What is Image Prompt?
Image Prompt, published by EchoFlow, LLC, is a browser-based workshop for the sentence that sits between an idea and an AI-generated picture. It works in both directions: it reads an image and writes the prompt that could have produced it, and it takes a prompt and produces the image. Eleven tools sit in four families. Image to Text covers Image to Prompt, Batch Image to Prompt for bulk conversion, and an AI Image Describer that answers questions about a picture. Text to Prompt holds Magic Enhance, which grows a short phrase into a full prompt, plus Edit with AI for plain-language rewrites and Translate for moving a prompt between languages. The output is deliberately shaped for whatever engine you feed next: seven prompt formats are on offer, including a structured form whose subject, lighting and composition remain editable, a JSON variant, and presets for Flux, Midjourney and Stable Diffusion. Prompts can be returned in sixteen languages and the interface itself runs in twelve, which matches the company's stated aim of removing both technical and linguistic barriers. On the generation side the site serves Flux.1 Schnell, Imagen 4 and the Nano Banana family, with GPT Image 2 in the model picker and five aspect ratios from 1024x1024 down to 576x1024. Uploads accept PNG, JPG or WEBP up to 4 MB, by click, drag, Ctrl+V paste or URL.
Two separate internal currencies govern usage and cannot be swapped: Prompt Credits are spent whenever the AI reads an image or video and returns text, Image Generation Credits whenever it creates one. A free account gets five Prompt Credits a day, unlimited text-to-prompt runs and two Flux.1 Schnell generations, though image generation requires signing in. Around the tools sit a style gallery organised by art movement and a tutorials section. The site is candid about its ceiling: complex scenes stay difficult, outputs can be inconsistent, copyrighted characters and logos are out of reach, and model bias is acknowledged. GDPR overview
There is no GDPR mention of any kind. Across the twelve pages collected, the words GDPR, data protection, DSAR and erasure never appear once; no legal basis is cited and no access, rectification, portability or deletion right is spelled out. No data protection officer is named, no Article 27 representative is designated, no data processing agreement is offered and no subprocessor list is published. The privacy policy, last updated 22 December 2024, runs to six short sections built around order processing: it declares the collection of name, email and payment details, session and persistent cookies, and Google Analytics transmitting your IP address to servers in the United States, with Google's browser opt-out add-on as the only remedy offered. The terms place the service under Delaware law, with arbitration in Delaware.
Who owns the data?
EchoFlow, LLC keeps every right to the site and its services, while you keep what you make with them. The terms grant you the right to download and use any image or prompt you generate for any lawful purpose, and the paid plans and credit packs carry a commercial licence. Whatever you upload stays yours, and so does the duty to hold its rights. On the account side the company collects and stores your name, email and payment details as far as running the service requires, keeps no card data on its own servers, and states that it shares personal data with no third party beyond order processing, never selling, trading or renting it.
Reuse rights
You may reuse the output freely and without asking permission: the terms give you the right to download and use any generated image or prompt for any lawful purpose, and commercial use is covered by the commercial licence bundled with every paid plan and credit pack. Two limits frame that freedom. Access must run through the website interface, since scraping, automated access and API calls outside the publicly documented API are all prohibited; and the output itself must stay lawful, with NSFW content refused and copyrighted characters or logos described by the site as beyond the models' reach. Clearing the rights on anything you upload remains entirely your responsibility.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The site publishes no hosting jurisdiction for account data: there is no trust or security page, and neither the privacy policy nor the terms say where user records are kept. The single explicit location concerns analytics — the privacy policy states that Google Analytics data, including your IP address, is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Payment details are said not to be held on the company's own servers at all, being handled by Stripe, and uploaded images are described as processed in real time, never stored and deleted immediately afterwards. At network level the domain resolves to 172.67.162.254, an anycast address on Cloudflare's AS13335 geolocated to San Francisco: that identifies a CDN edge, not a place where data rests, and should not be read as a storage location. The publisher, EchoFlow, LLC, operates under Delaware law. No subprocessor is listed, no DPA is offered and no international transfer mechanism is described.

The free tier is not a teaser either: unlimited text-to-prompt runs and five daily credits are enough to decide whether the tool earns a place in your workflow. Prices are printed openly, one-off packs exist for occasional needs, and several image models are reachable without stacking subscriptions.
The reservations are almost entirely about the company rather than the product. There is no postal address, no legal notice page, no retention period for account data, and not one mention of the GDPR across a dozen pages — a serious gap for anyone in Europe or in a regulated setting, and enough on its own to rule the service out for that use. A single personal email address answers for legal, support, privacy and affiliate questions alike. The refund policy is strict, and the pricing page contradicts its own FAQ on how long pack credits survive. The API remains in testing, and there is no mobile app or extension.
