Video Generation turns any problem or solution into a narrated, animated explainer. The publisher claims a first frame in five to ten seconds, and its April 2026 changelog puts a complete second-generation video at fifteen seconds. Every artefact stays editable.
The AI Tutor is positioned as the opposite of a chatbot you query: it watches the learner work on a whiteboard and steps in at the exact point where reasoning breaks, rather than after the final answer. GDPR overview
The privacy notice, last updated 28 December 2025, is a Termly-generated document with a real GDPR section rather than a passing mention. It sets out the legal bases relied on — consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations and vital interests — and grants EEA, UK, Swiss and Canadian users access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and freedom from automated decision-making, with links to the relevant supervisory authorities. Who owns the data?
The terms are explicit that you keep your content: MetaDigits.AI, Inc. asserts no ownership over your Contributions, and you retain full ownership and any associated intellectual property rights. Nothing in the terms restricts what you do with the solutions, videos, quizzes or flashcards Mathos AI produces for you: no separate output licence is imposed and no attribution is required, so you may reuse them for your own study without asking permission. The limits are contractual rather than about the content itself. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only, and using the service for any revenue-generating endeavour, or to compete with the publisher, is listed as a prohibited activity. Systematically retrieving content to build a collection, compilation or database, and any scraping or automated extraction, are also forbidden without written permission. On the publisher's own side, your inputs and outputs are shared with third-party AI service providers, OpenAI named among them, and the privacy notice states that no personal information has been sold or shared in the past twelve months and that none will be in future.
