PixelMotion
PixelMotion turns product photos into short marketing videos, bundling 26 video and 29 photo AI models under a single subscription. Built for e-commerce sellers, agencies and content creators who need platform-ready visuals without a studio.
What is PixelMotion?
PixelMotion is a browser-based SaaS published by Mizu Development LLC that does one thing with unusual focus: it turns a still product photo into a short marketing video. Its real proposition is aggregation. Rather than training its own models, it puts the catalogs of several providers behind a single interface and a single subscription, 26 video models and 29 photo models from Runway, OpenAI, Google, Kling, Luma, ByteDance, Minimax, Topaz and Black Forest Labs, including Sora 2 Pro, Veo 3.1, Runway Gen-4.5, Kling Video 3.0, Nano Banana 2 and Topaz Image Upscale. Be aware that the model counts differ from one page of the site to another; the figures above are the ones printed in the legal documents.
The workflow is presented in four steps: collect photos, enhance them, generate the video, export and publish. Collection is where the tool is least conventional. Besides uploading, you can paste a website URL and PixelMotion scrapes its images, then has an AI score each one from 0 to 100, describe it and suggest a destination platform. Enhancement covers upscaling to 4K, restoration, face correction and background removal. Generation runs from a photo or, partially, from a text prompt, with 36 ready-made templates in six categories and a library of 24 royalty-free music tracks.
Downstream, Marketplace Export produces 14 sizes for Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Walmart and social networks, publishing and scheduling to YouTube and TikTok run over OAuth, and Campaigns generate in batch across a whole product catalog. Billing runs on monthly rechargeable credits, topped up with separately purchased credit packs.
The technical ceiling is low and clearly stated. Inputs are JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC up to 50 MB and 8000x8000 pixels. Outputs are H.264 MP4, 720p to 1080p, 24 or 30 fps, in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 or 4:5, and are capped at 10 seconds per generation with no audio track. That ceiling defines the audience: e-commerce sellers, agencies, social media managers and creators who need volume and platform-ready formats, not filmmakers. The publisher is a small independent company with a single founder and no outside investors.

When to use PixelMotion / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if PixelMotion is the right fit.
When to use PixelMotion
- E-commerce sellers on Shopify, Etsy or Amazon who have product photos but no video
- Content agencies handling several client accounts and needing batch generation
- Social media managers producing daily vertical content for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- Freelance creators delivering visual assets to clients without a production team

- Developers looking for programmatic access, as no public API documentation exists
- Users who want pure text-to-video with no source image, which is only partially supported
- Anyone who needs a mobile app, a browser extension or an interface in a language other than English
How to use PixelMotion
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account on the registration page; email verification is enough and no payment card is required for the free tier
- Upload your photos, or paste a website URL and let PixelMotion extract its images automatically
- Read the 0 to 100 quality score and the category the AI assigns to each image
- Optionally enhance the photo: Real-ESRGAN for a quick pass, Crystal Upscaler for professional output, GFPGAN Face Pro for portraits, in 10 to 45 seconds depending on the model
- Launch video generation from a photo, choosing the model according to your credit budget and the quality you are after
- Pick the aspect ratio for the destination: 9:16 for TikTok and Reels, 16:9 for YouTube, 1:1 for the Instagram feed
- Start from one of the 36 templates or write your own prompt for camera movement and style; generation takes 30 to 120 seconds
- Add background music from the built-in library or upload your own track
- Generate up to 5 variants to compare, regenerate with a different model, or merge several videos into one
- Export in the format of your target platform, publish or schedule to YouTube and TikTok, or create a share link with view statistics
Pros & Cons
Pros
- One subscription covers models normally sold separately, including Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Runway Gen-4.5 and Kling 3.0
- Very low claimed unit cost, from 0.15 USD for a 5-second video on entry-level models
- A permanent free tier of 50 monthly credits, with no payment card required to test the product
- The whole chain, from photo to video to export to publishing, happens without leaving the platform
- URL scraping removes manual uploading for a large catalog, and automatic image scoring avoids generating from a poor source
- Export presets ready for marketplaces and social networks, plus batch generation for catalogs and multi-client agencies
- Unusual transparency on real per-model inference costs, and a complete set of legal documents including a GDPR DPA
Cons
- Videos are capped at 10 seconds per generation and come with no audio track
- Free and Starter outputs carry a watermark, and the top models (Sora 2 Pro, Runway Gen-4.5, Kling Video 3.0) are reserved for the 199 USD per month tier
- Monthly subscription credits do not roll over, and credit costs vary widely, from 1 credit for a basic upscale to 35 for a 5-second Veo 3.1 clip
- No mobile app, no browser extension and no publicly documented API
- Hosting is entirely in the United States, with no EU data residency option, no published postal address and no security certification
- The privacy policy lists AI model training among the uses of collected information without defining the scope, and no opt-out is documented
- Figures and tier names contradict each other from page to page, and the files written for AI assistants advertise a help center, tutorials and a status page that do not exist

