Overview

What is Paraflow?

Paraflow is a canvas-based AI agent for product work. The site sums it up in one line: an agent that defines, designs, and delivers. Instead of splitting the product cycle across separate tools, it produces the PRD, the user flows, the UI screens, an interactive prototype and the front-end code inside a single canvas — that single-surface argument is the site's central claim. It is a web application: you sign up or log in from the site, and everything runs in the browser. Usage is metered in credits. The Free plan grants 200 credits a day, capped at 500 per month; Pro costs 25 USD a month for 2,500 credits, with 20% off on annual billing. The publisher is Paraflow Inc., 1401 21ST ST STE R, Sacramento, CA 95811, United States. The brand was active in 2025: the site carries © 2025 PARAFLOW INC., and the terms and privacy policy are dated September 2025. AI processing is delegated to Groq, AWS AI, fal.ai, Microsoft Azure AI and Google Cloud AI, and the Services are hosted in the United States. A Discord community is open, alongside X, YouTube and LinkedIn accounts. One caveat: the home page is rendered in JavaScript, so the detail of the features is not exposed in static HTML.

What it does

  • Draft a product requirements document (PRD)
  • Map the user flows
  • Design the UI screens
  • Build an interactive prototype
  • Generate the front-end code
  • Keep specification, design and code in a single canvas

When to use Paraflow / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if Paraflow is the right fit.

When to use Paraflow

  • Product managers who need a PRD drafted and kept next to the design work
  • Product and UI designers building screens and user flows in one place
  • Founders and solo builders turning an idea into a working prototype
  • Front-end developers who want generated code as a starting point
  • Small teams that want specification, design and code on a single surface

When not to use Paraflow

  • Developers who need a public API: no developer documentation is published on the site
  • Mobile-first users: there is no iOS or Android application, Paraflow runs in the browser only
  • Enterprise buyers and high-volume teams: only two plans are published, and usage is capped by credits (200 a day, up to 500 a month, on Free; 2,500 a month on Pro)
  • Security-driven procurement teams: no certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 appears on the collected pages, and no DPA page is published
  • Anyone under 18: the terms of service reserve the Services to users aged at least 18

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how Paraflow handles your data.

GDPR overview

Paraflow's privacy policy names the European GDPR explicitly, alongside the UK GDPR, Canada's PIPEDA and US federal and state laws. It sets out rights of access, rectification, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. One privacy channel is published, hi@paraflow.com, with a postal address at 1401 21ST ST STE R, Sacramento, CA 95811, United States. Beyond that the implementation stays thin: no EU representative under Article 27 is published, no data protection officer is named, and no DPA page was found. Section 11 of the terms states that the Services are hosted in the United States and that continued use from another region transfers data there with the user's express consent. The policy shows a last-update date of September [23], 2025.

Who owns the data?

Paraflow's terms state that the company owns or licenses the Content and the Marks of the Services. Any Submission — questions, comments, suggestions, ideas or feedback sent to the company — carries an assignment of all intellectual property rights to the company. Contributions posted through the Services are covered by an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, royalty-free, sub-licensable worldwide license to use, copy, distribute, sell, publish, translate and otherwise exploit them, and a publicly posted Submission is treated as a Contribution too. Section 19 makes the user solely responsible for the data transmitted. The pricing FAQ asks who owns the designs and code created with Paraflow, but that answer is rendered in JavaScript and was not captured.

