What is QuiverAI?
QuiverAI is a research lab and a product company at once, built on a conviction its founders call visual code generation: vectors are code, SVG is code, and large language models are good at generating code. Most generative models treat pictures as pixels, which makes the results hard to edit, hard to control and awkward to slot into a real design workflow. QuiverAI trains models that emit structured, editable programs instead.
Those models form the Arrow family. They are multimodal, taking text, raster images and sketches and returning SVG, and they accept natural-language edits on what they have already produced. Three surfaces expose the models. The web app at app.quiver.ai carries a Playground, a Gallery, public share links and exports to SVG, PNG, JPEG and WebP. The REST API at api.quiver.ai/v1 offers text-to-SVG and image-to-SVG endpoints with bearer authentication, an official Node.js SDK and sandbox keys. A hosted MCP server lets AI agents running in Cursor, VS Code, Codex or Claude Code list models, create generations, vectorise, animate and pull finished artwork over OAuth.
The showcase use cases are logos and illustrations, with typography and animation still marked Coming soon. The enterprise page widens that to brand identity, UI and UX systems, web and app development, and print and clothing. Research and machine learning sit in San Francisco, product in Europe; the legal entity, QuiverAI, Inc., is registered at a Montréal address. The founding team authored StarVector and RLRF, pioneering work on language models for vector graphics.

GDPR overview
The letters GDPR appear nowhere on the site, neither in the privacy policy nor in the terms nor in the archived HTML. The substance is present all the same. A section on legal bases for processing European personal data covers consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation and legitimate interests for EEA and UK visitors, and a European privacy rights section lists access, correction, restriction, objection, anonymisation, erasure, portability, complaint to a supervisory authority and free withdrawal of consent at any time. QuiverAI names itself data controller, routes requests to privacy@quiver.ai or to its Montréal address, and covers EEA and UK transfers to the United States with European Commission-approved or UK Government-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. The policy took effect on 25 February 2026. No Article 27 representative, no DPO, no DPA and no subprocessor list are published.
Who owns the data?
Section 8.2 of the terms is unusually clear. You keep whatever copyright you already hold in your User Content, QuiverAI does not claim ownership of it, and the company expressly disclaims ownership of your Generated User Content, assigning you any right, title and interest it may hold in it. That assignment stops at your own output: similar work generated by other users stays theirs. In exchange, section 8.3 grants QuiverAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free licence, sublicensable through multiple tiers, to host, store, transfer, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from and otherwise process what you upload or generate. Feedback is licensed to QuiverAI perpetually and irrevocably.
Reuse rights
Because section 8.2 hands you QuiverAI's interest in your Generated User Content, you can reuse the SVGs you produce without asking further permission: the terms impose no attribution duty, no field-of-use limit and no separate commercial licence. The constraint runs the other way. The licence you grant in section 8.3 lets QuiverAI use your uploads and outputs to provide, maintain, develop and improve the Service and its other products, and the privacy policy adds usage analysis, development of new products and features, marketing and advertising, and anonymised or aggregated data for any lawful purpose. Images generated from your Inputs may be viewable by other users or shared publicly. Neither document says whether customer data is used to train the models, and no opt-out is documented. Keeping your own copies remains your responsibility, since the terms warn content may become unretrievable.

Hosting summary
QuiverAI states plainly that the Services are hosted in the United States. Anyone using them from the EEA, the UK or another region with different data protection law is therefore transferring personal data to the US for storage and processing. Those transfers are covered by European Commission-approved or UK Government-approved Standard Contractual Clauses, and the policy reserves the right to move data on to further countries for storage, processing and the operation of the service; a copy of the safeguards can be requested from privacy@quiver.ai. No other hosting country or broad region is named, and no cloud provider is disclosed. Data residency options and on-premise deployment appear only in the Enterprise tier of the pricing page and are not available on Free, Basic or Pro. As an infrastructure signal rather than a vendor statement, the domain resolves to an Amazon Web Services address flagged as anycast, which does not establish where anything is actually stored.
