Connectivity is a significant part of the offer: 102 connectors across ten categories, advertised at more than 10,357 actions, let a site or internal tool exchange data two ways with tools such as Stripe, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce and Google Sheets. Custom code and calls to external APIs remain possible for cases a connector does not cover. An integrated image generator, Nano Banana, produces imagery while you build.
Modulify also runs a migration route for teams coming from Webflow, rebuilding selected sites one-to-one while preserving design, pages, CMS structure and content model. The FAQ is careful to state that Modulify is not built on Webflow and does not export back to it. Access requires a Google account, the platform runs in all modern browsers, and pricing is based on flat monthly credits rather than token billing.

GDPR overview
There is no mention of the GDPR anywhere on the site. A search across every page collected, archived HTML included, returned no occurrence of GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2 or ISO 27001. No Article 27 representative is designated, no data protection officer is named, no data processing agreement is offered and no subprocessor list is published; the sitemap contains no trust or security page. The privacy policy, last updated on 20 January 2026, argues from facts rather than from compliance: it states that no personally identifiable information is required, that no cookies, log data or in-platform tracking are used, and that generated content is not stored. Google is the only third party identified, through Analytics 4 and mandatory Google sign-in. No data subject right, legal basis or retention period is described.
Who owns the data?
The terms are explicit: users keep full ownership of the sites, web apps, designs and content they create or import on Modulify, and may publish, modify or distribute that work for personal or commercial purposes without restriction. Azwedo states that it claims no rights over user-generated content, and the FAQ repeats the point in plain language. One clause qualifies this. By using the service, users grant Azwedo a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish and distribute their content for the purpose of providing and improving Modulify. Separately, the privacy policy states that no user data is shared, sold, rented or traded with third parties.
Reuse rights
End users may reuse everything they produce on Modulify without asking permission. The terms grant publication, modification and distribution rights for both personal and commercial use, with no restriction imposed by the vendor, and material imported from an existing site — a Webflow project, for instance — is treated exactly like content created in the platform. In the other direction, the privacy policy states that text entered or generated in the app stays confidential, is not stored on Modulify's servers, and that the vendor neither accesses nor retains the content processed by its AI. Readers should nonetheless note that the terms reserve a broad worldwide licence allowing Azwedo to use that same content to provide and improve the service, and that the two documents do not fully overlap on this point.

Hosting summary
Modulify publishes no hosting jurisdiction. Neither the privacy policy, the terms nor any other page names a country or region where user data is stored, and the site has no trust or security page that would set out the infrastructure behind the service. The FAQ states only that Modulify generates, hosts and publishes sites on its own infrastructure, without saying where that infrastructure sits. The privacy policy adds that text entered or generated in the app is not stored on Modulify's servers, and that the vendor does not retain content processed by its AI. Analytics data is an explicit exception: it is collected through Google Analytics 4 and is processed and stored by Google under Google's own policy. The public site is served through Cloudflare, whose anycast address resolves to a United States node, but that reflects the content delivery network rather than any storage location and should not be read as a hosting jurisdiction.

The generation step is only part of the offer: the CMS, hosting, live publishing, SEO controls and built-in analytics mean a project can go from a sentence to a production site without leaving the platform, and the 102 connectors — each named individually on the site — make the integration claim checkable rather than decorative. Flat credit pricing is a genuine advantage over token-metered competitors, because the monthly cost does not move with the length or complexity of what you generate.
Two reservations deserve attention before committing. The first is governance: the site publishes no GDPR statement, no data processing agreement, no subprocessor list and no security page, and the privacy policy's promise that content is never stored sits awkwardly beside a terms clause granting Azwedo a worldwide licence to use that content to improve the service.
