PageOn.AI
PageOn.AI turns a prompt, document or dataset into designed presentations, posters and infographics. Its AI agents research the topic, plan the narrative and lay out every slide with interactive charts, maps and animated graphics.
What is PageOn.AI?
PageOn.AI is a visual communication platform that turns a prompt, a document or a dataset into finished presentations, posters, social graphics, infographics and reports. It is published by IART TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong and trading as PageOn.ai; the domain went live in July 2024.
The product is built around an agent the vendor calls PageOn 3.0. Rather than filling a fixed template, it researches the topic, gathers supporting data, plans a narrative suited to the audience, then designs each page individually with its own layout, charts and iconography. Seven input formats are accepted without reformatting: CSV and Excel, with columns and data types detected automatically; PDF; DOC and DOCX; Markdown; a URL whose content is crawled and cited on the slides; plain text or a bare prompt; and images, used either as visuals or as style references.
What separates PageOn from a conventional deck builder is what it puts on the page. Content is assembled from modular blocks arranged by drag-and-drop and slash commands, and those blocks include interactive Plotly charts an audience can explore, geographic maps, 3D models, animated SVG graphics and embedded YouTube or audio media. A feature called Deeper Search hunts down visuals and figures for the topic and cites where they came from. Brand identity is applied in one pass: upload a logo, paste a website URL, or simply describe the intended style, and colours, fonts and logo follow across every output. Twelve named style families are offered ready to adopt, from Startup Pitch Split to Employee Handbook Classic.
Editing happens in plain language — click any element and describe the change. Finished work is shared as an interactive web link on every plan, or exported to PDF, PowerPoint and high-resolution images on the paid tier. The vendor claims more than 100,000 creators across 120 countries. A separate Chrome extension, AI Visual Translator, converts academic papers and technical documents into SVG visuals. Pricing is freemium: the free plan allows a single file, and Pro starts at 7.49 USD per month on an annual commitment.
What it does
- Generate a complete presentation, poster, infographic or report from a single prompt
- Import a CSV, Excel file, PDF, Word document, Markdown file or URL and turn it into a designed deck
- Research a topic automatically and cite the sources it used on the slides themselves
- Build interactive charts, geographic maps, animated SVG graphics and embedded video into pages
- Apply a brand identity — logo, colours, fonts — consistently across every output
- Edit any element by clicking it and describing the change in plain language
- Share work as an interactive web link, or export it to PDF, PowerPoint and images
When to use PageOn.AI / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if PageOn.AI is the right fit.
When to use PageOn.AI
- Founders and executives building investor pitch decks who need market figures turned into charts rather than bullet lists
- Product managers, data analysts and operations leads who present CSV exports and dashboard data to stakeholders every week
- Teachers, lecturers and corporate trainers converting lecture notes or research papers into infographic-style teaching material
- Marketers, social media managers and communications teams producing on-brand posters, campaign decks and social visuals at speed
- Consultants, freelancers and solo creators with no design training who still need client-facing work to look professionally designed
When not to use PageOn.AI
- Developers wanting to generate decks programmatically: there is no API, no SDK and no developer documentation
- Anyone expecting a usable free tier, since the free plan caps creation at a single file and blocks every file export
- Organisations whose procurement requires a signed Data Processing Agreement or an audited SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certificate
- European public bodies and regulated buyers needing EU data residency: data sits on United States servers with no alternative region
- Users under 18, and anyone needing a desktop or mobile app rather than a browser-based tool
How to use PageOn.AI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account at pageon.ai/app, by email or through a social login; no payment card is required
- Describe the topic you want to present, or paste a URL, upload a PDF, or import a CSV or Excel file
- Set the output shape if needed: the prompt bar exposes an aspect ratio, such as 16:9, and a page count, such as 10 to 12
- Let the agent research the subject, collect supporting data and plan the structure of the deck
- Pick a visual direction, either by describing the look you want or by adopting one of the twelve named style families
- Set up your brand once: upload a logo, paste your website URL, or describe your brand style, then adjust colours and fonts
- Review the generated pages, in which each slide has its own layout, charts and infographic blocks
- Refine anything by clicking the element and telling the agent in plain words what to change
- Share the result as an interactive web link, available on every plan including the free one
- On a Pro plan, export to PDF, PowerPoint or high-resolution images; exported slides stay editable
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Output is genuinely visual — interactive charts, maps and animated graphics — where rival tools stop at styled bullet points
- Every slide gets its own layout instead of a template filled with your text
- Seven input formats are accepted as they are, including spreadsheets and a plain URL whose sources are cited
- Brand identity is applied automatically and can be captured from nothing more than your website address
- Editing needs no design skill: you click an element and say what you want changed
- Pricing is low for the category, at 7.49 USD per month on an annual commitment, and a permanent free tier needs no card
- Unusual transparency for this price bracket: the AI providers are named, a DPO is appointed and EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place
Cons
- The free plan allows one single file, which makes it a demonstration rather than a workable tier
- File export to PDF, PowerPoint and images is Pro-only; free output carries a watermark and exists only as a web link
- No API, no SDK and no developer documentation, so nothing can be automated from outside the interface
- No mobile or desktop application: the product is a browser tool, with an optional Chrome extension
- No Data Processing Agreement and no audited security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001
- Data sits on United States servers with no residency choice, and no Article 27 EU representative is named
- Legal drafting is untidy: the User Agreement still carries unfilled [State] placeholders for governing law and jurisdiction
Pricing & Plans
A permanent free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment card, though it limits creation to one file and withholds file exports. The lowest paid entry point is 7.49 USD per month, billed annually at 89.99 USD; the same Pro plan costs 9.99 USD per month without an annual commitment. All prices are quoted in United States dollars.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how PageOn.AI handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR is addressed in substance rather than claimed as a badge: the privacy notice never uses the words GDPR compliant. It does set out the legal bases relied on under the GDPR and UK GDPR — consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations and vital interests — and details the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and non-automated decision-making, with routes to complain to a Member State authority, the UK ICO or the Swiss Commissioner. A Data Protection Officer is named, reachable at a dedicated email and at a Hong Kong postal address. Transfers out of the EEA and UK rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, available on request. Two gaps remain: no Article 27 EU representative is designated, and no Data Processing Agreement is published.
