GDPR overview
PingPrompt's privacy policy is built around Brazil's LGPD, not the GDPR. The GDPR appears exactly once, in the terms of service, inside the list of laws users undertake not to breach: the publisher never claims compliance for itself, and never denies it. No Article 27 representative is designated and no data protection officer is named. The legal bases invoked are the LGPD ones — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, legitimate interest balanced against user rights, and compliance with legal obligations. Users are told they may exercise access, correction, deletion and portability rights by email, subject to identity verification. Who owns the data?
Under the terms of service, you keep ownership of the prompts, files and any other content you submit.