Reuse rights

Paraflow's privacy policy lists the personal data collected: name, phone number, email address, username, authentication data and passwords, together with user content — prompts, uploaded images, generated output and feedback — and technical logs such as IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, activity and errors. Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe. The stated purposes include creating and managing accounts, delivering and supporting the service, administrative communications, orders, payments and refunds, sharing between users, requesting feedback, analytics, marketing (with an opt-out), targeted advertising, security and fraud prevention, usage trends, campaign measurement and protecting vital interests. Inputs and outputs are passed to third-party AI service providers: Groq, Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI, fal.ai, Microsoft Azure AI and Google Cloud AI. Google Analytics is used, with an opt-out through Google's browser extension. The policy states explicitly that personal information is not processed, disclosed or used to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Paraflow keeps personal information only for as long as the purposes set out in its privacy policy require, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, for example for tax or accounting reasons. The policy adds that no stated purpose requires keeping data beyond the lifetime of the account. On a deletion request, the account is deactivated or removed from the active databases. Some information may still be kept to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, support investigations, enforce the terms or comply with the law. Where deletion is impossible, in backup archives for instance, the data is stored securely and isolated from any further processing until deletion becomes possible. No figure in days or months is published for any of these periods.

Hosting summary

Section 11 of the terms states that the Services are hosted in the United States. Accessing them from another region counts as consenting to the transfer of data to the United States, where it is processed. Beyond that jurisdiction, the site publishes no region and no specific data center. Processing is spread across named third parties: AI work goes to Groq, Amazon Web Services (AWS) AI, fal.ai, Microsoft Azure AI and Google Cloud AI; payments go to Stripe; audience measurement goes to Google Analytics. The privacy policy lists the categories of subprocessors involved — cloud services, AI platforms, analytics, storage, payment, order fulfillment, monitoring and authentication — without naming a supplier in every category. At the network level, the resolved server is 216.24.57.1, an anycast address hosted by Render (AS397273) in the United States. The overall picture is a United States jurisdiction with a clearly named set of AI and payment providers, but no published detail on regions or data center locations.

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Paraflow.

  • Second-hand domain: registered on 3 July 2002, with a first Wayback capture on 22 July 2002, while the Paraflow brand dates from 2025 — the age of the domain says nothing about the age of the company
  • The terms assign to the company all intellectual property rights in Submissions: questions, comments, suggestions, ideas and feedback
  • Contributions are covered by a perpetual, irrevocable, transferable and sub-licensable license that extends to name, trademarks and logos
  • The privacy policy provides for targeted advertising and for sharing with third-party advertising partners
  • Data is transferred to and hosted in the United States; California law governs, with exclusive jurisdiction of the California courts
  • No security certification is published on the collected pages
  • Sections of the terms are incomplete — accepted payment methods and Billing and Renewal are empty — and the answer to who owns the designs and code produced is not readable without JavaScript
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Setup is easy. Paraflow is a web application, so there is nothing to install and no local environment to prepare. All that is required is an account, created with an email address and password or through a third-party sign-in. No API key has to be configured, since the site publishes no developer API. Free credits are granted at registration, so work can start in the canvas immediately, without payment details. In practice the effort is that of signing up for any online service.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What does Paraflow actually produce?
A PRD, user flows, UI screens, a prototype and front-end code, all inside a single canvas.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it is permanent rather than a time-limited trial. The Free plan grants 200 credits a day, capped at 500 per month.
How much does the paid plan cost?
Pro costs 25 USD per month and includes 2,500 credits per month. Annual billing is advertised with a 20% saving.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. The privacy policy states that personal information is not processed, disclosed or used to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model. Inputs and outputs are, however, passed to third-party AI providers: Groq, AWS AI, fal.ai, Microsoft Azure AI and Google Cloud AI.
Where is the data hosted?
In the United States. Section 11 of the terms states that the Services are hosted there, and that using them from another region means data is transferred to the United States with the user's consent.
How do I cancel a subscription?
By writing to the company. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Conclusion

Should you pick Paraflow?

Paraflow makes a rare offer: one canvas that runs from specification to front-end code, without switching tools between the PRD, the screens and the prototype. The commercial terms help — a permanent free plan and a low 25 USD monthly entry point — and so does the privacy posture, with a written commitment not to train models on personal information and AI subprocessors named one by one. The counterpart is a site that says very little: the home page is rendered in JavaScript, there is no API and no mobile application, and several published answers simply cannot be read. The intellectual property assignment covering Submissions deserves a careful reading before any professional use. Hosting and governing law both sit in the United States, in California. Worth trying on the free plan, with the contract read first.