Who owns the data?
The User Agreement states that users keep the rights to the original content they create, while granting PageOn a licence to host and display it. Content generated by the AI comes back to the user under a non-exclusive licence only, and the agreement makes clear that PageOn keeps ownership of the AI technology, systems and algorithms behind it, along with its own name, logo and branding. Users are told they must review and verify AI output for accuracy. Content is not held indefinitely on the vendor's side: after an account is terminated, user content may be deleted after thirty days.
Reuse rights
Original content stays the user's own, so it can be reused freely and commercially without asking PageOn for permission. AI-generated output is different: the agreement grants only a non-exclusive licence to use it, so the user may publish and present it but does not hold exclusive rights over it, and remains responsible for checking that it is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights. In the other direction, PageOn takes a licence to host and display uploaded and generated content, and the privacy notice confirms that prompts, outputs and personal data are passed to named AI providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs and Google Cloud AI — to run the features. Excluding your data from that AI processing is possible, but only by emailing the company; there is no self-service switch. Prohibited uses are spelled out at length, including reverse engineering the AI systems, automated access and a detailed list of banned content categories.

Hosting summary
The privacy notice is explicit: the servers are located in the United States, and the User Agreement repeats that both the services and user data are hosted there. Accessing the product from outside the United States is treated as consent to that transfer, storage and processing. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which the vendor says it will provide on request. Cloud computing and website hosting providers are declared as categories of third parties, but none is named for hosting specifically, and no alternative region or data-residency option is offered. Payment data is handled and stored separately by the payment processor, outside the vendor's own systems. A network check on 12 August 2026 resolved the site to a Cloudflare anycast address, which describes the delivery edge rather than where data is stored. No hosting certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is mentioned anywhere on the site.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting PageOn.AI.
- The free plan's single-file cap is easy to miss until you hit it, and nothing you make on it can be exported as a file
- The Start Free Trial button opens the permanent free plan, not a time-limited trial of Pro; there is no Pro trial at all
- Prompts and generated output are passed to Anthropic, OpenAI, Black Forest Labs and Google Cloud AI, so a confidential document leaves the vendor's own perimeter
- The vendor never says whether customer data trains models, and excluding your data requires an email rather than a setting
- Automatically researched content arrives with citations that look authoritative; the agreement puts the duty to verify accuracy squarely on you, and generated figures need checking before an audience sees them
- Data is held in the United States by a Hong Kong company, with no Data Processing Agreement, no audited certification and no Article 27 EU representative
- Content may be deleted thirty days after an account ends, partial subscription periods are not refunded, and Do-Not-Track browser signals are ignored
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low. The product is a browser application: create an account by email or social login, with no payment card, and the first deck comes from a single prompt. Brand setup takes one step — upload a logo, paste your website address, or describe the style you want. Editing is done by clicking an element and saying what should change, so no design skill is needed. There is no API, no key to configure and nothing to deploy. The only optional install is a Chrome extension, added from the Chrome Web Store.

Should you pick PageOn.AI?
PageOn.AI has a real and defensible position. Most AI deck generators pour your text into a fixed template; this one researches the subject, plans a narrative and designs each page separately, then puts things on that page a slide tool normally cannot — interactive charts an audience can explore, geographic maps, animated vector graphics, embedded media. Accepting spreadsheets, PDFs and plain URLs as input, and citing the sources it finds, makes it genuinely useful to anyone who presents data rather than opinions. At 7.49 USD per month on an annual commitment it also undercuts much of the category.
The reservations are practical rather than fundamental. The free plan allows a single file and no export, so it is a demonstration and not a tier you can work in; the real decision is whether to pay. There is no API, no mobile or desktop application, and nothing to integrate the tool into an existing pipeline. Buyers with a compliance function will find gaps: no Data Processing Agreement, no audited certification, United States hosting with no residency choice, and no Article 27 representative for a product that openly serves European users. The vendor does better than most at this price on transparency — the AI providers are named, a DPO is appointed, EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place — but it never says whether customer data trains models, and opting out means sending an email.
The publisher is young and small: a Hong Kong company whose domain dates from July 2024, with no known funding and three open roles. Legal housekeeping shows it, down to unfilled placeholders for governing law in the User Agreement. For an individual or a small team who needs visually strong work quickly, that is an acceptable trade. For a regulated buyer, it is not yet.
