PipeLime
PipeLime is an AI sales agent that sources B2B leads, researches each company, then writes, follows up and books qualified meetings over email and LinkedIn. It also turns anonymous website visitors into CRM-ready leads.
What is PipeLime?
PipeLime is a business-to-business sales intelligence and lead generation platform built around what it calls an AI SDR: a sales development agent that runs an outbound motion end to end rather than assisting a human through it. It is operated by Reblox Solutions LLC, a Florida company trading as PipeLime.
The product follows three stages. First, AI lead generation: the agent sources contacts matching your campaign criteria and reads each company's website, LinkedIn profile and social presence to build context before writing anything. Every email address is verified so messages reach the main inbox, and the agent singles out the decision-maker rather than any available contact, filtering by headcount and by seniority — C-level, VP and director. Second, sales automation: it writes hyper-personalised outbound emails and LinkedIn messages, runs adaptive follow-up sequences and answers replies in context. Deliverability is handled by a feature set called Smart Delivery, covering mailbox warm-up, address rotation, custom sending domains and anti-spam tactics. Third, conversion: qualified meetings are booked directly into your calendar. Outreach is advertised in more than forty languages, around the clock.
A second product line sits alongside it. Website Tracker is a single line of JavaScript that resolves visitor IP addresses to company domains, turning anonymous traffic into lead records enriched with country, region and city. The site claims a 60-second install, 95% match accuracy and coverage of more than 150 countries.
Ten integrations are live, spanning CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo), calendars (Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams) and messaging (Brevo, HeyReach, WhatsApp), with real-time two-way sync connected in about two minutes and no code. Five more are announced as coming. The AI itself runs on pre-trained third-party models, currently OpenAI.
Two plans are offered, Pro and Enterprise, and neither carries a published price: every route into the product goes through a 30-minute sales call. A white-label partner programme lets agencies resell the platform under their own domain, logo and colours. Site and product are available in English and Spanish.

When to use PipeLime / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if PipeLime is the right fit.
When to use PipeLime
- B2B sales teams that want a steady flow of qualified meetings without hiring more SDRs
- Startups and founders selling without a dedicated outbound function
- Marketing and recruitment agencies prospecting for their own clients
- Insurance brokers, IT services firms and professional-services practices doing client acquisition
- Agencies and resellers that want to offer sales automation under their own brand
When not to use PipeLime
- Anyone selling to consumers: the platform is explicitly B2B and its acceptable-use policy forbids processing sensitive personal data
- Teams needing credit decisions, employment screening or insurance underwriting, all of which are prohibited FCRA-covered uses
- Buyers who need a published price before speaking to sales, since no amount appears anywhere on the site
- Anyone looking for a free plan or a self-serve signup: a paid subscription is required and every button leads to a call
- Organisations that require a documented opt-out from model training or a public API reference
How to use PipeLime
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Book the 30-minute call that every button on the site leads to — there is no self-serve signup
- Agree a plan with the sales team, since pricing is quoted rather than published
- Go through onboarding and log in to the platform at app.pipelime.ai
- Connect your stack — CRM, calendar, mailbox — with OAuth or an API key, around two minutes per integration
- Import any leads you already have by CSV
- Define your campaign criteria: target market, company size and the seniority you want to reach
- Let Smart Delivery warm up your sending addresses and configure rotation and custom domains
- Paste the Website Tracker snippet into your site if you want anonymous visitors identified
- Launch the AI Sales Agent and let it research, write, send and follow up
- Watch opens, clicks and pipeline stages in the analytics dashboard, and take the meetings it books
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Covers the whole outbound chain in one product: sourcing, research, copy, follow-up and booking
- Works across email and LinkedIn, where many rivals stop at email
- Deliverability is tackled head-on with warm-up, address rotation, custom domains and email verification
- Website Tracker is bundled in, turning anonymous traffic into leads without a form
- Unusually transparent legal documentation: dated privacy policy, terms, Article 28 DPA and acceptable-use policy
- Nine sub-processors named with their countries, which is rare in this category
- Ten live integrations with real-time two-way sync, connected in minutes without code
Cons
- No published pricing at all: two plans, no amounts, and both buttons lead to a sales call
- No permanent free plan and no self-serve signup, since the terms require a paid subscription
- The help centre linked in the footer, help.pipelime.ai, returns a 404
- API access is sold with the Enterprise plan but no public API documentation exists
- No contact page, no about page and nothing about the team or the founders
- The SOC 2 Type II badge sits on the homepage alone, with no trust page or report behind it
- A third of the integrations shown on the homepage are still marked as coming soon
Pricing & Plans
There is no permanent free plan: the terms of service state that access to the service requires a paid subscription. No price is published either. The pricing page presents two plans, Pro and Enterprise, without any amount, and both call-to-action buttons lead to a 30-minute sales appointment, so no lowest price point and no currency can be stated here. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe, renew automatically, and include credits that do not roll over. The homepage advertises a 14-day pilot with no credit card required, and the pricing page a 15-day money-back guarantee.
- Pro — presented as suited to growing businesses. Includes AI lead generation
- sales automation
- email verification
- an analytics dashboard and CRM integration. Price not published.
- Enterprise — tailored to specific needs. Everything in Pro plus custom AI training
- priority support
- API access
- a fully managed service
- a dedicated account manager
- a success manager and custom onboarding. Quoted on request.
Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how PipeLime handles your data.
GDPR overview
GDPR implementation is concrete and documented. The privacy policy, last updated 8 July 2026, sets out the Article 6 legal bases — contract performance, legitimate interest backed by a documented Legitimate Interest Assessment, consent and legal obligation — and lists the eight data-subject rights of Articles 15 to 22, exercisable at privacy@pipelime.ai with a 30-day response window. A separate Data Processing Agreement dated 18 March 2026 is published under Article 28, incorporating the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, Article 32 security measures, 72-hour breach notification and audit rights, and it names nine sub-processors with their countries. Two gaps stand out: no Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer is named anywhere, and the terms place the burden of lawful basis, notices, consents and rights requests entirely on the customer.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms of service you keep ownership of everything you upload — CSV files, email templates, branding — and grant PipeLime only a limited licence to use, process and store it in order to run the service. The platform itself, its software, design and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Reblox Solutions LLC, and you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for internal business use during your subscription. The Data Processing Agreement splits the roles: PipeLime acts as a processor for data it handles on your behalf, such as email sending, LinkedIn outreach and website tracking, and as an independent controller for its own purposes, including account management, billing and curating its own B2B contact database.
Reuse rights
Lead Data may be used only for your own internal B2B sales and marketing. The acceptable-use policy forbids reselling, sublicensing or redistributing it to third parties, and forbids using it to build, train or improve a competing product. It also rules out purposes covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act — credit decisions, employment screening, insurance underwriting — and the processing of sensitive categories such as health, financial, ethnic, political, religious, genetic or biometric data. Reuse therefore does not require permission within those boundaries, but stepping outside them is a breach of contract. You also remain responsible for determining your own lawful basis, issuing privacy notices, collecting consents and honouring data-subject requests: PipeLime states plainly that it does none of this on your behalf. Content you upload stays yours, and PipeLime processes it only to deliver the service.