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how PixelMotion handles your data.
GDPR overview
Implementation is documented but declarative. PixelMotion publishes a GDPR Data Processing Addendum (updated 12 January 2026) referring to Regulation (EU) 2016/679, acting as processor with the customer as controller. Six rights are listed with their article: access (15), rectification (16), erasure (17), restriction (18), portability (20), objection (21). A data protection officer answers at dpo@pixelmotion.io, rights requests at privacy@pixelmotion.io, within 30 days. The DPA commits to documented instructions, staff confidentiality, assistance under Articles 32 to 36, breach notification within 72 hours, named subprocessor categories with a right to object, and deletion or return at contract end. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The gaps: no Article 27 EU representative, no postal address published, no certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and hosting entirely in the United States.
Who owns the data?
Section 5 of the terms is explicit: you keep all rights to the photos and content you upload. Uploading grants PixelMotion a license to process, store and enhance that content in order to deliver the service. Videos and enhanced photos produced by the AI belong to you, and the publisher states it retains no ownership rights over generated content. The platform itself, meaning the models, algorithms and software, remains the publisher's exclusive property. Your files pass through named subprocessors: Replicate, FAL AI and OpenAI for inference, Google Cloud Platform for storage. In a merger or acquisition, data may be transferred to the new entity, with 30 days' notice.
Reuse rights
Generated videos and enhanced photos belong to you, and the terms set out no restriction on commercial use: you may publish them, advertise with them and sell them without asking permission. The platform is built for exactly that, with direct publishing to YouTube and TikTok, shareable links with view tracking, and export in 14 sizes for Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Walmart and social networks. A library of 24 royalty-free music tracks is included, and the Professional and Premium tiers let you upload your own audio. Two limits apply. Free and Starter outputs carry a watermark, which is removed from Professional upward. And the prohibited-content policy, covering NSFW, hateful, violent, child-endangering and counterfeit material, applies to what you generate as much as to what you upload. Section 14 of the terms also makes you responsible for reviewing AI output before you publish it.

Hosting summary
Everything sits in the United States. The privacy policy states that data is stored on secure cloud servers there, with Google Cloud Platform providing the database and file storage, Cloudflare the CDN and bot protection, and Vercel the frontend hosting and analytics. Encrypted backups are spread across several geographic regions, which are not named. Encryption is TLS/SSL in transit (TLS 1.3 in the DPA) and AES-256 at rest, with salted bcrypt password hashing; the publisher also claims regular security audits and penetration tests, access controls, incident response procedures and employee background checks. Named subprocessors include Google Cloud Platform, Stripe, SendGrid, Cloudflare, Vercel, Replicate, FAL AI, OpenAI, YouTube/Google and TikTok. Transfers out of the EEA are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. What is missing is just as clear: no European data residency option, no independent certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, and no published postal address. The resolved IP, 216.198.79.1, points to a US anycast CDN node.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting PixelMotion.
- Uploaded photos often show faces: the DPA puts the burden of obtaining those people's consent on you, biometric data included
- The privacy policy lists AI model training among the uses of collected information without defining its scope and with no documented opt-out, and everything is hosted in the United States, where transfers out of the EEA rest on standard contractual clauses alone
- Website scraping is offered as a headline feature, which makes it very easy to reuse images you hold no rights to
- Generated visuals carry no automatic AI disclosure, so a product can be shown in a state it does not actually exist in, with a real risk of misleading buyers
- Batch generation encourages mass production of undifferentiated content and audience fatigue, while credits that expire every month push you to consume the quota rather than lose it
- Recourse is thin: the refund guarantee is void after a single successful generation, the models come from third parties the publisher does not control so a withdrawn model can remove a feature you paid for, no postal address is published, and the minimum age is 13 in the terms but 18 in the privacy policy
- Handing framing, rhythm and even the judgment of what makes a good image to templates and an automatic 0 to 100 score gradually erodes your own art direction
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Close to zero. Nothing to install: PixelMotion runs entirely in the browser (Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+, desktop or mobile). Sign-up needs an email address and a verification link, no payment card for the free tier. A first video takes four actions: upload, pick a model, pick a ratio, generate. Expect 10 to 45 seconds for a photo enhancement, 30 to 120 for a video. No editing skills, prompts optional. The real difficulty is picking the right model and budgeting credits; direct publishing needs an OAuth connection to YouTube or TikTok.

Should you pick PixelMotion?
PixelMotion knows what it is: an aggregator of video and photo models pointed at e-commerce, not a filmmaking tool. One subscription for Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Runway Gen-4.5 and Kling 3.0 makes sense if you really do rotate between models; if you only ever use one, buying it at the source will cost less. What is rare at this price is the complete chain, from scraping or uploading the images to scoring and enhancing them, generating the video, resizing it for the marketplace and publishing to YouTube or TikTok, without leaving one browser tab.
The reservations are as clear. Clips run 10 seconds maximum, with no audio. Subscription credits expire monthly. The best models sit behind the 199 USD tier, and credit costs swing by a factor of thirty. Data governance looks correct on paper, with a published DPA, a named DPO, standard contractual clauses and listed subprocessors, but hosting is entirely American, no certification is claimed, and the privacy policy mentions AI model training without stating its scope or offering an opt-out.
The publisher is a small independent LLC with a single founder and no postal address anywhere on the site. Add the documentary inconsistencies, from model counts that change page to page to files written for AI assistants advertising a help center, tutorials and a status page that do not exist, and the marketing clearly runs ahead of the documentation.
The product is visibly alive, with an up-to-date model catalog and a blog still publishing in August 2026. Worth a try for a seller or an agency that needs volume of short, platform-ready product videos, starting on the free tier. Less convincing for anyone who needs long-form video, audio, an API or European data residency.
