gridhub.ai is the software platform of Hybrid Greentech, a Danish company building decision tools for energy storage and Power-to-X. Its home page opens with Welcome to gridhub.ai and the promise to reduce your cost of electricity by right time of use intelligence; the product pitch is a fully AI-driven Virtual Power Plant with multi-market aggregation and trading. The publisher describes an ecosystem of three parts. The publisher claims a payback period shortened by ten years, operating profit improved by 10% a year, battery degradation reduced by up to 61% in multi-market operation, and levelised Power-to-X hydrogen production cost reduced by up to 15%. These are vendor figures, published without methodology and without an independent source.

Hybrid Greentech publishes a privacy policy that places itself explicitly under the GDPR, referred to as the EU Personal Data Regulation as per 25.05.2018. It enumerates data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, unconditional objection to direct marketing, withdrawal of consent and portability. It names the Danish supervisory authority, Datatilsynet, for complaints, and gives info@hybridgreentech.com as the contact. Accounting data is kept five years from the end of the financial year under Danish accounting law, and file sharing is announced by email or through an end-to-end encrypted service described as GDPR ready. No Article 27 representative is named, consistent with the publisher being established in Denmark, and no data protection officer is designated. The policy has been in force since 17 July 2018 with no later update indicated, and it was written for the publisher's consulting business rather than for gridhub.ai.
Who owns the data?
No published contract governs ownership of customer data for gridhub.ai: the product has no terms of use, and the only applicable document is Hybrid Greentech's own privacy policy.
