PostSam
PostSam is an AI social media assistant called Sam that writes, schedules and publishes posts to X, Threads, LinkedIn and Facebook in your brand voice, aimed at founders and small teams without marketing staff.
What is PostSam?
PostSam is a social media management tool built around an AI agent the company calls Sam. Its pitch is stated plainly on the homepage — no marketing team needed — and it positions itself as an alternative to hiring a community manager or retaining an agency, rather than as another scheduling calendar.
Setup runs in three steps. You describe what your business does and who its audience is, so Sam can derive a voice profile; you connect your social accounts through OAuth2; and Sam returns a populated content calendar. From a short campaign brief it generates the posts and the dates, as many as you ask for, then schedules and publishes them. Two modes are offered: approve every post yourself, or hand over to full autopilot, switching between them whenever you like. Drafts stay editable, and one-click controls labelled Shorter, More engaging and Rewrite tighten a post without retyping it. Sam is described as learning from the edits you make. The site puts typical output at one to five posts per day across all connected accounts.
Four networks are confirmed as connectable: X, Threads, LinkedIn and Facebook. Instagram is claimed as supported in two places and announced as coming soon in a third, alongside TikTok — a contradiction worth resolving before you commit. Everything is driven from a single dashboard, which is the product's main convenience argument.
The tool is presented in five flavours — startups, small businesses, independent professionals, agencies and organisations, plus a Web3 offer covering governance updates, DevRel workflows and developer changelogs — but these are packaging of one product, not separate editions. Agency use adds a voice profile per client with isolated credentials and per-account permissions.
Pricing has three tiers: a permanent free plan, Pro at USD 15.99 per month on annual billing, and Enterprise on quote. The publisher is Wiheads ApS, a Danish company registered in Frederiksberg, though the site footer credits a different entity, Vouxly ApS. It is a web-only product: no public API, no mobile app, and a stated minimum age of 13.
What it does
- Generate ready-to-publish social posts written in your own brand voice
- Turn a single short brief into a full campaign with its publishing calendar
- Schedule and publish automatically to X, Threads, LinkedIn and Facebook

When to use PostSam / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if PostSam is the right fit.
When to use PostSam
- Startup founders and solo operators with no marketing team, who want a social presence that keeps running while they build the product
- Local small businesses such as cafes, bakeries, boutiques, hair and nail salons, yoga and fitness studios that need steady visibility without hiring
- Independent professionals — business, career, life and wellness coaches, consultants and freelancers — building a personal brand on LinkedIn and X
- Boutique agencies and non-profits running several client, cause or campaign accounts side by side from one dashboard
- Web3 and developer-led communities that must publish governance updates, changelogs and announcements on a predictable cadence
When not to use PostSam
- Teams that need programmatic access or custom automation: there is no public API and no developer documentation of any kind
- Anyone whose audience lives on TikTok or YouTube, or on Instagram, which the site claims as supported on two pages and lists as coming soon on a third
- Buyers with a formal procurement or vendor-risk process, since no Data Processing Agreement is published or offered on request
- Organisations that must document where personal data is stored, because no hosting country or region is ever named
- Users who expect a mobile app, offline access or a self-hosted deployment — PostSam is a browser-only product
How to use PostSam
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Sign up from the homepage or pricing page — no credit card is required to start
- Describe what your business does, who your audience is and the tone you want, so Sam can build a voice profile
- Connect your social accounts through OAuth2: X, Threads, LinkedIn and Facebook
- Give Sam a short brief for your first campaign, saying what you want to talk about and for whom
- Let it generate the posts and the publishing calendar, choosing how many posts and which dates you want
- Open the unified dashboard to read what it produced across every connected channel
- Edit any draft, or use the Shorter, More engaging and Rewrite controls to adjust it in one click
- Approve the posts you want published, and reject or rewrite the rest
- Once the output feels reliable, switch from manual approval to autopilot — reversible at any time
- For agency use, repeat the voice-profile setup per client, keeping each set of credentials isolated
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Genuinely low barrier to entry: setup claimed in five minutes, no credit card, no marketing skill required
- A permanent free plan rather than a countdown trial, so the product can be evaluated at leisure
- Unusually legible pricing for this category — one paid tier at USD 15.99 per month, then Enterprise on quote
- End-to-end automation that still leaves a veto: approval is optional but always available
- Stronger compliance posture than the price suggests — EU-established publisher, GDPR asserted explicitly, DPO designated
- Six sub-processors named openly, which small vendors at this price rarely publish
- Concrete vertical packaging, from local retail and independent professionals through to agencies and Web3 communities
Cons
- The site contradicts itself on its own maturity: two pages still advertise a free private beta that five pricing pages disprove
- It also contradicts itself on Instagram — supported according to two FAQs, coming soon according to a third
- The footer copyright names Vouxly ApS while the Terms and privacy policy name Wiheads ApS as the contracting party
- Only four networks are confirmed, with no TikTok or YouTube publishing, no public API and no mobile app
- No Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, and nothing is said about training models on customer content
- No hosting country or region is declared even though the hosting provider is named, and no interface language is listed
- Headline results (+340% followers, +280% engagement, USD 45K revenue) come with no method or period, and one testimonial name appears with two different companies

