Pandada AI
Pandada AI is a browser-based data analysis assistant. Upload CSV, Excel, PDF, PPTX, Word or image files, ask questions in plain language, and get cleaned tables, charts and professional reports without writing a single formula.
What is Pandada AI?
Pandada AI is a browser-based data analysis assistant that sits between a general-purpose chatbot, a spreadsheet and a business intelligence tool. The principle is simple: drop your files in, ask questions in plain language, and get charts and reports back, with no formula and no code. It accepts CSV, XLSX, JSON, PDF, PPTX, Word documents and images, up to 10 files per conversation on the free Basic plan and 20 on Plus, at 50 MB and 200 MB per file respectively. Behind the chat, the tool says it studies the structure of each file, cleans inconsistent formats, repairs broken fields, handles multi-sheet workbooks and identifies relationships between tables. It then maps the relevant fields, builds the calculation logic, factors in context such as quarterly comparisons and outliers, and shows its reasoning rather than returning a bare figure. Reports export to Markdown, PDF or Google Docs, charts to PNG, JPG or SVG, and PowerPoint slides are reserved for Plus. Shortcuts turn repetitive jobs into one click, from merging monthly reports to field cleaning. Two audiences are claimed: non-analysts who get answers without technical skill, and seasoned analysts who delegate the preparatory work. Sign-in runs through a Google account, while Drive, OneDrive, Notion and Confluence connectors, along with real-time collaboration, are still announced as coming.
What it does
- Upload up to 20 files in mixed formats into a single workspace
- Ask a question in plain language and get the answer together with its reasoning
- Clean and repair inconsistent formats and broken fields automatically
- Identify the relationships between several tables or sheets
- Generate charts and visualisations, choosing the type, labels and contrast
- Produce professional reports ready to export
- Trigger one-click shortcuts: merge Excel files, convert PDF to Word or Excel, build a chart

When to use Pandada AI
- Business professionals who need company reports, sales analyses or financial models without a dedicated data team
- Students and academic researchers working through survey results or research datasets without statistics software
- Non-technical staff who live in spreadsheets but never write formulas: questions are asked in plain language
- Experienced analysts happy to delegate cleaning, field matching and cross-checks, and to get first-draft visuals back
- Anyone facing real, messy files, with inconsistent formats, broken fields, multiple versions and multi-sheet workbooks cross-analysed in one workspace (up to 10 files per chat on Basic, 20 on Plus)
When not to use Pandada AI
- Teams that need real-time collaboration: the product is currently designed for individual use, with collaboration announced for future updates
- Users expecting live connectors or an API: Google Drive, OneDrive, Notion and Confluence are still listed as coming soon, and no public API or developer documentation exists
- Mobile-first users: there is no iOS or Android app, only the web app
- Anyone handling heavy volumes: 50 MB per file and 100 MB of storage on Basic, 200 MB per file and 1 GB on Plus
- Under-18s, excluded by the privacy policy, and anyone who cannot verify the output: the terms state that AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and that AI may make mistakes
How to use Pandada AI
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Open the site in a browser: there is nothing to install and no extra software needed
- Create an account, which runs through Google sign-in and shares your name, email address and profile picture
- Drop your files into the conversation, up to 20 at a time in CSV, Excel, PDF, JSON or PPTX, or file them in the Data Sources library
- Ask your question in plain language, or trigger a one-click shortcut for a repetitive task
- Read the answer along with the reasoning behind it, then refine with follow-up questions
- Adjust the generated charts: chart type, labels and contrast
- Export the result to Markdown, PDF, Google Docs, PNG, JPG, SVG or PowerPoint on Plus, or share the analysis through a public link
- Check your usage limits in the account settings; they reset according to your own time zone
- If you reach a limit, move up to the higher plan or wait for the reset
- Delete a chat or a file once you are done: it disappears from your view immediately
Pros & Cons
Pros
- No technical skill required: questions are asked in plain language and there is no formula to write
- A wide range of input formats, including PDF, PPTX and images of tables
- Several files cross-analysed in a single workspace, with data cleaning handled automatically even on messy files
- The reasoning is shown rather than hidden behind an opaque answer
- Numerous exports towards everyday office formats, from Google Docs to SVG and PowerPoint
- A permanent free plan, with no credit card required at sign-up
- Explicit commitment not to train on customer data, encryption in transit and at rest, deletion on request, and ownership of files and outputs left with the user
Cons
- No registered legal entity and no postal address are published anywhere, despite terms governed by Delaware law
- No amount appears on the pricing page itself: the only price on the site sits in the FAQ of a comparison page
- That comparison page is visibly templated, and several of its claims contradict the home-page FAQ and the privacy policy
- No real-time collaboration, individual use only, and the Google Drive, OneDrive, Notion and Confluence connectors are still announced as coming soon
- No API, no mobile app and no extension: the web app is the only way in
- No DPA published, no subprocessor list, no hosting country named, no EU representative under Article 27, and the third-party AI providers are left unnamed
- A very young product, with the domain registered on 24/09/2025 and a first Wayback capture on 08/01/2026, a generic email address as the only support channel, and a site rendered entirely in JavaScript
Pricing & Plans
Pandada AI operates on a freemium model. Section 4 of the terms names two plans: Basic, free and permanent, with no credit card required at sign-up, and Plus, which is paid. The only price published anywhere on the site is 9.90 USD per month, and it appears in the FAQ of the /compare marketing page rather than on the pricing page, which loads its plans on the client side and displays no figure at all in the page source. Billing is handled by Stripe, in advance, on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellation is available from the account settings or by email and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pro-rata refunds are not granted as a rule, although a refund is possible in the event of a prolonged outage attributable to the publisher, and any price change is notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
- 5 AI chats per day
- 100 MB of storage
- up to 10 files per conversation and 50 MB per file
- 500 AI chats per month
- 500 web searches

