Regie.ai
RegieGO is Regie.ai's agentic sales workspace: AI agents source accounts, enrich contacts, draft messages in your voice, dial up to nine lines and queue LinkedIn tasks, sending email from your own Gmail or Outlook.
What is Regie.ai?
RegieGO is the agentic sales workspace built by Regie.ai, Inc. Its premise is that most of a seller's day disappears into research, list building and follow-up, and that almost none of that work is the part a person is uniquely good at. RegieGO hands it to AI agents and leaves the conversation to the seller.
The product is organised around five pillars. AI Agents take over sourcing, ranking, call preparation and follow-ups once you have confirmed your ideal customer profile. Relevant Messaging learns your writing voice from your own sent mail, finds the why-now on each account — a funding round, a new executive, a hiring surge — and names it in every message. Channel Orchestration weaves email, phone and LinkedIn into single coherent plays. Sales-Ready AI ships with prompts and automations already built, the company citing billions of sales messages delivered and analysed. Always-On Pipeline tracks signals, enriches contacts, runs plays daily and reports results back.
Concretely, enrichment runs a waterfall the company describes as seven providers deep, mobile numbers included, and a credit is only spent when a provider actually returns something. Email goes out from your own connected Gmail or Outlook rather than a rented vendor domain, so your sending reputation stays yours. The dialer offers single-line, power and parallel dialing up to nine lines, with AI voicemail drops, local presence, DNC enforcement, call recording and automatic note-taking. LinkedIn touches are deliberately handed back as tasks you send yourself, never bot messages. A CRM is built in from day one, and HubSpot can be synced with a backfill of existing records.
Six use cases are documented: cold outbound, speed to lead, website visitor identification, strategic prospecting, lead enrichment, and a daily run your day queue. Regie.ai claims RegieGO typically replaces four to six point solutions. Published customer results include Crunchbase reaching 61% open rates and reply rates as high as 16%, and Reputation reaching 66% open rates with a 48% positive-reply rate. Everything runs on credits: research, drafting, enrichment and dialing all consume them.

When to use Regie.ai / When not to
A quick filter to help you decide if Regie.ai is the right fit.
When to use Regie.ai
- Solo sellers and full-cycle account executives who build and work their own pipeline without SDR support
- SDRs and BDRs running cold outbound across email, phone and LinkedIn from a single daily queue
- Founders and independent consultants who need outbound coverage without hiring a sales development team
- Small teams with no CRM in place, or HubSpot users who want contacts and activity synced with a backfill of existing records
- Phone-first reps who want power and parallel dialing up to nine lines with local presence and DNC enforcement
When not to use Regie.ai
- Teams prospecting outside the United States: the privacy policy states the service is intended for US-based business use and that data is processed in the United States
- Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or Pipedrive shops: HubSpot is the only CRM sync the site actually announces
- Developers who need programmatic access: there is no public API and no developer documentation
- Anyone who needs mobile or browser-extension access: RegieGO is a web application only
- Organisations handling regulated data: the acceptable use policy bars HIPAA, GLBA and FCRA information, government identifiers and sensitive categories
How to use Regie.ai
A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.
- Create an account with a work email address only, no credit card, and collect the 250 starter credits
- Connect your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, since every email is sent from that address
- Confirm your ideal customer profile once: RegieGO reads your website and proposes the job titles and company sizes to target
- Import a CSV, sync HubSpot, or let the agents build the list from scratch
- Let the agents source, enrich, verify and rank contacts overnight
- Open the workspace in the morning to a queue that is already built: calls with scripts, drafted emails, LinkedIn tasks
- Work the queue and talk to prospects while notes and call dispositions are written for you
- Let each outcome trigger the next step automatically and feed tomorrow's priority list
- Schedule recurring work, such as a daily call-task job that runs every morning before you log in
- Review the attribution reporting to see which plays and messages are actually generating pipeline
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Public self-serve pricing at $49 per month in a category that almost always sells on quote
- A genuinely usable free tier: 250 credits and the full workspace with no credit card required
- Enrichment is only billed when a provider returns data, so failed lookups cost nothing
- Email is sent from your own domain, so your sending reputation stays under your control
- Three channels and a built-in CRM in one subscription, replacing what the vendor counts as four to six tools
- Same-day, self-serve setup with no implementation project and one-click local dialer numbers
- Compliance tooling is provided as standard: DNC suppression, opt-out handling, quiet hours and recording consent flows
Cons
- No postal address is published anywhere on the site, and a single mailbox handles support, legal, privacy and DMCA
- No data processing agreement is published or offered, and no named subprocessor list exists, only categories
- A GDPR badge sits in the footer while the privacy policy describes an entirely US-facing service with no Article 27 representative
- No public API and no developer documentation, so there is no programmatic access
- CRM sync is limited to HubSpot; Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Pipedrive are absent from the announced integrations
- Credits do not roll over, are non-refundable, and running out pauses research, drafting, enrichment and dialing until the next cycle
- Liability is capped at the greater of twelve months of fees or US$100, with mandatory individual arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days
Pricing & Plans
A permanent free plan is available at no cost, providing 250 one-time credits and the full workspace without a credit card. The lowest paid entry point is the Pro plan at USD 49.00 per month, which includes 5,000 credits renewed each month, with a 17% discount announced for annual billing. An Enterprise plan is offered on quotation, with volume credits priced to the team. All plans operate on a credit model in which research, drafting, enrichment and dialing consume credits; enrichment that returns nothing is not charged. Credits are reset at the start of each billing period, do not roll over, and are non-refundable.