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how PostSam handles your data.
GDPR overview
Implementation is concrete rather than declarative. The privacy policy, effective 12 February 2026, states expressly that processing follows applicable data protection law including the GDPR. The controller is named in full — Wiheads ApS, CVR 44587947, Suomisvej 4, 1927 Frederiksberg, Denmark, phone +45 31 89 42 83 — and a data protection officer is designated, reachable at do@wiheads.com. Six data subject rights are enumerated: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, together with the right to complain to a local supervisory authority. Transfers outside the EEA rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses, and six sub-processors are named. No Article 27 representative is designated, and none is required, the publisher being established inside the EU. The notable gap: no Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, and model training is never mentioned.
Who owns the data?
Under clause 5.2 of the Terms you keep all right, title and interest in your own data, including any data or code derived from it and returned to you as part of the service. Everything else — the platform itself and the data it produces that is not yours — belongs to or is licensed to Wiheads ApS, and clause 8.2 states plainly that you acquire a right of use only, never a transfer of intellectual property. Clause 8.3 lets Wiheads exploit any suggestion, feature request or feedback you send. Deleting your account permanently deletes your data, subject to what clause 5.4 allows the company to keep for contractual or legal reasons.
Reuse rights
Yes. Because ownership of your data and of anything derived from it stays with you under clause 5.2, the posts, campaigns and calendars PostSam generates are yours to edit, reuse, repurpose or publish elsewhere without asking Wiheads ApS for permission, and no licence-back clause narrows that. On the vendor's side, the privacy policy sets out nine purposes for the personal data it collects: providing and maintaining the service, managing your account, communicating with you, support, product improvement, platform security, legal compliance and fraud prevention, marketing with consent, and usage analytics. Six legal bases are invoked, consent and contract among them. Wiheads states it does not sell, trade or otherwise transfer personal data, and shares it only with social platforms you authorise, service providers and partners, legal authorities where required, and third parties you have explicitly consented to. Neither document says anything about using customer content to train AI models, and no exclusion option is described.

Hosting summary
The privacy policy names the infrastructure but never the jurisdiction. Google Cloud Platform is listed as the sub-processor running the servers, databases and website hosting, and Cloudflare handles domain protection and content delivery. Four further sub-processors are named: Sentry for error monitoring, Amplitude for product analytics, Twilio SendGrid for transactional email and Helpscout for support. No country and no region of storage is declared anywhere on the site. The only geographic statement is a negative one: personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, and where it leaves the European Economic Area, Wiheads relies on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Declared safeguards are encryption, access controls, regular security assessments and secure transmission. The controller is established in Denmark, so EU law governs the relationship even though the storage location is unstated. Note that the domain resolves to a Cloudflare anycast address, which says nothing about where data actually rests.
Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting PostSam.
- This tool publishes to live accounts on your behalf: confirm which approval mode is active before enabling autopilot, because an off-brand post is public the moment it ships
- Automation invites disengagement — if you stop reading what goes out in your name, you lose the editorial judgement that made your voice worth following
- The Terms disclaim liability for outages and cap total liability at USD 1,000 per event, with no service level commitment despite the uptime figures on the status page
- No Data Processing Agreement is available, which is a blocker if you must contractually frame your processors
- Nothing is published about whether your content and prompts train the vendor's models, and no exclusion option is documented
- No hosting country is declared, and transfers outside the EEA are possible under Standard Contractual Clauses
- Two company names circulate on the site, so check which entity you are contracting with before you pay
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low, and deliberately so. No installation, no code and no API work: three steps, claimed at five minutes, with no credit card. You describe your business, connect accounts through OAuth2 in one click, and receive a calendar. The site contrasts this with one to two hours for a conventional scheduler. The only real prerequisite is administrative rights on the social accounts you want to connect, which can require the account owner if you are not it. Agency users repeat the profile setup per client, a few minutes each.

Should you pick PostSam?
PostSam makes a narrow, clear promise: if you have no marketing team and no appetite for writing posts, an AI agent will do it and you keep a veto. For a cafe owner, a solo consultant or a founder, that is a reasonable thing to want, and the cost of finding out is close to zero — a permanent free plan, no card required, and a single paid tier at USD 15.99 per month.
Two things stand out favourably. The pricing is unusually legible for this category: one paid tier, not five. And the compliance posture is better than the price suggests — the publisher is established in the EU, GDPR compliance is asserted explicitly rather than implied, a data protection officer is designated, and six sub-processors are named openly.
The reservations are equally concrete. Confirmed network coverage is four platforms, and the site contradicts itself on Instagram. There is no public API and no mobile app. No Data Processing Agreement exists, which will stall any procurement review. No hosting country is ever named, and nothing at all is said about whether customer content trains the models — a question this product's users ought to be asking.
There are also signs of a young operation minding its product more closely than its website: two different company names, pages still advertising a free private beta that the pricing page disproves, and headline results such as +340% followers presented with no period or method. Treat those as claims, not measurements.
On balance: worth a low-risk trial for a small business or independent professional who values consistency over control. For an enterprise buyer, the missing DPA, the undeclared hosting and the silence on model training need answers first.