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Pandada AI handles your data.
GDPR overview
Pandada AI acknowledges the GDPR without documenting it in any depth. Section 8 of the privacy policy, effective 12 October 2025, states that users in the European Union and California hold additional rights under the GDPR and the CCPA, namely access, correction, deletion and export; section 6 adds account deletion, portability and opting out of marketing communications. Rights are exercised by emailing contact@pandada.ai, with no dedicated form and no named data protection officer. International transfers outside the user's country of residence are acknowledged with appropriate safeguards that are never specified: no standard contractual clauses, no named transfer mechanism. No EU representative under Article 27 is published, and no registered company name or postal address appears anywhere on the site. The terms are governed by Delaware law, with disputes settled by AAA arbitration.
Who owns the data?
Section 7 of the terms leaves ownership with the user. You keep all rights to the files you upload, and you own the reports, charts and other outputs generated from your content. Uploading grants the publisher only a limited licence to process and store that material, solely in order to provide the service, and the home-page FAQ repeats the point in plain words: you retain full ownership. In the other direction, the service itself and the publisher's own content remain the property of Pandada AI, which grants you a limited, non-exclusive right of use for as long as your account remains open.
Reuse rights
Because you own both your uploads and the outputs, you can reuse the reports, charts and cleaned tables freely, for any purpose, without asking permission. On the publisher's side, section 3 of the privacy policy limits processing to running and maintaining the service, handling uploads and generating reports, improving and personalising the experience, sending update and support messages, detecting technical or security incidents, and meeting legal obligations or enforcing the terms. Prompts and uploaded data may be handled by third-party AI providers, which are not named but are said to be bound by strict confidentiality agreements, and by unnamed third-party cloud hosts. Stripe receives payment details directly and the publisher does not store full card numbers. Section 5 is explicit that personal information is not sold. Disclosure remains possible under legal obligation, in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, or with your explicit consent, for instance when you share a conversation publicly. The publisher states that customer data is never used to train AI models.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
The publisher says very little. Section 5 of the privacy policy states only that third-party cloud hosting providers are used to store data securely: no provider is named, and no country or region is declared. Section 4 adds encryption in transit and at rest, with security measures described as meeting industry standards, while section 8 acknowledges that data may be transferred outside the user's country of residence under appropriate safeguards that are never detailed. Section 10 of the terms disclaims any guarantee of absolute security. Two points need separating from that. First, the /compare marketing page asserts EU servers: an isolated claim, absent from the privacy policy and found on a page whose other statements are demonstrably wrong. Second, a network observation rather than a company statement, the domain's A record (3.165.190.76) geolocates to Zurich, Switzerland, on AS16509 Amazon.com; that is an AWS edge node, which indicates where the service is delivered from and not where data is stored. No hosting jurisdiction can be established from what the site publishes.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Pandada AI.
- The comparison page contradicts the home-page FAQ on the free tier itself: it advertises 20 daily queries where the FAQ states 5 AI chats per day
- The same page claims zero retention and EU servers, and states that data is processed and immediately deleted, while the privacy policy describes retention until account deletion followed by a further 30 days; the policy is the binding text, not the marketing page
- That page also credits Google Sheets with a $12 per month price and an AI query quota, an implausible claim that marks it as a template filled in without checking, and it is where the only price on the whole site comes from
- No registered legal entity is named: Pandada AI is the only contracting party designated by the terms, no postal address appears anywhere, and Delaware law with AAA arbitration implies giving up the state courts outside intellectual property matters
- The third-party AI providers that process your uploaded files are not named, no subprocessor list is published, no DPA is offered and no hosting country is declared
- The terms allow an account to be suspended or terminated for any other reason at the publisher's sole discretion, cover accounts left inactive for extended periods, and permit deletion of user content after termination with no obligation to preserve it, so export anything you need to keep
- The terms themselves warn that AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and that the AI may make mistakes: checking figures against the source file stays your job, all the more so when the reasoning is laid out convincingly
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low. Everything runs in the browser, with no installation and no extra software needed. You sign up with a Google account, then drop a file straight into the conversation, which is the first and effectively the only setup step. There is no data source to configure, no schema to declare and no formula to write, and neither analytics nor coding skills are required. In practice the only prerequisites are a Google account and a file to analyse.

Should you pick Pandada AI?
Pandada AI is a young product, with its domain registered on 24 September 2025 and a first Wayback capture on 8 January 2026, yet a functionally dense one within its scope. Its strength is covering the whole chain, from upload to cleaning, analysis, chart and finished report, without asking for a single technical skill. Its weakness is the symmetrical one: the publisher is opaque, with no legal entity, no postal address, no named team, no declared hosting country, and a comparison page whose claims contradict the privacy policy. The permanent free plan makes it easy to evaluate without commitment, which is the sensible way in, and the price is worth checking inside the application, since the pricing page publishes nothing in plain text. As it stands, this is a tool for individual work rather than for a team.
