The working principle is a single pipeline: you supply a source, the platform extracts the text, and a layer built on the ChatGPT API turns that text into questions. GDPR overview
There is no GDPR implementation to report. Across every page collected, from the privacy policy and terms of use to the cookie and fair use policies, the words GDPR, CCPA, COPPA and FERPA do not appear once. No data protection officer is named, no Article 27 representative is designated, no legal basis for processing is stated, and no access, rectification, erasure or portability procedure is described. The only right set out is the ability to opt out of marketing emails through the unsubscribe link in each promotional message, alongside account deletion from within the product. Children under 13 are excluded from the service and their data deleted once the company is made aware of it. The company is US-based in Delaware, and no international transfer mechanism, standard contractual clauses or adequacy arrangement is mentioned. The privacy policy carries a last-updated date of 12/8/2023.
Who owns the data?
Reinforz AI Inc. draws a clear line in its terms. Everything belonging to the site itself, from code to trademarks, remains the property of the company or its suppliers. Your own submissions, called User Content, stay yours, but section 3.2 has you grant the company an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide and sublicensable licence to reproduce, distribute, display, adapt and otherwise exploit them, limited to the purpose of including that content in the site. Moral rights and attribution claims are irrevocably waived. Section 3.1 adds that the company is under no obligation to back up User Content, which may be deleted at any time without prior notice.
Reuse rights
Nothing in the terms restricts what you do with the questions and quizzes you generate: there is no output-ownership clause, no attribution requirement and no commercial-use restriction, so the material you produce is yours to reuse without asking permission. What the documents do govern is the company's own use of what you feed in. The privacy policy treats your email address as the only personal data collected; non-personal usage data such as referring URLs, browser and device type, click counts and theme or pricing preferences may, in its own words, be used and disclosed to partners, advertisers and other third parties at the company's discretion and without limit. Personal data is shared with vendors performing services, may be disclosed on legal request, and would travel with the business in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. The site is silent on whether user content is used to train AI models.

Hosting summary
Reinforz publishes nothing about where its data is hosted. The privacy policy, the terms of use and the cookie policy name no country, no region and no cloud provider, and no trust or security page exists. The only jurisdictional anchor is corporate: Reinforz AI Inc. is a Delaware company with a Middletown postal address, which places the service under United States law. What can be observed from outside is not a commitment. The domain resolves to 76.76.21.21, an anycast address belonging to Vercel, geolocated in the United States on Amazon's AS16509. That describes current edge routing, not a contractual hosting guarantee. On security the privacy policy is brief. It cites encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology, then states plainly that these measures do not guarantee that information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. No SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification is claimed, no data processing agreement is offered, and no subprocessor list is published: the policy refers only to unnamed vendors performing services such as email delivery.