Data, GDPR & hosting
A consolidated view of how Regie.ai handles your data.
GDPR overview
Regie.ai displays a GDPR compliance badge in the footer of every page, and that badge is the only GDPR reference anywhere on the site: the words GDPR and European Economic Area appear nowhere in the text of the privacy policy, the terms of service or any other page. The written policy points the other way, stating that Regie is based in the United States, that the service is intended for US-based business use, and that personal information is processed in the United States. No Article 27 representative is designated, no data protection officer is named, and no data processing agreement is published or offered on request. The rights framework actually documented is the CCPA and comparable US state laws, alongside the biometric statutes of Illinois, Texas, Washington and Colorado. Verify the badge before processing European personal data through the service.
Who owns the data?
Under the terms of service the customer keeps all rights in its Customer Data, and Regie.ai receives only a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display that data in order to provide, secure and support the service. Regie assigns to the customer whatever rights it holds in the AI Output, so the customer owns what the tool generates, subject to Regie's and third parties' rights in the underlying service and models. In return the customer grants Regie a licence over Input and Output to provide, secure, support and improve the service. Feedback sits outside Customer Data and is licensed perpetually. On termination, Regie deletes Customer Data.
Reuse rights
The customer may reuse the Output without asking permission: Regie assigns it the rights it holds and places no commercial restriction on it. Regie does warn, however, that Output may be inaccurate or incomplete, may not be protectable under intellectual-property law, and that similar or identical Output may be generated for other customers, so the customer is responsible for reviewing it before acting on it. Regie itself uses Input and Output to provide, secure, support and improve the service, and it processes prospect records, call recordings and transcripts as the customer's service provider rather than on its own account. Whether customer data ever feeds model training is never addressed one way or the other. Voiceprints are a separate case: they are generated only for users who deliberately enrol a voice after signing an in-product written release, are never created for the people you call, and are never sold, leased or otherwise monetised.

Hosting summary
Regie.ai processes personal information in the United States and states that the service is intended for US-based business use; access from outside the United States is contemplated but still results in US processing. No other hosting country or region is announced. Subprocessors are disclosed by category only, covering cloud hosting and infrastructure, authentication, telephony and messaging, speech-to-text transcription, AI and synthetic-voice providers, payment processing, integration connectivity, error monitoring and analytics; the only third parties named are Stripe for payments, Google for analytics and advertising, and an unnamed voice technology provider. No list of named subprocessors is published. Security measures described are administrative, technical and organisational, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and monitoring. A SOC 2 compliance badge monitored by Drata appears in the footer and SOC 2 is listed as an Enterprise plan feature, but no trust page, audit report or certification date is accessible, and no ISO 27001 claim is made.

Things to keep in mind
Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting Regie.ai.
- Communications compliance is contractually yours, not the vendor's: TCPA and FCC rules, state mini-TCPA laws, CAN-SPAM, two-party call-recording statutes, Do-Not-Call obligations and A2P 10DLC registration all remain your responsibility, and Regie explicitly does not warrant that any configuration complies with any law
- Cloned and AI voice carries real legal and ethical exposure: a written release is required before enrolment, impersonation is prohibited, and voicemail drops count as prerecorded-voice calls requiring prior express written consent for telemarketing
- Delegating research, list building and message writing to agents can quietly erode the skills that make a seller good: judgement about who is worth calling, and the ability to write a persuasive message unaided
- Volume without discernment is the obvious failure mode: a nine-line parallel dialer and automated sequencing make it easy to contact far more people, far faster, than you can genuinely qualify or serve
- A message that names a funding round or an executive hire reads as researched even when no human read anything, which risks a false intimacy your prospect may resent once discovered
- The credit model can push behaviour: functions stop when credits run out, which creates pressure to upgrade mid-cycle or to ration research precisely when it matters most
- Data governance is thin for a tool handling third-party personal data at scale: no published data processing agreement, no named subprocessor list, no documented training opt-out, and a GDPR badge unsupported by any text
Setup & Integrations
Technical difficulty
Very low. Setup is entirely self-serve and requires no development skills, since there is no API to integrate. In practice the only technical step is connecting a Gmail or Outlook mailbox through Google or Microsoft sign-in. The ideal customer profile is proposed automatically from a reading of your own website, a CRM is built in so none is required, and local dialer numbers are provisioned in one click with no carrier configuration. Email, call and LinkedIn plays ship prebuilt. Domain authentication through SPF, DKIM and DMARC, A2P 10DLC brand registration and do-not-contact list management do remain your responsibility.

Should you pick Regie.ai?
Regie.ai has rebuilt itself around RegieGO, and the result is one of the few complete outbound prospecting platforms with a price on the page. For $49 a month a single seller gets sourcing, a seven-provider enrichment waterfall, message drafting in their own voice, a nine-line dialer with local presence and DNC enforcement, LinkedIn task orchestration, a built-in CRM and pipeline attribution. In a category that sells on quote and bills per seat, that is a real difference, and the 250 free credits make it testable without a card.
Two design choices deserve credit. Email is sent from the customer's own mailbox rather than a rented vendor domain, and LinkedIn touches are handed back as manual tasks instead of being automated. Both decisions cost the vendor convenience and protect the customer's reputation.
The reservations are about transparency rather than capability. No postal address appears anywhere on the site, and one mailbox answers for support, legal, privacy and copyright. No data processing agreement is published, no named subprocessor list exists, and no opt-out from model training is documented. The GDPR badge in the footer is contradicted by a privacy policy that describes a service intended for US business use, hosted in the United States, with no Article 27 representative. European buyers should ask before signing. The SOC 2 badge, monitored by Drata, is likewise a footer claim with no trust page behind it.
Practical limits matter too: no API, no mobile application, HubSpot as the only CRM sync, and credits that expire each cycle and pause the product when exhausted. For a US seller who wants outbound handled end to end at a low self-serve price, RegieGO is a strong proposition. For a regulated, European or Salesforce-centred team, it is not yet the right fit.
