Overview

What is RepEdge.ai?

RepEdge.ai is a sales call intelligence platform aimed squarely at small and mid-sized revenue teams, three to fifty reps in the vendor's own words, and explicitly not five hundred. Its argument is that most conversation tools stop at a tidy summary, while a manager needs to know whether the call was actually qualified.

The workflow has three steps. A team connects Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet through OAuth. Recordings are transcribed by a Deepgram engine, with speaker diarisation and a claimed 95% accuracy on sales terminology. A Claude-powered analysis layer then scores each conversation against structured rubrics, MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger, value-based selling or a custom playbook, rather than producing free-form commentary.

Each call comes back with an overall score from 0 to 100, timestamped key moments covering objections, commitments, questions and buying signals, a win probability, and coaching written for that specific rep. Managers get a different view: a real-time dashboard of call volume, average win probability, pipeline value and at-risk deals, a rep leaderboard, objection frequency clustering, and named coaching recommendations.

A forecast module sits in the same product. Reps submit a dollar commit for the month or the quarter; the platform places it next to raw pipeline and probability-weighted pipeline, surfaces low-scoring deals so the number can be pressure-tested, and rolls the team up for the manager with trend charts and submission history.

Thirty-four integrations are listed, spanning CRM, email, video, telephony, sales engagement, marketing automation and productivity tools, with native two-way sync for Salesforce and HubSpot.

Pricing is public and per seat: 79 USD per user per month billed monthly, or 59 USD billed annually, which the vendor frames as roughly 61% below Gong's list rate. A 10-day unlimited trial asks for no credit card, and a first paid subscription carries a 30-day money-back guarantee.

The product is web only, with no mobile application, no browser extension and no public API documentation. Data sits in Supabase and Backblaze B2, encrypted in transit and at rest. The homepage says SOC 2 aligned, which is not the same as certified.

What it does

  • Score every sales call against MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger or value-based selling rubrics
  • Generate per-rep coaching tied to timestamped moments inside the recording
  • Transcribe calls with speaker diarisation at a claimed 95% accuracy
  • Calculate a win probability for each deal and flag the ones at risk
  • Cluster the objections that recur across the whole team
  • Sync analyses, deal stages and activity timelines into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or Zoho CRM
  • Collect monthly or quarterly forecast commits and set them against weighted pipeline

When to use RepEdge.ai / When not to

A quick filter to help you decide if RepEdge.ai is the right fit.

When to use RepEdge.ai

  • Sales managers running teams of three to fifty reps who cannot realistically review every call themselves
  • SMB sales organisations that already sell with a formal qualification method such as MEDDPICC, BANT or Challenger
  • Revenue teams with no dedicated sales ops function, who need an OAuth connection rather than an implementation project
  • Budget-conscious buyers priced out of enterprise conversation intelligence, since the tool positions itself around 61% below Gong's list price
  • Teams that want call intelligence and forecast commits inside one product instead of two

When not to use RepEdge.ai

  • Large enterprise organisations: the vendor positions itself explicitly against them, under the heading Built for 3-50 Reps. Not 500.
  • Anyone looking for a permanent free tier, since the 10-day trial is followed by restricted access with no free plan behind it
  • Mobile-first users, as there is no iOS or Android application and no browser extension: the product is web only
  • Engineering teams that want to build on a public API, which does not exist anywhere in the site's 74-URL sitemap
  • Buyers who require a signed DPA, a named hosting jurisdiction or a vendor-side GDPR compliance claim, none of which the site provides

How to use RepEdge.ai

A typical end-to-end flow, from setup to results.

