change already applied to an ad account
  • No permanently free plan, and the entry tier is read-only with a single seat
  • Hosting is in the United States only, with no EU data residency option
  • Pricing is USD only and indexed on monthly ad spend, with an internal inconsistency: /mcp shows Operator at 279 USD per month where /pricing shows 297
  • No postal address is published anywhere on the site, and no company LinkedIn or social page is linked

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how GoMarble handles your data.

GDPR overview

GoMarble publishes a full Data Processing Addendum written under GDPR (EU) 2016/679 and the CCPA. It names GoMarble as processor, commits to assisting with Articles 32 to 36, routes data subject requests back to the customer, frames non-EU transfers through adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 and Article 49 derogations, grants an audit right on 30 days' notice and promises breach notification without undue delay. Requests go to legal@gomarble.ai, acknowledged within two business days and targeted for resolution within thirty. The site nonetheless contradicts itself: the /security compliance table lists GDPR as "In progress" alongside SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, and section 9.3 of the DPA states that GoMarble offers no third-party certifications or audit reports. No Article 27 EU representative is named. The contractual framework is in place; certified compliance is not.

Who owns the data?

Under the Data Processing Addendum, GoMarble Technology Private Limited acts as processor and the customer as controller: the customer retains ownership of its personal data and is responsible for its legality, accuracy and validity. The terms of service keep the platform, its software and its intellectual property with GoMarble, while user-generated content remains the property of the user. OAuth tokens for connected ad accounts are stored encrypted and can be revoked by the customer at any time. Each workspace's data stays isolated and is processed only to deliver the requested functionality, never shared with other organizations. At the end of the contract, data is deleted or returned at the customer's choice.

Reuse rights

The analyses, dashboards, reports and creative briefs produced in the workspace belong to the user, who can reuse them in campaigns, decks and client deliverables without asking GoMarble for permission. On the publisher's side, data is processed to run accounts and billing, two-factor authentication, dashboards, analytics and reporting, the AI agents, personalization, GoMarble's own advertising, aggregate analytics, support, security and legal compliance. Account and campaign data is sent to third-party model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) solely for real-time inference: "We do not use your data to train or fine-tune any AI model." Prompts, completions, token counts and latency are logged to Langfuse for operational monitoring only, and product analytics run through Mixpanel, PostHog, Statsig, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry and Customer.io. Session summaries and user preferences extracted by the agents are stored durably and deleted on request to legal@gomarble.ai. Aggregated, de-identified data may be used to improve the AI features.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Retention is quantified category by category. Account and profile data is deleted or de-identified within 24 months of closure. Billing and transaction records are kept for 7 years. Service and security logs run up to 12 months, and backups rotate on roughly a 35-day cycle. For marketing, the suppression list is kept indefinitely while the associated profile is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing. OAuth tokens last for the life of the account and can be revoked at any time, as can the session summaries and preferences extracted by the agents, which are deleted on request to legal@gomarble.ai. Performance data is not stored durably unless you save it explicitly. At the end of the contract, data is deleted or returned, at the customer's choice.

Hosting summary

GoMarble's services are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and only there. The inference providers that power the agents (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) are US-based as well, so prompts and account data processed in real time stay under US jurisdiction. A handful of subprocessors sit elsewhere: Langfuse in the EU and the US, Cashfree and Zoho in India and the US, Partnero in the EU, Google Cloud Storage in India and the US. Transfers outside the EU are framed contractually in the DPA through adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses under Article 46 and Article 49 derogations. Data is encrypted with TLS in transit and AES-256-GCM at rest on sensitive fields, and production is separated from non-production environments. There is no EU data residency option: a European organization that needs its advertising and customer data to stay in the EU will not find that choice here.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting GoMarble.

