GDPR overview
There is no GDPR implementation to report: the words GDPR and General Data Protection Regulation appear nowhere on the site. The privacy policy, effective 1 January 2025, opens rights conditionally — "Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to" — then lists access to the personal data held, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of the account and associated data, objection to or restriction of certain processing, and portability through an export of the render history. Rights are exercised by writing to support@plusvector.com, with a stated response time of 30 days. No Article 27 EU representative and no data protection officer are named, no data processing agreement is published or offered, and no transfer mechanism such as standard contractual clauses is mentioned. Who owns the data?
Ownership depends on the plan and on the visibility of each render. Under section 4 of the terms of service, effective 1 January 2025, a paying subscriber who generates a vector with visibility set to private keeps all intellectual property rights to that output, subject to limitations imposed by the underlying AI model providers. Everything else is treated differently: for vectors created on free or hobby tiers, and for any public vector, PlusVector retains a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, distribute and use them, and the user grants the right to show public vectors in the community gallery. The platform, brand, codebase and documentation remain the exclusive property of Geng Ventures LLC.
Reuse rights
Reuse follows the same split. A paying subscriber whose render was set to private may use the resulting SVG freely, including commercially, without asking PlusVector for permission, although the terms note that limitations set by the underlying AI model providers still apply. Vectors produced on the free tier, and any vector left public, remain usable by the customer but are simultaneously licensed to PlusVector on a perpetual, royalty-free basis, so the same file may be displayed, distributed and used by the platform and shown in its public gallery. Files are delivered as SVG and PNG, and the original concept PNGs stay downloadable. The terms forbid generating, distributing or storing NSFW, violent, hateful or infringing material, and prohibit automated bulk generation intended to scrape or resell outputs without explicit written consent; accounts that breach these rules may be suspended or terminated without refund.

Hosting summary
PlusVector does not disclose where user data is hosted. No country and no region is named anywhere on the site, and no security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is claimed. What the privacy policy does provide is a named list of sub-processors: Cloudflare for CDN, DDoS protection, DNS and R2 object storage, which processes IP addresses and request metadata at the network edge; Stripe for payment processing and subscription management; Google OAuth as an optional sign-in provider; Replicate for the AI image generation pipeline; and OpenAI for prompt enhancement and processing. All are United States companies, but the policy does not say in which region each one processes the data it receives. Technically the domain resolves to 104.21.23.87 on Cloudflare's anycast network (AS13335), so the IP location says nothing about where content is actually stored. The publisher, Geng Ventures LLC, operates from North Carolina, United States, and the terms place governing law and jurisdiction in that state, which is the only reliable jurisdictional anchor available.