  1. Create an account on the web application; the 10-day unlimited trial starts immediately and asks for no credit card
  2. Connect Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet through OAuth so meetings are captured automatically
  3. Authenticate Salesforce or HubSpot to sync call analyses into opportunities and deals
  4. Add any other integrations the team needs, from Slack alerts to Gmail or Outlook timelines and Calendly meetings
  5. Choose the scoring rubric your team actually sells with: MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger, value-based selling or a custom playbook
  6. Let the first calls process, since transcription, scoring and coaching are produced without further input
  7. As a rep, review each call: overall score, timestamped key moments, win probability and the coaching attached to them
  8. As a manager, work from the dashboard, the leaderboard and the objection frequency view rather than relistening to calls
  9. Open Forecast from the sidebar and submit a dollar commit for the current month or quarter, with an optional note
  10. Compare that commit against pipeline and weighted pipeline, pressure-test low-scoring deals, then review the team rollup

Pros & Cons

Pros

  • Pricing is public and specific, 59 or 79 USD per seat, where much of the category hides behind a quote
  • The 10-day unlimited trial runs on your own calls and needs no credit card
  • Sales methodologies are built into the scoring itself rather than bolted onto a generic summary
  • Setup is OAuth-based, with no implementation project and no dedicated sales ops function required
  • 34 integrations, with native two-way sync for Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Forecasting lives in the same product as the call intelligence, so commits sit beside the calls behind them
  • Data ownership is stated on the customer's side, with export, deletion and a 30-day money-back guarantee

Cons

  • The vendor is very young: the domain was registered in November 2025 and first archived in January 2026
  • Corporate identity is thin, with no street address, no legal entity distinct from the brand and no identifiable beneficial owner
  • The homepage says SOC 2 aligned rather than certified, and the SOC 2 and ISO 27001 pages render in JavaScript, so the claim could not be verified
  • No GDPR compliance claim from the vendor, no Article 27 representative, no named DPO and no published DPA
  • No hosting country or region is disclosed, while international transfers are acknowledged without detail
  • Aggregated, anonymised data feeds model improvement with no documented opt-out
  • Web only, with no permanent free plan, no mobile application and no public API documentation

Data, GDPR & hosting

A consolidated view of how RepEdge.ai handles your data.

GDPR overview

RepEdge.ai never claims GDPR compliance. The regulation appears once across the pages reviewed, in section 9 of the terms, and it appears as the customer's duty: the customer must comply with PIPEDA, GDPR and CCPA when using call recordings, obtain recording consent, inform every party, and respect one-party and two-party consent laws in its own jurisdiction. On the vendor's side, section 6 of the privacy policy grants access, correction, deletion, portability and marketing opt-out rights, exercised through privacy@repedge.ai, and deleting an account removes the associated data within 30 days. Section 10 acknowledges international transfers under appropriate safeguards but names neither a mechanism nor a country. No Article 27 EU representative is designated, no data protection officer is named, and no DPA is published or offered on request. Governing law is Ontario, Canada.

Who owns the data?

Section 8.2 of the terms leaves ownership of call recordings and other uploaded content with the customer, a point the homepage restates as Your org owns call data. In exchange, RepEdge.ai takes a licence to store, process and analyse that content, to generate transcripts and insights from it, and to use aggregated, anonymised data to improve its own AI models. Section 8.3 splits the outcome: the vendor keeps its models and methodologies, while the customer owns the specific insights produced from its own calls. Export and deletion are offered at any time, and the customer must warrant it holds the rights to everything it uploads.

Reuse rights

The customer can reuse what the platform produces from its own calls without asking permission: section 8.3 of the terms assigns the specific insights generated from customer content to the customer, and the product is built to push transcripts, scores and coaching notes onward into Salesforce and HubSpot records, Slack channels, Notion pages or Asana and Trello tasks. Section 6 of the privacy policy adds a portability right, allowing a copy of the data in a portable format on request. On the vendor's side, use is limited to providing and improving the service, analysing calls, generating AI feedback, CRM integration, service communications, support, security and legal obligations. Personal information is not sold. Sharing is confined to four cases: named service providers such as Supabase, Backblaze B2 and Anthropic, legal requirements, business transfers, and explicit consent. Section 8.2 also reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymised data to improve RepEdge.ai's own models, and no opt-out from that is documented anywhere on the site.