  • There is no automatic rollback. Once an approved action reaches Meta or Google, GoMarble cannot undo it, and actions completed before a mid-batch failure remain in effect on the platform
  • Approving an action that switches a campaign on starts real spend immediately, and that spend is your responsibility, not the vendor's
  • The approval queue only protects you if you actually read it. A two-and-a-half-minute window plus a daily flow of proposals invites rubber-stamping, and the contract explicitly forbids automating or bypassing the review step
  • A network error can leave an action applied on the ad platform while GoMarble records it as failed. Check the ad account directly before retrying, or you may end up in a partial, inconsistent state
  • Re-proposing an action after an approval timeout can create duplicate campaigns or duplicate spend
  • GoMarble does not pre-check generated creative against Meta and Google advertising policies. Rejections, disapprovals or account suspensions remain your problem
  • Liability is capped at 100 USD or the amount paid over the previous three months, under Indian law, exclusive Karnataka jurisdiction and ICC arbitration, while SOC 2, ISO 27001 and GDPR are all still in progress
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low for the standard path. There is no code: you create an account, connect each ad account through OAuth, and Brand IQ builds itself without prompting, with brand-aware answers claimed the same day. The real prerequisite is administrative rights on the ad accounts you want to connect. Slack requires the Operator plan. The MCP server takes four steps in Claude (Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, Authorize). Only the developer route needs technical skill: an SSE endpoint with OAuth 2.0 and a FastMCP client example. Flagship customers get guided onboarding and a dedicated success manager.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do GoMarble agents change my campaigns on their own?
No. Every action is proposed with the exact change it would make, and it is only executed after you approve it explicitly. If you do not approve within the window, which lasts at least two and a half minutes, the operation is cancelled automatically.
Which advertising platforms does GoMarble support?
Analysis covers Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo and more, with 24 connectors named as native or MCP and 80+ claimed overall. Agentic actions, however, are currently limited to Meta Ads and Google Ads; every other channel is read-only.
How long does setup take?
There is no code to write. You create an account, connect your ad accounts through OAuth, and Brand IQ starts building immediately. GoMarble states you can get brand-aware answers the same day. The real prerequisite is holding admin rights on the ad accounts you want to connect.
How is this different from a general-purpose AI assistant?
Brand IQ already knows your winning ads, your benchmarks and your guardrails, and refreshes daily without prompting, while agents monitor accounts continuously rather than waiting for a question. GoMarble also executes approved changes directly in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Can my whole team use it?
Yes, from the Operator plan upward: unlimited seats with role-based access control, per-account scope for each agent, an approval queue and an audit trail. The entry-level Copilot plan is limited to a single seat and read-only agents.
Is there a free plan?
No. GoMarble offers a free trial but no permanently free tier. Paid access starts at 97 USD per month for Copilot on annual billing, or 139 USD per month without commitment.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. The privacy policy states that GoMarble does not use your data to train or fine-tune any AI model, and that data is sent to AI providers solely for real-time inference. Prompts and completions logged to Langfuse are used for operational monitoring only.
Where is my data hosted?
On Amazon Web Services in the United States. The inference providers are US-based as well, while a few subprocessors sit in the EU or in India. There is no EU data residency option.
Can an executed action be undone?
No. There is no automatic rollback: GoMarble cannot undo changes already applied to your ad accounts, and actions completed before a mid-batch failure remain in effect on the platform. Reversing them means doing it yourself in Meta or Google.
Is there a mobile app, and is there an age limit?
There is no mobile application. GoMarble runs as a web app, inside Slack, and through its MCP server for clients such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and n8n. The terms of service and the privacy policy set a minimum age of 18.
Conclusion

Should you pick GoMarble?

GoMarble is a serious, unusually well-documented tool for teams that manage live advertising budgets rather than experiment with them. Its two strongest arguments are structural: no change reaches an ad account without an explicit human approval, and customer data is never used to train or fine-tune a model, a claim repeated consistently across the privacy policy, the AI terms and the security page. The subprocessor list, the retention periods and the OAuth permissions requested platform by platform are published in more detail than most competitors bother with, and the AI terms page is candid about what can go wrong: no rollback, possible duplicate spend after an approval timeout, no pre-check of generated creative against Meta and Google policies.

The weak point is compliance maturity. SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and GDPR are all marked In progress, and the DPA confirms that no third-party certification or audit report is available today. Hosting is United States only, with no EU residency option, which a European organization will have to weigh against a DPA that is otherwise properly written under the GDPR.

The scope of action is still narrow. Analysis spans Meta, Google, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Shopify and Klaviyo, but agents can only write to Meta Ads and Google Ads, so a multi-channel buyer gets insight everywhere and automation in two places. The company is young, its domain was registered at the end of 2023, and a single seed round is reported by third-party aggregators only. Pricing starts at 97 USD per month on annual billing, with no permanently free plan.

Worth a trial if you run six-figure monthly spend on Meta and Google, want an audit trail on every change, and can live with US hosting and certifications still on the roadmap.
