What is ReRoom?
ReRoom is an AI rendering and virtual staging tool published by Stylefie, Inc., online since at least April 2023. The gesture is the same across the product: upload a photograph, a 3D screenshot or an existing render, pick a style or a workflow, then add a short prompt describing what should change. GDPR overview
There is no GDPR implementation to report. The word GDPR appears nowhere on the site, neither in the Privacy Policy nor in the Terms of Service, both last updated on 23 May 2026. No legal basis is stated, no data-subject rights such as access, rectification, erasure or portability are described, no response deadline is given, no Article 27 EU representative is designated and no Data Protection Officer is named. No Data Processing Agreement is published or offered, and no subprocessor list exists. Privacy questions are routed to a single generic address, feedback@reroom.ai. Governing law is left unnamed: the Terms refer only to the jurisdiction in which Stylefie, Inc. is incorporated. For a service marketed in French, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese and Turkish, that silence is itself worth noting.
Who owns the data?
Under the Terms of Service you keep whatever rights you already hold in your User Input, meaning prompts, uploaded photographs, sketches, plans and references. As between you and Stylefie, Inc., you also own the Output the service generates from that input, including for commercial purposes. Stylefie does not claim ownership of Output, but warns that similar or identical images may be generated for other users. The service itself, its software and its underlying AI models remain the exclusive property of Stylefie, Inc. and its licensors. You grant the publisher a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit, display and technically adapt your content, solely to operate the service; that licence transfers no ownership.
Reuse rights
Yes. Subject to the Terms, you may use Output commercially with no further fees or royalties owed to Stylefie, Inc., and you may reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display it, for proposals, listings, design reviews, presentations and marketing. No permission request is needed. Two limits apply. Stylefie gives no warranty that Output is unique, non-infringing, accurate or fit for a particular commercial, architectural, real-estate or regulatory use, so clearing rights before publication remains your responsibility. On the publisher's side, User Content is used only to run the service, that is to generate and deliver Output, provide support, secure the platform, prevent fraud and comply with the law, and never to train the generative models Stylefie develops or controls. Content forwarded to third-party AI model providers falls under their own terms instead.
Data retention & training
Hosting summary
ReRoom publishes no hosting jurisdiction. Neither the Privacy Policy nor the Terms names a country, a region or a data centre. Section 16 of the Terms states only that Stylefie, Inc. relies on third-party cloud vendors and other providers for storage, processing, hosting, security, analytics, payments and support, without naming any of them, and that it requires those vendors to process data only for authorised service purposes. Section 8 mentions regional hosting as a possible team-workspace control, available where a plan, order form or separate written agreement includes it, but names no region. No subprocessor list is published, and the site carries no security certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. As an observation from collection rather than a vendor statement, the domain is served behind Cloudflare on an anycast address, and render images are delivered from Amazon S3 and Cloudflare Images endpoints. The publisher also disclaims liability, to the extent permitted by law, for breaches caused by third-party vendors.