Data retention & training

Retention summary
Data is kept for as long as the account is active, or as long as it is needed to run the service. An account can be deleted at any time, which removes all associated data within 30 days. If a trial expires without a subscription, the data is held for 30 days and may then be deleted. Access, correction, deletion and portability requests go to privacy@repedge.ai. A dedicated data retention and protection policy is published on the site, but its content is loaded by JavaScript and could not be read, so this summary rests entirely on the privacy policy and the terms of service.

Hosting summary

The privacy policy names the infrastructure but not the jurisdiction. Data sits in Supabase for the database layer and Backblaze B2 for file storage, encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and encrypted at rest with what the vendor describes as industry-standard encryption. Stated controls include secure authentication and authorisation, regular security audits, access controls and monitoring, and authenticated API endpoints. No hosting country and no hosting region are named anywhere on the pages reviewed. Section 10 of the privacy policy acknowledges that information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the user's country of residence, under appropriate safeguards that are never specified: no standard contractual clauses, no adequacy decision, no country list. The third parties named across the site as handling data are Supabase, Backblaze B2, Anthropic, Deepgram, Zoom, Salesforce and HubSpot. As a separate observation, the marketing site itself resolves to an address geolocated in the United States on Amazon infrastructure, which is a network measurement rather than a vendor statement about where call data lives.

Watch-outs

Things to keep in mind

Risks and trade-offs to weigh before adopting RepEdge.ai.

  • Recording consent is the customer's legal problem: the terms hand over responsibility for one-party and two-party consent laws, so a rep who forgets to announce the recording exposes their own company
  • Scores harden into judgement easily, and a leaderboard that ranks reps on call quality is simple to repurpose for performance management rather than coaching
  • Win probability is a model output, not a fact; the terms themselves warn that AI insights should not be the sole basis for business decisions
  • Aggregated, anonymised data feeds model improvement with no documented opt-out, and everything said on a call passes through that pipeline
  • Compliance evidence could not be verified, since SOC 2 aligned is not certification and the pages meant to substantiate it do not render without JavaScript
  • No hosting jurisdiction is named and international transfers are acknowledged without detail, which matters if calls carry personal data from the EU
  • Both plans renew automatically and refunds stop after the first 30 days, so an unused seat keeps billing
Setup

Setup & Integrations

Technical difficulty

Low. Meetings connect through OAuth with Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, and Salesforce or HubSpot sync by authenticating the account: no field mapping project, no dedicated administrator, no setup fee. The vendor claims a team is live in minutes and presents heavier integrations as optional, with anything missing from the catalogue built during implementation on request. The realistic prerequisites are administrative rights on the meeting platform and the CRM, plus a decision on which scoring rubric the team sells with.

Conclusion

Should you pick RepEdge.ai?

RepEdge.ai does something unusual in conversation intelligence: it publishes its price. 59 USD per seat per month on annual billing, 79 USD monthly, no quote required, and it builds its entire positioning on the gap with Gong's list rate, which it puts at roughly 61%.

The product behind that claim is more than a discount. Scoring against MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger and value-based selling is genuine methodological depth, and folding forecast commits into the same tool as the call analysis is a sensible answer for a team of ten that will never buy two platforms. Setup is OAuth, the trial runs ten days on real calls without a card, and 34 integrations cover most of an SMB sales stack.

The reservations concern the company rather than the software. The domain was registered in November 2025 and first archived in January 2026, which makes this a very new vendor. There is no street address, no legal entity distinct from the brand, and no identifiable owner. On compliance, the homepage says SOC 2 aligned rather than certified, and the statements meant to substantiate that render in JavaScript and could not be read. There is no published DPA, no named hosting jurisdiction, and no GDPR compliance claim from the vendor: the terms place that obligation, and the recording-consent obligation, on the customer. Aggregated, anonymised data also feeds model improvement, with no opt-out documented.

None of this makes RepEdge.ai a poor choice for a fast-moving SMB team that wants structured call coaching without an enterprise contract. It does mean a security or procurement review should ask for the compliance documents and a DPA in writing before committing, and the ten-day trial is the cheapest way to judge the product on your own calls first.