Hosting summary
PipeLime is operated by Reblox Solutions LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Florida, and the Data Processing Agreement states plainly that PipeLime is located in the United States. The privacy policy adds that data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or in other countries where its service providers operate. No cloud provider and no hosting region are ever named: the security section says only that the platform runs on secure cloud infrastructure, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control and multi-factor authentication for administrative access. Transfers out of the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Module Two), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the applicable Swiss mechanisms, alongside supplementary technical and organisational measures. The nine named sub-processors sit in the United States, France and Germany, with the web-data providers listed simply as Various. Note that the site's own IP address resolves to a Cloudflare anycast node, which says nothing about where customer data actually rests.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting PipeLime.
- Outbound at this volume can tip into spam, and it is you, not PipeLime, who is legally on the hook under GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL and LSSICE
- LinkedIn may restrict or ban an account used for automation, and the terms explicitly decline any liability for that
- Lead Data comes with no accuracy warranty: contacting the wrong person with confident, AI-written detail damages your brand
- Handing the first touch to an AI erodes your reps' own prospecting and writing skills over time
- Personalisation built from scraped websites and social profiles can feel intrusive to the recipient even when it is lawful
- Your prospect and customer data passes through nine named sub-processors, including OpenAI, Apollo.io and BrightData
- Opaque pricing creates leverage on the vendor's side: with no public rates, renewal terms are whatever the next negotiation produces
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Technically undemanding. Integrations connect in a couple of clicks with OAuth or an API key, around two minutes each, with no code and no IT ticket, and the Website Tracker is a single line of JavaScript that works on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify or a custom site, advertised as a 60-second install. Two-way sync then runs on its own. The real friction is commercial rather than technical: there is no self-serve signup, so getting started means booking a 30-minute call first. Enterprise buyers are given custom onboarding and a dedicated account manager for more involved deployments.

Should you pick PipeLime?
PipeLime is a coherent and unusually complete take on outbound: one product that sources leads, researches accounts, writes, follows up, handles deliverability and books the meeting, across both email and LinkedIn. The Website Tracker is a genuine differentiator at this level, and the deliverability work — warm-up, address rotation, custom domains, verification — suggests a team that understands why cold outbound usually fails.
The legal documentation is a real strength, and rare at this scale: a dated privacy policy, separate terms, an Article 28 Data Processing Agreement with the Standard Contractual Clauses, an acceptable-use policy, and nine sub-processors named with their countries. Procurement teams will find most of what they need.
The counterweight is opacity exactly where it matters commercially. No price appears anywhere: two plans, no amounts, and every button, including Get started with Pro, leads to the same 30-minute call. There is no free plan, no self-serve signup, no contact page and nothing about the team or its funding. Several signals point to a young operation — the domain was registered in February 2024, the help centre linked in the footer returns a 404, and five of the fifteen integrations paraded on the homepage are still coming soon. The SOC 2 Type II badge is asserted on the homepage alone, with no trust page or report behind it.
There is also a real allocation of risk. The terms place the entire compliance burden — lawful basis, privacy notices, consents, data-subject requests, anti-spam law — on the customer, and disclaim any warranty on lead accuracy, deliverability or LinkedIn account restrictions. PipeLime suits a team that already knows how to run compliant outbound and wants to run more of it, not one hoping the tool will handle that part for them.
